Great experience with this team. Very eager and helpful, from introduction to financing. Steven C was personable and determined to assist me with my needs. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. When my purchase was complete, he even drove my old car all the way back to my home in VA. VERY impressive customer service, VERY impressive team. My situation wasn't ideal for a new vehicle but that didn't discourage this team from getting me into a car that worked for me and my family. Oh my GOSH! The guys at Ourisman Nissan are AMAZING! Particularly Nick Cutlip and Steve Jones. Even with some hiccups, (power outage when I was finishing up the purchase) they were attentive, courteous, and professional. Not only was the customer service stellar, *my credit wasn’t the best* but they managed to get me the exact model I want at the best rate. I came 2 hours to get this car and I am so grateful I did. I am not native, sorry for my mistakes made in this review. I am concentrating more on taking good photos instead of long reviews. However, I got the feeling I need a full flagged review for this site. I will separate my review into three parts, environment, represents and the most important service. My background: Previous short time dealer, previous Evo IX owner, and bring my Lancer for service during the COVID time. Environment: As we all know Mitsubishi did not well in the North American market, so obviously they are on a budget. They tried hard to keep their dealership running. But their budget would not as good as other brands. 1. You get no food or sneakers on the second floor waiting area. (see my pictures with TV) The closest food store chain is 20min walks away, but it so hard to cross the highway I suggest just try the food delivery service. 2. They are trying to clean the Men’s room as hard as they can, but they're still not as good as your home, and there no papers when I use it. 3. Their salesroom is clean and friendly. All in all, it is not as good as other front-line dealerships (but you get a better price per performance on your car so why not, in my opinion). As Ford or Hyundai as a benchmark, I gave 85/100. Represents: They are both sides. Like the old guys talking about “There always some good paws”. The CS I met called Jason (sorry if I spell wrong). Men, the guy enthusiastic about his job is on cloud nine. Super professional, and give you suggestions about coupons, discounts, and listen to your opinion. But not all bros I met are on the same page. Plus, their Phone service and reservation system are rarely bad. 1. The cellphone you find through the Mitsubishi website is an empty number. 2. The number you find on Google Maps is Chevrolet dealer, you need to be transferred from Chevrolet to Mitsubishi Sales, and then transfer another time from M Sales to Service. 3. I want to change my maintenance reservations, but I accidentally deleted the confirmation email. Men, you know how hard I tried to reach those guys without going there? Even you finally reach the service department, it was a 1/5 chance somebody answers the call. I tried voice mail, email, and none of them works flawlessly. 110/100 for Jason, 60/100 for before service causes my last call finally to get through. Service: Like others, they told me what the service needs for my car, and the price is reasonable. I did not see any shady business here. You can probably get a better price on body shops but based on my personal experience, the official dealership did the original car better. However, their service speed was slow. Wait 30mins for all service quote? NO. I came around 9:30 am and until 11:30 am they finally gave me a quote list. Fix it in an hour or two? NO. Taken another four hours for bake, alignment, and a few hour jobs. I expected the only morning but finally leave afternoon and pushed all my office meetings. I understand it may be related to COVID situations, but I just write down my observation. That the reason I mentioned food before. You would need a whole day time stay here. My suggestions: Make a reservation through the website, keep the confirmation email, go here with your friends, throw your baby there, and go with your friends. Their no needs to stay for a whole day. I would keep doing business with this site. Come on, give him a promotion!

*Past Repos or Credit Issues THIS IS THE REVIEW YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!!!* So of course having issues in the past it has been soooo hard to get a new car and knowing that I've been to various "We work with ALL CREDIT" dealers from hearing on the radio to seeing the signs everywhere. None of these places could get me a car. You know the ones who run your credit and tell you that $6-8000 down is what you need -eyerolls- then tell you to have a nice day. This place isn't that. Andre BLESSED BE is the best. He's a salesman. Yes. But it's actually kinda refreshing.... You know he's going to get you in a car. But you don't feel hustled. I came in there literally minutes before closing on a rainy evening. A completely illogical time to shop for or buy a car, but Andre was patient and showed me cars I wanted to see. I was able to come back the next day and leave with my 2018 baby that has everything I need and I can afford. Low mileage and no problems it's been a month. I'm so happy that I was given a chance again to have my own car and I'm so thankful to these guys for making it happen. Don't quit if you've been denied, come here!!

My sales rep Timothy Kershaw provided outstanding service. He came in on his day off Sunday to complete the sale initiated the night before over the phone. Drove the new car to my house (45 min drive) as I didn't have another driver for the car I drove down there. He was great. My only disappointment came from the finance department that never called me to confirm they received the check from my financing bank. They would've definitely called if they hadn't. Still great service overall!

I am a person that practice social distancing and will refuse to leave my home. So I did the whole purchase via virtual appointment. This works out, because they will not try to sell you a vehicle that you cannot afford, but tell you straight up what your options are. Prior to visiting Oursiman Mitsubishi, I'd been car shopping for about 3 months. My salesperson Jamel Gonzalez was extremely attentive, respectful and caring to all my needs as a first time car owner. Jamel kept in touch, without bothering or pushing me (as many salespeople do). He also noticed the car I purchased did not come with floor mats, so he took it upon himself to purchase some for me! The finance manager was also extremely helpful as he did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal for my pockets. Best experience I’ve ever had!! Would recommend to anyones who’s buying a car for the 1st time or to those that have been turned down that are still in the market. They will work with you! My sales man Fred Johnson!!! ( who I highly recommend) asked me what it was that I needed and within an half hour or so he came back with a decent selection of vehicles, better options than what I had intended on getting. He was professional and understood exactly what me and my family’s needs where as explained. Oh by the way my credit was less than perfect and they where able to put me into a 2018 outlander sport with decent payments and an excellent 10yr 100k warranty Don’t be fooled by the bad reviews go try your hand I was skeptical at 1st but I’m glad I went. Ourisman fees very reasonable, Also Md Secu, stated that they would not except a car from Merlex to finance. After visiting Merlex, this writer quickly discerned the obvious reasons why a major Credit union doesn't perform business with Merlex. There was no reality of this writer purchasing any vehicle from Merlex. Joe Farrah, you employ a very professional sales Staff. Thanks again for the professionalism displayed.

We are on a road trip around the country and started having transmission issues. Pretty much thought the entire trip was over at that point. We took our Outlander to Ourisman Mitsubishi as it was the closest one available to service our vehical. Jason, the service manager, had our vehicle inspected in the morning, overnighted a new transmission, and replaced our old one within 48 hours.
