I bought my car here an Chevy Malibu 2020. and it was peter who helped me to get my car. He was very professional and very welcoming. He helped me all the way. The staff there is nice too because they also helped me get the car. The only issues I had was the fact that it took 8 hours just for me to finish the whole process I was tired hungry and all i wanted was to go home. I almost gave up but regardless this location has nice customer service

On October 25, 2022 My fiance and I came here to purchase our first vehicle. My mother came along to help with anything. Peter did a great job! He was friendly and very kind; probably the only one there with any type of customer service skills. He made sure we were comfortable and carried a conversation while we waited for Damien to do his part of the process. We were sitting for long periods of time, often wondering what was going on. I am 7 months HR Pregnant and supposed to be on bed rest; So you can imagine how annoyed I was being told "It'll be 15 minutes" when actually it was 45 minutes to an hour. When Peter was away from the desk, no one was courteous to ask if we needed anything but we could hear others being asked, "Is everything ok? Do you need anything?" With the time that it took to complete everything, you would expect everything to be done correctly. I left there willing to give this place a 5 star rating and overlook some of the challenges. When I received two phone calls on the 26th and the 27th asking for us to return and for a physical check even though they had a card on file to process a payment. I was confused and annoyed. No one would give us a clear understanding as to why we were being inconvenienced and no one would take accountability or be transparent about the situation. Someone had obviously made a mistake because we had to resign paperwork. No one apologized for the inconvenience, Customer Service skills is lacking here. My parents had a difficult experience several years ago and this is our second time dealing here. Will they do everything they can to get you a vehicle, Yes, ultimately this is why we came here a second time. Will it be a stress-free process with clear, thorough and accurate communication? No. For this reason, I will no longer recommend people here or return here to purchase a vehicle.

Very customer friendly business. My experience didn’t have to do with purchasing a vehicle. I simply stopped during a long drive in search of a restroom for my elderly mother. The gentleman near the front door greeted me pleasantly and asked what could he do for me. When I made my request he willingly offered us use of the facilities at this dealership. I think if you are shown kindness and respect generally you’re most likely to show it during business contacts as well. Therefore I would consider doing business here when I’m ready to make a vehicle purchase.

I am satisfied with my car purchase. I was turned down by a popular car dealership that claimed all credit is welcome but it wasn't the case as I am rebuilding my credit and they couldn't help me. The staff at IAD was my last hope and they came through big time. First I went to their website to find the car I was looking for. Second I went to their dealership. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Third I test drove the car that I found on the website not another model but the car listed on the website. My sales person (Quentin) who took me through the whole buying process step by step. He was patient and explained everything in as much detail as I needed. I can't say enough about the finance team (Danny, Giovanni and Kenneth) who were also helpful. I drove my car off the lot a couple hours later and by the close of business the following day the deal was final. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted plus a free oil change when it time for my car to get one. This is how the car buying process should be hassle free. Bait and switch also they tried to get me to sign a blank sales contract since it was late that evening. Sales man Jon- originally I inquired via e-mail for a vehicle on the website and was scheduled an appointment with a female. When I arrived I was introduced to this guy who changed my life for the better: Johnathan Moran. He is a SUPER sweet guy and actually listens to his customers needs and wants. I told him from the Beginning my credit and current vehicle situation. With that he started his homework. Showing me vehicles in my price range that would suit my needs. The first day I was a little skeptical because I needed a deposit to even start the process but a week later I went back. Financing /SM Kenneth- business man to the T. He will make sure he will get you financed. My credit ways TERRIBLE, having 16 negative accounts, this man pulled the rabbit out the hat and got me approved with a top bank. I will be honest the APR is steep but it's expected with credit like mine. Being a responsible adult, Kenneth re-assured me that I can easily re-finance within 6 months. Paper work Kevin- slight sense of humor, gave me the basics of what I was signing Although he appeared to be annoyed that I read over EACH paper I signed and asked questions, he explained everything in detail. I hope these guys are here for a while because I'm going back. We are now officially family. Overall a great team working together. Thank you IAUD for helping me build my future for the better.

Nothing is 💯 so I can not give a 5 Star. The car I got is very nice and fully loaded. Although, I wish it was slightly cheaper I’ve only had the car 24 hours so my rating is solely based off the customer service ONLY! Edwin and Ahmad were my sales associates and they provided really good customer service. They are very respectful outside of the box of just wanting to make a sale. They both made sure the process was seamlessly. Unlike some dealships I didn’t regret going in IAD and I didn’t have to be there the entire day. I was out with1.5 hour. I came prepared with all the information needed and with the intent to purchase. If you go online and view their inventory and take down the stock number of all the cars you are mostly interested in then the process goes fast, have your two recent pay stubs and reference trust me you can be in and out like me. All who I had direct communication with were friendly, professional and well informed. Upon arrival you are immediately greeted with smiles. They work with customers, regardless of their circumstances on finding the best vehicle for their situation and the most reasonable rate possible. T. Nelson assisted my husband and I with purchasing our vehicle. He is definitely our "Go To" guy, going forward, for vehicle choice. We were so impressed with their ethic, that my husband will be looking for a vehicle through them. On top of that, my 4 yr old son was having quite a few meltdowns because of the time spent during the car buying process, and I'm impressed with everyone's patience while we were trying to keep him occupied during the long period. I did not feel pressured into our deal and even after leaving the lot, they continued to surprise with their friendliness and assistance. Marvin (one of the managers) gave us the thoughtful facts and figures, in great detail, that not only met our needs but also exceeded our expectations. Ramin and Anthony were also excellent with their knowledge of the industry, negotiating on our behalf and finding alternative solutions. You don't usually find honest, hardworking individuals in the "auto game" but these guys get an A+ for excellent quality in my book. There are some quirks of visiting a dealership when car buying that should be expected (credit inquiries, possibility of downpayment, trade ins vs negative equity, having insurance). Definitely stop by and visit the team if you're looking for a vehicle. I would like to note, there are some other employees that can take note with their mannerisms (smiles go a long way!) and comments made within customer earshot. I shouldn't have to hear a representative of the IAD Auto brand saying "Well, if they don't want the vehicle, then let them walk." Whether it was meant for another customer or for ourselves. As an aside, you represent a brand, and not only that, you represent yourself as a salesperson An employee is supposed to provide service to their customers, especially when you advertise assistance for all credit types and circumstances. And while our circumstances weren't terrible, there could be someone's whose are... and doubts project when you are making a larger purchase. I personally contract in IT and have to check my humility at the door and recognize my clients will reflect doubt and sometimes vent those doubts, if they feel they are in a safe space. As Malcom X stated "Don’t be in a hurry to condemn because he doesn’t do what you do or think as you think or as fast. There was a time when you didn’t know what you know today." That would be enough to make anyone walk. However, because of the beyond superb customer experience we received from the other employees mentioned above (T. Nelson, Marvin, Ramin and Anthony), we established that was related to that individual alone and not the IAD Auto brand. Thank you for a great experience for my second time purchasing a vehicle. I have already referred several people to you all.

I had set up an appointment with D'Angelo Jackson to view a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. D'Angelo compared two Malibus for me, and I made my decision after a test drive. D'Angelo was extremely helpful and charismatic throughout the entire process. Kenneth then ran through the financing terms and numbers with me, he also was extremely helpful. I originally doubted this dealership, but after the experience I had, I'm glad I gave them a shot. The Malibu I purchased also had a few nit picky things I wanted fixed, and D'Angelo very promptly, and willingly had the service department fix them for me. I drove off with a beautiful car, with a decent deal. The dealer also did not account for gap protection in my finance offer. They quickly resolved it by giving me free gap protection to solve the issue. They also gave me a free first oil change. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable, and looked out for my best interest in finding me the best possible financing terms I could get. Give IAD a call, and ask for D'Angelo. I had an amazing experience as a first time car buyer, and I drove off with an amazing car!

I can tell you from my experience of purchasing my vehicle from IAD Auto, my experience was amazing! I was introduced immediately upon arrival in the parking lot by a gentleman named Ed. Ed had stated if I was going to trust him in the car purchasing process that I would have to know about him first to build a customer relationship (this was interesting as not many places would think to do this but it is very reassuring as a customer). Ed is a former military veteran with years of background in cars and accounting, he was very knowledgable! Since they have such a variety of vehicles, there are three lots for IAD Auto. Ed was able to locate the vehicle immediately for me to test drive. Like everyone, I had concerns and jitters when thoughts of finalizing the purchase rose but of course the management came together and immediately resolved any concerns. They had provided Carfax reports, test drives, and inspections there on sight to address any concerns or issues that may be of question. Having technicians and detailers on sight was very convenient as everything can be handled right then and there! They were able to work out the best and affordable price for me along with ensuring less hassle. Throughout my time there I was constantly offered free drinks and snacks and encouraged to smile. This place was outstanding in all aspects! I was very hesitant from previous reviews but I guess like most business, they aim to improve and work hard to provide customer satisfaction...IAD Auto had did just that! I love my car, there are no issues. I am a very satisfied customer!

They even moved my payment schedule ahead a full month and a few days before I begin my payments. This is the first time I bought a car that wasnt years old.
