The first time I visited Easterns AG I was very impressed with the customer service! The integrity of the staff, attentiveness to details of the vehicles as it pertains to our family and finances, the patience exuded, as we were there well over an hour, and the comfort of the environment as a whole was something to admire. I must say, after 5 years since the first visit, I am just as impressed this second time around! We had the pleasure of working with Steven, who clearly takes complete gratification in his position. His personality and energy was so positively welcoming. We reconnected with the GM, Michael, whom we had worked with on our first visit, he has continued to take pride in his work and be an amazing person overall. There was another employee that helped, a young lady, I cannot recall her name but she was such a sweet person with a beautiful spirit inside and out. We drove away comfortable with our decisions, well informed and with SMILES ON OUR FACES AND FEELING HEARD AND APPRECIATED!!!

From the experience over the phone to meeting Mr. Jason in person was completely amazing and comfortable. I appreciated him beyond measures. When I tell you, I respect Mr. Jason on so many levels. His quality of work speaks for itself and shows when he is working with any and every client. My son was looking for a Prius but wasn't able to purchase the one he wanted. This was our first experience with Easterns, since we do not live in the area. Jessy was top notch. We really enjoyed working with him. He even took the time to do a video call with us to go over the vehicle inch by inch looking for flaws or damages. That helped us make the decision that Easterns was worth the drive to see the vehicle. We took a Saturday to make the trip. Jessy had the vehicle pulled around and ready for us. We expressed we needed to be somewhat cognizant of time since we had to allow several hours for the drive back. So they looked at our potential trade-in while we test drove their vehicle. In spite of that, it still ended up taking four hours from the time we got there until we finalized the purchase and were able to leave. We don’t know why it took so long. We were not able to reach terms on the trade-in, as Easterns’ initial offer was the lowest we’ve received from about four or five dealers, and they wouldn’t come up enough to make it a valid offer according to blue book values. Nonetheless, we were comfortable with the price on the vehicle we were buying and completed the purchase without the trade-in. There were a couple disappointments after we got the vehicle. Someone at Easterns added four new screw holes in our front bumper in the process of trying to add a front license plate holder. We aren’t sure why or how; nothing was said to us about it. We just happened to look behind the holder and saw all of these fresh screw holes that weren’t there when we had looked at the vehicle at the dealership. The other problem was the abundant presence of cat hair in the carpet under the removable seat (Honda Odyssey) and in the creases of the leather seats. Since one of our kids reacts to pet hair, we are especially concerned about getting this thoroughly removed. The dealership didn’t respond when we mentioned these things in a follow-up message with them. Overall, we appreciated how nice the team at Temple Hills is to work with but had some disappointments in the process. We would definitely work with Jessy again and recommend him to anyone heading to Easterns.

Anyway, I spoke to a really nice Gentleman (I forgot his name) but He never made me feel pressured and he answered all of my questions, to include the make of a lovely red candy-coated Lexus I saw on my first visit. He also gave me details about how to more easily Navigate their Online Vehicle Inventory site and I really his help. This dealership is now a very strong contender to earn my business and on top of that, they also have EV Charging Parking and Charging Stations ♻️🔋🔌 too. My next vehicle will either be a hybrid or an all-electric vehicle...preferably it will be All-Electric. *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣ My Interim Review from about May 1, 2022 is/was: I called here recently to get some general questions answered. After some excellent service and professionalism by our salesman David Carter and the rest of this awesome staff, they were able to help us with not so good credit, to purchase a 2019 Sentra. We were told that if we keep our payments on time, we will be able to come back and upgrade. Sure enough, we returned in good payment status and were able to trade in the Sentra and get a 2019 Dodge Journey. The staff worked extremely hard on our behalf and we truly appreciate it. So in short, if you’re looking to better your credit and purchase a vehicle, eastern motors in temple hills is the place. I filled out their online application before going in and was contacted within 10 minutes by a representative.
