Wonderful dealer to go to for a Kia! I was helped by Carlos, who went above and beyond for me. Not only was he friendly, he was also super helpful! John also helped me out as well with the paperwork process and he was just as great. Wonderful people here. Quick & effective communication and friendly service are two important things to me, especially in a big purchase, and they were better than my expectations.
Never purchased a car before and this dealership was quick and easy. I spent more time in traffic than I did filling out paperwork.
I got a beautiful 2022 Kia Seltos here and it runs wonderfully. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership!

I've had my '21 Telluride serviced here twice and I am satisfied with their service. My 10k mi & 15k mi services were done here. The oil changes, filters, and other items were done correctly the first time so far. Added Bonus: if you live within a certain range of the dealer, you can drop off your vehicle and the dealer will call and pay for you to Uber back to your home/office. Once your service is complete, the dealer will call and pay for you to Uber back to the dealer to pickup your vehicle. Great option for active owners. My service rep was Shwan and he did an excellent job. I recommend this business and location.

Bought my Sportage from this location and i absolutely love it. Kamiran from sales made the process fun and easy, unlike other dealers i went to he didn’t pressure me to buy the car, he gave me the necessary time to look at it ( and i took my time 😅) and answered all my questions. I am typically not a person that posts reviews. However, I wanted to take the opportunity to do so here because of the great experience I recently had at Beyer Kia. If there was space for a title, I would write, "There is a Difference".
I previously had my Kia serviced at the Kia dealer in Gaithersburg. On multiple occasions, I had trouble making the appointment, getting a call back when requested, having the service completed in a timely fashion, and, unbelievably, long waits (30 min+) to get access to my car after the service was completed, and I had paid. Finally, the car was always returned dirty - never even a simple wash when my vehicle was covered in winter road salt. It always felt like a "sad" experience.
My first time experience at Beyer Kia was the opposite of what explained above. I worked with Bryan Marchante, who was professional, courteous, and, most importantly, customer-focused. He kept me up-to-date on my service process and made me feel as if he was looking out for me, not just trying to sell me repair services.
I also wanted to highlight something he did that went WAY above good customer service. When I dropped off my vehicle, I inquired about having it detailed as well. He indicated that there were no available appointments because of the short notice, which I understood. Much to my delight, when I returned for pick-up a day and a half later, my vehicle had been detailed! And, not only was it done, but Bryan said that there would be no charge!! It's such a great feeling to get into one's vehicle after it's been serviced and cleaned - almost like recreating a version of the "new car experience"!
Bryan made my first visit to Beyer Kia service a great customer experience. This positive feeling extends beyond the "free" detailing (which I would have been happy to pay for since my car really needed some cleaning TLC!). I will be returning to see Bryan for my next service interval. Also, while I hadn't included Beyer Kia on my list of dealers when I originally purchased my Kia, my experience with Bryan will put Beyer Kia at the top of the list next time! Thank you, Bryan!!

He was able to address all my questions and was a great customer advocate with other departments at Beyer Kia. Car was done in record time and then were in constant communication with me during the whole process. Love the extras Beyer offers its customers, such as a complementary shuttle to work or near by metro, a car wash and even free WiFi to keep you working if you are waiting while you wait on your car. Please take your car here for service next time it needs some maintenance!

Could not fix the issue.
I went here to get my Kia's engine light issue. I paid for full engine diagnostics about a month ago. They just manually turned off the engine light because no issue was allgedly found. About a month later, my Kia's engine light went back on. I read the code, the same issue that was supposed to be fixed earlier.
I called the advisor here and discussed. "No guarantee" that it is the same issue since one month has passed, although I told him that I got the same OBE code. "No guarantee" that the car can be fixed within one or two days because they are too busy.
I just decided to go to another place for this job being done, because it may be "no guarantee" that the same issue can be fixed here even if I give them more time.

I cannot say enough great praise about our experience buying our new Kia Telluride at Beyer Kia! I’ve never been so impressed with the service, the sales team, the finance team, etc. My husband and I needed to get a 3rd row SUV for our ever expanding family, so I just dropped in one Thursday to look at the Sorrento and the Telluride. Mr. Kamiran Mizra was excellent to work with. He patiently explained to me (and I’m quite car stupid) the different makes and models of the SUVs. He was wonderful to work with. My husband and I came back that weekend to test drive a few and we were so satisfied. We ordered our Telluride in August and have been so satisfied ever since then. If you are in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and do not miss Beyer Kia!

After multiple chaotic unprofessional depressing experiences at KIA Fairfax I decided to try Beyer KIA in Falls Church. I did not even make an appointment. I arrived around 8:30 am on Monday, January 13 and was warmly greeted by Chris. He was professional, upbeat, and friendly. He quickly and efficiently filled out my paperwork. Then invited me to have coffee and snacks while directing me to their comfortable clean waiting room. While waiting I received a welcome text from Rachel.
Less than 20 minutes later Rachel met with me in-person. She was friendly and professional. She explained the work that my 2018 KIA Soul required. I was shocked because less than 2 weeks earlier I had the vehicle serviced at KIA Fairfax. Inexplicably, they had not recommended the work that very obviously needed to be done (hello? break light was on! Brake fluid was very dark!).
I felt very confident that the team at Beyer KIA would expertly repair my Soul :-) and they did. And amazingly completed the work (wheel roter resurfacing, new front break pads & break fluid system flushed) in just under 90 minutes!
For as long as we live in the DC area, Beyer KIA in Falls Church will be our Soul's home for maintenance.

This was 6th car purchase and was by far the best experience that I have had at a new car dealer. My sale's consultant, Kamiran, responded to my internet inquirers quickly. On the day of scheduled appointment, he had my chosen vehicle prominently displayed at the entrance of their dealership. Also, Kamiran took me to the location where the dealership stores its excess vehicles to allow me a chance to see a different interior color that I had not seen before. Then, he drove the second vehicle back to the dealership to give me more time to make up my mind. When I presented Kamiran with an aggressive offer that I received from Beyer's competitor, he worked with his sales manager to get as close to the competing offer as possible, while placing no pressure on me to buy from them. In the end, I chose to buy the vehicle from Beyer at a higher cost due to their professionalism and due to them treating me with respect and not pressuring me to make a deal. Also, they did not speak badly about their competitor and invited me to return to their dealership if the offer at the competitor fell through. This excellent customer service continued as I worked with their finance manager, Emily. She assisted me with getting the best finance options, and carefully researched how to correctly register my vehicle out of state. If I choose to buy another Kia, I will definitely return to Beyer and buy again!

Bought a new 2022 Forte from them. Salesman Carlos and Sales Manager Milo made the whole buying process super easy for us. We were coming from WV so instead of making us come down first, in person, to hammer out the deal they worked with us over the phone, before we ever drove down, to get the deal all worked out. When we arrived and were ready to purchase the car the paperwork they presented was exactly as we had agreed to over the phone. No bait and switch tactics here. Got us through the finance paperwork very quick as well. Would definitely buy from these guys again. I've bought tons of new cars and I would rank this purchase as one of the best new car purchases experiences I have had.

Moved to Alexandria VA Oct 2020. Time for servicing and you always take a chance on a new place. Read previous reviews so took a chance. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
This location has a great waiting area with coffee and snacks. Shwan Haider previously and this time Michael took care of me and the techs provided a video of what needed to be changed. Got everything done and when they were through they gave her a good wash during a previous visit. She was so clean. During the inspection before oil change they looked over my car and sent me a text of things going right and going wrong and give you the option to check off what you would like to add to the service. Was not expecting that. Received a text from Michael following up and an email. Also received a Carfax report from Beyer KIA - for free! And as long as I keep going to them I will continue to receive Carfax reports.
I felt very safe and comfortable there.
Never thought I'd say this but actually looking forward to going back to this dealership. 🙂

I had the best experience with Kamiran purchasing my 2022 Kia Seltos. I live several hours from the dealership. I saw the exact model and color I wanted in stock on line. Kamiran was kind and courteous in taking all the pictures I wanted, answering all my questions and providing me with all information I requested. He went out his way to make sure everything was ready when I arrived to purchase my new vehicle. Again, I had an Excellent experience at Beyer Kia when I had a very bad day and managed to damage my tire. I used Kia Roadside Service which cost me nothing out of pocket. My car was towed to Beyer Kia in the evening and I received a call first thing in the morning from Rachel at the Service Desk. We discussed options and she said she would call me back after researching tire availability. Kia did my service that was coming up while they had the car there and I picked the car up in the early afternoon. Beyer come through for their customers!

I actually bought my car from a different dealership but chose to get it serviced here and I’m so glad that I did. As soon as I got into the building, I was treated so nicely by all the staff. The service manager Chris is a very nice guy and knowledgeable with KIA cars. I won’t be going anywhere else for service. Highly recommend Beyer KIA!! They finished servicing my car in less than an hour. Waiting room has drinks and snacks as well. Best experience I’ve ever had at any service center.

It was my second time having my vehicle serviced at Beyer Kia and I loved it. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy about additional repairs either. In fact, they seemed more concerned about giving their customers the best experience possible. Out of all the car service shops I've been to, this place takes the cake for the best customer service. Hats off to Kamiran who made my life easy! I bought my first car Kia k5 gt line from here. I was in Tampa and when I decided to move to Virginia and looking for this particular car with a specific interior color I had a tough time finding one, luckily I called this falls church Kia and Kamiran was the best dealer I have ever met. I had bad experiences with all the dealers in the past be it Hyundai or Mazda or whatever. Kamiran was easy to talk to. He took instructions well and promised me what they had and when the car will be ready by the time I move to Virginia. All the paper work was done and I never once met him in person for all that. The car arrived earlier than expected and I had the most smoothest car buying experience. I went straight away to pick up my car and everything was as exactly as he had promised and new surprises at the end. Last year I purchased a 2021 Kia Sorento SX Prestige from Beyer Kia working with Less Morgan. It was a great experience all around and working with the dealership for nearly a year afterwards has been a breeze. It was my first time buying a car, and I absolutely am in love with my Sorento. Less was super helpful, and my service appointments since have been great. I am so happy that I made the drive from Bowie to Falls Church to get my baby! Lol This dealership was the only one in the DMV that had the exact colors and build that I wanted...little did I know just how much I'd love the dealership too!

I had a great experience with Bryan. There was a snafu with my appointment scheduling and it was accidentally cancelled. I called him and he told me to just come in anyway and then took great care of me as soon as I arrived. He asked me when I needed my car back and was sure to have the work done in less than 2 hours. I also had a great experience buying the car - it's been truly wonderful. There was a defective part but someone from Beyer Kia took an uber to my house (which was 35 minutes away!) and drove the car themselves back to the shop, returning it in a similar fashion. When the defective part was replaced, it cost me nothing as it was under warranty and they paid for my rental car for four days while it was in the shop!

I've been taking my 2020 Telluride here for service even though I purchased it at a different dealership. The service center has been excellent - courteous, communicative, and professional. My past several appointments I've worked with the service advisor David Chang who I highly recommend. He was able to deliver my car to me much sooner than expected, and with a lovely car wash! He is great at communicating, and is always friendly and professional. The prices here are reasonable and they have a 10% military discount. They offer shuttle service, water/coffee/snacks, and have a comfortable waiting area (although I typically go for a walk along the nearby trail).

The service that I received at Beyer KIA in Falls Church was exceptional. I had a 90k service done on my 2011 KIA Soul, had the battery replaced, and the horn repaired. My service representative Oliver did an excellent job in keeping me informed about progress as I waited for the work to be completed. I enjoyed the extra little touches at Beyer KIA including the snacks and coffee in the waiting area and the washing and vacuuming of my car before it was returned to me. As someone who bought my car at Beyer KIA (in Alexandria), I was also able to benefit from Beyer's policy of doing my Virginia state and emission inspections for free. This was my first experience at this Beyer location and it was a very positive one.

I needed to take our vehicle in for scheduled service, brake repair and a state inspection. Shwan was the customer service representative I worked with and he was fantastic! He went over all the work to be preformed thoroughly and what the costs would be so there would be no surprises later on. The work was completed faster than the estimated time I was given, and pick up was a breeze. I was in and out in under five minutes when I retrieved our vehicle. David Chang is an excellent service advisor. I took my car to a dealership in Charles County, MD at the beginning of the pandemic. It took them almost three weeks to figure out what was causing water to be under my front and back seats. After they figured it out, they had to mitigate for the mold.
Yesterday I had a waiting appointment in the beautiful waiting room, for my 60,000 miles service. I even sent pictures to my friends, showing them the social distancing signs on the chairs, the computer rooms, and the comfortable four chair suite with a flat screen TV. Felt like you were in your own safe pod.
Falls Church is further from my home then the other dealership in Maryland, but I will never take my car anywhere else then Don Beyer.
From the time I walked in the door, I was acknowledged and greeted by David, and informed that while my mileage was checked, there was coffee and snacks available. I knew the dealership was concerned with keeping their customers safe, when I read the sign next to the snacks, asking you to sanitize your hands before touching the snacks.
The service was completed in the estimated time. David kept me informed and also gave me a $50 discount, which during these unprecedented times was much appreciated.
I will never take my car anywhere else for service other than Falls Church. David is an excellent representative of the dealership service department.

I recently had a great experience at Beyer Kia getting my car serviced. David Chang, my service representative was great! I ended up having trouble jump starting my car from home to get to my service appointment and he tried to help me with that over the phone. Because of my bad battery issue I was late to my appointment...still David was very polite and friendly, and took my car in right away. I ended up needing a new battery and David helped to hook me up with a coupon that saved me some $$$. Also, the dealership was very "COVID-friendly" - I saw people doing intermittent cleaning of surfaces, everyone was wearing masks, and there were signs reminding to physical distance. The service took less time than I imagined and I appreciated the complimentary car wash. I would definitely recommend the Beyer Kia dealership, and the excellent service staff!

I visited Beyer Kia yesterday, to get a Flat Tire replaced (the car was sitting for months with a nail in the tire), and I was greeted very nicely.
I am a Mask-Wearing Family Man, who feels strongly about protecting others from me and me from others. I was pleased to see that everyone in the Service Department were wearing masks.
My service advisor was a man named David Chang. He was professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. He checked on me a few times, while I waited for my car, and kept me aware of every step of my repair process.
While sitting in the waiting room, I witnessed a staff member spraying and wiping the chairs (and tables) around me with a disinfectant cleanser - I was happy about this.
All in all, I had a Great Experience at this dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful service experience.

I bought my 2020 Kia Sedona from Beyer Kia less than a year ago. I recently visited service department for the first maintenance + complimentary oil change. Facility was very clean and well prepared for the social distancing with four segregated waiting rooms and plenty of chairs/sofa. Staff there was very professional and efficient, special kudos to Mr. David Chang! He efficiently accommodated my needs and answered all the questions with courtesy. Car was well serviced with free 12 point inspection and tail light recall checks etc. Oh, you get complimentary car wash and cleaning each time you visit there when you buy a vehicle from them. Beyer Kia is one of the best dealerships I've experienced.

Big shout out to Beyer Kia in Falls Church for their service. Shawn, Tsai, Russ and Oliver. They treated me with first class service. As soon as I stepped inside the facility, the Service Mgr Shawn helped me with what I had to get done. I had to take my car in for a recall that was covered by Kia. I decided since I have not had the car serviced (besides oil changes) in a while to go ahead rotate the tires and do a front end alignment. They gave me a fair price and I was happy. Tsai who was the receptionist asked me if I wanted coffee and made the coffee for me and took it to my seat in the waiting room. The service rep Shawn was polite and professional. He was honest. About an hour later he said I got some good new and bad news. Left clipper almost gone. They took pictures of every line item. It looked bad. The back brake pads were almost gone. I was bummed but I knew it was time. They gave me a fair price. When I said let’s do it. Shawn got Russ who worked in customer services to drive me back to my residence. Later that day Tsai called to tell me it is done and that she can have Russ come pick me up. I was so happy. Anyway I highly recommend Beyer Kia in Falls Church. Thank you Russ, Shawn, Tsai and Oliver.

We were able to get a last minute appointment before an unexpected trip and the Chris, the Service Manager, got us a loaner car because our KIA was going to stay in the shop overnight. There was routine maintenance and the checking of all systems in addition to a recall.
All work was done to perfection and we were pleased that some steering part was replaced due to a recall we were not aware of. That replacement made the steering tighter and more stable.
As usual the car came back very clean, the interior that is, because the car wash was not operating in freezing weather.

I got the car to Beyer Kia service department, where they successfully addressed the issue. The part needed for the repair was not covered by the warranty, but they only charged me for half, which was great. The service at Don Beyer Kia was amazing start to finish! At the time I was looking for a car, I had a time constraint and needed a car ASAP. I called over and spoke to Omar Pinto and told him when I needed to come in, and he was able to line up the cars I wanted to see and get me in for an appointment without any issue.
When I arrived to the dealership, I was greeted out front by Mr. Pinto and he walked me in and collected the necessary paperwork, got some keys for the cars we had discussed on the phone and introduced me to his manager Bobby Wallace. Then Mr. Wallace gave Mr. Pinto and myself a ride to the auxiliary lot where we went to go look at a few vehicles they had set aside for me. I was impressed. They had picked out cars that fit my specifications exactly, as well as showed me a few others that they thought I would like. The cars were beautiful, clean, and had obviously been taken care of while awaiting their new owners. After test driving, I picked the car I wanted and the color I wanted, and they promptly took it to be washed and made ready for me.
We then went into the office area and the space was clean, comfortable, had free snacks, and it was well organized. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Omar offered me some water and we went over the numbers. I told him what I thought was fair and he agreed, and then found out I qualified for a special promotion as well and immediately offered it.
Mr. Pinto wrote up the contract we signed and I went to finance. The finance person was very friendly. When I told him I had a time constraint and needed to leave quickly, he said he understood and got all of the financing done in what seemed like no more than 15minutes.
I said thank you and goodbye to the staff and found Mr. Pinto outside, he then put on metal license plates (they don’t do paper plates, so no dmv visit!) on my brand new car and wished me well!
I can’t overemphasize how easy the process was and how professionals the staff presented themselves. It’s been a few months since I got the car and I have to say I really love it!
10/10 would recommend! Go get a Kia, and make sure you ask for Omar!

Great Kia service center! I have been bringing my vehicle there for years now to get great, timely, honest, and affordable service to keep the car safe and reliable. Shwan Haidar and his colleagues in the service department always take good care of me and my vehicle, going above and beyond in terms of the quality. I continue to go here despite having Kia service centers closer to my home because I can trust them and their work, which is hard to find in this area with lots of unscrupulous car dealers and service shops. Beyer Kia also had pretty good COVID mitigation measures in place, including everyone wearing masks, plexiglass, sanitizer etc, which is greatly appreciated in this day and age, knowing they are protecting their customers and employees.

While it's sad that we need to take our vehicles in for recall notifications, I'm happy that Kia has been diligent in contacting me via email and mail regarding these necessary services. I've only been to Beyer Kia for recall services, however, they have been able to resolve most of the issues quickly and I've been able to enjoy the rest of my day--there was only one time where I needed to leave it for an entire work day. Typically, Shwan has been my service provider while in-house and he is very courteous and informative. In my most recent visit, I was happy with their social distancing practices and felt safe & comfortable while waiting for my vehicle (I had a VERY early morning appt). Additionally, there was a member of the housekeeping staff who was very courteous & personable--unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I did see him actively cleaning throughout the area during my visit.

First off I want to say this was the best experience I've had by far, purchasing a car. My salesperson Omar Pinto was so kind and understanding to what I was looking for in getting a new car. Omar was very down to earth and relatable. I was extremely comfortable with expressing exactly what I wanted and Omar was definitely taking notes and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
The next step was getting set up with the Finance Manager, Ari Rahman.... When I tell you this man has gone above and beyond to get me what I wanted, words just can't express how amazed I was with his customer service. Ari was able to get me such a great APR with a not so good credit score and this man answered about a million questions I had and he has never disappointed me. when it was time to come in and sign paperwork, everything was laid out so professionally and all I had to do was sign.
Both Salesman and Finance Manager went over all the paperwork and ensured that I understood all the documents I was signing, they also had no issues with answering any questions I had regarding paperwork. At the end I met with Bobby Wallace the Brand Manager and he congratulated me on my car purchase and was just a really nice guy. David Chang was very nice and helpful even though I was having a rough morning when I came in. I was waiting for 4 1/2 hours for service and diagnostics on a couple issues I’ve been having with the car. They weren’t able to rotate my tires because they said the wheel lock on one of them was very tight and they didn’t want to damage it. One out of the two issues I presented couldn’t be fixed because of internal issue and it would be too costly to replace and It was not worth it as it did not impact driving at all (my driver side mirror stopped automatically opening when I approached with key). The other issue which was loud screeching when turning my wheel, they said they were able to take care of although I am still waiting to get back in my car so I will update if this issue has not been fixed. Overall, I am happy with service and will schedule again.

I had a very easy and streamlined car buying experience working with Omar and Bobby this week. I used a car buying service through my credit union, then Omar reached out directly (along with a few other dealerships). I went to Beyer for my initial visit because my dad had had a good experience there.
As a first time car buyer, I was a little nervous (because of the reputation that car dealerships in general have), but it was pretty pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was responsive, warm, polite, and knowledgeable. The people were quick to offer information for me to consider, but left each decision up to me and did not push after I gave a response. It was not the high stress experience that I had been dreading when I started thinking about buying a car.
I was able to test drive two different versions of the model that I was considering, which helped me figure out what was most important to me in a car. It was very low pressure. I was allowed to test drive with a family member along and since we know the area, no one from the dealer joined us. They were happy to give lots of information without giving me a hard sell. In my initial visit, there was a wait that was about 35 minutes longer than expected between the test drives and receiving a quote on the specific car I liked. They mentioned that they were slightly understaffed unexpectedly that day, and it was a Saturday afternoon, so there were a lot of people there.
Beyer gave me the best quote out of the four dealerships I was talking to. I was able to take that quote to my credit union for a loan. I came back to sign the paperwork and give them the check—including another quick test drive, it was about 2-2.5 hours to wrap everything up (faster than I had anticipated). I’m very pleased with my new car.

I had a service done today—filter replacement, tire rotation, and an oil change. Great service! They’ve implemented a smart text message service where they can communicate directly with you and share a link that shows the current status of your vehicle. I found it really helpful (and if you prefer to be called instead, that’s given as an option too!). David Chang was wonderful and during COVID it was nice to be in and out quickly with the super efficient and kind cashier, knowing that they’re taking precautions. That said, there was another employee walking around inside with his mask pulled down on his neck instead of covering his nose and mouth—I really did not enjoy that and I kept my distance. All in all, quick and easy service today and I appreciate everyone who made it that way!

I had to get my car towed today due to a flat tire. Thankfully I already had a service appointment today so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. However, I was stressing out about the service costs plus the cost to replace my tires but thankfully the person that was working with me, David Chang, has been very helpful. He went out of his way to see if there were any coupons or service deductions that would apply for my needs and he was very patient while I called around to get quotes for my tires. He has been extremely kind and helpful through this entire ordeal. In the end, it was more cost efficient to get the tires replaced here. All in all, I’ve had great experiences with the employees who have been very kind and extremely helpful.

Don Beyer Kia offered a great at-home pick-up service this afternoon, taking my 2015 Forte5 to the dealership (about 10 miles) for a 45,000 mile servicing and state inspection and emission's inspections. Service manager David Chang stayed on top of the work and called me at every step of the way to assure me that my car was getting exactly the service it needed. When the car was ready, David called me and arranged to have the invoice sent to me for online billing. No sweat, and quickly accomplished. I would like to say thanks to the Service Adviser Bryan,and the Shop Foreman Rick at Beyer Kia in Falls Church Va.I have been searching for information regarding a pinout of a on board diagnostic connector.
Back in November my son had an encounter with a Large deer in his 2017 Optima Kia.The insurance company totaled the car and we bought it back and repaired it.Once i gave the VIN # Bryan he verified the vin and noticed that it had a salvage title and he let me know that the engine was still under warranty regardless of the title status.
I have been a mechanic for over 45 years and still find that i need help,Bryan and Rick gave that help to me today.Bryan sent me a electrical schematic and Rick walked me thru locating all of the wires into the new connector.This was the last piece of the puzzle in this repair.

One side note. My wife drives a Mazda. This afternoon she called the dealer with a question on services provided. The individual she dealt with was both unhelpful and unprofessional to the extent that I drove to the dealership and addressed the issue directly with their Sales Manager. Entirely coincidental in timing but highlighted the difference in the customer care experience between dealers. Beyer Kia really delivered on customer service.

Heidi Sullivan was very knowledgeable about the product, very helpful in describing features, options, etc. At other dealerships I had visited during my research, followup was either nonexistent or to the point of being a pest. Heidi did follow up (good for her), but was definitely not a pest, and in fact a great rep for the dealer and brand.
Negotiation/closing process was fairly good for a car dealership (I've been buying cars for 50 years, so I've had a number of these experiences). I've never understood why the buying process has to be so long - this one was typical, but by no means excessive.
Sales manager (whose name I've forgotten, for which apologies) was straightforward, so we were able to cut to the chase pretty quickly. Trevor the F&I guy was thorough in a very nice way, respectful of my declining his options.
Car buying is unfortunately never a great experience, but this one was about as good as it gets for a retail buyer. Which sounds like a backhanded compliment, but is sincerely meant to be a compliment to all involved.

The staff were all welcoming and polite, they took my car the day after it was towed and got me out my mid afternoon. There's also great shops and restaurants nearby to visit while you wait. I had to take the train back to the dealership as I was without a car & the falls church stop on the metro was a 10 minute walk to the dealership.

Kia Road Service connected me with a towing company because we have towing coverage in our contract. Towing company was Blair's, which we have used before (multiple times for the car we wound up donating) and I highly recommend them.
It was near closing time when the vehicle was towed to Don Beyer Kia in Falls Church, where we had purchased the car and always have it serviced.
David Chang called me first thing in the morning to let me know the problem was only a dead battery that would not hold a charge. He said the car would be ready by noon. In the event, he called back at 10:30 to let me know the work was complete and the cost. He greeted me when I arrived at the service desk and stood by while my invoice was prepared and I paid. Very professional service. Fast and done right the first time.

Super impressed! I just moved to Virginia from Michigan and this Kia service center was beyond impressive. They had an awesome coffee machine that was free and an array of free snacks too. In a separate area, there were semi-privacy areas with couches and tvs and secluded wifi computer areas, in which you could work on a computer or your own laptop while you waited for your vehicle to get serviced.
They installed my front license plate and washed my car and didn't charge me for anything. The staff was courteous, friendly, and super efficient. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here, because it's one thing buying a car from someone, as they'll be really nice to get you to buy from them, but what is the place like after the sale? Kia always impresses. This particular service center is the most organized and efficient one I have ever been to and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went in for a scheduled oil change and issue with my Apple CarPlay. When I called to schedule the service they gave me the designated time to drop it off in order for me to have a loaner. Dropped it off and they gave me the loaner with ease. My car was fixed the next day, service manager called explained what was wrong and what they fixed. At pickup I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. In total the whole service experience (phone call, drop off and pick up) took a total of 10-15 minutes (most of the time was spent explaining what was wrong).

The brought my Kia Niro phev into the service office at Beyer Kia in Falls Church because the charging door stopped opening and had a surprisingly good experience. At first one of the guys in the office told me that I had to make an appointment and bring the car in for diagnosis, which made me disappointed since the problem seemed small enough for someone to at least take a quick look since the car was right there. However as I was leaving, David offered to direct me to the service building across the street and walked there himself. A mechanic took a look and made a quick fix in one minute. David then told me that if the problem happens again, then I could bring it on for a proper repair. I really appreciated the common sense and willingness to solve a problem David exercised. I will definitely return to The dealership for servicing and possible Purchases in the future.

I was visiting my daughter and her family in Washington, DC from Indiana. On Thanksgiving day I got a flat tire. I waited until Friday to have it repaired. I called AAA to have them change the tire and put on my spare so I can go get the flat fixed. I contacted Beyer KIA to see if they could give me appt. The woman in the service dept told me they were busy but she maybe be able to get me in. I arrived and they took me right away. They were very courteous and very pleasant. The tire was not fixable but they gave me a few options on a new tire. Once we agreed on the tire it took them about 20 minutes to install. They put the spare back in its place and they even gave me a car wash. I could not believe the service they gave me. I would gladly recommend this dealership especially their service dept. Great group of people to deal with.

We were on our way home from the country on a Sunday night when our check engine light came on. Then the dreaded oil light. Worse yet we were on the Beltway. We stopped in a parking lot put two bottles of oil in and limped into the Don Beyer lot. We left our Kia there, unexpected with no appointment. The next morning first thing we got a call from David Chang. He said he’d check things out and get back to us. Before he called us back with the really bad news, he had already checked and confirmed that our car was covered under warranty for the replacement of our engine. So even though it was bad news we didn’t have to go through the worry of how we’re we going to pay. Now our beloved Sorrento will be good for another 100,000 miles. David Chang turned a bad experience into a win. We are a 2 Beyer Kia Family. And when the next one finally wears out we will surely be a 3rd.

The engine on my 2012 Optima seized. My warranty had already expired, however Kia covers their engines for as long as you own the car (as long as you are the original owner and you do all your scheduled oil changes), Beyer Kia was extremely easy to work with. Their rental car process through Enterprise is seamless and I did not have to pay for anything. They did forget to perform a test on the new engine so I did have to go back and take additional time out of my day for them to do it. But I would still highly recommend.

I really can’t speak highly enough of the folks in the Kia service department. I’ve been to many Kia dealerships in the DMV and there is just no comparison when it comes to customer service. Shwan specifically has gone above and beyond with helping explain any issues I have on my Optima. His communication is always prompt and gives very realistic timeframes on repairs. The service manager, Chris, is incredibly professional and never hesitates to call me an Uber when dropping the car off. These guys are A+ Highly recommended!
I spoke with Daijza many times in person and via phone over the course of my engine replacement and I highly recommend asking for her by name if you’re getting work done. She was always incredibly courteous, accommodating and promptly returned my calls without fail. The service manager, Chris, was also kind enough to put me in a brand spanking new loaner for the duration of the repair! The level of customer service I experienced was unparalleled. The lead mechanic, Ishmael didn’t hesitate to go in depth about all of my mechanical questions and really helped me to understand what was wrong with my vehicle. After taking my Kia Sorento in for a warranty repair, Chris, the service manager, exceeded my customer service expectations. I received a loaner for the two weeks my car was in their shop, and received regular updates. Unfortunately, one of my issues was very difficult for them to diagnose, and they used multiple techs. to figure out the rattling coming from the sunroof. The noise was reduced, but it still rattles. I’m confident they will look over the car again to make the necessary repairs to finally resolve this. They even balanced my tires and gave me a free oil change while they were repairing the sunroof.

They can usually get me in right away and I’ve never had a problem with scheduling. However, I am constantly disappointed in little details when I take my vehicle there. I used to work at an auto repair shop so I know and understand how things should be done and I feel that Beyer Kia needs to work on their customer service. Just recently I needed an inspection done and when they took the old sticker off to replace it with the new one(that’s smaller) they didn’t take off the old sticky goop so I now have a HUGE spot on my window :( and that stuff is hard to get off! they also never seem to vacuum. Little details make a difference.

This was my second time here. It was my car’s 10,000 miles maintenance. I love Kia’s customer service. The facilities are nice. Mr. Shwan is very professional. I came without an appointment, and Mr. Shwan helped me to got it. While they were working in my car, they gave me a car, so I went to buy my groceries and picked up my clothes from the laundry. When I returned my car was ready and it was already washed. They changed my car’s oil, tire rotation, installed filters, set all tire pressures. I paid $55.00. It was a great deal.

The following Monday we called ahead to make an appointment at a different dealer to see the other car. Came in for service on a faulty trunk latch. Not only was the latch repaired under warranty, but two recall repairs were made and they changed my oil (I was just about due) - and I didn't pay one dime. What was even better was the customer service. The service personnel were friendly, kept me informed, and were very considerate of my time (about 2 hrs from drop-off to driving home). I've heard horror stories about dealership service so this was a most pleasant surprise.

David Chang more than excelled in each of those categories. Ideally, I wanted to have a 25k mile service performed on our 2017 Sportage, but would've been satisfied with an oil change. I also noticed that the vehicle was consuming enormous amounts of windshield washer fluid.
Even though I called only a couple hours beforehand to learn there were no available appointments that day, David was able to not only perform the 25k service, but also trace the run on washer fluid to a leaky pump, which he duly replaced. Finally, he had the vehicle washed and vacuumed before I picked it up.
To top things off, even though I normally took the Beyer shuttle van to/from metro, since I am now teleworking, David and the Beyer team provided complimentary Uber rides to/from my home. Now that's amazing customer service!

A few months after getting the car, I drove over a manhole and shredded the two tires on the passenger side of my vehicle. 2017 Review: The service I received here today was GREAT!
I came to get fuel cleanse and received that along with some other things - plus top service from Kenneth G. I was set on coming in to get a simple fuel cleanse, and he was knowledgeable and was able to explain the necessity for other service to my car since I was at 90K miles. He explained all the benefits of doing that and it made me trust his expertise. And yes, it was more expensive, but it will help with the life of my car which is more valuable to me at this point.
On top of that, I received a discount purely based on Kenneth's courtesy. Also, I received a text message asking to text back if I needed anything. While I waited, I had free WiFi access to get some work done. And I was offered cake while I waited. They also have water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby - free of charge. I was a happy customer based on all of these experiences.

I had a positive experience buying a new Kia Sorento at Beyer. I knew the vehicle I wanted. They did not have it in inventory, but said they could source it. We negotiated on price - had one exchange with the manager, who came back with what I asked for and thought was a fair price. They explained the financing options to me transparently, and ended up using my own financing as that worked out better. They managed to source the car from another area dealership within minutes, and had it onsite within a couple of hours. I had to go home, but they paid for an Uber to pick me back up to get the car when it arrived. The whole process was straightforward, particularly compared to another area Kia dealership I had visited the day prior that had used every frustrating car sales tactic in the book. The Beyer team gave me a much better deal - better price, better financing solution - and much more straightforward, no nonsense service. I visited 4 DC/VA/MD area dealerships during my process, and Beyer was by far the best to deal with.

We had an honest, friendly, professional, and straight forward business deal to get a Kia Niro PHEV for lease. Our sales representative was Mr. Omar Pinto, and the necessary closing paperwork was handled by Mrs. Emily, who like Omar explained and responded to every single question asked to the extent of their knowledge.
It is essential to note that the whole process of getting the car was dealt without pushing us (like it does happen in any car dealership) and together everything worked to gets us the deal that ended satisfying our needs at the time.
We did go to several other dealerships in the area, but this one overall Beyer Kia was the best for customer service and for the deal offered, their staff showed us the willingness to go the extra mile proactively. By the way, we still have an open invitation (no appointment needed) to come back and spend some time to resolve any further questions about the car and to fill the car tank for free.
My wife and I recommend any DMV Kia or no Kia owner to visit and give a chance to Beyer Kia since they might surprise you.

Friday night, car is loaded with our dog, luggage and tools for a way over due maintenance trip to our Florida house (985mi).
Ready to go -> and the check engine light comes on. No read out with an error code. UVO app doesn't even acknowledge the check light being on.
Beyer Kia offered a service appointment at 10.30am the next day.
From the moment we made the appointment until they handed the car back to me. We were treated with the outmost corteousy, a professional yet honest smile and every step was explained.
The service coordinator came to the customer in the lounge and I overheard a couple Service report summaries. Things were explained understandable and with an empathy for the dire finances a lot of direct or indirect covid-19 victims find themselves.
The waiting lounge looked like the Business class lounge of an Airline. No ugly vending machines. A highend coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker. Snacks and beverages nicely presented and free of charge.
The comfortable leather lounge chairs and the business center with a functioning charging station gave the waiting area a pleasant touch.

I live in DC and own a 2014 KIA Sorento. My check engine light came on recently and the car lost most of its acceleration - unsafe to drive. I first contacted DARCARS KIA in Lanham/New Carrollton who performed some recall work the previous year. DARCARS couldn’t see me for several weeks and their customer service is consistently lacking.
At the suggestion of a coworker, I contacted Beyer who were able to fit me in their schedule within a day. They were extremely knowledgeable of the problem and were able to provide potential outcomes over the phone before I brought my car in. They answered all of my questions and were very friendly.
Beyer also charged less for the same services as other dealerships. My experience was a win-win: fantastic customer service and cheaper prices (than other dealers). I will definitely be back if/when I need additional service.

I had an excellent experience buying a new car at Beyer Kia. The sales staff is salaried rather than on commission, so they really just want to help. That means they're not pushy and they're willing to take as long as you need to look around and make a decision.
I wanted a very specific car - a 2020 Niro EV - which has only recently arrived in the United States and wasn't in stock at Beyer Kia, and the sales staff worked to special order the exact one I wanted in whatever color I wanted and get it there within 48 hours!
Also, pretty impressive that they're the only Kia dealership in Virginia to sell the all-electric Niro. Seems like that should be reason enough to shop from Beyer Kia.

So I went where I should have started in the first place as Don Beyer Kia resolved my problem quickly and could not have been better to work with. My car broke down and I did not know any mechanics so I rolled the dice and had it towed here. I was very nervous and worried about the cost. I spoke to Shwan Haider and he eased some of my worries but still worried about the cost. He called me a couple hours later and said my car was done and an $800 repair only cost me $147. We brought in our KIA for a 75K service and front end alignment after being run off the road and hitting a curb which resulted two tires having to be replaced. AAA towed the car to one of their repair shops and replaced two tires so the car was driveable, but we were not told about the under carriage damage. A few days later when the car was brought in to Don Beyer KIA in Falls Church, the mechanic informed us we had front end damage and the car was unsafe to drive. Why AAA did not inform us of the damage or even told us to get the car checked is incomprehensible. In any event the Beyer Dealership ordered the parts the same day and two days later the car repairs were completed on time and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service! I enjoy waiting in the comfortable lounge. Service is exceptional and the coffee is great too. The always hospitable staff at Beyer KIA keep an immaculate and sanitized waiting area. Great customer service when shopping for a new car. They gave me a good price on a Kia Soul and a decent price on trade-in. My comment is more about their attitude than price. Very professional and refreshing compared to other high-pressure "old style" dealerships. Not the traditional experience. They may not show up on the TruCar radar is this service (IMO) is more of a game (lead generator) anyway.

Everyone is friendly. But the prices are excessive. I brought a Kia Sorento in for a prepurchase checkup. And they gave a list of recommended work. Everything was about 50% higher than what the "internet" says is reasonable. And the whole point of this checkup was to have them LOOK at things. They recommended replacing the cabin air filter, saying it's VERY dirty. I REPLACED that right before I brought the car in. Then they told me they were recommending it just based on the recommended service interval. I didn't need to pay $120 for them to tell me recommended service based on the mileage...

We purchased a 2017 Optima Plugin Hybrid. The buying experience was drama free, quick, and pleasant. Within 3 days we had a "check engine" light. Service and staff are polite and on time. Waiting room is clean, and quiet. It also has WiFi. My only gripe is their estimate on my brakes. My Optima has 50k miles and I was recommended rotors and pads on the front, and pads on the back. This would cost 1053.00. Though they are the original brakes, there is no squealing, no increased stopping distance or vibration you get from having worn brakes. Not to mention the estimate is about 300.00 too high. I will not be taking my car back there.

The level of service was very good except in a few areas. I was appreciative of the level of detail they paid. My complaints would be in the amount of time it took to figure out a shuttle ride when I dropped my car off. Then on the other end I was never informed my service was done until I called. After I arrived my car was parked in by another vehicle that no one had the keys to so it took quite some time to even get it out.

Service is excellent, at first I wasn't confident about the outcome of my service. Tavery was confident that the vehicle is at perfect riding condition. Been driving vehicle for few days it's been going great no problems. I learned out of this never take your vehicle at third party to do a transmission flush service do it at the dealership. I would probably saved $240 bucks. The service was step by step process in updates start to finish which is outstanding. I will return for future service.
