Every time I stepped foot at Priority Lexus in Virginia Beach, I was greeted by staff members (super friendly) and it made me feel important. My salesman was Virgil T. and was such a fantastic person to work with. Very informative and patient, not to mention professional! Financial manager, Fritz, was also great! Cameron was a great sales man who took the time to help me test drive and select the car I wanted . The Lexus ES 350 had low miles surprisingly because it was a 2007. The car drives like a dream and I am glad I decided to wait and look on the Priority website and select the vehicle. My first visit to Priority Lexus was one of the most welcoming atmosphere's that i experienced at a dealership. My technician Mike came over, immediately greeted me, asked a few questions, and facilitated my vehicle service. I was offered a waiting area that provided refreshments and a very clean restroom. Upon completion, i noticed that my vehicle received a complimentary wash. I love the communication through text including the ability to pay for my service. This was my second visit for my standard vehicle maintenance ‘check-up’, and I’ve been impressed with how professional everyone has been on both occasions. They did a very thorough service on the car and were able to add on a state inspection last minute at my request. I especially enjoyed working with Dana, who was quite personable and answered all my questions about future preventive maintenance for my car. Scheduling is easy too and can be done online - I was able to get in on a Saturday without issue, and my car was ready sooner than I expected. Excellent experience all around.

The dealership needs to hire a service receptionist to take customer names and numbers for callback. The service Dept is busy with customers and can’t always pick up the phone especially at their peak hours.

The entire process was quick and easy. I pulled into service, was greeted right away, and then was updated throughout the day via text which was perfect for me including text updates with links allowing me to pick what recommended services I wanted to get done, as well as a link to an online payment system. This was by far the easiest way to get your vehicle serviced. I highly recommend the team at Priority Lexus with a special shout out to Corbitt in service who was awesome.

I was not aware that my Priorities for Life worked at any Priority dealership and have been going to Priority Toyota Chesapeake where I purchased my car, which is a lot further from where I live. My Service appointment at Priority Lexus went very well! I was timely greeted with courtesy by the service personnel and my service advisor, Matt Moore. I had emailed some concerns prior to my appointment and Matt responded in a timely fashion with genuine concern for my issues. While waiting for service to be performed, the personnel inside the customer service lounge were friendly & helpful. Ron(?) offered deliciousness morning treats and pleasant conversation. My car was ready 45 minutes earlier than anticipated, and returned vacuumed & washed.
The only unexpected concern was the new policy of a surcharge for payments made by credit card. I do not recall that being policy in the past and poses an inconvenience to the customer.

Check-in went smoothly. The lady reminded me to leave my keys in the cup holder. Craig was his usual efficient, helpful self. The maintenance took less than 2 hours which was excellent with all that had to be done. The one disappointment was that the loud squeaking in the driver-side visor could not be eliminated.

I went down to the Service Dept and talked with my Service Mgr (Mr. Craig Smith) around 10:30 that morning and asked him if he could fit me in earlier. I took my LC 500 in for a oil change and state inspection on 12/28/2022. I was quoted a price and signed my work order. When my car was completed I received a text message saying the car was ready and the price was higher than what was quoted. Not a big deal being it was only $60 difference. I was disappointed with change based on I felt if the price was changing I as the customer should be notified. After bringing up my concerns to my service consultant he went out of his way going above and beyond to accommodate my concerns. Thank you Craig Smith for professionalism and taking care of my pricing concerns. You didn’t have to do that but you would not let me leave until you did everything in your control to accommodate me. As I was driving down VBB this morning, I noticed an overnight 10 pound drop in one tire, so I pulled my Lexus into Priority Lexus Service, Virginia Beach 111 S Kentucky Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23452
Having no appointment scheduled, I was pleasantly surprised when Jeremy Barry, Service Advisor told me that no appointments were available that day, but he was understanding of my situation and squeezed me in.
When he handed me the bill, it was only $30, having found and plugged a nail hole.
Not so much the reasonable price as the fact he understood my situation and took my car in, but included a multi-point Inspection and vacuumed the car,
On an unrelated note, as I partook of their generous complementary snacks, drinks and coffee, as I was using a cane together around the attendant in charge of the bar generously assisted me in figuring out the automatic Starbucks coffee dispenser, and got me settled in the waiting room.Thanks Ron.

He wasn't too pushy about making the deal happen either, which is definitely my type of sales person! He also followed up a couple of days after the sale to make sure everything is going well and asked if we had any questions, which was a nice touch. All the cars we looked at were all super clean, scratch free, and in really good condition (which wasn't the case with some other dealers we consulted unfortunately). The whole process was smooth, easy and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for a new car!

First, I'd like to give a BIG thanks to Chris H @ the Va Beach location, he's prompt, straight to the point, courteous and had me in and out with my loaner in less than 5 minutes. Excellent. Keeping me updated for the duration of my service. Give this guy a promotion or something.
However, when I received my car back, it wasn't washed, had oily/greasy hand stains on the light grey upholstery and was covered in bird droppings from sitting outside. Now I'm not quite sure where the ball was dropped and I get it, the car was pretty clean already, I came in at 7am to pick it up and being that I've owned/operated a car detailing business in the past I have a more critical eye than most but I don't think I should receive the car back in worse condition than when I brought it in. I bring my vehicles here for the professionalism and quality of service I believe should accompany owning a vehicle of this category. The face of the team is great. Everyone is polite and friendly and the experience feels miles above any other service location I've been to in the area which is why I pay the prices I do to bring it to CB. I just don't think I should have to detail my car after I pick it up when the ticket says 'complimentary car wash'. Bird droppings are like acid on a paint job and its cold outside. :)

We mentioned my financial situation and instead of pushing me into a financial place I’d be extremely uncomfortable, he was honest and advised me to wait until I could get what I wanted. An early Christmas gift arrived in my e-mail inbox from Dave Adams, Service Manager-a complimentary state inspection coupon! After an on-line appointment setting, I arrived and was immediately greeted by a friendly service writer who escorted me to my service advisor Andy Ruiz.
He warmly welcomed me; accepted my coupon; indicated it would be about 45 minutes; so I settled in the comfy waiting room with freshly brewed coffee and a yummy muffin! I explored the "Boutique gift shop" where smiling Vanessa, always helpful, proudly pointed out the well stocked shelves of Lexus accessories.
Only after 30 minutes, Andy brought the inspector Tommy who explained the required repair to my rock chipped windshield.
They recommended Steve, of the Glass Shop, for repair; who came out to my house the next day.
What great services all around. I'll definitely return for all of my services!

I came in to two different Charles Barkers service shops for a service to be done on my steering wheel since it was being cocked to the left. The one in newport news did not see the solution nor heard my concerns to my standard. However, I was not going to give up my search to the solution to my problem and I was able to see Virginia Beach service shop. Mike went into the detail of my concerns and i felt. like he cared about my issue during my phone call as to why the steering wheel was cocked to the left. During the visit, he. explained how the team were going to fix it, and the relief to hear that it was covered under warranty! Newport News did recommend a service that was going to cost me out of pocket and recommended that I leave the problem alone. Well, even though these guys do some pretty good work, please do the research about your car issue before taking your car in. Parts Dept will try to fib about certain things to make you pay extra without actually fixing the problem. I Literally had to call Toyota in Chesapeake to get the correct answer to my answers. Not knocking the dealership but o will most definitely get a second opinion.

I live on Hatteras Island, NC and the closest Lexus dealership is Charles Barker in Virginia Beach which is 150 miles away. I lost my key fob to my Lexus IS350 and was stranded on a small island with no way to start my vehicle, having no choice but to tow it to the closest Lexus dealership.
I called in a frantic panic mode on Friday morning and the Service Manager Dave I can't say enough great things about! He helped me out tremendously by personally taking time out of his day to do everything he could to help me with my situation.
I can't thank Dave and all the staff at Charles Barker Lexus enough! Everyone was very professional and courteous but above all thankful for the Service Manager doing everything he did after the situation I was in.
If you are looking for professionalism, honesty, a dealer who cares about the people who drive their brand of vehicle although I didn't buy my Lexus from Charles Barker, however going forward any services I need done I will be making the 2 hour commute for these guys to handle it!

Three stars may be a little generous. Every time I go in, I get this feeling that is best described as "I'm pretty sure they're trying their best to screw me." They don't seem to want customer satisfaction nearly a much as the money. I give them credit for the veterans discount, but there's definitely an air of established treachery and price gouging.

We came in tonight about 5:50 after work... The website states they don't close until 8, one of the salesmen informed us to come back tomorrow because we close at 6... I informed him that we came all the way from Suffolk. He continued to try and push us out... Fortunately Mr. Rose stepped in and was very understanding. He went so far as to pull up a vehicle and let us sit in it as he went over every feature in the vehicle. We were well past 6pm by this time and everyone left except Mr. Rose who was extremely patient. Charles Barker came very close to loosing a customer tonight!! Thanks Mr. Rose for staying past 7pm..
