Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. True to their word, no games and even do their best to save you some money when financing/purchasing. What I’m putting may sound like regular customer service but this experience was way beyond that. Super clean in the dealership too.
Bought a 2012 Lancer Ralliart yesterday with Justin as my Salesperson. Justin made the experience super easy and explained the essentials to what goes on when you are financing. First day there, knew right away what vehicle I was talking about once I brought it up. Knowledgeable about the car itself and understood that I really wanted the car. The follow up for purchasing was simple and super easy to follow. Took in my Altima with no issue and gave me a price higher than what I was expecting. Chris also walked me through the signing process and what it contains. When you want a car, they waste no time to get you that car. Thank you Hall Nissan

Bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum from them. Amazing Customer Service from Adam Fanning and Richard Broadway. They were both patient, pleasant and available to help with everything needed to seal my deal. We spent hours on the phone dealing with a minor issue that created a time consuming process. Adam & Richard both worked diligently all the way til closing time on Friday night and then we resumed Saturday morning working on my deal. We all three worked non-stop until finished. Everyone else at Hall Auto was equally as pleasant. I would definitely recommend this Dealership for your auto needs. Ask for Adam Fanning as your Salesperson, he is Awesome! Richard Broadway is the Finance Manager.

Because you can’t see the sales Person. Her name is Andrea. Purchasing a car is a long process and this was my first new car. After price matching and searching I went from NC to VA and the drive there was long and hard but trip back was fast and Smooth. Test drove a rogue sport loved it but one thing just didn’t work it was the interior once again my sales person stepped up to the game she asked me what it was that just didn’t sit right I said the interior she made a special point to search for the car that I wanted with the interior that I wanted thank you Andrea. So when you’re ready to make that major purchase that is a long procedure consider Hall Nissan Virginia Beach with the sales person named Andrea and when you take your picture no matter how bad your hair looks you will still have a wonderful smile

Came in because I heard a noise in my engine. I was afraid it was the transmission. The service rep assured me that they would review the problem and made me feel more comfortable and assured about what was going to happen. They did a diagnostic on the vehicle and discovered it was a crack in the radiator. They looked into my warranty which I brought through Nissan and not only took care of the problem but did it so that it was less costly than I expected and did an excellent job. The car now runs great. They also took care of my inspection, which was due this month. I was well pleased with the service.

I came in through the express lane and had my oil changed in a couple hours…which is good because I didn’t come first thing in the morning and expected to wait (early bird gets the worm). The waiting area was comfortable, I chose to wait instead of getting a ride home. Then when everything was completed I was informed my oil change was free!!! Can’t beat that…I’m definitely satisfied with my experience here!

Service representative Mikael was really helpful with the process to repair my Frontier. He gave an easy to understand vehicle diagnosis and presentable options to repair it. On the day of repair he was professional and kept me updated on the vehicle progress. At checkout he was able to handle my transactions in a timely matter and provided the correct receipts. Her positive attitude and steadfast determination to provide the best customer service was clearly evident. Ellie assured me Hall Nissan employed only the“Top Notched “ mechanics and she would ensure my vehicle was serviced and inspected thoroughly prior to me picking it up. When I picked up my vehicle Ellie went over the complete list of items serviced and recommendations of future and upcoming services available.
I am extremely impressed with Ellie’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine concern to provide the very best customer service. I purchased a 2020 certified Rogue this week at Hall for my daughter. We had gone there for a specific vehicle that was advertised on their website and got a very fair deal. As typical, they try get you to buy thousand dollars worth of "stuff" during the closing of the deal. I don't fault people for trying to make a profit. This is an industrywide practice not isolated to this dealer. We were treated respectfully and would do business with them again. Always do your homework before buying a car. Warranties and nitrogen in your tires as well as special coatings for your windshield etc are high margin and high profit for the dealer. Do you really need these? Don't be reluctant to say no thanks. When it comes to the super-duper warranty policy consider the total cost over the term of the loan. Google the specific warranty they are pitching and do your own due diligence. Don't feel like you're imposing on them to say "give me 30 minutes to go online and do some research." Thank me later. Finally be aware of inflated Dealer Prep Fees. Request an itemization and go online and search "dealer prep fee".

Great service. Nice people. Amazing shuttle driver. But prices are extremely high to diagnose an issue by just plugging in your computer. Should offer the diagnosis free if someone is getting service done on their vehicle. My key was never cut by manufacturer and they didn’t even offer to at least do what manufacturer should have done when I purchased the car. Think you need to re-evaluate your pricing for customers. No one wants to pay $500 just to get a key reprogrammed for their car when it’s not their fault it stops working. Just not impressed with the prices. Service people are FANTASTIC!!

I have came here for many years to do fixing a car, replacement a battery and tires and also like to bring a car to do state inspection since all of the staff here are professional and friendly. They never hesitated to help me to get the right service and the good deal even my car is very old but they still do well for “After sales services” so far.
Especially today “Mikeal Timms” he do his job excellent from the first minute I brought car here. He is a professional and patient when I asked to do another transaction more than I made an appointment to do only state inspection and also keeps updating to let me know how long I need waiting my car done. Bernard also is the best management for customer so far.
Highly recommended this place to everyone who looking for a good services and comfortable environment.

D at Hall Nissan is awesome! I've brought 2 of my 3 vehicles to him since moving into town. My vehicle has been a tough one and D was very helpful trying to find a solution. I brought mine in when I couldn't get my Minnesota license plates removed. D tried some rust remover which worked on the front but not the back. He suggested the Hall body shop (which worked). Salesmen Justin was courteous, friendly, and straight-forward. The "package price" adjustment on their cars is misleading, but this is not unique to Hall. This is simply a price gauge based on the lack of car inventory. It took way too much time to go from final purchase agreement, to actual payment. What should have taken an hour took 2 1/2. With that said, everyone we dealt with was friendly and I'll probably continue to do business here.

Scheduled a 30K mile service which includes an oil change and tire rotation and other minor maintenance items. I barely have time to get this done so I dropped it off today for the day.
I literally told the Service advisor Joseph that it needed a 30k service as well as inspection. Additionally the oil change light, tire maintenance light are both on, on the vehicles dash. I called Joseph at the end of day and all they did was an inspection. Thanks for wasting my entire day Hall Nissan! Now I have to find another day to get the obvious and basic maintenance done. First time using Hall Nissan and last.
Update - Mr Branch and the GM reached out over my concerns and helped remedy the situation which I greatly appreciate. It is unfortunate I had to post a review for the proper service to get completed but it does show they care and take customers issues seriously. Much appreciated!

I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN 35 YEARS. From the moment I pulled in to the garage at Nissan, I was immediately greeted by Service Consultant,Mikeal Timms. He took his time in understanding the issue ( my carpets were drenched for no apparent reason except that it was raining outside but it was a big mystery to myself and my husband because we couldn’t find anywhere where water could be entering my car) and was fully transparent in telling me how long it should take to diagnose it and what the best and worst case scenario was. He also noticed I had a car seat in the back which gave us a connection to talk about our daughters. If you know me you know that it takes a lot for me to feel like I can trust someone in the customer service industry ( especially the automotive industry ) and I can say within the first 5 minutes with Mikeal I knew I was in a good hands . As I waited for my car , he kept me updated on every aspect of what was going on and what the next steps were for the technician. While waiting , I was able to watch the technician , Jaime Chord, working on my car. Jaime was dealing with what I feel would be a very frustrating situation BUT Jaime was determined and it was very clear by his peaceful domineer that he was going to figure out the issue no what matter what it would take. He had to take my car off the lift to bring my car outside to get it wet to put it back on the lift NUMEROUS times to try and find the leak ( may I add it wasn’t a normal clogged drain or anything that you would ever think of ) . He truly took his time and once he found the leak ( which ended up being a hole in the body of car and nothing they had ever seen before ) he proceeded to take a video in order to show me a detailed look into what the issue was and what the game plan would be to fix it . Once Jaime realized it was in the body of the car , Mikeal and Jaime called over a body shop to fix it !! WOW!! They went the extra mile to help me out and prevent me from having to take my car to a body shop by BRINGING THE BODY SHOP TO ME ! WOW! Once the body shop competed the work they tooo pictures to show me it had been fixed . And not only did they fix it , Jaime took my car back outside again to ensure no water was able to enter . Mikeal asked if I would like to leave it overnight for Nissan to dry the carpets to ensure no damage /mold presented itself in my carpets. They also ensured that there would be no “surprises”when it came to the cost . Mikeal Timms & Jaime chord WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and even saying that doesn’t paint the picture of how I felt from start to finish at hall Nissan. Jaime Chord can literally find any leak issue and I know he is the only one in the 757 with the skills, determination and patience to find a needle in a haystack. Hall Nissan is extremely fortunate to have Mikeal Timms & Jaime Chord representing hall Nissan’s culture and they both derserve to be recognized for doing way more than they ever had too and doing it because they genuinely care about Nissans customers . Since August 2019, I have visited Hall Nissan’s service department every three months for a warrantied windshield treatment, and at times requested an annual vehicle inspection during some visits. During every visit, the Hall Nissan service center staff have consistently been friendly and very helpful. Bernard Branch is one of the service members I come in contact with most often; he always greets everyone with a smile and has a warm demeanor. Bernard has always made me feel like a valued customer; even though, my vehicle is a Chevrolet (bought from Hall Chevrolet) and not a Nissan. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate and keeps me coming back. I am always serviced on time for my scheduled appointment, and my vehicle is always ready quickly or ahead of the estimated wait time. Because of the exemplary care I receive each time I come in to Hall Nissan, a Nissan may be my next vehicle purchase. The free coffee and donuts were a nice added feature in their service center waiting area too; although, this has ceased temporarily since the coronavirus pandemic.

Terrible I was waiting at that place of business the first car there at 6:30 am once they open they started to move the cars people left overnight. I was in the express lane i pulled inside I should of been the first person to got help i wasn't and it made me mad. Cars pull in affter me service desk staff went to their cars first. We purchased a new Rogue in 2013 and we had an amazing experience. When I started to look for a new truck I went to Hall Nissan's website and found what I wanted. I contacted the dealership and Dakota Brown was lightning fast on his responses to me. We talked for a few days and he answered all of my questions and he also smoothed out any concerns I had.
When we went in we were looking for a new truck but my wife's eye caught a new Nissan Kicks. Dakota noticed my wife looking and while I was looking over some options for the truck he got together with Jonathan O'Briant and they worked up some numbers on the Kicks as well.
Long story short they were able to get us into the truck I wanted and my wife was able to trade her Rogue in on a new Kicks.
We were already loyal customers but you have made life long customers for sure now. We could not be more happy with our experience. We had a great time interacting with everyone and it could not be a more friendly environment.

Bernard was pleasant and Knowledgeable, He came to me to test Drive the car and came back so I can sign the paperwork. It was the most please experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Bernard even called me twice when he was late for the test drive because my car was being inspected because it had just came off the truck. I requested a 2020 because of the great deals going on but when he got here is was a 2021 and I received a great deal on the 2021. It was very nice not having to sit around a dealership all day. Updated Review: I am updating this review to reflect the final outcome of my experience with Hall Nissan. After leaving a review on google, I was contacted by the manager the next day and they fixed the issues by providing a spare key as well as floor mats as originally promised. After making multiple calls to the dealership, it's unfortunate that I had to turn to social media to get anything resolved though. I will give them credit for getting it done though and will recommend Hall in the future.
Original Review: Initially I thought the experience was fine. Everyone was nice and friendly. When I bought the car, it had no floor mats or a second Key. I was told they were all probably in the back somewhere and they'd call me to come get them in a day or so. I called a few days later because I received nothing from them. I was told there was no second key or mats. I asked if they would get me a key then and was told I'd have to pay for it. Funny thing is, when the car I traded in was test drove, they made sure I had two keys because it would depreciate the value. Now I have one key and have to spend 400 dollars on a replacement and to get it programmed. Not happy about this at all, especially when it was made sure my other car had two keys.

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima brand new at this dealership. I have always been pleased with the service. This week I was again provided with excellent service,, and I truly appreciate it. I would like to particularly compliment my service advisor Terrence Logan for the excellent service he provided me on Jan. 31, 2019. His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation exceeded my expectations. As a retired person on a limited budget, I can tell you that the prospect of having to spend hundreds of dollars, according to estimates I'd received elsewhere, was a dim one. For my car with low mileage I found a defect of this magnitude abnormal and thankfully I decided to contact my service advisor Terrence for a more professional opinion. Upon a diagnostic by Nissan mechanics it was discovered that the problem was indeed due to a defective switch and Nissan management agreed to repair/replace 70/30 labor and parts. Needless to say, I breathed a sigh of relief.
I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Nissan management, my service advisor and Nissan mechanics serviced my vehicle. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Hall Nissan Virginia Beach for years to come.

Had purchased a replacement battery terminal but was unable to loosen the nut to install myself. Appreciated an early am appointment the next morning at which time the dealer mechanics finished the installation, labor was reasonable, waiting room was very pleasant, Wayne made sure the repair was completed, appreciated his high customer service professional communication. As a temporary repair I had placed a vice grip pliers on the battery cable connection, Wayne thought that the pliers was returned to me but was unable to locate in the vehicle. The missing tool was the only negative part of the whole experience.

Had an outstanding experience in buying a vehicle. There was no stress involved in the process at all. My Sales Consultant Laureen Barnes was extremely helpful through the entire process. She did an amazing job at listening to my families needs and worked very hard to make sure we bought the right vehicle for our price range and took a lot of time with us as we decided. Very different experience in comparison to other dealerships where you feel pressured in to buying something that doesn't fit your needs. The finance manager Chris Meyer was also extremely diligent in making sure the financing was where I needed it to be. If the deal wasn't right he was back on the phone with the banks negotiating the financing until we got the price and rate where it needed to be. Ok, I went Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach. I had an appointment for 10:45. When I got there I was very disappointed. The young lady that greeted me told me that it would be three and a half hour wait. Can you imagine that with an appointment? I said but, I have an appointment. Then she said you didn't really need an appointment. That was the most disappointing part because, I could have been there at 5:30 that morning. I prefer early mornings. The young Lady proceeded to say, I don't know why the scheduling people told you that you need an appointment. It's first come first serve. Three and a half hours is a long time to wait for any appointment, but it was Saturday morning and I work during the week so I just waited it out. It didn't take quite three and a half hours but it seemed like forever to me. But despite all of my disappointing moments, the
people that helped me were very polite and courteous. The young Lady that expressed to me that I had to wait three and a half hours appeared to be very apologetic for the misunderstanding that took place with scheduling. First, I want to say that I've noticed lots of the reviews in here name a specific person (sales rep, sales manager, etc) who they worked with. I would think that was weird, if I hadn't just bought a car at Hall. I truly feel like I met a bunch of great people through the buying process, so I understand why people name names.
My experience with Hall started because I had a lot of questions about all the incentives and rebates for electric cars. I had a phone call with Joe (who I later found out is the General Sales Manager) and he took a ton of time helping me understand all the different deals that the government and Nissan offer, which are different between leasing and buying an electric car.
Then, Efrem (one of the sales managers under Joe) was my main contact coming onto the sales floor. He had all the numbers that Joe and I had talked about already up in an account they had made for me in their computer system. Sales rep Farhan was able to take it from there and get everything handled. Joel in the finance office went over all the documents, answering all my questions over a cup of coffee.
It was easy. At every step along the way, they treated me like a human being -- dignified, honest, and straightforward. It was the first time I can ever say that buying a car was a PLEASURE.

I took my car back to home Nissan because I was having a problem with the brakes. I also thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and get it inspected. They found the problem with the brakes and a few other problems I was suspicious of but not sure. Dwayne, The Rock, took my car even though I didn't have an appointment. Got it in, in a reasonable time, and inform to me of what they found and what needed to be done. It was expensive but well worth it. Dwayne was extremely helpful, it seems to be he is the one I always deal with when I take my car in.

Taken Rogue in for oil change, rotation of tires, and state inspection. Work was completed- had an appt and we were called 5 hrs. later to pick up car. I do think the work was easy- breezy and shouldn't have taken so long. We are not crunched for time, but thinking about those who are, it should have been sooner. We do like the dealership and have gotten good deals on our 15 Rogue and 20 Murano! I only say this so the dealer can improve and they can't if no one puts it on the table.

Morgan Wood was an outstanding sales consultant. He was not only extremely friendly and professional, but he was also very kind to our young son, not discounting him in any way. Also Shannon worked with me for over a month to resolve various issues I had with my car. She didn’t hesitate to let me speak directly to the master tech Cliff to ensure I was heard as a customer. Cliff treated my NISMO like it was his - which I certainly appreciate. There was another. Young man who helped me and I wish I could remember his name. The whole team was awesom. I would like to thank Dwayne Harris in the service department for his friendly service this week. I brought my suv in to get some servixe and he explained that he would have to make me an appointment. I explained what I thought the issues were and he wrote it all up on the ticket. I also asked that the complete an oil change. D (he said we could call him that) told me what to expect when I dropped the vehicle off. He gave us a loaner and a couple hours later the suv was ready. Now here is the best part. I got a full explanation of what was done on the vehicle and what needs to be done soon. The vehicle was washed and tires has shine on them. Totally not expecting that to happen. Everyone was friendly. This was a totally different experience from where I purchased the vehicle from. Thank you Hall for providing great customer service.

My experience has been with the service department. The work performed, though only basic oil changes, air filters, etc has been fine. The issues are with the appointments and honesty relating to costs. I stopped in to get keys made for our Nissan. I was quoted $65 each and it would take two hours make as they were busy. I instead booked an appointment for the following week. The cost mysteriously increased $100 until I mentioned the previous price quoted. The appointment did not save me any time which was still two hours. Why book an appointment if I can get the work performed in the same time by walking in?

It's very rare for me to do a online review however I feel as if this review was much needed. First and foremost I must admit I was super impressed with how Zach, and Jose did business with me. I walked in the dealer ship with only intending to do a test drive, because I wasn't expecting to get the car I wanted until later in the year. However to my surprise they both gave me a exactly what I asked for with no arguments, if's, and's, or but's about it. Needless to say I am extremely happy with my purchase, they didn't make me wait forever to give me answer about my car deal unlike like some dealers have done to me and they were patient with me especially being I have two rambunctious boys. They did not withhold any info about my deal, and went over all my paperwork with me. I had the most wonderful car buying experience at this location. I never felt like a number but like family. Richard was amazing! He went above and beyond by holding my infant so I could review my paperwork or taking my oldest for popcorn. He was patient by listening inbetween a crying baby and impatient child, he never tried to sell me something I couldn't afford. He was able to put me in a vehicle with not only the color I wanted but a newer car for what i was paying less monthly! To think I only came for a vehicle inspection lol. Went in looking to upgrade and drop my payment down and accomplished both. I got a much higher value for my trade in than expected and moved up from a 2013 to a 2018. Dustin was great throughout the whole process. People have mixed reviews when it comes to Dealers but this is my 3rd transaction with Hall Nissan and I haven't had any issues on any of those trips.

Having purchased three previous Nissans from Hall Nissan and after a great experience with a previous Nissan Frontier I let them know that I was looking for a used Frontier.
