Just wow! I mean it too. I was lucky enough to have Natalie as my sales person and she was amazing. Answered all my questions and even gave me answers to questions I didn't think to ask. The whole process was so easy, I was more worried about my terrible signature than the buying process. My next purchase will definitely be from them. I just hope Natalie is still there! Update: my car was having some issues (used car it's to be expected) I took it back and they were amazingly thorough. I even got a video of my car and specs on my breaks and what they fixed. Tim was awesome. Kept in contact the whole time and told me every issue they found. Go with checkered flag audi. They are the best I've ever dealt with. Update #2: Had to take it back in for another issue (very minor) Again, I dealt with Tim. Again, great experience. I have never been so impressed with the professionalism of a company. I'm not sure I can go anywhere else. They've set the bar too high.

His honesty, patience, impressive knowledge base, professional yet personable personality won me over to Audi after looking at numerous luxury car brands. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership was what I received from Chris George in the service dept at Va Beach Audi! I told him what was going on with my 18 TTRS, he verified the problem, had a tech check the car out and ordered the parts. My first visit at the dealer I was there around 45min total. In December 2018 my wife and I purchased a Q5 from Brad Comess and had a great experience during the process. We enjoyed the car but began to experience a reoccurring service issue over the last couple of years. The story of my experience with Audi VA Beach starts and ends with Brad and Darlene, literally and figuratively. Brad and I did the majority of our negotiations over texts and phone calls but Brad was extremely responsive and we managed to come to an agreement in a single afternoon. Took my wife to look at an Audi Q5 with absolutely no intentions on buying another vehicle. Bryan Owens introduced himself very professionally and pointed all the differences between all the Q5 models available. He answered all my wife questions and demonstrated all the feature of the Q5 she was interested in. There was no pressure from salesman. Wife took vehicle for a test drive and liked the vehicle but still weren't ready to buy. Mike Allen came and asked us some questions about what our intentions were. Before I knew it he had the figures that I was happy with. By far the easiest and fastest car buying experience I had. Definitely recommend this establishment and I will be definitely return here. Update: Since it will not let right another review I will add to this one. Due to the great experience I had last time, I returned 3 month later and bought another vehicle with even a better experience. Love the no pressure experience of this dealer. I am truly impressed with the service department. Dennis had my work order written up promptly. He answered all the questions I had with a great attitude and clear answers. He also inspected my brand new tires and showed me where some cupping was starting allowing me to catch it early and go ahead and get the alignment then and there. Even though there were cars in front of me when I first arrived, by the time I was walking to their great waiting area, my car was already being pulled into the garage. The service was quick as far as I'm concerned. "A Service", alignment, and wash/vacuum were all complete about 2 hours after pulling into the dealership (perhaps a bit less even). What a difference compared to previous vehicles and dealerships I have dealt with. The Refreshments in the waiting area were a welcome sight. I had a great cup of coffee while ogling at the brand new RS5 on the showroom floor. Keep up the great work folks! For once in my life I'm actually looking forward to my next service.

I know there are other options and other makes from which to choose. Before visiting Checkered Flag, I was not 100% sold on a particular make of car, having experienced several in past stables. Truth told, I am still not, but the level of expertise shown by Mike Lupia and the team at Checkered Flag Audi sealed the deal. Mike is one of the most knowledgeable I have ever met on Audi cars and truly lives up to his title as "Brand Specialist". He is intimately familiar with the cars he sells, has tracked some of them, and owns the brand. I was looking for pre-owned, and though many stellar cars are available, Mike recommended only those he evaluated to be the best. As a result, we walked away with a pair. Head there now and take a look around! Update after 2 years: Extremely pleased with the after support and service provided. Like everyone else, they are very busy these days, but Chris George and the rest of the service team have always found a way to ensure that we are taken care of, despite conflicting schedules.

I am the type of car buyer who does not want to waste time in a dealership being bounced around from sales office to finance office back to sales office and then forced to wait while they talk behind your back about how to keep you there for a longer period of time to sell you things you don't want or need. My review is 100% positive because this dealership and especially Bradley Comess were entirely accommodating to me in the car buying process. I am an out of state buyer who was looking for a very specific make, model, color, options, etc. Bradley helped me find this exact car and made the pricing process very straight forward and easy. I know I received a fair deal that most buyers could be happy with. Most of all, knowing I was coming in from out of state, they kept my actual time in the dealership to about 30 minutes which was enough time to sign the paperwork, discuss the final financing, and get a quick tutorial on some of the car features. After touring through many luxury car dealers over a week, it was clear once I step foot into Checkered flag Audi on VB Blvd that I had found where I needed to be; not only are the cars amazing, the employees were fantastic. Mike helped us from the moment we stepped into the building until we drove off. He was honest, practical, reasonable, knowledgeable, personable, fair, patient and there was NO PRESSURE. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful, but mainly our salesman, Jesse Giuseppe, bent over backwards to get us the car before New Year's (we picked it up on Dec. 31st) and to make sure we saw everything there was to see before we made our decision. His knowledge of their inventory was truly impressive as he took us around to show us various exterior and interior colors in the light of day and night. (We were there late the day we bought the car.) He spent hours on the phone locating the vehicle we wanted and making sure it got shipped from Connecticut. He took a great deal of care showing me all the features of our new A6, a daunting task since it can do so much. I came in for a tutorial a few days after I got the car, and Jesse spent over an hour teaching me how to use all the bells and whistles of this brilliantly designed machine. He was friendly, accommodating, and very low pressure. He let us know he was there to help, but he never used typical salesman strong-arm techniques to get us to sign on the dotted line. I always felt that my happiness in the vehicle really mattered to him. Buying a car is a long, tiring process, but we truly felt that everyone there tried to make it as painless as possible. The business manager, Karla Lewis, was equally pleasant, helpful, and low pressure. We bought a lot of protection packages, but not because she pressured us. Rather, they seemed good things to have. Like Jesse, she made it clear that she would be available any time to help us. Amazingly, when we came in to pick up the car, Jesse informed us that we needed to see Karla again to resign the papers because there was an error in the originals. I immediately was worried, but it turned out that we were getting an extra $1500 rebate that no one knew about before! What a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Jesse, although I must say that even the other salesmen were friendly and helpful (especially James), so you can't go wrong with any of them. I have no way of knowing if the other salesmen know the cars as well as Jesse does, but I think they would also be sure to explain all the features. I intend to go in again once the WiFi is connected so that Jesse can show me how to use it. I truly feel that Jesse will continue to give me excellent service since it seems as important to him that I be happy as it is to me. A great car, great service: I felt like my happiness really mattered. There are worse places to spend a few hours... And the cars are beautiful!

Service Department seems to be lacking common sense. I don’t know if the “service advisor” is Checkered Flag specific or is common among luxury car brands in general. In the past five years, I purchased 2 Jaguars and leased an Audi. Anytime I call to follow up on the status of my vehicle, whoever answers the phone cannot give me any information about my vehicle and have to wait for my assigned customer service provider to get back to me. It’s sort of like a “sorry, not my job to service you approach.” All I need to know is what’s the status of my service and when can I pick up the vehicle. Why do I have to wait to get an answer to simple questions...Also, when it comes to getting a loaner, unless you’re scheduling far in advance, you’re not going to get one. But they will offer you a rental from one of their other dealerships. Like the ice cream machine always being broken at McDonalds - checkered flag luxury brands always seem to not have a loaner available.

The folks are super friendly and the dealership is well kept, but the service department could use a little better coordination on scheduling. Came in for my first service on our 2-year lease. They had to change the oil and do an inspection. Got there 10 minutes early and almost 3 hours later I got my car back. I was told the service people took their lunch about the same time as my appointment. Kind of figured appointments would be made keeping service department lunch hours in mind. They did offer a free interior detail on my next service, however, I thinkmy next service is when I turn in the vehicle at the end of the 2-year lease so I think I'll miss out on that one. I did appreciate the effort however.

On Monday, I was picking up my previous 2014 A8 from service and decided to test drive a new one that was on the lot. Lee was courteous and professional, he offered to provide a quote on site, but I could not wait. He emailed it to me within the hour. I agreed to the deal, but said I could not make it in till Friday. He was not pushy but made himself available immediately when we had questions and went above and beyond to make sure the entire family (kids in tow) was comfortable and taken care of while we were at the dealership shopping, test driving and eventually buying. I also appreciated his soft spoken style and respectful yet not patronizing manner towards me in particular. As a woman, I normally dread interacting with car salesmen because I have had such bad experiences in the past at other dealerships. I truly appreciate that an equal amount of respect and attention was given to me and my husband during our transaction. I would even go as far to say that the next time we’re in the market for a car, I would feel confident enough to do the car buying process myself with Mike Lupia as my salesperson without my husband to back me up. Mike has been very responsive when I have questions about the car and even spent almost an hour in the car with me to explain all the technology, how to operate everything etc. I didnt even make an appointment, I simply called him and explained the trouble I was having figuring things out myself. He met me at the dealership immediately after I texted him. He even topped off the windshield wiper fluid himself when he saw it was low. Mike has set a high bar as far as what I will expect from Audi service in general. I have already recommended him personally to friends in the market for cars in the near future.
