I always love taking my car here for service but recently one of the service members damaged the leather on my steering wheel and I notified a service manager about it. They told me they would let their leather repair guy know and still haven't reached out to me. I tried calling a few times and each time they would say "I can't find him but when I do, I will call immediately." I am pretty disappointed because the aftermarket steering wheels for my car are pretty expensive. Update: Andrew was the only one to call me back and continuously communicated precise estimates of when I can bring my car in to get the leather fixed. Andrew and his leather guy did a wonderful job of repairing my steering wheel and ensuring that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend having Andrew as your service manager. He will get the job done. Thank you Andrew.

Jonathan was so helpful from the start to the end of the process to get me the car I wanted! Him and his managers were very knowledgeable and patient. It was a very calm atmosphere and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any means. Jonathan did what it took to make sure I drove off the lot with the vehicle I wanted. I was very pleased with how the process went. I got the 2022 civic sport touring and it’s such a fantastic luxury sport hatch. If you need anything ask for Jonathan R. You won’t be disappointed! Great shopping experience! Noah, Prince Elias, Sammy and team were wonderful in assisting us on purchasing 2 vehicles in exchange for a mini van we no longer needed use for. We arrived with a mission and left with what we had planned. Wonderful dealer location and a great array of vehicles available to look and test drive. We managed to get a car for our 16 yr old as mom downsized to a small SUV. Pleased on the trade in value of my van too! Great customer service. Welcoming vibe and feel at dealer. Lots of hustling with your associates too. Overall a great experience as much modern one at that! USB of all our signed docs (no more paper trail) arrived early evening and went home accomplished just close to 10! Took time to get what we were looking for but all in all smooth transaction. Guillermo went above and beyond to help my significant other purchase this Nissan 370z, he communicated frequently regarding financing options, maintenance, and general updates on the vehicle. The car buying experience can be migraine inducing but with Guillermo it was anything but that, an all around friendly guy that really wants you to be satisfied. Thomas swiftly got us through the finance paperwork, stayed later than he needed to so we could get the car asap, and made it an enjoyable experience by being personable and inviting. Recently I unfortunately had to start looking for a new car as my trusty honda civic was totaled. I came to Westshore Honda and was originally accompanied for a test drive with Jerome (who is so nice!) and came back later in the day and had the pleasure of working with Brynn. I bought my 2018 Honda Accord hybrid at Westshore Honda last week and I am extremely happy! Westshore Honda is my closet dealership to my work place and I decided to give it a shot instead of traveling longer distances. I traded my 2004 Acura MDX for a more newer and reliable car. I was looking for a Honda Accord 2.0T both from Brandon Honda and Westshore Honda , I have been a loyal customer to Brandon Honda since 2014 but for some reason the person I spoke with didn’t really seem like he could help me and did not even try to get me to what I was wanting but Westshore Honda delivered that and more . My sales rep brynn was very helpful and kind . Not once did she haggle me on pricing or force me to buy . Probably the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone there was really nice and easy to get along with. Dominic (sales) and Jordan (financing) did a tremendous job and took their time with us, never felt rushed. I'd recommend this dealership to anybody. My only complaint is that the car could have been detailed better before I drove it off, was still a pretty dirty on the interior, but not a big deal.

This week I completed a lease buyout of my 2019 Honda CRV. I can say from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Starting with the Sales Professional - Adam, to finance - David, to the Sales Manager, everything was handled in an up front, professional manner. We explored several options including turning in the lease, trading it for another new CRV or Passport, or simply buying it from the dealer. The team, in particular Adam, literally spent several hours with me carefully explaining each option, pros/cons, etc., with no high pressure sales tactics. I am not one that enjoys shopping for automobiles, so it was especially nice to encounter a team like this that made the entire process as painless as possible. As an example of how up-front/transparent the team was, when I went to review the final contract, the buyout was $1000 less than I expected. I asked them why the reduction and they explained that they had offered me that earlier during one of our several phone calls throughout a 1 week period. I had completely forgotten about it and was surprised when I saw the reduced figure. Another less transparent/honest dealer team might have "forgotten" to place that discount on the final deal. I would have never known as it was offered to me in a casual conversation many days earlier. My experience was a 10 out of 10!

Look for Brynn Martinez! She helped us with a 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid and was as friendly as she was professional. I've never felt less pressure while buying a car. She answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were trying to purchase, and even had the car we were looking for pulled up and ready when we got to the dealership. I feel like we got a fair shake at Westshore Honda, but be aware that the dealer will try to add all they can for mark-ups. The website listed the vehicle for 30,641 and they wanted us to pay nearly 40,000 AFTER their 6000$ discount. Definite bait and switch and it's up to the customer to keep them honest.

Bought a car 6 months ago and process was great. Salesman didn't push and we had a good purchase. Today I came in for an oil change and just asked to browse around at some newer models. A relationship manager came to help me and tried getting me to run credit. After I stressed I'm just here to look, all customer service was immediately gone. He didn't even walk me to the car. He sent me upstairs in the garage myself and remotely unlocked the car from the ground level then walked away. Come to find out it wasn't even the car I came to look at. Only 3 stars because my first experience was good. Second time was awful.

The sales people are really nice and not too pushy. I recommend Nawaf (Noah) he knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond. My only issue is when we were ready to buy at Westshore Honda they would not budget on the market adjustment fee. They were one of the dealers with the highest market adjustment fee in the Tampa Bay Area.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Alexus and Zach. Their process was orderly and as efficient as you really can be. I am an hour away, so I was calling around prior to driving. During my initial call, I asked for some photos of the interior because the listing only had exterior photos. I was provided a walk around and walk-through video from Alexus within the hour, and she confirmed it was non-smoking which was a concern of mine. We set up an appointment for later that day, and they had the car ready to test drive. They did the appraisal on my vehicle while we drove, and the bargaining process was not too brutal. The longest wait I had was to get into the financing office, but once there it was smooth. Like any financing and (extended) warranty scenario, it's important to ask too many questions to truly understand everything and take your time to run the figures. I realized in the process I made a major mistake on my math, and thank God I caught it, because it would have cost me a few extra thousand. They worked with me to resolve it without much hesitation. The car had a broken windshield that hadn't been repaired at that point, and since I wanted to take the car, they are providing me a rental and fuel replacement (since I'm coming from Sarasota) to get the repair done a few days after the sale. Great customer service. Very positive experience at the end of the day.

Ask for Andrew in the service department! I had a lot of maintenance done on my Accord and Andrew never left me hanging, he was super transparent throughout the entire time my vehicle was at Honda. He made sure I had Ubers back and forth to Enterprise for a rental. He even offered to come in on his day off to speak to my insurance agent about the repairs. This Honda isn’t the closest to my house but I’ll drive the extra 30 to make sure my vehicle is taken care of by Andrew! Highly recommend and will be back.

Westshore Honda definitely provides one of the better Honda experiences out there. Their service department is top notch in customer service and knowledge - shout out to Donnie and Willy. Today however, I traded in my 2017 Accord for a 2022 Hybrid. I worked with Samuel “Rusty.” He tried getting my business a few months back but I couldn’t sign at the time. Came back for some service and he asked if he could work the numbers again and he made them work. Easy dude to work with, no pressure just chatting, very personable. He’ll work with you, and he loves what he does - highly recommended. I can’t leave this review without a shoutout to David in finance. Poor finance guys never get the shoutouts for all the work they put in. I live in St. Pete but cross the bridge every time to come to this Honda. Definitely worth it to stop in if you’re shopping or making it your go-to service place.

Wow, let's start with that. What an amazing experience. I went to get an oil change for my 2019 Accord Sport and ended up with a 2022 Honda Civic hatchback. I happened to be in the waiting area and this young man named Cesar was walking by and notices the guy sitting next to me. He says hi to him and asked him what was he in for, he said something about first month something. Cesar asked him if he had eaten and he said yes. I don't know how he left and came back with a plate of food for him. Told him to warmed it up on the microwave. He left to go see how much longer was this guy supposed to wait, he comes back and told him something about not paying for oil because he had included 2 free oil changes. He told him about some other freebies he had given him. I interrupt and say, you should've been my seller from 2 years ago. He introduced himself and asked me to go with him to update my info. Next thing I know I'm driving a brand new Civic 12 miles unique color (smokey mauve) paying less that what i was paying for my accord, with amazing freebies included on the deal. I appreciate Cesar sooooo much for such an excellent service and for working hard to get me what I wanted. Also David in finance wow, what a team. We(my husband & I) were looking for a pre-owned vehicle on the lot. We were looking for a car with low mileage and had our type of interest in vehicles. We were placed in the perfect car. I have used Westshore Honda service department since I bought my used Honda. I usually have to go late because I work. So normally I'm one of the last clients. Last night I had my oil changed and tires rotated. So when I left the dealership my low tire pressure light came on. I recalibrated and drove on. A half a mile down the road it was on again. Knowing the dealership was closed I drove home hoping I wouldn't have a flat. When I measured the pressure one of the tires was 45 lb of pressure while the other three were 35 lb of pressure. When the service department texted me this morning I told them of this through text. I have yet to receive a reply from them. I guess if you're the last customer they just don't care. I also did not get my free car wash. They have scheduling problems, attitude problems, and lack of follow-up. This is not the first time I have been treated this way from this service department. The only reason I'll return to them is if my tires go flat because I purchased them at WestShore Honda and that's where the roadside hazard warranty is. I do not trust them to do any other work.

I almost never write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write a review about the exceptional customer service experience I had with the Elijah Cherry (Assistant Service Manager) two weekends ago. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and taken care of. I have never had such great experience at the service department. Elijah was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, kind and more. There were some dripping stains on my speedometer shield that I couldn’t get ride of and I brought it to Elijah’s attention. He asked the service crew to get the stains off for me but the stains couldn’t be removed for some reason so he asked the manager and got the approval to order a new shield for me. The shield was ordered within a week and I was able to schedule an appointment the following Saturday to get it replaced. When I came back, I asked him about the Westshore Honda Advantage package I had and wanted to use some of the benefits. I was told my benefits were expired (I was never informed that it expires when I purchased the car); however, he still scheduled the service for me the same day to get my car detailed. He even offered me Lyft service so I didn’t have to wait there as it was going to take about 2-3 hours. I have been getting my car serviced at Westshore Honda for the last 6 years, no service advisor has ever offered Lyft service to me or even mentioned it. I wish I had known that a long time ago, it would have been much more convenient. Elijah truly delivered exceptional customer service experience, he really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience there. I will definitely be going to him from now on. He’s definitely the best service advisor there! Elijah, thank you so much for everything you have done for me! I truly appreciate it.

In late May 2022 Our Honda Odyssey had significant engine issues and was outside of warranty by a couple years. I was not prepared to pay for the cost with the car being over 100K miles but I was in a bind because the trade in was very low due to the required repairs. I was pretty upset with Honda in this the situation. Danny, the Service Manager was vey helpful. He listed to my perspective and reached out to corporate Honda to see if they would help cover any of the cost. He was able to get them to cover half the repair cost even though it was not still under warranty. It made the repair affordable enough for me to hold onto the vehicle and he also discounted some other smaller repairs to keep the vehicle running optimally. With Danny's assistance I went from a angry customer to a loyal one and have confidence that I will be able to get a few more years out of the car. We will definitely continue to work with Westshore Honda in the future!

Real talk: it's a dealership, it's going to be more expensive for service than any other independent auto shop, that's just a fact and it rings true across all dealerships, it isn't exclusive to Westshore Honda. That being said, I'm writing this review for Mike in service. Mike was, hands down, the best person I have ever worked with when it comes to the history of my cars, bar none. The man is smart, genuine, friendly, and superb at his job. He will bend over backward to accommodate your every need, just as he did for me. Awesome customer service plus incentive, no run around. The service department sales person heard me talking about my military service and discounted the part without me asking. The sales person, Pedro Mena, chatted with me to make sure I got what I wanted. He also talked about how much he loves working there. It was a great experience! I was offered a 25.00 gift card online and worried about the hard sell. I shouldn’t have worried. Pedro made sure I didn’t need a car (he was pleasantly engaging) and then made sure I got the touch-up paint I needed. While I was waiting on the paint, he took care of the gift card offer. As it states online, he explained it would be mailed to me. No unpleasant surprises, just honest friendly and informed help.

I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now, and I knew I genuinely wanted to write one when I was driving home in my new vehicle. From the moment I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had originally gone in to get regular maintenance on my Honda. The one thing that I appreciated when they were conducting maintenance, was they sent me a video to watch of everything they had found and what it looked like. This gave me a sense of trust and like I wasn’t being told things were wrong without them actually being wrong (like I have experienced at other dealerships). When my vehicle was done I had walked over to sales to ask a question about my warranty when I met Anthony N. Who was an extremely mature and well put together salesman who knew what he was talking about. A few questions led to me taking a look around the lot. After a test drive Anthony helped me obtain a vehicle I had been wanting for over ten years. It did not stop here, the vehicle had some minor damage to the front bumper and Anthony helped me take care of that after my purchase with no charge to me at all. When I brought back the vehicle, it had to stay for a few days, which is when I was given a rental at again, no charge to me. Ashley was the representative who helped me with this even though it seems like she does almost everything at that dealership. She would put everything aside to help resolve all my issues. Once my vehicle was ready both Ashley and Anthony greeted me helped me get back on the road with a full tank of gas. Both remembered who I was and greeted me by my name, just another sign that they actually care there at Honda Westshore. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to take care of any of their vehicle needs there from their maintenance shop to their sales department, you are in good hands… which is something I thought I would never say at any car dealership.

Updated review: I must say Careem has been on his toes. I’ve been having a couple of issues since purchasing the vehicle and he has been making sure everything is good and trying his best to accommodate me. He even remembered my birthday. I appreciate it very much. This was my first actual out the door purchase on a car. This place is too lax.I thought it’s supposed to be a great fun experience, instead it wasn’t fun AT ALL as a matter of fact I kinda regret it. I first called and set an appointment to meet with someone about a car I was interested in, when I drove 45 mins to be there the person wasn’t there (unacceptable)so I dealt with someone else. I found a car test drove it and left. I went to many other dealerships & lots where I found better deals but i decided to go with Westshore Honda just because I thought it would be just ideal location & other deciding factors, however if it wasn’t for the help of Ms Leahong I would have just gone else where. Some of the reps are not knowledgeable about the cars & policies (WRONG BUSINESS FOR YOU) which is unacceptable as this is a purchase that can affect someone’s life drastically. I mean how difficult is this process supposed to be, customer comes pick a car, test it out , likes it, puts down payment, ask about certain things on the car , PAY IN FULL, full out all paper work, come pick it up another day so that it can be checked before pick up ............. this was a nightmare experience. Thanks Ms Leahong who really helped me even though the ball was being dropped around her she went above and beyond she was amazing and so was Jony and Ms Pam.

An ‘09 Honda CRV - $12,500 after taxes, their fees & to add this “special” which included 2 oil changes and nitrogen air for tires; it came out to $20,000. To top it off, it was 8:30, they closed at 9 & he tried everything in his power to get me this vehicle, that had a couple of scratches, some stuff wrong with the doors…He rubbed me the wrong way. If I could give a 6 star customer satisfaction rating this would be the place out of ALL the Honda delarships I been through (3) this was the one. My wife is not too familiar with the ways how delarships work because some do take advantage, but Westshore Honda treated her with the up most respect and were mindfulness of her budget that I had to check out the deal with her. The service associate Brandon was so helpful in showing us the features of the car and what it's able to do for us. He was always checking up to see if the purchase was up to our satisfaction and if we were happy, which we are. Brandon never tried to forcefully sell us a car unlike some other dealerships but this was a great experience, but wait the story get better. The next day we went together to finish the paper work to get everything sorted. I owned a 2016 WRX and I was not looking into trading my car anytime soon but when they gave an opportunity of a lifetime I had to do it. While the awesome financial advisor Aaron was helping my wife with the paper work Brandon wanted to show me a car to see if I liked it and boy did I. I was in absolute no budget into buying a car but he wanted to see what was I able to get if I were to get one. It was a little rough start because I'm super conservative with my money and I was is no budget. They tried to work out multiple deals letting me know what was I able to get and I said no unfortunately. They respected my decision but were so shocked that I'm passing off such a great deal on a very beautiful car that the General Manager Miguel came to say hello and thank us for my wife purchase. He saw that I was interested in the car and wanted to help me out personally which was the best customer experience I've ever had when it comes to these types of big purchases. This Honda delarship deserves to be #1 because we had to came out with 2 cars. Give Brandon a sales manager position and give the GM Miguel a huge bounse because they were awesome. Fantastic Experience, friendly, helpful and non-pushy staff! Found a car online that I immediately fell in love with. Called ahead to be sure it was there, they went ahead and got it ready for my test drive when I arrived. Was met by Taj Jenkins (sales) who led me right to the car and we were on our way for a test drive! Taj was friendly, knowledgeable, understood what I wanted from the test drive and also explained the features of the vehicle as I drove. He has a wonderful personality and was friendly and outgoing, matched my energy and enthusiasm which put me at ease immediately. Great first impression! When we returned to the dealership, he asked what I thought, I told him what it would take to get me in the car, and he went to work to make it happen. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the car. They politely asked for the keys to my trade in so they could evaluate it for trade in value, and when I realized I wasn't in a position to buy the vehicle that evening, they returned my keys to me as soon as I made it clear I wasn't ready, rather than pressuring me like other dealerships have done. Most dealerships want to get your keys away from you ASAP and hold them until you demand them back, it's a sales tactic and I understand that. Taj never did that to me and I definitely noticed and appreciated it. The next day I was able to make the sale happen, I called Taj and told him, but I was working and couldn't make it until later. Taj volunteered to come in after his shift had ended to work with me. Also, Sammy Hawana worked with me on the financing, was extremely helpful in explaining my options and answered every question I had. He went out of his way to make things smoother for me, never pressured me, didn't oversell me, and actually saved me money on my insurance by recommending a few things! Both Taj and Sammy stayed long after the dealership closed to finish up our deal, and neither man ever seemed bothered or irritated or in a hurry to go home. True professionals. I worked with more people than Taj and Sammy, but I cannot remember everyone's name. My point is, Westshore Honda treated me right, no pressure, no shadiness, just honesty, helpfulness and friendliness. I cannot recommend them enough! Pros: I found the exact car I wanted. They were able to work with me to find financing at a good APR and monthly payment that worked for me. Cons: Pushy finance managers. I originally had my own financing but that doesn't make them any $$, so it was a combo of insisting that they could find me a better rate or else I have to pay their $1000 fee for bringing my own financing. That is bananas. They also charged the basic dealers fee you would expect, but they also want to add on a fee for making their pre owned cars presentable, which is something you would think would come out of the dealership's pocket and not the customer. There was also another fee for not bringing a trade in. Oh well. In addition to that, they let me fully purchase the car, sign all the papers, take my down payment, and give me my registration papers, BUT I couldn't take the car home for maybe another week bc it wasn't detailed, it wasn't serviced, and they were needing parts for it. Lol. The good thing is they offered a tank of gas and their apologies, but I had to actually ask for them to make it right and provide me with a rental until my car is done. I don't think they would have offered if I didn't ask. At the end of the day, I got what I needed from them, but getting to that point was very much a hassle.

I had such a great experience at Westshore Honda, I still can’t believe how much I was helped out. Samuel and Jordan are the VIPs when it comes to taking care of the customer. I can honestly say before I had come to a major dealer I had been told that it would be a terrible experience and they want to take all my money, and I can genuinely tell you, that is not true at all. I had an amazing experience when purchasing my car at west shore Honda back in January of this year. I’ve never had any problems with the car. However, when I took my car to have an oil change with the mechanics at west shore Honda, my vehicle came back with a number of issue that were not reported back to me. In fact I got an entire checklist of everything the mechanic checked and next thing I know my car won’t turn at all. The lights on the dashboard will come on but the engine won’t run. When inquiring about my vehicle and it’s issues I was ran down with a number of charges I would have to pay in order for the car to be seen by them. I would recommend buying or leasing a car from them but as far as mechanical wise I don’t recommend them at all.

First good (great actually) experience I've had with this dealer. He was incredibly helpful and took care of everything for me. The review below was posted before I spoke to Sammy and I've changed my review to 3 stars because of him. 4/14/2020 I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Purchased a pre owned car from them in 2020 and they added a $2000 service contract I did not request or agree to. Canceling the policy has been a nightmare, they never submitted the paperwork I filled out to the warranty company (for my refund) and when I called about it I could not get anyone on the phone from finance to discuss the situation. Worst customer service ever.

The team at Westshore Honda is unmatched by any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The service was top notch. Their Sales Associate Kareem was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all issues car related. We purchased a Honda Odyssey for my wife and Kareem did everything possible to get the best deal for our buck.
