At Elder, they were willing to look at the whole deal and made it work. I got the 2021 GT I wanted at the price shown by Ford A-plan with great financing. Very happy with the used Expedition that I purchased. Elder Ford is the real deal when it comes to dealerships. You feel it from the moment you pull on the lot and see how busy the place is, but in a good way. My salesperson was Corey. He kept his composure even though I was being a difficult negotiator. Ultimately i left feeling like I got a good deal. They offered me top dollar basically for my trade in. Their concierge and delivery team were great. They made sure to answer all my questions and made sure we were happy before we left. Any issues were addressed right then. Even the finance guy I was impressed with. I told him to not even try to offer me any add one or warranties and within 30 seconds he changed my mind. For a little money extra I got 7 years/100k miles bumper to bumper plus all maintenance included. Oil changes, brake pads, wiper blades etc. Its a nice piece of mind. To be fair if I had to mention one area of improvement I would say the “detailing” could have been better. But it was late night on a Saturday so I get it. Overall very happy.

My fiance and I had a fantastic experience when purchasing our new Ford EcoSport SE (with interior orange detailing-all about that detail!) from beginning to end! Our salesperson Izzy (Isael) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth with us. What normally would feel like a long boring process went along quickly due to his friendly and light character. Somehow I felt like we had our own inside jokes going on with a man I'd only just met, which kept things comfortable and easy throughout. After making our purchase with Izzy we wen't to Damien who hooked us up with a fantastic warranty (so good a deal he made his grandma get it too). After our purchase was finalized, our concierge Brandon, who also had fantastic positive energy, proudly presented me with my new keys and showed me some extra features and how to set up my Bluetooth and personalized my settings. The sales manager also checked in with us throughout the process and congratulated us when we left. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at a dealership and this was the best customer service experience I've had by far! Thank you all !!!!

We had a very pleasant visit to purchase a 2019 Mustang GT and I love my new car. My salesperson Akil did amazing job to him I will give him 5 stars. What was problem $3200 in dealers fee, and they weren't able to give me second key for car. I think for $3200 in dealer fees they can give second key. If you ever go to Elder Ford of Tampa look for Akil.

Plain and simple, one of the best buying experiences to-date for our family. The journey started off with an at-home test drive which fit so well for the family as we didn’t have to lug everything and everyone to the facility. They gave us the time of day to organize and plan to come into the facility whilst holding the vehicle until we arrived. Very little haggling needed on the trade in and new vehicle. Both the salesman (Will) and the manager (Eric) were pressure-free individuals and were more like family which made the process smooth. The finance team made the process easy and worked the deal to fit our needs and wants. Lastly, great concierge team to get us leaving the facility understanding all aspects of the vehicle. Definitely worth going back in the future…and recommending family/friends to have the same experience. We chose to work only with Elder ford since we have been serving our previous car there for years. No other dealership has performed to the levels of this place. Had a VERY BAD experience 2 years ago but I decided to give it a try and test drive a Jeep. Keith was GREAT! No PRESSURE! Spoke with a few managers, front desk staff and everyone was very nice and welcoming. I returned a few days later to get help with some accessories tweaked and this experience was just as good as the purchasing process. Thank you for my new baby! Keith went above and beyond! I visited on 3 occasions; first to look, second to buy, and third to pick up. Every time I arrived at the dealership I was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. He worked with me to construct a deal that would work for me with the best intentions in mind, and while my truck was in for PDI and bed liner installation (before I picked it up) he made sure to update me every day on the progress. Amazing experience. I went in knowing what car I generally wanted but Aymen took the time to explain all the features of the different models to really help me narrow down the exact car I wanted. The price was extremely fair and the whole process from rest driving to completing financing took under 2 hours which was a miracle in itself. Also they delivered my car to my home which saved me from needing to find transportation to the dealership. This is a great dealership and they truly care about customer satisfaction. I went in to buy a truck for myself but ended up buying a new F150 and a new Explorer from this dealership. I didn’t have much hope for finding the Blacked out Platinum model I want hoping they still had. My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Jeff as our salesman. He was such a pleasure to interact with. Cesar Castillo was my person at Elder Ford of Tampa. Cesar was a pleasure to work with, he was patient, engaging and personable. He was a comfort and guide through the entire process. He had to wait after hours for finance to finish but as soon as I was out he was right there to get me settled in my new purchase. Seth Gwaltney was my finance advisor. He stayed after hours as well to finish up the process but did not act inconvenienced or frustrated about having to stay late. He was efficient and remained pleasant during my time there. I will have to say there is a disconnect between reception, receiving calls, and the sales team. I had verbal and text conversations with reception throughout the day but I don’t think any or much of that information was relayed with the sales department so when I got there is was like I hadn’t had any conversations at all. My arrival time was confirmed with plenty of advanced notice for things/vehicle to be prepped and ready but it wasn’t …I don’t think this error was on the sales department. I love my newly acquired vehicle…thank you Cesar and Seth for all your time and assistance!

I just purchased my 2022 F150 STX from Elder Ford of Tampa this past weekend and suffice to say it was a great overall experience. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Eli Osorio who made the process enjoyable and stress free. I initially reached out to Eli via phone since I am located down South in Miami. After a few days of back and forth over the phone, we were able to agree on a price and he sent it to me in writing. The only issue I encountered here was the condition of the trucks when I arrived to pick it up. Upon inspection of the original truck I was going to purchase we discovered several scratches, rock chips, dents, etc. However, Eli was very understanding and offered to test drive and inspect another truck that was up to our standards. Long story short, we ended up driving/inspecting four different trucks before we found the one that was in perfect condition. Nonetheless, Eli and his team were extremely patient with us throughout the process and did everything in their power to make sure we walked out of the dealership with the truck we wanted. For anyone looking to buy a Ford truck in Florida, I would HIGHLY recommend heading over to Elder Ford Tampa. Their prices are some of the best I have seen and the team is extremely accommodating. Disclaimer, if you are looking to buy one of their trucks in the demo program, be sure to fully inspect the exterior and conduct a test drive. Other than that I look forward to buying my next truck with Eli!!

There was complete professionalism from everyone in the data ship, starting at the front desk who greeted me and ending with the concierge. Brought our 2020 f150 in for vibrating at highway speeds.....was very well taken care of by Taylor and was satisfied with the outcome. I did have to wait a few minutes while he took care of a couple other people. I thought it was a little strange that none of the other people in the service office offered to help me instead, but I am glad in the end because Taylor was very professional and straight forward...I didn't feel like I was being lied to like what happened at another dealership. Came in for an Oil change and a Tire Rotation and the service guy "Peter N" was super AMAZING. Thank you Peter N for your great customer service and excellent help with my car's warranty which Veterans tried to tell me I didn't have. Car only has 34K miles on it. I had a great experience at Elder Ford. I live over 2 hours away and was able to negotiate a trade in vehicle and finalize a price on the used vehicle I was interested in. My salespersons Corey was very communicative and there were no surprises when we arrived. When we got into finance we worked with Robert who seemed genuinely interested in getting us the best loan for our needs. He did a lot of research, communicated our options, and ended up getting us a better interest rate than we expected. He also offered us add-ons but was not pushy at all. When buying a vehicle that is a long term investment it is really nice to start off with a good experience and I thank Corey, Robert, and Elder Ford for making that happen.

We had a wonderful experience at the Elder Ford of Tampa. After walking out on 6 other dealerships for adding 3 to 8 thousand in dealer fees. The Elder Ford stayed true to their sales price just adding tags title and taxes with 400$ doc fee which was less than other places as well. Our salesman Brandon Pizs was well informed about the car and did a great job answering any questions we had. He spoke with our insurance company to get it all situated got our documents signed quickly and handed us to the fiancé department, where we met with Mike. He too was very helpful in getting us in and out in a timely manner. Now I will say it helps to be an informed buyer when going into any dealership but this one by far was the best experience we could have asked for. I had my Corvette brought in for an auto butler service I had purchased with the vehicle last year. The gentleman who checked me in was great although bumped a cone with the side of the car when exiting the spot I parked in. Then when I got the vehicle back it had some kind of black smudge on the fender. (Was brought back across the street then buffed out). The car looked very clean aside what I mentioned but as I looked it over when I got home I question if the polish or wax compound was even applied for the simple fact that the paint didnt feel as smooth as it has in the past when it's been applied. I have decided my only choice seeing that I have 3 more applications is to keep my eye on the car the entire times it's there. Unfortunate

I did finally get my refund, i just wish it hadn't become so difficult. My salesman Ryan Gura was great, but still can only give 3 stars because of the partial cancelation process. I canceled my extended warranty and service contracts within a week and was supposed to get a $5,300 refund. The finance person I worked with Jonathan Martinez says he will follow-up but rarely does and still hasn't provided a resolution after 8 weeks. I would not buy a vehicle from them.

Extremely disappointed with Elder Ford. After purchasing my vehicle there which went smoothly, it took six months to replace a window that had scratches on it the time of purchase. I called and text and finally had to drive down there to get any one to help me. I thought I’d give them another chance and took it for service. Again took days to finally reach someone and find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Each time they blamed technology or an employee who no longer worked there. While they did fix the problem, they did not give the oil change that I requested and now I have to take it in again for that. Definitely not at Elder Ford. Update: Elder Ford reached out and did everything they could to make up for the miscommunication. I am satisfied with the results.

I have refrained from providing a review, however since I’m getting emailed daily asking for one, here it is. In January of 2022 we purchased a 2021 King Ranch Ford Expedition Max, the vehicle was built aprx 6 months prior to our purchase and is “Blue Certified” this seemed like a good idea at the time, however our purchase has been a nightmare. Our vehicle has already been back to the dealer 4 times since our purchase and sits in their possession for anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month each time. We’ve had electrical issues, battery issues and most annoyingly a noise that sounds like snaps and crackles from the roof on the passenger side of the vehicle. Originally it was thought to be the sunroof and then the luggage rack, all of which have been addressed and the problem still remains. Imagine the sound of cold glass spider cracking 24/7 as you drive, and the noise coming from right over your kids head. That’s where we’re at. It has been 2 weeks since they last had our vehicle for over a month and the issue still isn’t fixed. Service review itself, the staff is likely exhausted not from just our car and our frustrations, but the dealership is packed every time we go in with people upset with issues on NEW cars. During the most recent visit after being called to pick up our vehicle that wasn’t even ready, the maintenance advisor commented that Ford is building cars that the dealerships then have to finish building. I actually believe this statement based on our experience and witnessing how packed they always are. I never would have expected these issues on an $85k + vehicle! I’m exhausted, we’re looking to get rid of the vehicle, but are scared to buy American again and there aren’t any foreign vehicles with comparable space and size. Disappointed is a complete understatement, both in Ford and the lack of ability to complete service repairs.

My car has a safety recall where the brake lights stay on and my car won't drive over 30mph. It is unsafe and undrivable. I asked for an appointment but there isn't anything for 2-3 weeks. I asked for a rental car. They said no. I had to pay my mechanic $600 to fix it. They also told me Ford wouldn't reimburse me for the expense. Is this good policy? Absolutely not. Update: only elder Ford reached out to help. They worked with me to get my bill taken care of. I am so thankful to management and changed my 1 star to 4 stars. Excellent service and I'll shop at elder Ford next time I need a vehicle.

The vehicle was properly prepped and clean throughout. All features functioned as they should and the vehicle was even cleaner than indicated by the photos. The reason for four stars rather than five is that the Sorento arrived with a large screw embedded in the passenger rear tire which was ten psi low with a slow leak. The delivery man was observant enough to point this out upon arrival. Somewhat disappointing that this went unnoticed by the dealership before shipping and I am left with an unexpected additional cost.

I thought that I was going to be horribly upside down on it. I was contacted by Benny Mosqueda quickly and he gathered some more information about my potential trade. I ended up going down to the dealership to talk to him about some of my options. Benny was awesome, he spent time actually listening to what I was looking for and took the time to show me vehicles that fell into my wish list. Benny showed me about a dozen different trucks and helped me recognize the differences between them, then I finally made my choice. (This next part is what has made me a lifetime customer with Elder Ford.) After I made my purchase, I went home and began to doubt my decision. This was the closest thing to an anxiety attack that I have ever had. I emailed Benny explaining what was going on at 10:30 pm, then again at 7 am the following morning. Assem el taher was my sales man. He did a great job helping put two car deals together. I left a power pack in one of the cars I traded in. Assem found it and mailed it back to me since I would be working. Assem tried to move the deals through as fast as he could. Only negatives I would say is that I didn't get the $25 gift card for either/both cars i purchased. The other is I did not get the $1,000 off for either/both purchases as a first responder. The last thing was when I came back to pick up my second car it was not ready to drive off the lot. From the time I left to when I came back to pick up the keys and drive off was about three hours. I feel like that was more than enough time for the detail team to clean and fuel it. The detailing could of been better on both cars. There was trash in the center console on both cars. Assem was not at the dealership when I came back but did arrange to have the keys ready for when I came back. The keys were ready when I came back. Assem and the man that was holding the keys apologized for the car not being ready. Thank you again to Assem. Update... 35 days of owning my GMC Terrain and the infotainment system stopped working. Was this a known problem when it was traded in to the dealer? Was this a known problem with model? Either way it was not disclosed to me.

Overall the buying experience was easy and no hassle, no pressure. However I feel when it comes to the broncos or maybe even sales in general the location needs to be more transparent in the options on the vehicle. Make sure you check the glove boxes and consoles for the window sticker if it’s not on the window. Because I found out when I got home, I didn’t exactly get what I wanted as far as the engine goes. But I do like my vehicle and it was a one stop shop no hassle process. The finance team did a great job of getting me a better loan than the one I went in with.

My experience at Elders Ford was pleasant, the three people who helped me throughout this process was amazing. The manager Ali made the application process very smooth. Ali handed me over to Freddy which he then showed me cars based on my preferences. I was very indecisive on the cars that I wanted in the beginning. However Ali and Freddy ended up selecting the perfect car that I drive now. While waiting on the car they made sure I was very comfortable, and offered refreshments and snacks. At the end when my car was ready Robo from concierge explained in depth about all the car features. A few days after Robo called me about the Ford pass, and walked me through on how to set it up. I came in just to look at a truck but I drove away in a new vehicle. I knew I was interested in the truck when I saw it but the dealer did a great job providing a great value for my trade in and a great price on the truck. There was NO MARKET ADJUSTMENT PRICE to the MSRP. I ended up paying below MSRP! The whole process was smooth. Furthermore, on April 1st, 2022 I went in to get a recall inspected. The service team and mobile service team were outstanding to deal with. They offered to come to me to inspect for the recall and offered to come to me to provide a fix if one were necessary. On top of that, since I went to them they filled up my gas tank. This place has been wonderful to deal with. From sales to service, they’ve got it down well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Ford. Well done!

I ordered a 22 Maverick back in October of 21 and took delivery May 5th. The dealership was the only one in the area with a demo with I desperately needed because unlike what Brandon ford said “just order both the hybrid and ecoboost” I wasn’t interested in going in blind. I had two sales reps help me. The first was cool but didn’t know a lot about the product. The dealership has horrible connection issues and the ford website went down while I was there ordering. He took all the details that I wanted down and ordered it for me. Only problem is he ordered it two weeks later. May 5th the truck comes in and a new salesman helps me. He knows everything about it to a t. He is nice, knowledgeable and doesn’t make me question it at all. The sales manager on the other hand is a shark. It’s his job but I’m no guppy. They hoodwink me with a bad apr till I tell them what I want to pay monthly. Magically with no more money down or trade in value I get to that payment. I try to get what I want for my truck regardless and the sales manager basically lays down the law and tells me this is it or you can walk. I want the truck to much to walk. While waiting for finance the lobby isn’t that great. I even asked my sales person about a car for my wife to pass the time. He wasn’t interested in doubling up but that’s okay. Finance went well and I got a good rate. Overall it’s was a good experience. I spent four hours there total for a car I already knew I was going to get. So speed was priority. If it wasn’t for the sales manager I’d give this place a five.

I made an appointment to Quicklane to get my oil changed and taillight fixed as it says online that electrical repair is done at Quicklane. When I got there I found out they don't and I needed to make a separate appointment for across the street, so I called and did. When I showed up she had not made me an appointment at service, but back at Quicklane again so my truck sat there for 4 days while I had no vehicle so had to pay to get to work and around other places. Not the service desk person's fault at either location, but the person on the phone messed up and their explanation of services on the website is false. Never going back as they clearly don't have their act together as a service provider.
