Definitely one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve ever had. I went in with some pretty specific request and AJ Jackson went above and beyond to deliver for me. He was honest, transparent and extraordinarily helpful. He even followed up with me days/weeks after my purchase to make sure that I was still happy with my new car. Eddie, from financing, was also a tremendous help and made the financing process easy and understandable. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family here and will be returning as a customer when I’m back on the market for a new car.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon and Gary greeted us right at the door. We knew what we were looking for, and he told us there was a car that was exactly what we were looking for that happened to show up that morning! He was amazingly helpful, getting our two trade in vehicles appraised while we took the car for a test drive. He was able to get us just a bit extra trade in value to cover one of our loans which was very appreciated. We were there for nearly 5 hours start to finish but we never felt neglected or like we were just waiting around. He was always willing to help but never pushy, offering to help set up our car but leaving us to it when we said we could handle it. There was a Progressive agent on site to get us settled with our new policy, which was quick and easy. She was very clear with what she was changing for us and very communicative with how our payment was changing between adding a driver and a new car. It was the easier insurance change I've ever had. Financing was quick and easy, and all electronic, which made it all very clear with what and where needed to be signed. We were aware the whole time what exactly it was we were signing and why. It was a very easy experience. We never felt pressured to make a purchase or to take extra on top of what we wanted. We were offered, but never pressured. We love our new car and are happy knowing we have a reliable vehicle we can ride for many years to come.

The customer service throughout my recent car purchase was phenomenal. My previous vehicle was totaled from an accident and I was in need of a new, yet affordable car ASAP. Thankfully, Brandon Turner made that happen with ease! He was very knowledgeable / informative and able to kindly answer all of my questions, went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal based on my needs, and remained patient with a positive attitude the entire time. I ended up going from a Civic to an HRV which I absolutely love now. Brandon Honda is the only dealership my family and I will go to!

The customer service I received at Brandon Honda was 2nd to none. I’ve bought several Hondas from numerous Honda dealers and this was the best experience by far. I recently bought a 2022 Civic Si. The first dealership I went to completely shut me down and was not willing to negotiate at all and basically dismissed me out of the building. Worst feeling ever. I then reached out to Brandon Honda after I saw they had an Si in transit. Joseph was my sales rep and he treated me with kindness and respect from the second I stepped in the door until the end of the sales process. We were able to negotiate a price and I couldn’t be happier with my car and the service I received. Joseph kept in constant contact with me to update me on when the car would be on the lot. When I took delivery of the car he was literally running to make sure I got in and out as fast as possible. He answered all my questions I had about the vehicle and even threw in an extra care kit for me. He has reached out to me multiple times since I bought the car to see how everything was with the car and any follow up needs I had. If you are looking for a new car I would 10/10 recommend you go talk to Joseph. Brandon Honda is great. From the internet manager to the sales reps to the sales managers. They all treated me with class and respect.

No big deal but just adding more updated info to review. I purchased end of Feb. ** I had a great experience at Brandon Honda. I worked with De La Cruz. He was amazing. I told him what I was interested in and the style that I like. I had no intentions on getting a BMW. He showed me one that just hit the lot while I was checking out a Chrysler 300s. It had everything I wanted plus a sporty but 4 door car. Thanks De La Cruz. Also thank you Brandon T. for your guidance through the buying process too. Even the finance guy was cool too. Saturday April 23, 2022 my husband and I converted our lease of a 2020 Honda Civic Sport to a purchase. Youssef Ch-Hab was our salesman. I had spoken to him prior on the phone and I really liked how he answered my questions directly, he seemed very honest and transparent. He explained the process, gave me his cell phone number, agreed to meet me on Saturday (which I think was suppose to be his day off) and as I continued to communicate with him, he sent me a link to an application, he continued to tell me things he needed and I sent them to him (driver licenses, insurance, pictures of the car, etc.) and by the time we met he pretty much had everything he needed to expedite the transaction minimizing our time at the dealership since we drove about an hour to get there. When we finally met face to face he was nicely dressed, had a great smile, he was very polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and took ownership of our experience from the moment he greeted us. Now this lease to purchase was not our first experience with Brandon Honda; we had gotten the lease originally there and we also purchase a used car for our son’s to share. Each time we were treated great. We felt they gave us the very best deal and even gave us a great rate on our trade-ins. We have had regular maintenance/service done there and even enjoyed food at their cafe. Each time we have had a great experience. Buying a car from Brandon Honda was the best experience ever but Janelle Villanueva really made the difference. She is THE BEST! Janelle was so attentive at all times before, during and even after our buying process. She took the time to listen to me and find me a vehicle that I really wanted (trust me I wasn’t easy). Youssef Ch-Hab was the salesman helping me upgrade from my CR-V to a gorgeous Passport and was really awesome throughout the whole process. Even after the deal was done he continued to promptly answer my dumb questions with immense patience which I'm very grateful! There was also some confusion on my part regarding the contract and they carefully explained it to me so I was able to make the deal with confidence. They also helped me with a few service issues and Tom G. & Caroline in the service department were excellent! Overall the best experience I've ever had at Brandon Honda. Had some negative experiences in the past and honestly I was expecting the same this time, but I'm happy to say they've improved! Also, the Cuban at the Bistro was delicious! Only mild complaint was the receptionist could definitely use some customer service training, not very helpful and borderline rude. I'm guessing they may deal with calls from unhappy people and perhaps reflect that in their attitude dealing with innocent customers.

I had the most wholesome experience here. I went there with my boyfriend to get a car for myself, but he ended up upgrading his car as well. We were helped by Anthony Jackson (AJ) and he is just awesome. He helped both of us in finalizing our cars and made the entire process very smooth for us. I highly recommend him and this dealership. Just a side note : AJ has a side business and makes his own fragrance and that guy is killing it. Versace should hire him soon.

Today, me and my mom had the pleasure of working with Camila Rodriquez (car saleswoman), she made the process hassle free and was very patient with us, answering all of my moms questions and concerns. She made sure she checked up on us frequently to make sure that we were doing good. We came in with the idea of getting a Honda Civic with navigation and preferably white or light grey with 2dr and that is exactly what we got! All I can tell you is this: I had some credit challenges and was being promised the world by other dealerships, only to either get there and be let down or after letting them pull my credit, which diminishes your score, be let down. Camila Rodriguez took the time to patiently listen to me up front and addressed all of my initial concerns. Her and I, along with the awesome finance manager worked together by phone and we were able to get a lot of the deal established before I drove all the way from Central Florida to Tampa Bay Florida to pick up my vehicle. As it turns out Camila Rodriguez delivered on every promise that she made to me and I got the exact fully loaded Acura MDX that I wanted. Furthermore, the dealership is absolutely beautiful and the environment is totally friendly. Upon arrival the very nice receptionist made me feel right at home! As a former car salesman myself, I have been around plenty of sales people with much longer tenure in the business and yet they don't have nearly the degree of totality of being a great sales person as compared to Camila. Yesterday I went to visit Brandon Honda to check an issue with my Honda tires and to do an oil change and upon my arrival I spoke with Assistant Service Manager Veron Liburd who explained to me all the options to fix my issues and he was very calm, professional and honest allways been upfront on everything I asked him. He then gave me a time to pick up my car wich was really fast for a Friday when everybody is busy and most likely you have to wait all day to get your car serviced. I am really please with Veron customer service and the respect that he shows to his customers. That’s why I give 5 stars to Mr Liburd and Brandon a Great employee always make the difference. I normally don’t do reviews for Dealers but when they take care of you and make you feel welcome and Important. Just bought a CR V from Brandon Turner. He was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I was really impressed with how well run the dealership is. I had an appointment and he was ready when I arrived. He wasn't rushed or impatient. I was the one rushing (I had plans) and he did his best to get everything done. I went into Chris Shotwell's office to do all the paperwork and he too rushed for me to get out in time. I went back a second day to take delivery of my car. I wanted some clarifications on things that had transpired the day before. They both made themselves available. I have never had a salesman spend so much time going over all the features in a car. He set up my phone and then went through setting up the other features. This isn't the closest dealer to my home and I went because they had the car I wanted in their inventory. I am glad that I went the distance.

I recently purchased a new Honda from Brandon Honda and specifically working with Stan (Stanley). I had a great experience. I live 3 hours away and was looking for a specific vehicle, color, model, that they were able to track down even with limited inventory in the state and area in general. I love the car I bought, a 2021 Honda Civic, but the customer service after you sign paperwork doesn’t exist. I requested to drop my maintenance plan and filled out paperwork they gave me the day after I bought it because I changed my mind, but my maintenance plan was never dropped. I came back about 2 months later and talked to Sebastien in finance about what was going on and he has no idea what I was talking about. So I filled out paperwork again…, it’s been almost 2 months and nothing has happened… Also, I was promised free window tint with my car purchase, that never happened. They got my physical address wrong and I could never fill out their review they called multiple times about because they put down the wrong email address. Edit: I did finally have my maintenance plan dropped from my remaining balance, I updated the review to 3 stars to reflect this.

Honda has always been reliable and courteous. Being I leased my truck for a Tampa location but live by Brandon, I always have to make sure they're able to pull up our lease packages for the items we elected to include. In the past it has caused some confusion but yesterday, when I needed urgent assistance to replace my tire, Kylee took initiative and helped me get the assistance needed without any hassle. Due to not having the exact tire in stock, they were able to safely, patch the tire as an immediate/temporary resolution. They were very organized, professional and courteous. Back in Oct/2019 I bought my first Honda ever with Joe Rios and it was the best experience. Now fast-forward to now in 2021 and I wanted to trade up to a New 2021 Honda Accord so I reached to Joe and because he is now in the finance department he set me up with Brandon Turner as my sales rep. UPDATE: It took me a while to update this review but wanted to add; Experience was great, but struggled with some IOU’s from the dealership, specially with body work. They do not do their own body work (but they give you “lifetime” warranty on the work) but if you need to get any repairs done after they send you to the shop and you are own your own to try to get it fix.

Janay and Joshua are not only very polite but they know how to throw it down in the kitchen. Giving them three stars because, while the service was absolutely amazing, they did something that I find to be very rude, bordering on shady. Without consulting us at all to see if we even wanted it, they added a $3,000 "protection plan" to our car, completing a few of the items on said plan before we discovered the add on so that we really couldn't back out of having it. When we went so far as to outright deny it, we were told that, essentially, it's just "part of doing business with them." To me, this is beyond rude and shady, and not a good way to run a business. To simply add something on without asking if we were interested, and then to tell us that we had zero choice in having it in the first place is unacceptable, and should be a tactic that is rethought.

Just had service on 10/2022. Now first come first serve. The service representative i had " Danny " was less than a customer service person. Now introduction, no calling me by name, relied on my vin number, could care less bout his job. Too busy talking to other staff. They might as well hire self service check in and out like Walmart. Oil change took 2 hours. Super lazy service representative I had. Do not like this first in out thing. I even asked for appt. On phone and no way I was told. May have to go somewhere else for major stuff. Bought my crv 6 months ago.. the price was right, the extra warranty they tack on are a lot and yes you can cancel according to the fine print they don't want you to know, however, I kept as good . My financing guy was new and stupid. I knew more than him. I had to call back several times to get proper info and paper work for insurance and taxes. They are not good at all at explaining all the perks of warranty I think coz they don't know !. 6 months service good, of course free with useless but I needed those things and not next time. As usual , a car dealer with better flow and service.

My experience with my salesperson has been excellent. Reena has really been attentive to what I wanted. Even dealing with the indecisiveness at first. Then knowing what I liked she would offer me vehicles I may enjoy, even though I didn't get one. I ended up with a brand new Accord even in the color I wanted!! If I ever come to purchase another vehicle I would definitely ask for her. The finace manager, Sebastian though is another story. When my friend and I went in to seal a deal on a used vehicle the numbers didn't meld. In fact it was higher than expected. First time we went in it was to sign paperwork and he never gave us any paperwork. Next day after discussing our problem with the pricing and not receiving paperwork, we were told they would honor the quote. It didn't happen it went down a whole dollar. That's it. We stopped then his manager came in and gave a little better got us to where we were comfortable with but we still didn't receive any paperwork! We decided to use the 3 day exchange to get a different vehicle because everything was just too shady and use a different finance manager. Today he calls us says he got us a better rate and payment but the price of the vehicle went up!! I won't deal with him again.

I made an appointment for 11:00 AM, showed up 10 minutes early so as expected I waited in line for my turn. Shortly after 11 one of the attendants in the parking area came by and told me I would be next. Immediately after being told this a service rep came out and went to the car next to me. Obviously I was confused. A minute later another rep came out and took care of me. What I then discovered is that when you make an appointment it is only to get checked in. I was told that because there were several in front of me it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. So much for having an appointment. The rep who waited on me, Lisa Hibbard, was very courteous and did everything she could to make my visit pleasant. The one thing I am not at all happy with is the text messages and emails I have received from your sales department asking me if I was interested in selling my car, which also meant I would need to purchase a new one. It was in appropriate and has left a bad taste in my mouth for Brandon Honda.

Before yesterday, I would rather chew each finger off over an extended period of time instead of shopping for a car. My experience with Chris Irvin and his team at Brandon Honda completely changed that. Chris Irvin is a true professional and an incredibly busy man. Quickly, Chris proved me wrong as he was able to patiently take essential information about my financial wishes and the car I desired and make miracles happen. This did not come at any cost but rather with savings. Chris was able to meet all my needs. I am not sure how he did it, but I got the trade in value I wanted, the car I wanted (serviced and detailed), and financed in about 2 hours. I want to also mention and thank Eddie Juica who assisted me in financing my new vehicle, which is usually extremely nerve racking for me. Eddie keeps it simple, straight forward, and to the point. When I arrived he was a bit tied up with another guest so he had Youssef help me out. By far the worst car buying experience I ever had, where do I start?! After the test drive we agreed with the sales man on the price, when I was about to sign the paperwork I’ve noticed that the price changed. So he said that he made a mistake ,that the original price was for 2020 Accord and this one is 2021. But the car was 2020, it was on the paperwork. Somehow I agreed with all this and moved forward with the deal.He then tried to drop on me a different car (same color) with stained seat and 450 miles on it, the one I test drive it had less then 20 miles . So a different salesman (the one I was dealing with left) found me a car in a perfect shape and only 7 miles on it and changed the paperwork (he did a great job). But this is nothing compared to what the finance guy pull out on me . Not sure but I think his name was Franky . Was told by the finance guy that I would get all the paperwork i signed by mail, never got it. After few months went there and finally got my paperwork printed,I found out that he sold me a warranty that I specifically said I don’t want it. Also sold me 5 oil changes (was told it’s free). I cancel the warranty on February 8 , a finance lady helped me this time (Franky is not with the dealership anymore) , was told that I’ll get the money back in 3 weeks, still nothing almost 3 months later. I hope that I was just unlucky and that’s not the way they always do business. Update: after I post this review Jackie from financing contact me and 2 weeks later I got my refund thanks to her.
