We left Kentucky searching for a new car since we could not get a good deal there we decided to drive to St Louis..the very first email that Joe Dawidouski sent me I knew it was going to be the right decision, he kept me updated on the vehicle I wanted through out our drive until we reached our destination. I emailed Joe and told him we were on the way..when we pulled up to Suntrup Joe had the car pulled around ,put me in it for a test drive..from the moment we walked in we were treated with complete professionalism we got a awesome discount and Great financing, we left there thankful and not only did Joe do such a wonderful job on our purchase he also took the time to give us restaurant ideas in some of the historical area ..which we seek and conquered..We will be back, and we will refer our family and friends to Suntrup.. When we are ready for our next vehicle Suntrup will be our first and final stop.. Thanks Joe and to all the staff. Best birthday I could have ever wanted 🥳

I will only give this dealership 5 Star's because of the sale's person, who went above and beyond the call to duty. I live in Kansas City and I was looking for a certain car for my wife, her Birthday is on the 12/21/2020 and I wanted to be her Hero, as always. Kelly Wallis help me be that hero, I could only get down there on the weekend and I NEEDED HER TO HOLD THE CAR FOR ME . yes I know that's asking a lot but she did it. I have bought many cars over the years and I have had some very unpleasant experiences. The reason I chose Suntrup Nissan was because of the high ratings people left for the dealership - and I was not disappointed! Suntrup also had the best selection of the vehicle I was after compared to other Nissan dealerships in the St. Louis area. Sam Dominguez was my salesman and was easily the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Sam listened to me when I told him I did NOT want to deal on payment amounts, but wanted to deal in dollar amounts for my trade-in and the new vehicle - and this is exactly what we did. As a result, we were able to come to terms very quickly. Sam also took the time to let me have a decent test drive, fully explained all the features of the vehicle, and also made sure I got the vehicle with the features and color I really wanted. The financing process was also very quick and easy and I actually got zero-percent financing for 60-months - and you can’t beat that! I will NOT hesitate to recommend Suntrup Nissan, and especially Sam Dominguez, to anyone who wants to buy a new car and also have a great buying experience.

Just had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Nissan here. Normally I am apprehensive about purchasing a car but it was very smooth and efficient. After contacting the sales department the whole experience, from evaluating my trade in, test driving and financing, was all done in a few hours. Aaron made sure the car I was interested was ready for me as soon as I got into the dealership and was very knowledgeable about the car; helping me understand all the new features. He was very patient and did not pressure me at all. Aaron made sure we were able to reach a price point that was within our budget and I would definitely come back to buy a car from him again. If you are on the fence - it never hurts to reach out and see what they can help you with and you may just end up with a new car! Just want to let people know that Greg Snyder made purchasing a car for our daughter a wonderful experience. We only had part of a day and did not know what we wanted. She was very professional and responsive to all of our questions and she made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We made the trip from Chicago to test drive our new M4 and Veronica made it worth the trip! We drove the M4, completed the paperwork with the finance department, and had our new car in less than three hours. This location prices their cars to sell so there was no haggling over the price . Veronica made sure we were well taken care of the entire time we were at the dealership. It was also nice to see the owner involved with the sales team and interacting with the customers. I had no intention of buying a car Saturday; my plan was to stop at a few dealers and maybe test drive a couple cars. I stopped to look at a Santa Fe and ended up purchasing a 2022 Tucson SEL. After we were greeted by Luke Lafond, we discussed the Santa Fe choices I was there to see. I relayed my interest in vehicles with large flat cargo spaces and good gas mileage. After checking out the Santa Fe, Luke suggested looking at the redesigned 2022 Tucson, which now has better cargo space and gas mileage than the Santa Fe. I was definitely more pleased with the Tucson. I am glad he suggested looking at it. Luke has excellent sales skills, is very personable and professional, passionate about his products, and very knowledgeable and proficient with the multitude of electronics on the vehicles. Although Suntrup did not have the color and convenience pkg combo I wanted, Luke immediately located the vehicle at another dealer, had it delivered to this facility, and then added the cargo cover I requested. Overall, I was pleased with my experience with everyone at Suntrup in addition to the extra effort Luke put forth to obtain the vehicle I wanted.

A loaner vehicle was brought to me, 20 miles away from the dealership, so that I could take a test drive. Midweek I had a negative experience at another dealership in the St. Louis area. With nothing to lose, other than gain a better experience, I sought out another dealership in South County. My experiences were so negative that I initially asked to be set up with a female salesperson at Suntrup but I said nothing when someone named Billy reached out to me. The experience that I had at Suntrup dealing with Billy (salesman) and Fred in Finance were nothing short of amazing. I had a great experience buying my new 2020 Rogue Sport SV from Suntrup Nissan on Monday June 29. Collin Costello was who helped me throughout the process and I couldn't have been happier with the experience! Collin was eager to give me as much information as I needed including ensuring that I still considered a test drive when I declined because I had driven a 2020 Rogue (not the sport). While I still loved driving the Sport, that was a very important step to see how it handled and accelerated compared to the regular Rogue. Despite a busy end of month sales day, he was also very understanding about waiting for my daughter to get there for the test drive to happen. He also handled my trade in process fairly and honestly making it easy to transition out of my old Nissan to my new one. What a surprise, as I drove the vehicle off the lot that afternoon, that not only did they have it in inventory but in the color I preferred! Best car buying experience I have had. Bought a 2020 Sante Fe SE, taking advantage of Hyundai's 0% APR and deferred payments. Brad Slinkard was great at helping us find what we need, in a very helpful low pressure way. Super friendly guy. Was able to get clear breakdown of how my final financed price was calculated from the sticker price after incentives and fees. Other dealers have some nice salespeople but when it comes to money you talk to some stone faced finance guy, but Fred in Finance was also very friendly to work with. Only time I have left a dealer without a slimy feeling that I had been swindled by just walking in. I have purchased many (too many) cars over the years and dealt with many different dealerships and people. My recent new car purchase from Suntrup Kia in South County was by far the best. I had not dealt with this location before. Years ago, my car, a 10+ year-old Hyundai, broke down on South Lindbergh very close to the Suntrup Nissan dealership. One of the sales staff there went out of his way to help me get the car to the Suntrup Hyundai dealership a few blocks north. The Service staff at the Hyundai dealership worked me into their very busy schedule and repaired my within a few hours, allowing me to return home to St. Charles County that day. I very much appreciated the kind assistance I received from both Suntrup dealerships, and told myself that when the time came to purchase a new car, I would try to deal with the Suntrup group. A few years later, that time came. Based on my usage requirements for a non-SUV station wagon-type of configuration, the models available thru Hyundai and Nissan unfortunately did not meet my needs. The Kia Soul, however, almost exactly met my specifications. I contacted Suntrup Kia South and set up a test-drive appointment with Client Advisor Robyn Jensen for the following business day, as this was during the restrictive business environment brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. When my wife and I arrived, Robyn was still finishing up with another customer, so instead of having me wait she introduced me to Client Advisor Kelly Pfeiffer who was able to handle our appointment immediately. Following our test drive of the very impressive car we were ready to discuss a purchase. Throughout the process, Kelly was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Several times during the negotiations, Robyn went out of her way to check on how things were going. Once an agreement had been reached, Kelly and Robyn worked together as a team to expediate the process of prepping the car for delivery that day pending our meeting with Finance Manager BJ Bruner. The dealership was very busy with multiple customers making deals, so Kelly and Robyn had already forwarded the necessary forms and information to BJ in advance, allowing him to complete all the paperwork in advance of our meeting. He then carefully explained the documents and answered all of our questions, showing a very high level of expertise and responsiveness as well as a very friendly and genuine interest in us. The purchase was completed, and we drove our new car home shortly thereafter. Based on my previous experience with the Suntrup Nissan and Hyundai personnel, we made the trip from St. Charles County in hopes of finding the same level extraordinary personal concern at Suntrup Kia. Robyn, Kelly, and BJ all exceeded our hopes and expectations. Clearly, they all regarded us as more than just customers, and treated us with kindness, efficiency, respect and professionalism that is not often seen anymore. The Suntrup group should be very proud of the way they, and seemingly all associates throughout the organization, relate to people. We appreciate, thank, and recommend Robyn, Kelly and BJ particularly, and Suntrup in general, for all of their kindness, help and service.

I am having my California VW serviced here and when I moved here I did the oil change and a tail tight replacement. Now my engine light is on, and I need brakes too. Service has been very good to me and I tried taking this car to a large chain here when I moved and they charged me for an oil change and didn't do it 😡. I took it to this dealership unwillingly because dealers are notorious for being over priced, but, I have never been happier with my car's servicing. I have a 2008 Touareg and the old girl needs some extra love now and then and this place is wonderful! The Suntrup BMW dealership had some really great deals compared to what else I had seen in the market. Aziz Hammou from sales followed-up with me and provided additional helpful details. We traded emails about pricing, and agreed on a final price, subject to to a test drive. We arranged a test drive via text message. I only had a brief window over lunch to evaluate the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was nicely detailed, gassed-up, and ready to go. Aziz collected my driver's license and insurance information, then handed me the keys for a test drive. I was impressed with the quality and value of the vehicle. Went in on 12-2-20 after dealing with a different dealership is Sept to get a car and was greeted by Brad Hotop which was the salesman that I was referred to after a bad experience with a different saleman months ago. With that said, I had signed papers at a different delaership in Sept found out in Nov after not getting the paperwork to take to the DMV that I wasn't offically approved. So months have gone by and I didn't own a car due to supposedly financal reasons. After 15 mins of being at Suntrup Nissan, I was approved for a vehicle which was amazing due to the fact I was under the impression I couldn't get one. Although there was nt much info available about the new car yet, Bandon gave me an M340i to test drive with no pressure. At the time when Rick Thayer called with the estimate he looked on line for discounts and there were none. We okayed the repair and they went ahead and did it. Our salesman, Miles, was good. I came in with a list of cars to see and did feel somewhat steered to a particular brand/certification. That said, it was a good choice and Miles was extremely congenial, enthusiastic and we were good to make the deal. Main complaint was 'finance'. We were paying cash, so the process should have been like butter, but it was not. We endured an attempt to sell a relatively expensive warranty on a certified used car. Our guy's presentation was canned, high pressure (and voice volume) without any facts or finesse - or any clue of his audience. We're old finance folks and the approach was insulting and a true disservice to the entire process. I nearly walked, but I was buying the car for someone else who liked the car, so sat through the exercise. We came to Suntrup because of the variety of car years, thinking we wanted an older model. Given we bought something newer anyway, I'll go back the newer dealers that go haggle-free. Yes, there's always the profit pop presentation for the dealer on warranty, but it's the not extreme hard sell that we endured here.

I would have preferred not having to post a negative review to make this happen, but I appreciate Todd's quick response and efforts to address my concerns. Thank you, Todd and Suntrup! Original review: We purchased a 2017 Rogue from Suntrup Pre-Owned in March, right before the COVID-19 shutdown. We were dismayed, after we had signed the paperwork and were preparing to drive away, to be handed only one key to the car. We expressed our surprise at this since two keys is standard when you buy a new or used car but we didn't have any more time to spend that day. Then the shutdown happened. A couple of days ago we took the car in for the first oil change. The service department, by the way, is excellent. Very professional, got my car in and out in under a half hour. When I mentioned to the service advisor that we were not provided two keys when we bought the car, he expressed surprise and encouraged us to go back to the sales department and ask them to foot the cost of the key since that should have been included in the purchase. We did so but have so far not received an adequate response. Instead, we were told that because they weren't provided a key by the previous owner they therefore can't provide us one and that we would have to pay $175 for a new key. This is not acceptable. If they weren't provided a key by the previous owner, they should have purchased one to sell with the car and factored that into the cost or they should have informed us that a second key was not included so that we could have factored that in ourselves. We are hoping that Suntrup will demonstrate their desire to ensure a positive car-buying experience by making this right. If they do so, we will gladly come back and update this review.

I went back to Mark (Migneco) & he fixed them and saved me the expense of having to buy a new one and keys are expensive to replace!! I will definitely check them first when I get ready to trade. Had a good experience with salesman Mark and finance manager Steve. Mark had great patience and didn't push to get us in any particular car or trim level. In fact, wasn't really pushy about anything, just a professional salesman doing his job. It was fun shooting the breeze with him while all the finance stuff was getting worked out. Steve is a numbers guy and was very transparent and straightforward throughout the transaction. There was more than one hard inquiry on my credit, but we did end up getting a great rate for a used car. If you have a reasonable understanding of the used car industry and financing, this is a simple interaction. Their claims of having the best price on CPO cars in the area appeared to be valid, and other than the doc fee (which no dealer seems willing to waive, even if they say they will on the phone), there weren't any other bogus fees - just the car and financing.

We bought a new car from them the salesman was very helpful and we enjoyed the car when we got it however we took it in recently four or five thousand mile oil change and was told that it was almost $80 for the oil change and tire rotation we were told when we bought the car that all maintenance was included for the first 3 years as long as we got it done on time and took care of the car so now with this being our first service we wonder what's going to happen when something goes wrong as it has a lifetime warranty on the motor and transmission so the jury still out and we'll have our oil changed somewhere else for 1995
