The first disappointment I had was the representative that I was schedule to meet at the time on that Monday morning was not there or available. And didn't call or text me he would be delayed. Ronald did finally take care of me. Professional and Courtesy to the customer goes a long way in return customer. I was there as soon as the doors were open. My Fiance/partner and I really enjoyed buying the 2019 Nissan Sentra here at Enterprise on Kingshighway. It was in 2015 since I had financed a car. I really didn't buy the car flat out. It really didn't fit my needs and the car sales person was terrible. I purchased it through Toyota in Atlanta, Georgia. But I have to say since I have been a customer here. I felt like I was taken care of very well. I would like to thank Aaron Belisile for making it a wonderful experience for me and my family. I would definitely deal with him in the near future. I have never had a bad experience with enterprise but this particular location( Kingshighway ) was exceptional. I was in an accident with injuries and truck, totaled. The woman left the scene and left me in a terrible position. The staff not only helped with a discounted rental but were very kind, always available and worked with my schedule. Rachel let me extend a few times and was very understanding. Top notch all the way- I was so pleased with their service that I actually ended up buying a new truck from them. Jon G was my sales agent and couldn’t have been easier to work with. He followed up and found the perfect truck with the best price. It saved me a lot of time and energy that I didn’t have due to the accident. He has checked on me since I bought the vehicle and really made me feel important even after the sale. Also Couldn’t be happier with the finance manager Ashley. She was informative and made the process smooth with the best rate in my situation. She was very pleasant to talk to also. The only request I have is that they get into the insurance side of business too:-) They treated me better than my insurance company did after the accident! Big props to The entire staff!!

This was our best experience in car buying in our 44 years together. No haggle price; excellent internet preview; outstanding customer service -- quick, friendly, understandable, no smoke and mirrors. And we even did a trade-in and were pleased with that part of it also. Great people to work with. And the vehicle was prepared beautifully. From the time we arrived (we had an appointment) to the time we drove away with the new/used car was about two hours -- and we weren't even sure we were going to buy when we got there. The buying process went really well and I would have given them five stars if the follow-up was better. Upon leaving, I noticed that there was a mar on the bumper that was not there when we looked at the car originally. The salesperson took a picture and said he would get back to me with resolution. After a few days passed and I had not heard back, I sent an email asking about that and letting him know that one of the key fobs for the car did not work. The manager called and set up a repair date. I came and dropped off my car and was taken to the rental car portion of the business where I waited for over an hour to get a rental. I was told that the car would be done that day or the next (Monday or Tuesday). It is the end of the day Thursday and I've not heard a word. I sent an email on Tuesday afternoon and was told the manager was out but they'd check and get back to me on Wednesday. Again, nothing. I sent another email earlier today asking if there was word on my car and, again, no word. No call. No email. I love the auto I purchased and the salesman was personable and accommodating but the post-purchase experience has not gone well.

This is the third car my husband and I have bought from Enterprise at this location, and the second car that Aaron Belisle sold us. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, which we appreciated even more in the current used car market. He helped us search out cars in our price range and kept us informed about when the cars would be available through daily emails or phone calls. We really felt like he cared about us as customers and wanted us to have the right car. I love that the price at Enterprise is set and we don't have to haggle or ever worry that we aren't getting a good price, and that even the cars have been certified we were encouraged to have our own mechanic take a look. Although I hope I don't have to buy another car anytime soon, when I do I will definitely go to Aaron Belisle at Enterprise!

I bought my car here one year ago. I had a great experience, the process was fast, efficient and Bernetta and Nick provided great service. They are knowledgeable and they both went out of their way to help me for all the steps involved in the purchase, including obtaining a license plate and installing it! I am very happy with my car. When I purchased it, it was only one year old with few thousands miles. I never had a problem since the day of purchase. Also, I got it for a great price. I am very happy with Enterprise, I think they are a great company with superb customer service. I always used their rentals but now I can confidently say, they are great for car sales too! I would definitely suggest to anyone looking for a car and I will go back in the future.

This is my 4th car from Enterprise. Everyone in my family drives one, including my kid because I trust them. Tyson and Ashley were fantastic. Tyson made sure my car was ready for me. It's hard to shop online during a pandemic for a car but he made sure every detail was ready before I went to the actual dealership. I had a preapproved loan but Ashley, the finance manager, told me that she could do better...and she did. Lower payment, better interest rate and more money. I just bought my second van through Enterprise. Here's why I do it... 1. Enterprise rental takes great care of their cars! So you know you are getting a well cared for used car! 2. Then they have to sell them once they reach a certain mileage and they WANT to move them off their lots. So you can get a great deal. 3. The people.... John and Ashley are my sales team. I could not have had a better experience buying my car here! I went to Enterprise as I had heard that all the salespeople were thorough, honest, and helpful, that buying a car from Enterprise was a good investment (since their cars are so well-maintained), and that they consistently offered “no haggle” prices which reflected market value. And all of those things were so true! My salesperson (Ronnie) was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He truly listened to me and what I wanted, made great recommendations about cars that suited my needs, and spent a lot of time with me, comparing possible cars for me to consider. He showed great care and concern throughout the process, answering all my questions, and meticulously prepping my new car to leave the lot. My finance person (Ashley) was also wonderful to deal with—just as kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She very clearly laid out all of my options for financing, answered all of my questions meticulously, and offered her expertise to help me decide which option would be best for me. I have had negative experiences buying cars in the past (not from Enterprise, from other non-Enterprise dealerships!), and this was the exact opposite of my experience buying cars elsewhere before. At other places, I felt pressured to make a decision, steered towards more expensive cars, and condescended to, when I did not know something about cars and financing. At Enterprise, I was listened to and respected, and feel very confident that I was dealing with ethical professionals at every stage. I’ll also note that I am a single woman, and that women alone often face particular difficulties in car buying. When I have shopped for cars in the past, I have had salespeople clearly seek to take advantage of the fact that I did not have a man with me or in my household, in terms of the pricing and terms they proposed, and was asked intrusive questions about what a future boyfriend or husband might think of my car. At Enterprise, being female and single was not an issue—my marital status was never commented on, and they treated me with as much respect and thoughtfulness as they would anyone else. I highly recommend Enterprise if you are looking for a car, car shopping is an inherently stressful experience and they made it easy and enjoyable, and could not have treated me better.

I was very pleased with the sales rep that we had when we went to look for a car. My original intention was to just browse and ask a few questions, but I found a car I liked and the Marco and Ashley were great. My husband and I left that day with a new car. A friend suggested that I stop by there and check them out because she had purchased several cars from Enterprise. Boy, I was glad I did. They checked in on how my car was working over a month after I made my purchase. There was a small tear in my leather steering wheel. My whole wheel was replaced to correct the situation. I don't know where to start. First I called and was greeted by the most kindest voice ever (Finance manager), and I proceeded to spill the hardship I have had w/my current car at that time and that I never established any credit or financed anything before. So I was invited to stop by , and when I did I was greeted with open doors as I approached the building door . I was welcomed by the whole staff which assured me everything would be ok and would work out, being this is the first car I financed. I can go on for a long time on how nice and courteous the staff was. I would recommend anyone to check out Enterprise Car Sales when looking to purchase. This was my first purchase at Enterprise but I was very familiar with the company as several relatives had purchased there before. The whole experience was fast and simple. When the car I wanted was found to be across town, Enterprise sent their driver across town at rush hour on a Friday to switch out cars! The salesperson and finance person & the driver all stayed long after "closing time" to complete my purchase that evening rather than having me return the next day. Every effort was made to ensure that the car was perfect and it is! I can't thank Enterprise enough for making this experience enjoyable. My car buying experience here was wonderful. Ashley, one of the managers, helped us through the process, and we were done within about an hour and a half. We called a week or so ahead to let them know which cars we were interested in and see if hey had anything, then arranged a Saturday to come test drive some options. Ron Seals is the best! I have bought four vehicles in my life and this most recent at Enterprise is top on my list. My wife has been looking around the STL area and test driving. We ended up choosing to buy through a different dealer, but were left with a good impression of Enterprise Car Sales. It seems like a good choice for anyone who wants minimal stress when buying a car. Of course you still have to do due dilligence, but there are less pitfalls than buying privately or at some dealers. These cars are relatively new and as ex-rental cars, have been well looked-after and regularly inspected. You’re probably paying a little extra for that peace of mind, but if you’re the kind of person who values that, you might find this a smoother experience than shopping around and hoping you find a reliable dealer. Ted Pierce was very helpful and talked us through all the options.

I had a good experience at Enterprise, Ashley Petty at the Kingshighway location deserves five stars, her customer service was excellent. My sales associate John, (not sure of his last name) also at the Kinghighway location was okay. One thing I am not pleased about was that he told me the Elantra came with a 100,000 mile warranty. Once I signed the papers and bought the car I found out the big warranty does not carry over to the second buyer. I feel as though he used the warranty as a big selling point, only to find out it wasn't true. Don't get me wrong, I really love the car so far, but I wasn't too happy once I found out the truth about the warranty. Some sort of correction needs to be made when it comes to this, you all need to be very clear how warranty's work because I feel like I was tricked. Also, I was supposed to get the $500 friend discount. After reviewing my sales papers, I cannot find anything about receiving this. I am happy with my car, but like I said I feel tricked and something needs to be done to correct this. That is why I am not giving John more stars, his selling point for the Elantra was the extensive warranty. Please address this with your sales people. Sincerely, Katie Church-Fithian

The following is my complete experience with Enterprise. Sorry so long, but maybe you’ll find it useful: Just moved to STL for work and was in need of a more reliable vehicle. After checking out their inventory online and seeing numerous positive reviews on Google, I figured I’d make this place my first stop. The fact that most of Enterprise’s inventory come from their rental division also was a factor in my decision as I knew these vehicles would have undergone continual inspection and would have been well maintained for liability reason. I went ahead and called and made an appointment for the next evening after I got off work. I showed up about 40-minutes early and the sales consultant I was scheduled to meet with was understandably still with a customer but I was immediately taken care of by another sales team member named Bernetta. Sat down with her and within a couple minutes we established my desired price range, my desired down payment amount, preferred vehicle make/manufacturer, and desired mileage. She pulled up a list of vehicles that matched my specifications and asked what I wanted to test drive. No pushing me toward anything more expensive, I knew the price of each vehicle up front, and I knew that each of their vehicles had a CarFax report. Test drove two vehicles with Bernetta and I asked her lots of questions and got straight answers each time. Decided I wanted to buy one of the vehicles I test drove, financed through them which was painless, manager sat with me and explained everything about their coverage options; everything went super smooth until I needed to notify my insurance company of my new vehicle. My insurance agent was not licensed in Missouri so I was transferred to someone local and long-story-short, I was on the phone for over an hour and learned that my premiums were going to increase by over $100/mo. I was visibly frustrated and quite tired since I came to Enterprise right from work and it was now past 9pm. The Assistant Manager took me into her office and very quickly got me quotes with three other insurance providers that had much more reasonable premiums. I picked a provider and signed the remaining paperwork. Bernetta had filled the car with gas while I was dealing with insurance and pulled it up to the front of the building, I received a warm sendoff from everyone there, and I was finally on my way home with a car. I pretty much always hate dealing with salespeople in almost every instance. However, I got absolutely ZERO of the ‘sleeze bag’ salesman vibe from anyone at Enterprise and was very impressed by their professionalism with buyers and their camaraderie with one another. I was absolutely astonished at their ability to remain mentally sharp and extremely courteous at 10pm on a Friday night (three hours after close) to deal with a single customer. Aside from my insurance issue, which they helped me resolve as efficiently as possible, buing a car from Enterprise was a totally painless and surprisingly pleasant experience. Bernetta, the other Sales Consultants, the Assistant Manager, and the Manager were all an absolute pleasure to work with— the amount of customer service I experienced far surpassed my expectations; I never would have thought good customer service would have mattered to me much, but after being treated with kindness and understanding while I was tired, frustrated, and apprehensive about buying something that costs thousands of dollars at 9pm on a Friday night, it turned out to be a determining factor in me following through with my purchase and giving them my business. I received a few follow up calls over the next couple days to ensure everything was going well with the car and now a week after my purchase, I am completely satisfied with no regrets. I would absolutely buy from Enterprise in the future and would encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to add them to your list of potential dealerships to check out. I thought buying a car was going to be a real nerve-racking experience but that turned out not to be the case.

On September 2017 me and my girlfriend were looking to get into a hatchback model car because we both work and go to school so finding a car that has great gas mileage was a HUGE priority! We went to this location and met with an associate named TED(Highly Recommend) and test drove a 2016 Nissan Versa Note SV. We both instantly fell in love with the car. Me and my girlfriend didn’t have any credit so they let us know what our down payment would be which was very reasonable, so in two weeks we had our down payment and were ready to roll! They made the process as easy as can be for us and we felt as if they were never not being honest with us about anything and felt really confident buying a car from them.
