We recently purchased an EZ-Go TXT model golf cart from the Dean Team. Although we had a couple initial fixes that needed to be done, we are very happy with the sales and service teams. All have been courteous and professional to our questions and needs. The cart was delivered promptly after purchase and features were explained. We needed a replacement windshield because there was a slight issue with original one. Our sales rep (Tim) personally brought the windshield out to our home and replaced it with a brand new one right out of the box. Then we had an electrical issue with the lights and Peter on the Service Team sent a truck out the next day to pick up the cart. Within 1.5 days Heather was on her way back with our repaired cart. We had such a good time on it I started looking around at them. They had a great experience with the Dean Team and after looking around for a few months, the Dean Team had a golf cart I could not pass up. Worked with Matthew on getting our first cart. Fairly seamless communication through their website, phone, and finally in person. He was great and explained the whole process of buying, as well went through a checklist of things. Only wish that the delivery was sooner. Went in on Thursday and test drove/look over Friday and was told it would be about a week to pickup/delivery. It wasn't though and I was contacted for delivery for the following Tuesday. Still longer than I hoped but all and all a good experience and I would recommend to my friends and family if interested to go here first. Update after a week: Couldn't be happier with the cart, a neighbor even bought one from a different place that he has to take back because we noticed some damage to outer body/crack plastic on trim, guess the look over time was worth it.

After an extensive local search for a family cart we quickly realized we would need to travel out of our local area to get what we were after and Dean Team Golf Carts fit that mold. The Dean team, with our salesman Tim Newberry, exceeded our expectations. We had been shopping for about a month before we stopped at the Dean Team. It was late in the day and they were about to close. Our salesman Tim met us at the door and invited us in. They observed the COVID19 protocol. He was very friendly and eager to show us his selection of carts. He even took us to an additional storage location to show us what they were building. During this process a service person delivered a freshly built new cart. It was an awesome looking cart. Beautiful blue paint, custom wheels and custom seats that we fell in love with right away. The purchase process was swift and easy! They delivered it for us the very next day. We have been enjoying the cart now for about two weeks and still just love it. I would recommend the Dean team to anyone who wants to purchase a golf cart.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER: Just purchased a 2021 ICON i40L cart and should be driving it pretty soon. Matt (Peters) did a very thorough job of explaining the ICON and it's many positives, it already being street ready one of the main things. Don’t waste your time. Golf cart seemed reasonably priced until I was ready to pay. Nickel and dimeing everything. Needed a club rack, wouldn’t throw it in. Needed it delivered, up charge. 3% fee to pay with a debit card? After all that I was still ready to purchase, but when they wouldn’t simply swap the clear windshield for the tinted one right next to it without charging for a new windshield, I left empty handed. Drove a long way and was excited to be cruising the course right now in my new golf cart. “Sorry we couldn’t make a deal” as I was leaving. Usually there is some negotiating when making a “deal”. All that said, Mark was super nice and his boss wasn’t there so maybe he was just reluctant to do any kind of negotiating. The sad thing is they lost two “deals”. My neighbor WAS also looking at one of their carts as well. We liked others at a place in Nashville and are headed there next. Update: You’re 100% correct, Sean. My experience garnered more than one star, and I have updated accordingly. I believe I was still fuming about the comment as I exited your business. But, if you think that review was based on me not getting free stuff, I think you should read it again. I have no doubt you’re a good business man but if I had a used cart business, there is no way I would of let a customer leave the lot because of an even trade on a simple windshield swap (which according to your own website has no cost difference). It’s a simple matter of principle. Mark made a business desicion, as did I. Either way, thanks for the response.
