Huge thanks to Zack Forister of BMW of West St. Louis for working with me to accomplish my dream goal of owning an Audi R8. From the first initial contact email to the parking of the beauty in my garage, I felt safe in this large ticket transaction. This was done via text, overnight mails, emails and videos from Missouri to Florida and back. This made my Thanksgiving special, 2022 year special and the last 6 years of dedication and patience worth it (the picture of the car carrier would have included lush wooded area with trees, Hurricane Michael removed this backdrop in 2018.) I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. My family and I have purchased high end cars from many dealerships both in and out of Missouri. BMW of West STL is the best car buying experience we have had yet. They made the process easy and seamless (given that car buying can be stressful!). From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out 5 hours (and 1 purchase) later, Dawn, Craig, and countless other employees made the process enjoyable. Not once were we pressured or rushed. The service is impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone. They gave us an outstanding deal on our new X7, and great trade in price on our old x5. I have to say this was probably the easiest and most transparent car purchase I have ever made and I’ve owned about twenty cars. Salesman Josh Dworman was great! I live two hours away. The website was completely transparent on what the doc fee would be and what I’d expect to pay. I requested Josh send a walk around video of the vehicle and he did, no questions asked. I asked for additional photos and Josh sent them. I requested the inspection report and it was emailed to me. I drove two hours, Josh was busy but immediately acknowledged me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I test drove the vehicle and there were a couple small issues but Josh offered to assist immediately. I have had more bad experiences than good at dealerships and this was a great one. If I need another vehicle I would check with them first before I look elsewhere. I’ll give a shout out to finance as well. I don’t recall his name but he was not pushy and I was in and out quickly. He was polite and pleasant as well.

I just got my jeep from them Friday. Honestly, the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They gave me a vehicle to use for couple of days until my jeep was totally ready, then they delivered it at my job. Dzevad, the salesman who's very professional drove it to my job. Dzevad was very honest and professional, explaining lots of details. Jina, the financial manager, very friendly and treat you like family. She went above and beyond with financing my vehicle. She managed to lower my interest rate almost 10% down. Not only that, she also extended my payments for 6 more months. It seems like the whole team is amazing. He always responded to my questions quickly and accurately. They took my 740i in trade off-lease, so I drove to Manchester to turn it in and pick up my 750i. I was amazed at how much business this dealership was doing on December 30, even late into the night. The F&I guy, Bob Whay was professional, knowledgable, and quick. The whole process took a very short time. Everyone was super nice. Linzie Foster, the Sales Manager, was extremely nice and thankful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone...and Tarik and Bob both had ties to Ohio and Cleveland, so it was like a Buckeye reunion! We had a wonderful experience this weekend at BMW of West St. Louis. Brandon Giganti (salesman) was so helpful and patient with us. We have some not so perfect things in our financial past and he assured us he would do everything he could for us. Well not only did he do that but he found us the perfect SUV for our family at a great rate. Lindsey (the office manager/finance) was great. He worked with the lender to get us the best deal at the best rate and even gave us an additional incentive for us to get another key from Lexus. Bob, who did all of the final paperwork with us, was well organized and explained things in a way that was easy to understand for someone who's not in the world all the time. All in all the process was easy and went so smoothly. Brandon said something that really stuck out to me. He said, (Paraphrasing) "You can buy a car from anyone, but I think it's our team that really sets us a part." He made sure I could afford it number one and made sure I absolutely loved it before I signed any solid paperwork. The initial paperwork he had finished upon my request before I even got to the dealership which saved a lot of time (since I knew which car I wanted). The financial manager gave me several options with warranties that I could choose from that fit my budget which I found amazing. He was very personable as well. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needed a vehicle. Absolute best car purchasing experience ever!

I called the day before to see if I could have my tired looked at because the tire sensor was reading 1 on the screen. I spoke with Chris on the phone, who was a wealth of knowledge. I told him I normally go to Newbold BMW for services and the earliest appointment was April 15. Chris informed me I should be able to walk in and have my tired inspected without an appointment. I informed Chris that Newbold BMW previously informed me they do not fix tires, just sell tires. I thanked Chris for his help, but informed him I may go to Newbold since they were closer to my house and I may need a tire. The next morning I decided to drive to the Manchester location because Chris was very helpful and informative. The morning I came Rick Thayer helped me out. He informed me they should be able to fit me in despite having a booked tight scheduled. He said they would look over the car and see if the tire can be fixed before deciding if a new tire is needed. Rick sent me a video and a detailed inspection of my car. In the end, I needed a new tire. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I'm planning on getting my car serviced at this facility in the future.

The car was cleaned and full of gas when I went for a test drive and Tarik had a route planned out so I could focus on how the car drives instead of trying to figure out where to drive. BMW of West St. Louis gives the best price with no tricks. They want to be competitive and so there’s not a lot of negotiation on the prices to be done. My leasing experience was the best I've ever had at a car dealer. They offered me a very fair price, the first time around, without all the haggling and hassle. As a returning BMW customer, I feel like they really care about keeping me as a customer. Since I ordered a custom built 430i, which took 9 weeks to arrive from the time I ordered it, I really appreciated that Brandon stayed in regular touch, providing frequent updates of the status of my car - from manufacture to shipping to arrival in the US, etc. Once my car was ready for pickup, I found the lease-signing process with Bob Whay was quick and painless. Although he provided options for additional warranty coverage, there was none of the typical hard-sell approach. Additionally, the owner of the dealership, Craig Suntrup, was there when I was turning in my previous leased vehicle, and I appreciated meeting the owner and seeing his keen interest in customer satisfaction. It's always comforting, as a customer, to meet the owner of a business and see that they're around, keeping an eye on things. One final note, with my prior BMW lease, I used BMW of West St. Louis for all my scheduled services, and they were fantastic. The even offered the option of picking up my car at work and providing a loaner while the car was serviced, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. Why would I go anywhere else? I had made an appointment with Dave Ware and while I was standing in the showroom for just a few minutes, every single employee that went by, asked if I needed help. So the customer service attitude was evident from the start. Dave had another client so I was helped by Kyle Ray who was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and honest. I had never driven a BMW before and he was very patient and explained things to me in a non-condescending way which I really appreciated. I got a kick out of a little video he made with his phone and sent to me the day after my test drive to remind me what a great car it was. I liked that the enthusiasm was not accompanied with high pressure sales tactics such as asking for a deposit "to hold the car" when I told Kyle I was also test driving other cars. When I told him that I was also checking out Audi A4 and Mercedes C300, he expressed quiet confidence that I would be back for the BMW. And he was right! The Finance side of the experience is something I seldom enjoy because it is almost always accompanied with high pressure sales of the extended warranty. I have always said no to these. But Vince Sweeney wins the prize for being the first person in my 40 years of car purchases to talk me into purchasing an extended warranty. And I had no doubts it was the smart thing to do. I felt such a sense of trust with Vince that I also ordered up window tinting through him. Ashley Ulicni and Sam Ziade helped get everything ready for me to drive away, and Dave Ware followed up with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Even though I was buying one of the most inexpensive cars at the dealership, I was treated as a highly valued customer every step of the way. It was one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences in my life. Kudos to the entire staff who seem to be highly focused and intent on exceeding expectations for customer service. My expectations were certainly exceeded and I look forward to doing future business with the dealership.

We are located more than a 12 hour drive from BMW of West St. Louis, so purchasing a vehicle was not going to be easy. I bought a little preowned economy car from this dealer with the intention of driving it another year or so before taking on a payment for a newer car. Brandon Rea worked out a great deal on that car for me and everyone involved in that sale was super friendly and easy to work with - even though I was buying a cheap little car next to those 100k BMWs, the level of service was consistent and good. Where this sales team really shone, though, was AFTER the sale. Things kept going wrong with that car as soon as I drove it off the lot. It wasn't anything they could have predicted, things just go wrong on cars at a certain mileage - but the first repair was over $600... just two weeks after purchase. Brandon made sure that was covered for me, so I wasn't out of pocket a dime. I got a free rental for two days while the repair was done, and went on my way again. Not two more weeks passed and I was back in the shop, this time for a check engine light announcing that I needed a new catalytic converter. Service quoted over $1000 for the part and repair, and even though it wasn't under the limited warranty Brandon was ready to get that covered too. Crazy for just that cheap little car! But as a customer, I was nervous - what else was going to go wrong? I couldn't count on endless free repairs. I was rethinking my original plan of not having a car payment for awhile, and decided reliability mattered more. But with the cheap car needing all the repairs, its value as a trade was already well below what I'd paid not a month prior. I suggested that instead of covering the cost of the repairs again on a car I didn't want to keep, could they help me get a good trade value for that car in its current state, and into another vehicle? Brandon was all over it - he said he knew his sales manager Linzie would be on board to help me as well. Even though they didn't have a vehicle that met my needs at BMW West St. Louis, they got me in touch with another dealership in the Suntrup group where another stellar salesperson (hired by Linzie, actually!) got me set up with my new Volkswagen Tiguan. So the first car didn't work out for me, but the sales team at BMW West St. Louis did everything they could to ensure that I walked away satisfied with the service I received. They absolutely succeeded, from start to finish. I recommend them without reservation.

She listened and problem-solved and in the end we ended up with the exact gorgeous car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. She even found several benefits for us such as 0% financing and lifetime warranties on lubricated parts (engine & transmission) that we didn't even know to ask for but she found them just the same. When we first went into the dealership she said, "I know buying a car can be hard but I am going to make this fun for you" and, surprisingly, she did just that. The Finance Manager (Vincent Sweeney) and General Manger (Joe Emerson) couldn't have been more welcoming. We have bought cars from both Plaza and Autohaus before but this was, by far, the most pleasant and best experience we have had at any of the St. Louis dealerships. This IS NOT the old West County BMW! Don't be fooled by the name--this is a new dealership with new owners and you have to try them out to see what they want to do for you!

First, if you're not already aware, BMWs are very expensive to repair. If you want to keep their renowned level of performance, you have to pay. That said, Arman did his best to get any and every possible cost break and discount applied. They're under new ownership so decided to give them a try. Downside, no loaner cars available (even though this was one of their marketing points in their mailers) though they were willing to drive me to my office near Chesterfield Mall, or arrange for a rental car. Redemption, embracing text messaging to establish and maintain contact, and apprise of car's status. Great enough experience that I will use them henceforth for my dealer service needs.
