Evan and Adam specifically did a great job working with me on my new TLX and helping me set up shipping since I am on the other side of the U.S. Both Evan and Adam were extremely attentive, made sure all of my questions were answered, and made the process easy especially since I was making it more difficult by adding the shipping factor. I want to say a huge thank you to the service department at Vern Eide Acura. I spoke to Preston on Monday, October 10, 2022 about my son's vehicle that needed to be towed to your facility to be looked at. My son goes to SDSU in Brookings, SD and we live in Central MN. Preston was able to get the vehicle in to be looked at Tuesday morning and fixed the issue. My son drove down from Brookings on Friday morning to pick up the vehicle. When he left the dealership he noticed that it was leaking tyranny fluid, I called back to the shop to see if they could look at it and they said to come right in. The accumulator line had busted and blew fluid everywhere. They were able to find a new part and install within a couple of hours and get my son back on the road. My son was very impressed with how the service department treated him. I'm very impressed on how both Derrick and Tim took care of him today. It hard to do business over the phone and being 3 hours away. Your service department was very good at keeping me posted on what was happening. Great Customer Service by everyone. I would definitely recommend them for service. Thanks again for getting my son's vehicle back on the road.

My oil change and tire rotation were done quickly. I was surprised to find they had washed my car before bringing it back. The biggest surprise was when they informed me there wasn’t and charge. When I called for the appointment I was told it would be 108.00. So when I went to pay, the manager said there wasn’t a charge because I had bought a package and he had looked it up and put it in the computer for the future.

Love the car, breeze fun to drive. Easy sales pitch, I knew what I wanted when I walked in using online research. If the test drive went well it would be added into the list of cars around town I was considering. Their service during sale is great, very courteous to the comfort of the potential buyers. They offer extended service plans and other services for people who are not comfortable with thier own maintenance. My vehicle is covered by a warranty as a certified pre-owned so in the future if something serious happens I will edit and speak on their garage service. Overall positive experience, I only drop a star because of some confusion during the sales process. I will continue to edit every 9 months or so to speak on the life of the car.

I knew I wanted an Acura RDX....I had a 2015 RDX and liked it. I check different Acura dealerships near me and after two weeks found one that just arrived at Vern Eide Acura in Sioux Falls, SD. There’s nothing better than tidying up errands like getting your oil changed etc, and finding your car freshly washed and vacuumed upon picking it up. Service is always fast but not RUSHED. If they have a few cars ahead of you, they’ll let you know what to expect. And they keep in touch with you via text every step of the service. This is a classy dealership. We were treated with respect, warmly greeted and informed about the vehicle we were interested in. Colin our salesman, was very informative and was not pushy! I really hate pushy sales people, I will actually not buy a product from someone pushing me because I have the ability to make my own decisions! The color of the exterior & interior of the vehicle is exactly what I was looking to find. Many extras in the car I did not expect to get. I am very happy with my purchase! I had a couple accessory items added, went back to the service department for those items and they were fantastic as well. Had a big problem with the AcuraLink customer service people for a question on getting something to work from my cell that had some code show up on the dashboard on my car! Not only did they not help me, told me I had to go to the dealership for and did not get transferred to the proper department, got customer service again and he actually hung up on me!! At the Verne Eide Acura, the Sales Manager eased things over with me and calmed me down, & offered me some free things that I still need to take advantage of! So great service at the Verne Eide Acura Dealership, I read the reviews and that made me want to see for myself.

My car was serviced for the 12,500 mile regular check up. I stopped to make an appointment but was able to get my car in Immediately. The wait was approximately a half hour. When it was finished, I received a listing of what was done and information about tire wear. It was a smooth and classy service stop and included a car wash and vacuum. Wow! So happy!!

My only complaint is that I left home a little after 8:00 am to be there for a 10:00 appointment. We live 90 miles away. When I got there I was told it would be 4-5 hours. I was given a car to use and I went on my way. After five hours I was called and told it works be another hour because they hadn’t gotten my car in yet. And it was just an hour. I understand things things don’t always go as planned, but I would not have needed to spend the whole day there. Courtesy and service were great.

Contacted Acura dealership/shop - For scheduling an appointment for oil change-possibly the next day. Preston said it would be no problem. I was on a tight schedule. When I delivered my car, he immediately got it into the shop, came back to visit how things were going with the vehicle I purchased from Acura a few months ago and if there were any issues. Preston the service advisor went above and beyond to help replace my power steering pump. I live in a remote part of the Rocky Mountains, so I was looking at paying quite a bit more for the part/labor out here. I also wasn't sure the best/most affordable place to get it serviced. This experience was nice and great and super quick. However, the city is in a mask mandate and the employees were not 100% wearing masks and that was very disappointing to see. Some employees had plexiglass and were distanced but other employees would visit them at their desks and not everyone was wearing masks and this state currently has the worst rates of covid-19 so visiting customers like me were a little anxious about many of the employees not wearing masks around customers that might be immunocompromised or are around a job where they serve immunocompromised people. Good service overall but disappointed with the lack of care during a pandemic of the customers.

He knew I was homebound after knee surgery, so he picked me up and personally drove me around the lot, asking questions and listening to my needs while he showed me some options. When I purchased and was ready to drive off the lot, he spent almost an hour going through every feature, button and tech option with me so I could operate my car with confidence. He even remembered what type of soda I prefer and had one waiting in the cup holder for me! Follow up has been great as well.

I drive a Honda and have a pre-paid service card to the Honda dealership. Today, when I went for an oil change, I was told it was a 2-hour wait, but that the Acura dealer would honor my pre-paid card, so I headed over and the wait was only 30-45 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful, the lounge is clean and comfortable and they have snacks and Wi-Fi, my service was done in the time they quoted me, AND they washed and vacuumed my car for free.
