One of the best car buying experiences I've had with buying a car. I worked with Mike, Kirk and Hannah and they were all amazing. Mike sent me info I requested on the car I was interested in very quickly and even accommodated me with a couple of videos I asked for in addition and helped coordinate shipping. Kirk helped me get approved at a great rate and made the process extremely easy. There were no games played by anyone at any point. Very straight forward to do business with and the car arrived as described and so far has been exactly what I wanted. They had the specific car I was looking for in the specific color I was searching for and made the process an absolute pleasure and the car has been absolutely amazing. I normally would never buy a car without a test drive but the reputation the dealership has and the transparency of everyone I worked with gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on it. Mike and Kirk were amazing! My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle and found it at Frankman! A low mileage, well maintained, below market price Ford Raptor is almost impossible to find, but they did it. We drove from Denver to pick it up, and it was worth the trip. Sometimes, dealing with financial matters while not being local isn't easy, but they made it easy for us. Everything was finalized before we showed up, and we were out of the dealership within thirty minutes. I'm definitely impressed! Thank you to everyone there!

Great customer service! I had a vehicle in mind before booking an appointment, they had the vehicle pulled up out front, fully detailed and ready for a complete walk around. Salesmen (Jesse James) was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process, by far the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve made in the Sioux Falls area. Vehicle was priced to sell, they also have an amazing extended warranty and windshield protection plan! Both were extremely affordable and came with great benefits.

Frankman Motor Company did a really good job on helping me buy one of their classic vehicles, a 1955 Nash. This is especially important when buying a rare and collectible vehicle. The salesman Mike Denbow did a excellent job to help me, providing in a few extra photos and good detail to make a final decision about the car. The video on the car was outstanding, presenting the vehicle especially good for an out-of-state buyer. After the pricing phase was done the rest of the team put all the paperwork together and got things going in a timely manner. I actually work for a new car dealership so I understand how sometimes logistics can cause a problem but they did excellent work and I got the car I wanted at a fair price to both of us.

I test drove my Buick enclave on Friday morning and I loved it. My salesman Jim was great to work with. He did a walk around the vehicle and showed me what they were going to fix on her. I told my fiance that he has to drive it and we brought along my kids. We bought it after my fiance drove it. She is getting brand new tires oil change and a few other things and they are extremely helpful. Definitely going back to get another vehicle in the future.

We travel for work, and I’ve stopped and spoke with many dealerships along our route in many different states. Frankman Motors in Sioux Falls, SD was the absolute best. Not only was I welcomed upon arrival, they had the car I was interested in nice and warm and ready for a test drive. The entire staff was so welcoming and on point. My salesman, Mike, was the absolute best. He was so easy to communicate with, and got me a great number on my trade! I was in and out in maybe an hour.. that’s the fastest time I’ve ever been taking care of! I love my new suv, and only hope that one day they can open a dealership in my neck of the woods, down in Arkansas!

I was online looking at cars just seeing what was around Sioux Falls. Stumbled on a gorgeous Camaro SS. Sent them an email to check if it was still available, received a response within an hour with a link to the car. I went to check it out and take it for a drive. When I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The salesman Mike knew exactly what I was there for and had everything ready to go, showed me the car and handed over the keys telling me to take it for a drive and make sure I love it. After getting back from the drive he asked how I liked it, at no point pressuring me to buy. I financed through them which was very simple and quick, they offered me the extended warranty but didn't try to sell me on any other bells and whistles. I've bought a few cars from dealerships and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. Spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours there test drive included. Overall, great price, great experience, and very satisfied.

We are overall very pleased with our Frankman experience. I had researched a few vehicles on their website before going there after work on a Monday. Salesman Robby greeted us almost immediately and got one of the vehicles we were interested in ready for us to test drive. While were gone, he had another ready for us. Upon deciding on a vehicle, we had to wait several hours for financing, as there were several groups of people ahead of us. The vehicle we decided on was still in the reconditioning process, so we had to wait a couple weeks for servicing to be done on it (during which a 16-inch snow sorm occurred, shutting down much of the city and deliveries for a couple days!). I can't hold anything against Frankman for those things, as we just showed up out of the blue, and can't control the weather! Frankman responds if you have questions! Overall we are pleased!

I recently bought a 2000 Toyota Camry from Frankman Motor Company. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I wasn't sure on how the process worked. Mike reached out to me immediately after filing an inquiry on the car and I had the car purchased within a couple of hours of being at home. I didn't have to even leave my house. I was a little nervous about not test driving the car first or seeing the car first as it was a fresh trade that hadn't been through service or detail. I trusted my gut and god and went along with the process as I had heard good things about Frankman Motor Company and was in desperate need of a car. The service and detail took some time but I was satisfied in knowing that they weren't trying to expedite the process to just get their money. They truly serviced the car and fixed the last part on it down to the mirror. Upon arrival of picking up the car the process took no more than 15 minutes and I was happy driving a home a new clean car. The car looks and drives brand new. I was in Iraq about to come home for leave and started surfing the net to see what classic cars were out there - just idly checking things out not really planning on buying. Since I live near the Sioux Falls area, I started there first. Stumbled across this gem and after looking it over on line had a friend go check it out for me. He was very impressed, so I decided I had to have it! Mike Denbow was excellent to work with and made the process of buying the truck easy, no pressure. He even agreed to store the truck for me until I got home. By the time I got in to Sioux Falls, I had already bought and paid for it, a 1995 F150 4x4 with a little over 29,000 miles on it. Flawless. Great company, fair prices, very happy with my purchase. Shopped billions and brooking auto mall for almost identical vehicle both of there's had more miles but same color even. The difference in trade price as over 15% plus there vehicles where in worst condition and 3k to 5k higher in price. On top of pricing the sales man where very rude at both locations and sales managers acted like they hated life. thank you Frankman for the great experience ill be back.

It seemed to good to be true.........I found the truck to replace my old one which was totaled after 17 years of ownership. I wanted something the same or very close to the same as my totaled truck. Every staff member I spoke with was beyond helpful. Jessie James (yup didn't believe that at first either) was my salesmen. He answered every question, sent every picture and video I requested, and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with the process of "online buying". I discovered that although the truck was in S. Dakota the truck was from TEXAS!! (Im from Michigan that's why this was a big deal) Mr. James helped me own this Truck. I have already started referring a couple friends to this dealership. This will be one of the first dealerships I check back with if I need or want another vehicle. I was actually already looking at the classic Cadillacs they have. Thank you to Frankman Motors!!!! I would give you more than 5 stars for sure. The entire experience was above my expectations all the way around and the Vehicle is everything I was hoping it would be upon delivery. 6 Stars ******!!!! Note/tips if buying out of state: Paperwork is taking longer than I expected but this is out of the dealerships control when it comes to the title being mailed (USPS and state's motor vehicle division). Window sticker is given so I was able to drive legally until paperwork is received. Get delivery driver's number. Didn't call me till an hour or so before delivery and was also requesting cash. I wasn't prepared for that or the delivery. I was able to work it out but wanted to mention this for first timers.

Be careful here. I called and emailed for a total of about 5 times. They had a car I wanted to see. They repeatedly told me they would hold the car if I told them I was coming (I was driving 4 hours). I told a salesman I was coming up on Saturday. I told him Friday afternoon and he told me he would "move the car around and hold it for me". Two hours into my trip, the dealership called and said that a sensor was out on the car, it won't start and that I could still come "look" at it, but it can't be driven. I immediately turned around and told them to keep their car. It was the reviews on here that made me consider this dealership. I'm sure overall they are good and Jesse, who I worked with most of the time was fine. But this was beyond frustrating. Not to mention a tank of gas down the drain.

We drove all the way from Colorado for a specific used truck. Our salesman, Robbie, worked a good deal for us prior to our drive up, and we bought the extended warranty with our new truck. We really enjoy our new truck, but the customer service didn't end at the end of the driveway. We had a couple of emissions sensors go out on us on the drive back ... check engine light and the whole works. Our local dealer diagnosed a couple issues, but the warranty denied the claim. Robbie went above and beyond, hammering the warranty company to fix the truck. It took a good week, but he got the job done. Robbie could have washed his hands of the problem, especially since we were out of state and the chances of repeat business were logically very low, but he didn't. He went the extra mile for us to get taken care of. If you are looking for a vehicle, make Frankman your first stop! Even from Colorado, we will be sure to look at Frankman when it comes time for our next vehicle, only next time we won't make the drive out and back in 37 whirlwind hours!!!

The staff at Frankman is the best I’ve ever worked with. I’ve purchased two F-150’s from them over three years. They were friendly, straight shooters and excellent customer service. I had some issues with my first truck and they did everything they could to get it fixed. Even lent me a car for a few days. Even after I purchased it they made sure my truck was good to go. Have not had a problem with that truck since. We bought a newer truck last month for my husband, found some minor mechanical details after purchase and they didn’t hesitate to get it sorted. Their customer service gives peace-of-mind to buying a pre-owned car. I was an out of state buyer, and didn't have a chance to see the vehicle in person. When it showed up, it was exactly as represented. They gave it a good freshening up by replacing a few of the worn mechanical items, so it was very well sorted. Even my local mechanic (who doesn't love Fords) said it was a very clean truck. Overall, my experience was good. I got a good vehicle and the people were nice. However, there were some large miscommunications between the Salesman and the person in charge of money and forms. I was told that my vehicle still had a warranty on the "big stuff" like drive-train, etc. However, when I got to the back, the other person said I did not have any warranty for those things. It was very confusing. They also did not tell me the same thing about financing. The person in charge of financing also did not seem to understand how it was going to work with my credit union. In general, the people were nice and the vehicle was good but there was some serious miscommunication among the staff.

Recently made my first purchase from Frankman. Very easy process. They gave us book for our 2 trades and medium book for the car we bought. Very pleased with how that all went down. A few weeks after buying the car I noticed an issue with 3 of the tires, the tread at the rim of those tires was starting to separate. I called my salesman, Lark, he said bring the car down so they could have a look at it. When I arrived, Lark and one of the managers Adam come out to look at the tires and decided that I shouldn’t be driving on those tires and got me a loner. They decided while we were talking about the tire issue that they would just replace the tires for me. I pickup the car on Monday and expected to have to pay for the tires, the service advisor said the sales manager, Adam, was covering tires at no charge to me. To me that is above and beyond what was necessary. They proved to me that there are still good dealerships out there that care about the customer and doing the right thing. Great Experience. Before I had gone to Frankman I had gone to another car lot and was looking at a couple cars, The salesman we got didn't care one way or another about helping us out. He wouldn't negotiate price he didn't know about the cars we were looking at. When we asked him a question about something in regards to the car he just said I don't know. We left there and called out to Frankmans, we told them what we wanted and a price range and before we arrived they had vesicles pulled up for us to test drive. They found a little crack in the windshield just before i came and replaced it for free. I paid to fix the doorlocks but they found the problem before i arrived and fixed it at very reasonable cost. I cannot believe how much truck i got for the money. It was crazy. And, when i got there, Joe gave me a tour of their very sweet hangar full of classic cars. Frankman Motor Company has gone above and beyond for our family. I purchased a vehicle last winter and actually had several problems with it. The timing chains were a continuous problem and then eventually the transmission went out which is very expensive to repair. It was a 2010 vehicle. After taking it to the local Chevy dealership several times, as it was still under warranty, the problems were still not fixed. Frankman took the heat for it and basically sold me another car, and gave me the full trade-in value of my dead car with a blown transmission. When looking for a newer vehicle, I saw a 2014 GMC Terrain on CarGurus. Sent an email to see if it was still available. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. While other dealers have the downright sleezy salesmen that just try to sell you any car they can, Frankman's salesman (Mike), their finance guy, and management were all great. They have gone above and beyond, meeting all of our needs and making sure the car was in the condition we wanted, especially since it had just come in and wasn't listed yet. Frankman motors has come through for us again! Our sweet 2004 Lesabre was recently stolen from our driveway in the middle of the morning, driven downtown and totaled out by the thief. With only 88,000 miles on it we certainly had no plans to replace it before this happened. Over the past couple of decades we've had two cars destroyed by hail, four cars totaled by pick-up truck drivers who didn't seem to understand stop signs, red lights, or red left turn arrows, one car that was totaled out by a drunk driver while it was parked in front of our house at 5:30 in the afternoon, and one car that was just worn out. A shame since they used to be my favorite shop to go to and I used to have no hesitation in blindly letting them do whatever they saw fit. Still good prices overall, but no loaners. They just have annoying, but better than nothing shuttle rides. Avoid getting breaks done here. I don't know what they do or if it's just my luck, but whenever I get my breaks done here I have annoying squeaking sounds that they said they have been unable to resolve.

I purchased a car from Frankman 4 years ago. If you are looking for a rare car, they might have it. The only other car like the one I bought, I only found in South Florida (so I had to have the one I bought). No, they would not come down in price, no they would not take my credit card (even though my credit is good). They want to make the MOST bang for the buck that they could. There was a problem with the car when I called and they assured me it would be fixed by the time I got there (it was not). They said they would help pay for the repairs (they did not). It cost me an additional $750 to have it fixed. I had to drive 700 miles to get this car and no, the service was lousy (BUT they DID have the car I wanted). You get what you pay for.

They were compassionate & it calmed me right down being given the information to handle the entire process. If u don’t have a man in ur life who can be your guide when it comes to all these things it can be a scary & aprehensive situation to be in. I have turned my family onto this gem of a place & they are just as happy. The reason I am putting a 3 is because the Finance person we worked with made my wife and I feel very awkward when asking about our finances. She told him what she makes ( or what she pays herself) and he paused and looked at her and said "That's pretty low for your occupation". Not something you say to someone! His whole demeanor was not professional.
