Purchased a new Mustang Mach E and the sales experience was easy and pleasant. The finance representative was helpful and pleasant as well.
We were frustrated however that we spent a significant sum of money on a new car and the delivery process a the dealership was poor. We waited for the salesperson to return after we completed all paperwork. He never did. He was to deliver the vehicle by going through all the vehicle details (electric car). Also, the car was delivered dirty. They ran it through their little car wash but it was still very dirty. We had to spend all afternoon the next day cleaning and detailing it ourselves.
It seems that like so many other businesses Ford of Kirkland doesn't really have good processes in place to ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Ford/Hyundai of Kirkland and had a great experience. It was exactly as described and I’m happy with the purchase. Carson Clark who sold me the vehicle had a low pressure sales approach and is an interesting guy. At other dealerships I’ve experienced more high pressure sales which always make me uncomfortable, and that wasn’t the case here. Buying a car takes time and I enjoyed my conversations with both Carson and Adrian while I went through the process, and would definitely recommend going to them when you’re looking to find, and finance your next vehicle.

Great experience working with Barry (sales), Blanca (finance), Steve (order handling). I ordered a Maverick Lariat last October and the vehicle finally arrived around May 25, about a week ahead of Ford's estimate. I was nervous because I had signed no paperwork - just exchanged email and phone calls with Barry as he collected my info for the order. No deposit. But Ford of Kirkland honored our agreements about the deal, which was great. And Barry, especially, went out of his way to make things go smoothly when we were finalizing everything at the dealership.
Leaving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the process still can be improved. It would be ideal for a customer who has ordered a specific vehicle to be able to receive the final paperwork electronically. I understand there is the risk a customer will refuse delivery upon inspecting the vehicle. I also realize the dealer wants to pitch every buyer on add-ons. Even offering to do the final paperwork and add-on steps by Zoom and having the customer come in just to sign and drive away would be an improvement.

Very happy with our experience at Ford of Kirkland. We've been taking our older Expedition in for service for years but it was time to replace it. Since the service department was great to work with, we naturally decided to order our new Expedition here. Our sales person, Barry Fok, was very helpful, explaining all the features of the new vehicle. And the money part was clear and what was expected, no surprises. Plus he called the next day to follow up and see if any questions (these new cars have a LOT of features). All this to say, we very much recommend Ford of Kirkland for sales, or service!

Great service! Worked with Nick, who greeted my son and I quickly. We saw a car on a Craigslist ad, had questions, looked at a couple vehicles, which was our choice. Nick took care to ensure we were heard, listened to, and taken care of. Great experience overall: Car shopping, test driving & purchasing / financing. I'd recommend talking to Nick and Ford of Kirkland, if they take care of you the same way they took care of me, you're in good hands.

I honestly have not had a better experience at a dealership than at Ford of Kirkland. At first, it didn’t look like they could get me the payments I needed but Rich, the sales manager, stopped me as I was leaving and worked with me to offer more for my trade-in and to get me a better rate on the new car. Nada, my saleswoman, was very busy handling multiple deals at once but still took the time to answer all of my questions about the car I was interested in buying.
I drove off the lot in my new 2022 Edge ST last night and I couldn’t be happier with the car and th experience buying it. I’ll be referring everyone to Ford of Kirkland. The much better service and friendly, non-combative sales managers make this dealership well worth the traffic to get there.

They receive two stars for their sales rep quick response and her diligence in getting me into a vehicles when I was in a bind. I needed reliable transportation for my father appointments. My issues is with the car and all the problems it comes with. I put down a nice down payment for a trade in with no issues. Instead I have a car with several problems trunk lift does work with the key fob, the brakes need repairs, the rims do not match and the car payment date discussed was in not written in the agreement forms. I could not get a service appointment for two months out.
I take responsibility for my part at not asking the right questions and focusing more on getting the job done.
Safe to say I will not be returning to them for a trade in.
Review update:
I appreciate the Ford team reaching out quickly to address some of my concerns. I am looking forwarded to addressing the mater of my breaks. Between work, school and my fathers appointments reliable transportation is essential.
Regarding the rims, that matter has been cleared up.
I still advise taking your time getting all the important information and facts about your vehicle before leaving the dealership, double check all work provided by the finance department regarding payment dates. These are the mistakes I made.
I don't know if I will be amending my decision to return for a trade in. I try to stay positive from day to day and keep things chill because of my busy schedule which is the reason it took me a month to wright the review addressing my concerns.

Ford of Kirkland did an excellent job throughout the whole process of buying our new Mach E. Ordering the car was made very smooth by our salesman Peter Rowberry. While we were waiting for our car to be built I would occasionally stop by or call Peter to get status updates. He was always very professional and courteous with all my questions. We were never pressured during the whole process which both my wife and I appreciated. On the day we picked our car up Peter spent hours with us going over the car. Since this is our first electric vehicle we had a lot to learn. Never once did we feel overwhelmed. Due to some schedule conflicts on our part we had to schedule our car pickup in the afternoon. Peter stayed after hours on his own time to make sure we had all our questions answered. Both my wife and I would recommend buying a new car at Ford of Kirkland

Plus the man who sold me the car made sure all the safety features were on and filled the gas tank before I left. Great service and I will return.

I had my eyes on a beautiful Ford Expedition Max that was advertised online. I had my number for both my trade in, and my purchase price. I let Todd know I was in a hurry and it streamlined negotiations. I loved the vehicle, and after some quick back and forth on price/trade in, we came to an agreement. From the moment I stepped in to when I was driving away took around two hours, including getting financing. It was the fastest I've ever purchased a car and would definitely recommend Todd and Ford of Kirkland to anyone.

My car was on the fritz, and I’d taken my car to a local shop to get checked out and was told it was just carbon build up and would be fine. Was given my car back with a large bill and the check engine light still on. The car was getting worse and worse so I scheduled with Ford. They were able to get me in within a week.
When I brought my car in, Dean was who checked me in and he took one look at my car and knew right away that the engine was broken and needed to be replaced. It was thankfully covered under warranty (I bought the car used and didn’t even know I had a warranty!) He had it checked out, gave me a time frame and delivered on time.
My whole experience with Ford from start to finish was awesome. They even fixed a recall I didn’t know the car had. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else again, and would ask for Dean again! He was amazing, straight forward, and knowledgeable.

I had just purchased a vehicle from Ford of Kirkland and was helped by Nathan Vance. He was extremely friendly and welcoming and I never felt pressured to buy anything which is always appreciated. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the process of buying took a considerable amount of time. It wasn't the dealer's fault, the whole business came to a stand still because both of their printers ran out of toner. Otherwise, Nathan dealer was very pleasant and accomodating.

We've been using Kirkland Hyundai for service since 2019 and have been very pleased with our experiences.
The lead-time to get an appointment is about a month, but that appears to be the new normal for these days, industry wide.
Once we arrive we check in and they always have our "file" open and proceed with our service. The service reps are always friendly and helpful.
We've had no complaints during these past 3 years and we'll continue to use Kirkland Hyundai in the future.

In most cases purchasing a vehicle is a long, drawn out, stressful process but not here. To be honest, this was probably the smoothest transaction that I've ever had. I was paid a fair amount for my trade and got the car I wanted at a great price.
On top of all this, as I was leaving I noticed a dent that had previously been overlooked. At this point the paperwork was signed so, technically, it was my problem. I got the salesperson, Neda, and she brought her manager. After assessing the damage they assured me that they would take care of it, and they did. They work with an amazing body shop who were able to make the damaged area look like brand new.
At the end of the day, I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely make Ford of Kirkland my first choice for future purchases.

Everyone that I came in to contact at this dealership was very nice, super professional, and clearing had customer service as a priority. It felt genuine too, not like they needed to be nice to make a sale. I made contact with them days prior to my arrival and they I got a couple follow up calls days after my purchase to make sure all was well! This was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had

I thought overall the sale was seamless. Very low pressure during the sales process to include the finance office. My only negative is the vehicle I purchased was missing some accessories that were both listed in the online ad and posted in the pictures. I had to spent almost $600 elsewhere to have those items re-installed on my vehicle. It wasn't a need but it was one of the things about the vehicle that I purchased that attracted me to that particular vehicle.

After a horrendous experience at a used car lot, it was a breathe of fresh air buying a car from Barry at Ford of Kirkland! He was very patient, open, up front and honest. He made sure he showed us cars only with in our price range and there were no hidden fees or agendas! We highly highly recommend Barry at Ford of Kirkland if you’re looking for a new car! We will also be recommending to all family and friends moving forward! I have to add, he noticed a flaw in the car we bought and told us before we sat down to purchase. I called about a truck they advertised and talked to Nima. He was very transparent and SUPER helpful and there was no pressure at all. Rich was VERY accommodating and Nelson is one of the best Finance managers I've worked with (4th car in 6 years). This team is great, totally worth driving from South Tacoma. Professional and friendly staff and no complaints during the negotiation process. I will point out that their web site had advertised my car with carpeted floor mats but in person there were none. I was assured that my car would be fitted with new mats. What I got was generic rubber floor mats, not custom fitted to the model but CUT to fit. I also asked if they filled up the tank for me and was told “yes.” I noticed It was less then half a tank as I’m driving away. These little things do matter.

They kept me informed of where they were with the service and the status of some hard to find parts that they located at another dealer and expedited delivery so they could complete the repair. Let me start by saying I'm a newbie. Did MONTHS of research for some time when I owned my previous car but hadn't had a need. Now I do.
I was able to call and make an appointment the same day. Had the car I want pulled up, gassed up and took a nice long ride and got up to proper speed. Easy Convo and Paul Young was so knowledgeable. Clearly can do this in his sleep and has a customer first setting.
They partner with my bank for credit union direct loan program which made my payments significantly lower as well as my down payment. The finance staff was friendly and despite the whole place being understaffed everyone was efficient and incredibly pleasant.

First, the good. Brandon & Neda we’re both very helpful & patient w/me throughout the purchase/pricing phase of the sale. My texts or calls were always responded to in a timely fashion. Both were courteous & treated me in a professional car salesperson relationship manner. Their store is adequate & was easy to navigate. I did not like the location of the sales manager’s kiosk/desk in relation to the sales floor. I could over hear conversations I did not care to hear without trying to hear them. The Ford’s receptionist was nice & cordial. I purchased the vehicle for a great price after finding it’s listing via the internet. The bad was Their finance department. Worst experience ever. I was pre approved by my bank and that felt grossly not welcomed. It was mentioned by the finance personnel that, “I won’t make any money off this transaction”. Or not transaction and that he would be there at work until midnight. My family & I never finance extended warranties or anything else in with our loan. We buy independently to avoid a huge gap between between value & the total price of the vehicle.I think the finance staff was bothered by that & we felt his energy. I don’t make my shopping experiences personal due to rapid staff changes across the auto sales industry but while I’m in the presence of them, I do expect professionalism. Our buying experience was a thousand times more pleasant at Lexus of Tacoma. Good luck & thanks to Brandon & Neda.

Recently had our F-150 serviced at Ford of Kirkland. Was surprised at getting an appointment so quickly. (Other dealers a month or more out.) The staff was friendly, communicated what service would be done and timeframe. Our F-150 was done early and we're very happy with having gone to Ford of Kirkland. We'll be bringing our F-150 to Ford of Kirkland from now on.

Wow. I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Then I realized I forgot my wallet AND the coupons my wife had given me! I'm a total disaster... so, I let them know, and the gentleman helping me (Brad, who already wasn't having the best day), just said, "we all have those kinds of days, man. No worries. We'll honor the coupons and figure out how to handle the financial part. No worries."
Thankfully, my awesome wife sent pictures of our credit card, and they were able to make that work.
They cared about me, and did right by me, despite my forgetfulness.

The Ford dealership in Kirkland was an honest and reliable dealer for getting an EV i.e a Mach E. With high demand and shortage of supply every dealer wants to rip the customer with illegal mark ups despite a direct ordering process through Ford for these beauties. I placed an order through Kirkland Ford last year Dec and waited patiently. They promised me no markups and delivered it this week nicely.

The sales person was friendly and sincere. The facilities lacked a lot. Cracked, broken sheetrock, a moldy smell in the bathroom, lack of repairs. I was told it was from a roof leak. From a while ago. Not a good impression.
Also, I drove 3.5 hours to view the car and make a deal. Was not offered a beverage of any sort and the car I was considering was DIRTY.
Overall NOT a good impression when purchasing a luxury automobile.
Also, the trade-in value of my Subaru Legacy was disappointing to say the least!
What saved this review was the salesperson's good manners and trying to do what he could to satisfy me.

Jim in the service department at Ford of Kirkland was outstanding. I had a service appointment and ended up having to have my car towed in a day early (it was overheating and couldn't be driven). Jim said that was okay and in fact called me later that day after it was towed in and said they found the problem. However, the part needed was on backorder and he didn't know when it would be in. Then, two days later he called and said he put on emergency rush on it and the part was in and the car was fixed the next day. All through this process, Jim called and kept me updated. Can't say enough good things about the service there and that's where I'll be taking my car from now on.

I was looking for a Subaru Outback for myself. By chance, through the Internet, I found something that suited me both in terms of money and condition and equipment in Ford Kirkland. The car came to them through a Trade in. I wrote through their website and they answered my email in just a few minutes. I was sent a video of this car and the next day I bought it from them. A team headed by Faran worked with me. I also asked if they had a Russian-speaking employee, surprisingly, they had one and we could discuss the nuances in Russian. They also picked up an excellent interest rate for me. The purchase was easy and without pressure and imposition. I recommend Ford Kirklan to anyone who is looking for reliable sellers and good cars. I was surprised that their yard was packed with a huge number of cars, this indicates their sales. Good luck to you friends and the Faran team!

Went to check out one of the preowned vehicles on the lot. Was met by Faran who had the car ready to go. He walked us around, gave us the rundown, let me poke around it all. Took it out for a spin and then he stepped off to let us think. Ended up making a purchase and had help from Rich the general sales manager with some of the bank communications. The finance consultant Nelson was also great and gave me more info than I even knew I needed so I felt super comfy with what I was getting. After going through all the paperwork we were set. Everyone was upfront when answering questions and I didn’t feel pressured once. Great buying experience, would definitely recommend.

This experience was a huge contrast to what we have experienced at another dealership (Honda of Kirkland was awful. Upcharging almost $20,000 over MSRP for 2023s and really taking advantage)

Went in looking at a 2022 badlands bronco (lux package, hardtop, 2.7 liter engine, non-Sasquatch). MSRP for the vehicle was just a little over $58k. All dealerships are marking these up $10-$20k above MSRP on their stock broncos, this one being no exception. After being on the market for over a year for this vehicle, it’s no surprise at this point as Ford is still struggling with getting their bronco orders. I was on a waitlist with another dealer that guaranteed MSRP on custom orders but it’s looking like I may not get that order fulfilled for another year or so. Due to Ford’s situation with the bronco, at first I wasn’t in a rush but with the market and the current value of my car (2017 Kia Soul + with over 80k miles and one accident) and other life changes, my window of opportunity to get a bronco in the best situation was shrinking. But going in, I was expecting the usual experience of making my low ball offer and dealerships asking ridiculous prices and leaving with my current car and a little more knowledge of the market and negotiations.
So getting to it, they ask $78k for it. I ask for an even $60k for the car since I’m basically paying for the convenience of getting the vehicle now rather than a couple years from now. Now each person has their limits and will spend what they want for what they want. Average selling price for the bronco (at the time of this review) is $8k above MSRP, it’s honestly just how the market is for this highly desirable car. I knew that and if I didn’t want to wait for an MSRP price, I was gonna be paying above it. My limit going in was $4k above MSRP.
Person I was working with was Barry, great and fun guy to work with. He countered my offer with $68k and I asked $61k. He came back to me with $65k and I made my last offer of $61.5k. He talked it over with is manager and came back saying that they agreed as long as I traded in my car (which they offered $10.8k, a good/fair trade in price for it on Kelly Blue Book). Honestly was in shock for a minute and reviewed the offer looking for hidden fees. But sure enough it was the offer I wanted. Sealed the deal, signed the papers and now I have my dream car.
I’m one who enjoys negotiating and enjoyed the experience with this dealership. Sucks that they advertise that ridiculous over priced value but know as a consumer those are negotiable. Will you get a good deal? Can’t guarantee but I got a solid deal and they will work with you if you know the market and your limits.

I purchased a F150 through Nima there. There was zero pressure, and even after I initially left and came back two weeks later. The transaction was smooth and I am enjoying my new to me truck. Go talk to Nima if you are looking to purchase a new or used Ford.

Ford of Kirkland truly has made a comeback on how they put the customer first and how the service team goes above and beyond for there customers.
Our truck wouldn't start and of course USAA service failed us because 8 hours of waiting to have our truck towed to Ford of Kirkland Dealership didn't happen until the next morning at 7AM made our Wednesday Suck.
After calling Ford of Bellevue and kindly asking if they could squeeze our truck in a 10 day window they said they were slammed and booked an appointment for Dec 3rd. Yah, this wasn't going to happen so I Immediately called Ford of Kirkland.
In the past Ford of Kirkland Service Department did not know how to handle customers and there customer service needed major help. When I spoke to Mark in service he said, "Absolutely bring your truck in and we will see what we can do". This type of communication immediately makes your customer feel at ease and if you as a customer feels like someone is going to help or listen to your problems, you will pay in reason, any price because that person took the time to listen.
I brought the crew Donuts and left over halloween candy not as a bribe, but as a thank you. These men and women work so hard and appreciation is needed and a kind gesture to say thank you goes a long way. I was surprised that my truck was ready by the end of the day. Yah, it must have been the Donuts but honestly this was a huge shock and for that I am grateful.
Thank you Ford of Kirkland Service Depart. I know it takes a team and I am grateful for your team and will always remember how you went above and beyond.

Like the vehicle... But a month later the adjusted market value rate still leaves a sour taste. With that, the dealer model has no value except to exploit. I will never again make the compromise I did to get this vehicle. Good riddance.

Steve the fleet manager was really great to work with, he asked me how I wanted to pay for the car and if I needed extended warranty and didn't really push or haggle at all. On the day of pickup, Mo Taha helped me with the transaction, he showed me the car features and let me do a test drive, and took my info to process the sale and finance transaction. While waiting for the paper work I had a great chat with Mo, he has some amazing life experiences to share. Overall, love the car and the dealership made the process go super smooth and hassle-free. Ford of Kirkland is the most honest dealer I have had to deal with in the last 10 years - which is both saying a lot and not saying much.
I had ordered a Ford F-150 Lightning (pre-ordered back in 2021) and finally took delivery at the end of 2022. The dealership did not try to increase the price of the vehicle and it was pleasant to work with them.
There have been problems with the software on the truck and it will not connect to FordPass which is needed to use your phone to start it or set up a phone as a key or use the public charging network. (And a number of other features like doing remote service, etc) They still don't know the exact problem but at delivery they said it was just a glitch that happens and it would be fine the next day (but it obviously was not). The FordPass team I called also said that it required the dealer to fix it since they had no way to address it via over-the-air fixes. It is this technology that is where the F150 (and FordSync in general, which is the same software in other Ford vehicles) falls flat and made the whole experience less the perfect.
The dealership is doing the right thing to help here - but they are at the mercy of Ford and the Ford software/technology team - which is not a good place to be.

Michael, our salesman, was amazing. With me being unfamiliar with the area, he came along for the test drive and was able to answer all my questions and picked a great route to check out the performance of the vehicle.
There were no surprises with the price or anything that we had discussed prior to me making the trip up, which a greatly appreciated.
When we had agreed to purchase the vehicle, it turned out there was an open recall on the vehicle, so I couldn't drive it home that night. Michael and his wife, on their own time, drove the car to me when the recall service was complete, saving me another full day of driving to Kirkland and back.

I've bought 2 cars from Ford of Kirkland in the last 6 months, with another two on the way (Bronco, F150) and my experience has been very good. Along the way I've dealt with three different sellers and each was respectful, friendly, and helpful. The transactions were low pressure (probably helped that I paid cash and didn't have to deal with loan packages). Even the finance guy was low-key and didn't press the dealer's add-on packages too much. For one transaction, I traded in my truck for a fair price (maybe not as much as if I'd sold privately but it's less hassle to sell to the dealer and there's a tax break, which gets you to break even). My experience was good and I hope that's the norm, not the exception.

I had my Ford break down with a flashing check engine light and I called around to all the Ford locations around me and nobody would see my vehicle for months or they simply told me they were not accepting any vehicles. Inquired about possibly getting a new set of tires for my 2020 Escape Titanium Hybrid. The weekend was busy for me since I was scheduled to work a 48 hour shift at the Fire Department.
Brad hooked me up and had tires delivered that same day and made arrangements to be at the shop 8 AM the following Monday.

He was excellent, incredibly helpful and generous with his time, offered us as much or as little help as we wanted (turns out we wanted a lot of help!).
He clearly explained all features of the various trucks we looked at, let us test drive with no hard sell and helped us decide between new and used.
We ended up taking our favorite truck for a longer demo which was perfect to really see if it was the right truck for us.

So I had to take the truck in because Ford managed not to paint a small spot behind the cab (???). Kevin over in service was awesome. He kept me up to date on what was going on, and even said I could get the truck back over the weekend when they were going to need to keep it for a few days longer (because of the approval process from Ford Corporate).

The online process for scheduling is not user friendly. I had to wait 2 months to get my car serviced. Furthermore, when attempting to call their main service number, had difficult time to get through to actually talk to someone to schedule my service.

Getting pre-approved for the purchase with Ford Credit took about five minutes. I was contacted by one of Ford of Kirkland's sales staff (Nima Mirzaei) within a short time and we began the purchase process. Once again, because of my work schedule, our communications were carried out using text messaging and phone calls. The process began on a Monday and by Wednesday Nima had delivered the vehicle to my home at a time that was convenient to me. The professionalism and service that I received was the best. Easy appointment set online for an oil change. I was assisted right when I arrived. The advisor contacted me about the same recommendations as other places (air filter and wiper blades). My car was completed in less than an hour. Service and efficiency were great!
I initially pulled into the sales entrance and had to get out to go to next entrance. You’re unable to drive through the parking lot to get to correct location. “Service/parts” sign is small to notice it. Lot is small and tight.

Honestly I’m not one to give a review. But when a business and the staff goes the extra mile I feel a positive review is all I can do. Richard Ewing the sales manager is someone I would do business with again. Didn’t have to sit at the site for very long with the back and forth negotiating. I had a price I was comfortable with and was able to strike a deal. This dealership has more wiggle room then the typical ford dealerships I felt. Brought a deal from another dealership and they matched and sweeten the deal. if you want a Ford I recommend Kirkland ford and ask for Richard Ewing. If they don’t have it he will find and bring it in. They go to work for ya.

I bought a 2020 F150 after doing some research. Ford of Kirkland had the most aggressive pricing and the biggest inventory. Michael Sylvan knew more about the product than any salesman I've ever dealt with. Recently purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer ST, used with about 4k miles on it. When I test drove the car for the first time it only had maybe 1 gallon in the tank, i don't think it was intentional, but its a detail that caught me off guard. So as you could imagine it wasn't a very thorough test drive, but they did let me drive it again, this time with more fuel in the tank, and were accommodating when i wanted to compare it to another ST.
They were pretty rigid on their pricing, it wasn't unreasonable, however just a little more than I personally wanted to pay, plus my preference is to always support local businesses whenever possible.
Price aside, they gave me a reasonable offer on my trade-in and when it came down to purchasing the vehicle, the Sales rep I worked with Justin Soga, was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, answered all my questions and did not try to pressure me into anything i didn't want. The transaction went very smoothly, and the various other people within the dealership were very friendly and helpful.
Ford of Kirkland and Justin Soga, would definitely be on my short list of dealerships to contact if I wanted to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased a 2016 Focus from Ford of Kirkland and the experience had some hiccups but it was all worked out to my satisfaction. Since the purchase I have had to deal with a known issue with the car. The trans clutch has issues about every 10 to 12k miles and needs to be replaced. Even though it has been replaced 3 times and there is a class action suit due to the issue Ford Corp will not replace it even if it continues to have known issues after my initial warranty expires in 2 months. Ford of Kirkland has been very good about getting it replaced but Ford Corp is now the problem.
I am having second thoughts about other products I have ordered, namely a full size Bronco and the F150 electric. I know they are first year models and will have issues but if Ford Corp is unwilling to stand behind their product with known issue what can I expect for unknown problems?

“ Excellent buying experience!! ” Purchased my 3rd vehicle from Ford of Kirkland yesterday and very pleased with all of them; my sales rep was Nima, his sales manager Richard and the finance manager. Nima was a busy person and he handled everything very well, find us the same truck that has a better deal on it, even without our request to save us more money. The staff is very easy to deal with and professional, you won't find pushy salesmen at this dealership. I will definitely buy again from them when we upgrade. I'd suggest everyone give a try to them before you go any other place.

Spotted our 2017 Kia NIRO on-line. Contacted the dealershipa and had availability and condition confirmed. Drove 104 miles each way to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Drove away a satisfied customer. Excellent staff, very professional and friendly.
While we were waiting to sign paperwork, Barry, our salesman, helped us connect our phones to the car and walk through many of the controls and features. It was a pleasant experience, unlike many car dealership experiences over the last 53 years.
After getting home we identified a couple of places that should have been better cleaned, especially one where coke had been spilled on the back seat carpet. We also emailed a question about the dealer installed anti theft system and have yet to receive a response.
The KIA NIRO appears to be an excellent vehicle. We are currently averaging 56.7 miles per gallon in this hybrid, cutting our gas costs by nearly two thirds.

My experience with Erik as the manager and Carson his salesman was very positive. I took a long time to locate the car we wanted, which would fit our needs. Erik took the time to help us find what we wanted, not just selling us something. Carson was very friendly and easy to work with. At no time was dickering needed, as they communicated from the beginning an atmosphere of caring, honesty and integrity. And the attention given in preparing our vehicle for delivery made it just that much better.
My parents recently traded in a car they bought (from a different dealership) less than 2 years ago because it was the wrong car for them. When I asked them why they bought it, they felt buying the car was the only way they were going to get out of that dealership. We never felt this way at Ford Of Kirkland. Rather, they gave us as much time as we needed to settle on the car which was right for us (took several weeks for us). I will feel very comfortable sending people I know who are looking for a car or light truck to see either Carson or Erik, knowing they too will be served well.

Another excellent experience with Kevin and his team! I called with an engine/warranty item and he got me in right away as if I was the only customer he had that day - which I know is not the case. I have a Ford dealer 10 minutes from my house, but I choose to drive 30+ mins to come to the Ford of Kirkland service department. The service is that good. Period.
On more than one occasion, I've felt lazy and called the dealer that's close to home - which is a total waste of time - and always get the same response, "Oh, well, we'll try to squeeze you in sometime in the next week or so." This is NOT the case with Ford of Kirkland. Every time I call with an unplanned issue, Kevin gets me in right away and sees the problem through from start to finish plus follow up. I couldn't be happier with how I'm treated as a customer and how well they take care of my rig. Top notch!

I had a pretty positive experience purchasing my mach-e GT. Staff was friendly, flexible, and was able to test ride with my family (which required installing my child's car seat). Financing was very helpful and thorough, and I didn't feel rushed or pushed at any point.
The sales reps I worked with were very friendly and generally knew the car pretty well (although maybe not quite as well as I would have liked, granted it is a new model and there are only 10 million settings and options on it to learn so I appreciate it takes time and Ford probably could do a better job training).
The only interaction that bothered me was the occasional uncovered nose from a mask and at one point forgetting a mask all together inside the car with me (granted it was late in the evening and they were undoubtedly tired after a long day). However, ultimately it's one of those things I just won't wiggle on as I have a child too young to be vaccinated and live with immune-compromised family members. I have glasses too, you can cover your nose and if once in a while your glasses fog up, pull out a micro-fiber from your pocket and just clean them off. If that's too much trouble perhaps try contacts. I'm not the type to start telling people how to properly wear a mask, but proper mask usage is part of being a professional just like hand sanitizing is part of the job in food service. Please do better.

I came to Ford of Kirkland by chance off a listing online for a used car, and I was so surprised at how easy the process was, especially as a first time buyer. I worked with Nima, and he was very honest and never pushy, unlike many car dealers I had spoken too over the span of the last few months and I never felt like I was being forced into anything.
I got an amazing price on the car and Brian in finance was also great to work with and really explained every step of the process- I always knew exactly what was going on.

So far so good with the used, low mileage Xterra I purchased from them. It was in the middle of the pandemic and negotiated on the low end of Car Gurus, so I feel I got a good deal. As with many things used- time will tell. The Manager I worked with treated me fairly and with respect.
They got one star knocked off due to 10 days going by without a follow-up despite several attempts to contact them on my end. I shouldn't have to hunt anyone down to spend money.

Service itself seems ok, the problem was the communication. Left a note on service envelope at drop off asking to get a call about the service we wanted. No call, no call about truck being done, and no return call from service manager when we called. Communication makes ALL the difference to a good experience.

Edited from previous review: Service department is still a bit of a struggle as far as communication goes. Most of the time they get the trucks back in a decent amount of time but it is tough to get ahold of them to schedule to bring them in and to know when they are ready for pick up. We use all of our trucks every day and it is hard to be down one for any amount of time. We only go for known warranty issues because they tend to keep the trucks for long periods of time and we can get repairs done faster at a different repair shop.

I went to this dealership without an appointment to view a particular used late-model (2018) Honda vehicle, which I had already previewed online. The battery was dead, which can happen at no fault of the dealership. After getting it jump-started, I took it for a short test drive without incident.
I agreed to purchase the vehicle, with the condition they have their service department check the battery for any defects. After I went to my bank and obtained a cashier's check to pay for the car in full, they informed me the battery checked out fine.
Then, I had to wait far too long just to give them my check and drive away in the car. First they told me they had other customers before me, which can happen if they were busy. However, then they told me their Finance Manager's printer was not working. I had to wait almost two hours just to give them my check and sign the final papers.
Finally, after completing the paperwork, I went to leave and the vehicle again would not start, because the battery was dead yet again! After jump-starting the vehicle again, I made it home after a one-hour drive (which should have easily charged up a low battery). The next morning, the vehicle was again dead. Obviously, something was more was wrong than just a low charge on the battery.
I took the vehicle to a Honda dealership service department, which quickly got me in, and they promptly informed me the battery was indeed defective. They replaced it for free under the new-vehicle original warranty.
In summary, they main two points Ford of Kirkland could improve on are:
1) Assuming they actually had the battery checked by their service department, they should better train the service technicians to test and evaluate a battery and charging system; and
2) Have more than one computer printer for the Finance Department, so the entire operation does not have to close down for a simple printer problem. (And/or have more than one Finance Manager working to handle the work load.)
The overall experience at purchasing this car was average, other than the two points mentioned above which made it a negative experience.

I went to Ford of Kirkland on Saturday and was assisted by Bobby and Rich C in finance. They did what they could to get me a vehicle. I wasn’t excited about the car on Saturday and declined. After a few days of thinking about it I decided to contact Rich yesterday and told him I would come in. As soon as I arrived Bobby approached me and said they found a better vehicle one that I would actually like and he let me test drive it. While I was driving the vehicle, Rich was in the office working on the financing. Within an hour or two he was able to get the deal through and I signed the contract. I just want to say thank you for not putting any pressure on me or making me feel unworthy of getting a vehicle that first time. My husband’s friend Jacob recently purchased a Mazda 6 from these guys, roughly 2 weeks ago. It is a very nice car. The issue is that they sold him the car with VERY bad brakes. The front brakes AND back brakes need to be replaced immediately.
While the car was purchased “as is” this is a HUGE safety and customer service issue to even allow someone to drive it off the car lot. Jacob makes trips to Portland with his family which includes his INFANT son. With brakes like this and with the rainy weather the last couple of days this is a very dangerous situation that Ford Of Kirkland has put this young man in. The brakes SHOULD be replaced ASAP AT NO COST or a serious discount.
I am hoping the owner of this company can do something to help out, Jacob is young and buying a new car is expensive. Having to throw another $250-$600 at your brakes two weeks after purchasing the car is simply unacceptable.

Didn't enjoy my financing experience. The guy was pushy and not friendly when we expressed not being interested in additional services. He continued arguing with the person I brought with me about areas we asked for clarification on, even after the check was signed and we were walking out the door with keys in hand. It felt very stressful and unclear, which was an unfortunate contrast to how the rest of our interactions were at Ford Kirkland.

Great Service Department! Great customer service, and also a sitting area that was clean for you to wait for your car, or the shuttle. Had tea and coffee available as well while you wait. I rarely write a review, but I feel compelled to after my experience because this dealership deserves it. I used to work in the industry so I know what to expect going into a dealership. I was completely blown away when my experience was the exact opposite. Jose was great and so was the rest of the staff. They realized my time was valuable and made it very easy to say yes with no pressure. My only complaint is the new car could have been detailed a little better, but the great service easily outshined that. Small wrong made more than right! I took my explorer in for an oil change and when I came to pick it up they admitted to a small scratch on the side of my car. Not only did they fix it they also got what was something like glue from the other side of my car I've been trying to get off for like two years! My car looks new again! My experience was seamless. Kevin my service writer was polite, professional and addressed all my concerns. The mechanics went as far as to clean surface rust from my rotors and lubricate my brake hardware. I didn't expect it which made me appreciate it that much more.
On top of that the service was quick! They finished my vehicle just in time for lunch.

I had my Expedition in to get a new key cut and programed and to have the front suspension looked at. When I got my bill, I noticed a $50 charge for Hazardous Waste/Shop Supplies. Based on the work performed (cutting a key, programing the key and inspecting the front suspension), I am wondering where there would have been any disposal of Hazardous Waste or the use of Shop Supplies.

Took our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz to Ford/Hyundai of Kirkland to repair broken interior door handle on 9/26/16 and on several prior occasions for regular service. The service advisers and all the people there are great taking time to understand my wishes and always performing the requested work. They are always sure to check if the work is covered by warranty and so far our warranty has covered their work. The service department is new, always very clean with a nice lounge to wait. Also used their transportation and got a ride home. They called to say car was ready when I return the work was done to my satisfaction and the interior cleaned. I will return and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good service and a nice clean place for auto service.

It was hard getting the service department to return my calls in order to schedule. I was told I'd have my truck back the same day but when I dropped it off they said it would be the next. I mentioned what I had been told and explained it was my only vehicle. In the end they finished the job just a few hours after I dropped off the truck at a price lower than their estimate and lower than what I could have hoped for.

This was my first visit to a dealership for scheduled maintenance, for my 150,000 mile service. I love the online profile that was set up for me so I can order future service appointments online. I got right in, Jim took excellent care of me, and they provided a shuttle to and from my office. Never once did I feel stressed, and when Jim called to inform me that I saved money since some of the services were unnecessary due to good condition, I was thankful for not feeling like they would tried scraping for pennies. I don’t want to sound like a broken record but I wish I could give ford 20 stars .
I found ford of Kirkland by chance, they were willing to help me out with my old z28 and have been doing a great job for more the 3 years now.
When I brought it in and ask Jim Cox to have a look at a hanging back shock, he got it right in. Then the call, it didn’t look good. The car still looks great and runs well but it’s from the East coast and needed a new rear end. Jim put me in contact with Chris one of the Ford technicians who had some good suggestions and in a couple of days I had my car back for less then I thought it would be.

Another thousand stars for Ford of Kirkland. I had a small oil leak coming from the back of my motor,
Jim Cox and his red team got me in and fixed it in about a day, they even fix the exhaust and took care of a few other issues, and again came in under the estimate giving.

There was a safety recall on the fuel flange for my Ford Escape, and I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called the Lynnwood location first since it's closer to me, and they told me in order to schedule an appointment I had to email their service department, and wait for them to get back to me. She also told me it would be about two months before they could see me. I decided to call the Kirkland location on a whim, and I was immediately transferred to a person who got me an appointment in less than a week. She even checked to make sure that they had the parts necessary in stock while we were on the phone. Everyone was very friendly and the service was fast and professional.

Very pleasant experience. Was able to trade in two used for two new cars with minimal hassle. The staff went above and beyond, staying late to make sure we were happy - we didn't leave until after midnight. We weren't pressured into upgrades we didn't want or need. Very knowledgeable staff, able to answer every question we had about the vehicles.

I didn't like the fact that my tires were not rotated even thought the service sheet said so. Also, I requested to have all wiper blades replaced but they didn't replace the one in the back. I need to say they fix the wiper blade issue on the spot when I told them, but for the tire rotation I had to come back when I realize it was not done (there is a scratch on one of the wheels and that wheel didn't change position). I started out looking/driving used F-150's, but they presented me with a great deal on a new truck that better matched my needs. Process was basically easy but it helps if you do a bit of research ahead of time.
Kirkland Ford is a good bet and they publish their prices on their website. We were looking for an F150 and they had one of the best selections in the area with a very competitive price.
Ford has a good website and it gives you a feel for the different vehicles and what options are available (as well as how much they add to the price).
If you know basically what you want, get an internet quote from a couple of dealers. Kirkland Ford was very competitive. Sales was very helpful and the whole process went smoothly.

- Purchasing part: Mike Sylvan went above and beyond to make my purchase experience great. After a test drive I wasn't sure the truck would fit my garage, so he gave me the keys and said something like "We close in 3 hours, go try to park it in your garage and do anything you would want to do to see if it fits you. After all I don't want to sell you the truck, I want to sell you a truck that is best for you. So if it doesn't do something you want it to, we will find you something else". I've never driven a truck before that day, but after the extensive test drive I fell in love with my F-150 Platinum. The purchase itself afterwards also went very smoothly. My teen daughter (who was there with me) was even offered an iPhone charger when Mike found out the charge in her iPhone was low, and you know how teenagers can't live without their gadgets even for a short while.
- Trade in part: I found the process of negotiations for price the dealer would pay for my car didn't leave any negative emotions. Erik Clark is a great negotiator. He took into account all my arguments in favor of higher price and brought back his in favor of his offer. After all we met somewhere in between (closer to his offer than to my ask, but after all, he's a professional, negotiating for the living, while I'm doing it only once every couple of years). All the negotiations were conducted with respect and with some humor. I loved the process.
- Post sale experience: When I came home I found a scratch on some interior panel. I brought the truck back to the dealer and they fixed it right away. Although technically they were not responsible for the scratch I found after I took the truck from the lot - they had no way of knowing whether the scratch was there before or after me leaving the lot. And I understand that the cost of fixing it was not huge (even if I paid for it myself), but these little things are the pieces that build up the great experience and distinguish it from just good experience.

There were frankly a lot of similar vehicles available around the region, but we went out of our way to work with Michael to make our purchase.
