Olivia is the best! She helped my husband and I find the perfect vehicles for each of us. She was considerate, warm, kind, and knowledgeable. We had even brought our 2 little ones in and she was so sweet and patient with them. She even gave them paper and pens to color with while we discussed the details. The whole process was very comfortable, smooth, and pretty quick (compared to other times I’ve had to “deal” with dealerships). We never felt pressured and the deal was good. Good price, great vehicles, and we got fair trade-in values for our old vehicles. Olivia and all the other staff we encountered felt very relaxed and nice. Elliott Bay is one of the best dealerships that I death with. I got my dream car from them which is unique and amazing car. They are very respectful kind honest and problem solving people. I got an Alpina B6 from them and a week later at the bmw dealership we count found find the keys for the hubcaps. Bmw coated me for $1800 to replace everything and I call the ElliotBay they didn’t even question me. One of the managers said “don’t worry if we didn’t give you the keys we will definitely take of the cost”which they definitely did. I can’t imagine if I got the car one of those iffy dealerships there is no way they would do anything about it and hey would simply deny it. So I definitely recommend you EBA because of the wonderful attitude management professionalism honesty and respect. Three of my friends got cars from them as well and we are all very happy. Zero problems. I’m beyond happy to deal with a dealership like EBA. Thank you guys very much🙏

Ive purchased 4 of my last 5 high-quality vehicles from Elliott Bay. (2 Mercedes and 2 Range Rover Sports). Jim has created a business that sets itself on a whole other level in the used car business. You can trust you are getting a top notch vehicle that will outlast your expectations and you cannot beat his fair prices. (i tried everytime) Initially, I was nervous purchasing Range Rovers until I bought these two from Jim. They had a few years on them but looked and drove like they just came from the show room floor. After a few years of beating them up all over the PNW, I was able to trade both of them in for over bluebook after each accumulated over 100k miles and I didn't spend a dollar on either above normal wear n tear, like new tires, fancier wheels and what not. The two Mercedes, same deal.. Gorgeous vehicles, amazing prices and traded in or sold for over my expectations. Also, I know how we're all valuing and spending our time differently these days since Covid. We're drawn to the easy, trustworthy car buying/selling apps. I am, at least!! Elliott Bay will take care of you in-person or virtually, depending on your preference 😊 If they don't have EXACTLY what you're looking for, they will go find it and arrange to have it brought to you/the store. My experience purchasing a vehicle from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers was by far the best I’ve ever had in my 45 years of car buying. My sales consultant Matt Rohde was exceptional with his communication and always kept in contact with me before I came to the Dealership to look at the car. He even sent videos of the cars which really helped. There were a few items on the car I wanted to change and they were willing to work with me so that I was happy. The treatment I received from the General Manager, sales consultant and all the way down to the Finance person was great! They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. I’d purchase another car from them without hesitation.

From the start it was a great experience. Came in to at look at a vehicle and was greeted right away and asked if I wanted refreshments while I waited to be helped. I ended up working with Robert who was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and got me in for a test drive within 15 minutes. He had all the trade-in paper work and estimate all prepped by the time I got back and after a good chat I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I found Elliot Bay Auto Brokers online while looking for a specific vehicle. I live in Denver, CO but flew out to Seattle as they had the vehicle I was looking for. I met up with Matt Rohde to discuss the vehicle and did a test drive. Matt was very professional and helped answer any questions I had about the vehicle and the process since this was an out of state purchase. The whole process including finance and shipping was very smooth and they're even helping me register the vehicle in my state. Highly recommend this place and I might even use them again for a future vehicle I'm going to be looking for.

From the initial phone call to the shop and speaking with Don, the interaction went smooth. He was able to get the hand off to Dan Lee lined up so he could go on vacation. We drove over 1 hour to get to the lot and had no issues with test driving the vehicle and the negotiating the final cost. Everyone was helpful, non confrontational and all working together, which is nice when you buy this type of vehicle. The entire experience was less than. 3 hours and we made our way home. I think the Boss was close to missing his flight out of town ensuring our deal got done since we drove so far. Bottom line, we would recommend the crew at Elliot Bay. This review is for Matt. He was such a pleasure to work with and honestly a refreshing experience from the typical high pressures sales you get everywhere. He was extremely accommodating even during a busy Saturday. We test drove 3 vehicles and although we didn’t have intensions of purchasing that day, the first class experience we got with Matt was ultimately the deciding factor. Robert is awesome. He was diligent in filing everything and stayed up late so I could drive home with my C43 at night. The cars pretty good too. Discovered that the front and rear bumpers were fixed up which wasn’t disclosed to me earlier, but the rest of the cars near perfect. The finance guys push you hard to buy the extended warranty and spend a couple of thousands, but there wasn’t much pressure from the rest of the guys. Great experience!

There was no haggling very straight forward deal and I received what I asked for on my trade.The facility was in excellent condition and I would do business with them again. Let me start off by first saying how upscale this dealership was, just top notch yet in a less than desirable location. Asif (My rep) was A1, attentive and meticulous throughout their entire process. This is not a typical used car dealership in any way. From my initial email conversation with Pat Wiseman, to all my interactions with him, and with Joyce in Finance and Matt the manager, I can honestly say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Pat and EBA trusted me to test drive without a sales person present - note to all other dealers - you should do this - it's important and goes a long way. Throughout the process, there was never any pressure to do or buy anything. Pat was only persistent in convincing he could get me a better financing deal than USAA - and he and his team did just that and saved me 3% on my rate. When I picked up the car, it was detailed and waiting for me. Not even an hour later, Pat delivered the car to me in the way the original dealer would have had I bought my amazing CL63 AMG from them. Luckily, I bought it at EBA and saved about $150k in the process. Next time I am in the market, I will absolutely check out EBA first and buy from them again.

I purchased an Audi S4 from EBA in Summer 2020. I found the listing on auto trader and called before pictures were even posted to inquire. I ultimately worked with Olivia N. who sold me the car. She is awesome to work with. From the first time I spoke with Olivia on the phone to learn more about the car I wanted, I knew she was the person I wanted to sell me the car. She is professional, she is so detail oriented on the phone, over email, in person, whatever. I never once felt any pressure to buy and I asked a ton of questions about the car, all of which got answered by Olivia. Many dealerships make you feel like you are being manipulated and you can see right through it but EBA is straightforward about their pricing and really honors their word. I had a multifaceted deal, trading in my old car and asking for a few items to be worked on for me to want to purchase it. Olivia advocated for me and made the case to sales management and, sure enough, they worked on everything -even a wheel bearing that started making noise just after purchasing the car. A team is as strong as its weakest link and I wound up also working with Kurtis D. the Service Manager. He kept me updated on the progress of the work being done and gave me so much of his focus despite the insane amount of work his team was working through. If you are on the fence about buying the car you want from here, don't hesitate on the business. EBA is the dealer I will call first next time I need a car. Coming from a high maintenance buyer, I am thoroughly impressed.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle remotely. Not online just remotely. Matt was a good rep and greeted me upon my arrival from the airport. Yup I caught a plane to buy a car and drive it home. That’s a first for me. The car was as well prepared as it looked online and drives beautifully (I drove one locally in Portland beforehand). I made the down payment over the phone and they had all my paperwork prepared for me. I was able to sign and drive in under an hour. My only complaint was it took a bit to get the actual transaction started remotely. A couple of days of anxiety hoping no one would buy the car off the lot before they started transacting with me. In the end it all worked out and everyone was very welcoming and professional.

Greatest buying experience ever! I have owned a lot of vehicles, and this was the easiest process I ever had. I've had an absolutely positive experience buying a car from EBA. I've dealt primarily with one salesperson, Gary Weiss. Gary has treated me very well during the approximately 1.5 months I looked into buying a car from EBA. First, EBA has a pretty broad selection of fairly new, good cars. There are plenty to choose from. It was hard for me to decide. I made probably 6-7 trips to EBA, during which I looked at about 12-14 cars, and test drove about half of them, some of them 2-3 times. All this time, Gary made me feel welcome and respected as a prospective buyer. He never lost his patience with me, never rushed me to make a decision, and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed researching, evaluating, test driving cars, in order to make a decision. He was very helpful answering my questions and helping me compare features and figure out how various features work, and what the pros and cons were. There was an accessory (the air compressor) missing from the trunk (the user manual was listing it). When I brought it to his attention, Gary added to the sale contract a paragraph stating that EBA will buy me a compressor following the car purchase. On the last day, the day I signed the purchase contract, while I was dealing with the finance matters, Gary went and polished/waxed the car end-to-end, so that it was all shiny (it had been freshly washed and it was clean before that). Then, before I left, he took the time to give me tips and explain some of the gotchas for how to use some of the non-obvious features/functionality of the car. Thank you, Gary and EBA. Another super smooth purchase from EBA! I first bought a BMW E92 M3 in frozen blue from them in 2016 and three great experience made me come back for my new Porsche Macan Turbo. I bought an Audi at Elliot Bay a few years ago. When I purchased the car, finance department told me I should buy an extended warranty because Audi repairs are so expensive so I bought one. Fast forward to last week, my car had a ‘limited power’ notification pop up which prohibited me from even driving my car. I had it towed to Audi Bellevue and after a diagnostic test I was let know, repairs would cost me almost $7k!!! My warranty covered the costs and I will pay about $300 ($200 for a diagnostic test and $100 for the deductible)!!! I have heard people say extended warranties aren’t worth it, I can tell you that is not true, at least in my case. I appreciate the honesty I received at Elliot Bay. Thank you!

I went in and bought a BMW 340i. This is my first time buying a vehicle on my own. I am 18 years old drove from Hillsboro Oregon. So it was quite a drive, when I first saw it in person had a funky smell to it. Thats fine I’ll just take care of it when I get home. Once we began finishing up the paperwork I was told they had the wrong monthly payment and had to bump it up 30-50 dollars every month. Which of course I wasn’t thrilled about and lastly the rear bumper was not paint matched correctly. Gary was very transparent and open with me. Did not pull any tricks from what he said on the phone vs what I saw when I got there. There were no added dealer fees etc. and the car was bought as listed. They were able to give me an okay deal on my trade-in and bargain down just a little. If you are looking to do a trade in, my advice would be to sell elsewhere and buy from Elliott bay and Gary. Good prices for cars but impacts the ability for them to offer higher trade in amounts. Overall, was a great experience compared to other dealerships.

Would definitely recommend EBA if you are looking to purchase a high quality vehicle. I contacted Steve Lewis about one that was listed as pending to make sure it wasn’t available. He looked into it and got back to me right away letting me know it was available and sent me more pics from his phone. Once I arrived he was very friendly and helpful and made the process smooth as can be. While we waited for the paperwork to be pulled together he did a review of the Rover with me to ensure I knew how to operate all the features. Where do I start... When I called Elliott Bay, I fully did not expect to be able to purchase because the car had apparently just been received so there was a coming soon sign on the website. But after losing out on this model at two other locations, I decided to inquire. Guess it was my lucky day. They had just finished cleaning it up and it was ready to post. From that first call, I got a good feeling about Elliott Bay after having a great discussion with Don Powell about the car history, car condition, as well as me being out of state. Don was extremely honest and provided me all of the information that I needed to make a sound decision. After deciding to make the purchase Don worked with his contacts to align an enclosed car shipper at a more affordable price than what I was seeing when searching on my own. I received the car in a mere 4 days. I could not be happier with this purchase. And I will tell you, I am not generally the type that would purchase a car of this price point without first seeing it in person. But after doing my own research via the Carfax information and then viewing the very professional collage of pics that Don provided me, I felt completely at ease. The car was in a great shape, Pat made sure that we also got a few accessories like the cargo cover basically free of charge, and even spent a substantial amount of time showing is different features of the vehicle. In addition, when we brought the car in for glass coating, they changed remote control batteries and got rid of the minor creaking around the hatch - and that’s after the car had been already purchased. Bob Graham helped me out while buying my new 2015 BMW Active Hybrid 5. He was super knowledgeable about all of the vehicles I wanted to take a look at. He was also very straight forward about the pricing and the breakdowns for each one. Just to be clear, there were several, and I went back over the span of a few days to be sure I had done my research on any vehicle I was interested in and really thought the purchase through. This was certainly an inconvenience to him/the dealership. He even steered me away from a car that, based on my comments and interests in previous vehicles, that he felt I wouldn’t really like. What’s even more, that particular vehicle had a higher price tag than the car I ened up buying. What I liked best was the transparency of this dealership when it came to cost and value of each car, including my trade in 2006 BMW 525i. To be honest it had served me well for many years, but was on its deathbed... and they still took it and gave me a really decent credit towards the new car all things considered. Overall it was a good experience, which leads me to give a general recommendation. There was a bit of a bait and switch scenario, but that's somewhat unsurprising. The staff was friendly and professional. My only real issue was with finance. He was overly pushy, condescending, and potentially outright lied to my face. I came from out of state. I paid by check. He repeatedly told me that without financing, my registration would be sent directly to the DMV. According to the manager, that wasn't the case. In all fairness, time will tell.

The sales process was quick and simple, since prices are set and made available before you walk in the door (and generally much better priced than comparable vehicles at dealerships). The first car I looked at wasn't exactly what I wanted, but a week later the perfect one showed up and I took it home the same day I test drove it. Both times I visited, they had the car detailed and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Communications were always clear and effective - no surprises at any point in the process. When I had questions about any of the vehicles, Melissa either had the answers already or found the right person for me. Their service and prep was great too. My car has just over 11K miles on it and people continually tell me that they can't believe it's not brand new. I had the full front end wrapped with Clear Bra and the windows tinted at EBA about a week after I bought my car - it definitely turns some heads. These guys are professional in my book! This was my second purchase with EBA and the Customer Service provided was consistent with my first visit. I will definitely refer family and friends to EBA! On a side note and a little suggestion regarding the customer atmosphere at EBA...it might be a good idea not to allow your mechanics to vocalize mechanical problems or issues with a trade-in...particularly in the lobby for everyone to hear. It was a rather embarrassing and unpleasant experience for me. Fortunately, there was only one other customer (who had bad hearing) sitting next to me in the lobby waiting area while all this private information was being broadcasted. Lastly, there were a couple of salesmen arguing over a sell at the front desk. It got pretty heated and again very unsettling for customers to hear.

A very special thanks to Dan Lee of Elliot Bay Auto Brokers. This was the quickest easiest no fuss auto purchase my wife and I have ever experienced. Dan was knowledgeable, courteous and customer focused from the minute I called to set up a viewing to the minute he handed my wife the keys to her new car. He let my wife and I enjoy the test drive without trying to "sell" us the car. We actually just had a nice chat instead... and sometimes the car came up if we were curious about a detail. I had a great experience at EBA in March of '17. Having owned BMW's for quite a few years I had already done my research online and knew the 2 they had in-house that I was interested in driving. I parked, walked in the door, went to the receptionist, said hi and told her that there were 2 cars on their lot that I needed to test drive. The fact that David Wolf treated me as an equal out of the gate already made me decide that I was going to complete my purchase there that day. Ladies & Gentlemen take note, females have jobs and bank accounts of their own doing and we sure like the fact that we have an extremely large amount of buying power. Sidebar: if at anytime we feel we're being disrespected, we can easily walk out the door. I never felt "less than" at EBA once, quite the opposite. David was great and very knowledgeable about BMW's! Very comfortable throughout the entire process, Scott in financing was a fun personality too. In closing, you guys & gals are on my highly recommended list of where to buy your next car. Initially I worked with Gary in sales. A car I wanted showed up as "coming soon" on their website. When I called to inquire about it, Gary took the time to answer all of my questions even if it required multiple calls back to get the answers. He hurried the process along so I could buy the vehicle which wasn't even fully available yet. The next day I came with my father to test drive the car and purchase if I liked it. We did like it but there were a few things missing (like an extra key, floor mats). We asked EBA to contact us if the key was found. After taking the car home we found two small issues. I then worked with Eric (manager) as well as a few of the drivers (Kurtis) and guys in the service department. They went above and beyond to drive to my place of work, pick up the car, fix it in their shop, deliver it back to me - and provided me with new floor mats. The following day, one of the drivers came unannounced to my place of work and gave the the manual along with the extra key! What a pleasant surprise! EBA had a low mileage model on the lot and for a very fair price. My communications with Bob Graham through email and phone were great and quick, even after hours.
