In short: if there’s a car here that fits what you want. This is the place to buy it. Don’t look elsewhere. I bought a cheaper car but Zach, Benson, Kalvin, and Rachel all treated me like I was a luxury customer.
I just purchased a used 2011 Toyota Highlander. Zach was so amazing and let me see the car before it was even detailed. He then went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and was so patient when I needed a couple days to finalize funds. When we found a spot of damage they hadn’t noticed, they did a whole other safety inspection to make sure the car would never have issues for me. They also kept apologizing for not noticing that spot of damage as if they were somehow inconveniencing me for making sure my car was super safe! When I came to get the car Zach had the day off and Benson took over and was so kind and helpful. They gave me a great deal on a cheaper car but treated me like I was buying the most expensive BMW. (Side note: be sure to take them up on their offer for coffee and use their yummy espresso machine). Will for sure come to them for any car needs in the future. Beyond impressed.

This is our second time back to BMW of Seattle and GD they know what they are doing. They are so dialed and professional — it's difficult to go anywhere else. Benson the Benevolent (my nickname, not his) helped us this go around with our purchase of an X1 to replace our X5 and it was flawless, stress-free, and genuine from the start. He was insanely helpful, responsive, and kind — things that feel hard to come by in the used car sales industry. Honestly, it's hard to find any industry where people seem to care about developing trust with their clients as much as they do here. We shopped around a bit but the experience here is so distinct that we are evangelical to our friends about why it's different here and why they should consider it an option when they buy. We are lifetime BMW of Seattle folks at this point. Especially as long as they have people like Benson (special shout out to Andrew at the service department as well). Well done friends. I had a very positive experience purchasing my custom-ordered X5 through BMW Seattle. They were transparent about pricing and discounts (both before and after the crazy car-buying market set in), had ready allocations to place my order (which is important in these times when some options can get pulled anytime due to supply-chain issues), applied no pressure whatsoever for add-ons (extra warranty and such), and most importantly, earned my trust in how they executed the transaction (they honored my refundable deposit when I had to cancel my first custom order as BMW had pulled an option that I had ordered, did not pressure me about BMWFS financing vs cash, and offered the same rate as BMWFS when it was locked in).
Special shout out to my CA Robert, who was transparent, patient, and customer-focused from the beginning. He is very prompt and concise with his responses, and was upfront with me about the discounts and pricing; no beating around the bush. He (and BMW Seattle) offered me the best discount when I placed my first custom-order X5 back in Feb 2021 (sigh, it was a car buyer's market back then, and discounts were the norm) which I had to eventually cancel. I placed my second custom order for an X5 on July 19th, 2022 (after a long wait for both the 3rd row + Harman Kardon options to become available). Robert immediately placed an order for me with an available allocation, and I am extremely glad he did that. Had he waited for the end of the month (August 1st), the 3rd row and the Merino leather seats options would no longer have been available (which would have been a show stopper for me). Robert doesn't impose his views too much, but I changed a couple of options on my X5 based on his advice (brown poplar trim and ivory seats), and I am glad I listened to him! He also adhered to my special delivery requests down to the T.
Long story short, if you are in the market for a BMW and reside in the Greater Seattle/Pacific NorthWest region, BMW Seattle should be in your short-list (if not at the top of your list), and with Robert, you will be in competent hands!

I was shopping for a new car in the region and found the best service in BWM Seattle! I am new to the BMWs, so Benson Yim and the team provided a good overview of the different cars, models, options prices, etc. I am a very picky ME engineer so Benson answered all my technical questions. At the end, I set my mind on an X3 to replace my Honda CRV.
Once the car arrived, Benson walked me again through all the car features to make me comfortable with the new machine.
Next, Rachel O'Sullivan was super helpful and friendly along the paper work process(i.e. finance/contract, etc.). She helped me to configure the most cost-effective package for my driving needs (miles, activities, etc.).
Now I am a happy BMW driver wondering why I have not done this brand/car switch before!!

Zack at BMW was nothing short of amazing. I sent an email to BMW of Seattle because I was inquiring about a 2022 M4 Competition, my dream car. I heard that there was a long wait for this vehicle in the range of 6-9 months. Zack called me and let me know that they have a few coming in within the next three months, and the first one that was coming in was spec'd out exactly how I wanted mine to be. In less than 2 months, Zack put me into my dream car. He kept me up to date with tracking information and was all around super friendly, attentive, and on point with his customer service.

Excellent sales service. Calm, not pushy, patient, no hidden costs. Sales crew is knowledgeable and able to provide not-so-trivial solutions for individual needs. Karl was really passionate about my M5 order and followed through delivery, which took almost a year from the first visit, due to manufacturing schedules. Karl also showed me new cool features and made sure I'm able to use those. So far, best dealership I've been to in the last 2 years.

I had a really bad run in with a BMW dealership back in 2017 in Rhode Island, so much so that I never thought I would wander into one again. Now maybe it's the Seattle Freeze but when I step foot into this BMW dealership in Seattle my experience was off to the same start. The people who greeted me were just a little cold and not very welcoming. Luckily I was working with Zackarey Singh who I cannot say enough amazing things about!
Zackarey was so helpful and not pushy at all! I walked in just to peek at the X5, maybe do a test drive, and I walked out of there having ordered a custom built X5 45e... Now I had to wait for weeks. During the waiting period Zackarey made sure to always respond to my texts/calls with updates and even just to check in. I ordered the car on November 4th 2022 and I don't know how they did it but some how my car was ready for pickup on December 31st 2022 (which means I got to take advantage of the EV Tax Credit, so I was happy)!
I worked with Rachel O'Sullivan in Finance and when I walked into her office she had an open bag of Pistachio's. Now I have an airborne treenut allergy and when I said something to her, without hesitation or judgement, she made accommodations for me to do the paperwork in a different location. The location ended up being in the garage where my car was set up for pictures and to be driven away (definitely some amazing treatment)!
Both Zackarey and Rachel encouraged me to bring my dog in to check out the car and hangout while we did paperwork and got everything completed. My opinion of BMW sales/service has done a complete 180 because of these two amazing people.
If you are in the market for a new BMW I seriously can't say enough amazing things about Zacharey and Rachel, so ask for them and I think you'll be pleased!

I recently purchased a 430i Gran Coupe from BMW Seattle. Karl Enemark was awesome to work with. He was very responsive with his communication and gave me a better deal than any other dealership around the area.
Additionally, after my vehicle arrived, Karl not only followed through with his deal, but he was able to get me additional discounts with the lowest APR possible.

This was The Ultimate Car Buying experience. I was just “window shopping” online and saw a 2021 X3 that was just perfect. A few clicks later and Joy Laydbak reached out via email at my request. Joy is absolutely incredible! A few emails back and forth a quick phone call and I was off to the dealership. Once there she was busy with another client but she came right over and handed me over to Blake Downing who was FANTASTIC! He got my trade in appraised and got me a great offer. Price of the new X3 was also a breeze. I’ve purchased a few cars and this was the most hassle free experience I’ve ever had. Oh I forgot to mention the X3 was still in transit to the dealership! So this was all done without even seeing the car in person. We agreed on all terms, I left my deposit and went home. 4 days later I picked up my beautiful new X3 and I could not be happier. I had a wonderful experience buying my beautiful 2019 X3 from BMW Seattle, thanks to Benson Yim. In this day in age where you can buy a vehicle with little-to-no human interaction, and without going into a dealership, Benson renewed my faith in the traditional car purchasing experience. The process was seamless from beginning to end, which is not something I've experienced before. I've purchased several cars before, new and used, and the experience was always more time-consuming than fun. Benson took the time to answer my questions patiently, and he did not pressure me into buying something I didn't really want even though I was going back and forth between several cars. In addition, it can be somewhat intimidating purchasing from a luxury dealership, but Benson made it a down-to-earth experience. I also want to thank Randall Nakamura for contributing to the pleasant experience. He made the contract signing experience light and informational. He also saved me a trip to the DMV! Everyone I interacted with at BMW Seattle were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. I definitely recommend purchasing from them!

aside from the length of time it took to get the vehicle (i ordered a 430i xDrive convertible back in august of last year), the experience i had with BMW Seattle was stellar. i worked closely with kalvin and benson, who helped me (over the course of 9 months) stay up to date on the progress of the vehicle (knowing that the delay was not something they could do anything about). that said, the moment the car was in seattle, they were able to help expedite every opportunity they could. kalvin kept me up to date on things (even in his off time) and benson couldn't have been a better person to close out with. he was super approachable and very helpful when i finally was able to get the car. even afterwards, he's been super easy to reach out to for assistance. both of them even helped secure an APR that was way lower than current rates due to the car taking so long. this is my 3rd car from BMW Seattle (dating back to 2006) and my experience with kalvin and benson were by far the best.

Best Vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Top-notch from the first interaction. My salesmen was Benson Yim. I live several hours from the dealership, so most of my interaction was on the phone via text. When I asked for videos of the vehicle I was interested in, I received them promptly. When I had questions about the videos, they answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was a hassle.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was helped and showed the vehicle, and treated with respect. Being a woman, sometimes that doesn’t happen. From start to finish, my time was valued. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
In the last year, this is the fifth car I have purchased this year, and this was by far the best experience I have had.

5 stars. Our sales person BLAKE? Five stars. We went on new yrs eve, understandably busy and it took a few hrs to finalize. Was a bit hard w a one yr old, but everything worked out. I was happy w how easy it was to communicate w Blake and team. (In contrast, I went to the Tacoma dealership during the snowstorm, w my baby in my arms and the sales guy didn’t hold the door for me and baby as the wind blew it closed on us). When it comes to buying cars, I am as much a customer as anyone else. Now that said..
I cannot recommend BMW Seattle more highly, coming from multiple experiences with this dealership. I have always viewed the "stealership" as the enemy or adversary when buying a car, and expect even a good experience to be just icing over a combative sale. That is not the case I have ever experienced here, and instead I have found a leadership and facility staff to be eager, hardworking and enthusiastic about the brand. They get clear guidance from the top of how to work with customers, give the best possible experience and make it positive.
Sure, its always possible to find some scenario while working with the public, that is negative due to a particular day, or person, or even attitude. Seattle staff though seem always on point, from sales, parts to service, and ready to help.
I have purchased one car there directly now 2 years ago, my family has just bought one more, and now I have my FIRST EVER ordered new car in the works. When I go looking for a change of vehicles for anyone I know, or my family, I START here every time. I have confidence in the staff, and even with a used car, knowing they put their reputation on the line and wouldn't knowingly sell a bad car.
While there are two other BMW dealerships in the area (one is ok, the other is beyond saving, don't go there, not saying names on purpose), you should come to BMW Seattle every time even if it is a longer drive. I even read recently of some Oregon BMW dealerships MASSIVELY marking up new incoming models, when OR folks should just drive to Seattle regardless of the distance.
So wrapping up.. the leadership of London, Adam and more, and the sales staff (specifically in this case) of Ian and Kalvin and more, are absolutely fantastic. If you are looking to buy a BMW, new or used, this is the place you should come almost regardless of distance.

Nik and team was able to get me in at the last minute when my engine started to stutter and sound like it was going to turn off while I was driving the car. He was also able to secure a loaner car at the last minute, which was a real treat since I usually have to schedule two weeks out to get one. The car has been running great since I picked it up. Icing on the cake was the car was washed and it even seemed cleaner on the inside than when I dropped it off.

Service was the best. My sales rep, Zak Elhabbassi, went above and beyond any and all expectations from the first phone call to now, even after the purchase. He helped me find the car best suited for me, answered all my qs and showed me examples of cars in stock and in transit (he sent me pics via phone and also walked through the garages with me at the dealership) to help me understand what the color and model would look like, also let me test drive. Got my Brand new X3 couple of days back and I must say I got it from BMW Seattle because of Benson Yim. I am always very confused when it comes to big purchases but benson was very patient and answered all my questions very promptly. He was very responsive on messages even on his day off and worked hard with his managers to get me the best deal.
I don't want this review to be about bashing other locations but you'll definitely find a huge difference in how you are treated here vs other BMW dealerships. In the end, I was at peace that I got the best deal and was happy about my purchase.

This is my second purchase of CPO BMW purchase. This is a first time I purchased from Seattle BMW.
I was looking for a very specific model that comes in the very specific package - which does not happen often. So once car is found - time is of the essence to secure it.
The entire experience was awesome. I worked with Benson Yim and entire transaction was amazing. We conducted all the dealing via email and phone (and I had very limited time between work meetings). I also secured the deal I felt comfortable with (and Benson really worked with me on the deal).
The entire transaction was finalized over the email, and all I had to do was to show up at the dealership to sign final paper and drive off the car.

This was the most incredible experience I've ever had at a dealership or in any retail business. Benson Yim is the best. I purchased a pre-owned Acura MDX but was treated like a BMW buyer. I went to the deanship to look at a BMW X2 CPO. I ended up purchasing a i3 CPO instead on my second visit. Honesty was the most important thing to me when buying a vehicle. Benson was my sales person, he was honest, he took the time to explain the features, I was not under pressure. At the end I purchasing the vehicle from him because it seem like I was offered fair price.
The key to knowing what is the fair price is doing your research on the vehicle prior to visiting. This should include the financing options as well. With the preparation, I was able to have a better sense on whether I was getting a fair price or not.

We knew how expensive it was going to be for services and parts lets not even talk about labor. But let me tell you I love bringing her car to BMW on airport way no matter what service I need they take great care of me. After months of car shopping we visited which was our second BMW dealership within the Seattle area. Great service at the front desk where we were introduced to Benson Yim who took care of us and help us through the day to close the deal. It was a very nice shopping experience and Benson help us by listening to what we were looking for and quickly offering us to drive test the vehicle and providing all the information requested by us in terms of showing us inventory availability, vehicle specs, comparison between buying vs leasing and once we had picked the vehicle helping us to go through all the financing options we had and giving us a very appealing deal at the end of the day without feeling like a tugging war between the dealership and customer. The cherry on the cake was the great service provided by Rachel the financing manager who helped us to navigate through all the options we had in terms of maintenance and insurance options with a great attitude. Sadly a car is not something that you buy in a more regular basis other that that I would be happy to come back with Benson due to his great customer service. Kudos to the dealership management, I can tell they are very customer focus compared to other BMW dealerships in the area.

I would like to provide the comparison between BMW of Bellevue and BMW of Seattle, so it will become clear as to why I adore BMW of Seattle. BMW of Seattle: dedicated, customer-oriented service advisors (was assisted in person by Nathan Morrisette; had text communications with Alvaro Martinez), professional, diplomatic, kind, and honest; the way they treated me felt like I could trust both service advisors and establish the long-term relationships. BMW of Bellevue: service advisors are too busy to even provide the undivided attention to the customers like me; they are in a hurry to "service" customers; did not feel like they do care about the customers, more of businesslike approach. Example: I had scheduled service appointment with BMW of Bellevue in November, 2021; when booking an appointment I asked how long it will take to service the vehicle; the answer was 1 hr; upon arrival, the length of service became 2 to 3 hrs; I had to leave Bellevue without getting the vehicle serviced, as I had to work that Saturday; I was not offered any alternatives, was told "you must wait"; the service advisor did not even had courtesy to apologize for misleading information on the length of service; I had wasted 1.5 hrs and did not accomplish what was initially intended: to service the vehicle. Now BMW of Seattle: I was booked an appointment for February, 2022, advised on the approximate time length and the price, offered various additional options instead of waiting inside the building. I am positive, that employees at BMW of Seattle care about their customers, treat them with respect and provide the undivided attention to each customer. Honestly, I am so happy and feel so blessed I ended up with BMW of Seattle. I love BMWs and am at peace that these service advisors like Nathan and Alvaro will take care of me and the vehicle. Thank you all at BMW of Seattle for your time and assistance, because if it is not BMW of Seattle, I would have sold my BMW. Because of BMW of Seattle: currently I own the BMW I love and have service advisors I can trust and rely on in maintaining this vehicle.

Sadly, I’m updating my review. I’m moving BMW from 5 stars to 3. Just a few days after my appointment-which one of my services was an expensive detail job-it showed. My car got filthy and salt all over it. I contacted BMW about having the car ran through the wash (exterior rinse is all I asked for) and was told yes. Within 10 min the man called back and stated his manager said NO-That I could make an appointment for a service (mind you I just had oil service-a detail job-and another service which all totaled over $1,800) and they would wash it after a service or something could book another detail job.
Worst customer service when you’re not spending a lot of money with them. Way to go-you just lost a customer.
Wonderful customer experience all around. My car was dropped off first thing in the morning, I was in a loaner car and headed to my office within 20 min. My service advisor was Nathan M. I couldn't have been more pleased with him. He checked in with me throughout the day to make sure they did all of the work I wanted, me navigate my bill, and was professional and polite the entire time. Upon leaving, Nathan made sure that I was handled properly at the parts counter-He had parts hold the leather key case I wanted because it was the last one. I will definitely be going back for service in get future!

I'm pretty dealer-skeptical - the idea of sitting around for hours, negotiating, and messing around with financing numbers does not appeal to me. That said, this BMW is clean an efficient, the sales-people were straightforward and the deal we got was fair (financing rates are quite good at the moment). Due to covid, they do not accompany on the test drive, but handed us the keys and said 'make sure you try out sport mode'. I love it.
Pat answered some of our emails and Ashraf was great to us through the sales process. They even had some snacks and coffee available, and we drove out with a car! I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a straightforward car purchase experience.

This is the second car I've leased from BMW Seattle and I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. I found the car I wanted on their website on a Saturday night and called the sales department when they opened on Sunday. I spoke with Joy and let her know they had the car I wanted and that I had about six months left on my lease. She had the car ready when I arrived and got us started ASAP on my appraisal to trade in my current BMW. I was very impressed with BMW Seattle, everyone was wearing masks properly, practicing social distancing, and they had multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the dealership. While waiting for the appraisal to be completed, Joy did a quick tour of the vehicle features and sent me off on a short test drive.
Once I returned, we had appraisal completed and she had some numbers to present. They proactively included all available incentives without me asking, including a lease promo, lease to lease promo, another loyalty discount.
Joy was really easy to work with, super transparent about the entire process, and our final negotiation took less than 10 minutes to complete. BMW Seattle bought my car and gave me the opportunity to get into a new car 6 months early!! I gave her the number I needed, she was able to go get it done. I have never had a negotiating experience like this when buying a car (probably helped that I was trying to be realistic about where I needed the numbers to be :).
Rachel in Finance was very easy to work with as well. We ended up on adding a lease protection plan, which I paid out of pocket for to keep my payment where I needed. She consulted with me (didn't try to hard sell me) on some other options like wheel and tire package and an extended service plan which included things not covered by the included BMW services like wiper blades and brake pads. The paperwork got completed quickly and she was so friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. This is the same experience I've had with BMW Seattle as when I leased another car there before.
Once we were done with paperwork, Joy delivered the car to me and took about 20 minutes pointing out some really helpful features (like turning on auto-high beams and automatic settings for the headlights). She also helped me with the multi-step process to pair my iPhone to Apple Car Play. Since I was coming from another BMW, most of this was pretty similar, I'm sure that if I was coming from another brand of car that Joy would have spent as much time possible helping me get everything dialed in before I left the lot. On a side note, she also grabbed my garage door opener from my old car that I forgot to remove, she really save the day with that small gesture.
If you are looking to buy/lease a BMW in the Seattle area, I know there are a few choices. Having other done business or tried to do business with the other dealers in the area, they are hands down the dealer that has provided the best experience to me. I've used their service department before, they are just as excellent as the sales department, even helping me without an appointment late in the day when my tire pressure gauges came on in my old car on a cold winter day.

Mike in the parts department hit it out of the park for me with my e30. Not only did he manage to source an OEM BMW battery that fit perfectly, he took great care to ensure it (and the other parts I purchased) were the exact fit. He knew his parts and variances in fitment incredibly well (for a 30 year old car that I'm sure he doesn't have to work with often). He was kind, sincere, and not once did he try to up-sell me on parts/merch that I don't need.

Brought my car in for diagnostic or repairs and found myself in a nasty situation. Unfortunately, these BMW become cash cows after 120k. After shelling out thousands of dollars on an older model X3, I decided to go ahead and upgrade. They were able to get me financed and in a certified preowned X1 in a matter days. I enjoyed working with Kalvin in sales, whom has the patience of Job and Andy in finance who graciously answered all my questions during signing while the dealership was closing. I take my 1997 BMW there for service on occasion and even though my car is old and not worth nearly as much as the other cars there, they always treat me with respect. I was very surprised that they offered me a brand new BMW as a loaner for free without me even asking. It's an amazing touch.
Their prices are a bit high but it's understandable since it is a dealership and that's what you should expect. I do a lot of my own service and I get a lot of parts there. I'm amazed with their selection and how quickly they can get even the most obscure parts. The dealership lobby is upscale and welcoming with all sorts of snacks and beverages. All this creates an incredible experience for the customer.
I'm captivated with some of the cars that BMW is currently manufacturing. If I ever bite the bullet and finally buy a new car I will not hesitate to make this dealer my first stop. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

When I called to check availability of the car I was looking at, he let me know, texted me pictures, and even had the car pulled to the front of the lot by the time I arrived (15 mins after I first called).

He was very honest and earns trust. If you know you can trust this man, business is easy. You can feel it through your conversation with him. He answered my question candidly, without any hidden tricks. He was considerate and I feel like he was a friend of mine trying to help me finding the right car, instead of a salesman trying to sell me a car. He was not pushy. It was a total stress-free experience.
He was very patient and nice. I test drove with Lexus, Tesla and Mercedes before I decided to buy. Randall was the only salesman that offered the option to drove with me (of course I asked for it). Although later I realized it might be impolite to ask salesman to be on the car with me in this pandemic situation, I was very thankful that Randall kindly agreed go with us. He was able to explain to me every interesting/boring functionality that the car has, in detail.
He was extremely professional. There was a situation happened during our purchase, and he was able to handle it very professionally. Randall was able to explain everything to me and made it up for me. I appreciate the way how he handles such situations.
He was very knowledgeable about the BMW cars. Maybe that is a prerequisite for client advisor, but yeah he knows the ins and outs of every BMW car. He will be able to find you the right car.

Super nice interior you'd expect at a Beamer dealership. Test drove an M2 and had the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer -- and mostly because of the sales rep, Cameron. Having been in the market for several months now and done more test drives than I care to count, I can easily say Cameron was the most pleasant rep I've ever worked with. Most of my encounters at dealerships reinforce the stigma associated with car sales (pushy reps who can't establish social connections and only see people as an ATM to exploit for as much cash as possible); however, Cameron was the polar opposite. The entire experience was based on showing me what the car can do while having pleasant down-to-earth conversation with no pushy questions about what my monthly payment goal is, am I paying cash or financing, how long have I been shopping, etc. I didn't get one single annoying question from Cameron. He read that I simply wanted to test drive the car and do my own research and he respected my wishes. On top of that, after I finished driving, he took over and gave me a fine demonstration of the car's capabilities. 99% of the time I walk away from car dealerships feeling like my intelligence has been insulted with transparent questions that don't benefit me at all, and only provide the rep with info about how he/she can gouge me...and/or I walk away feeling as if my boundaries have been overstepped. However, with Cameron none of that applied. Conversation flowed naturally and he only had my interest in mine, not his. Everything was extremely positive. Super impressed.
And incidentally, I didn't even buy a BMW because I decided to keep my current car and wait out the market as the KBB values started to drop until the supply/demand starts to reverse (and I'm still waiting serval months later) ... but as a former Sales exec for a multi-billion dollar global company (FedEx), I felt the need to take the time to compliment Cameron because I rarely meet sales reps like him who stand out as one of those elusive, hard-to-find auto reps worthy of a solid reputation. Highly recommend him.

I'm generally not much of a reviewer, but I thought it was important to share my 5* experience 04/22/20 at BMW of Seattle. I'll bullet the stand out parts of my experience purchasing my 4series.
1. Staci was incredibly responsive and quick to communicate. Her sales technique was not the least bit invasive and felt very natural.
2. Rachel in the finance dept did a wonderful job explaining warranties and making the signing process a breeze.
3. Small, but very important gesture, they filled the tank up with fuel before my departure.
4. Spotless clean property
With my trade in, my wife was unable to travel to Seattle with me to sign the odometer disclosure for our trade due to childcare restrictions. BMW sent a driver to Redmond with the docs to have her sign. This was really above and beyond service. BMW of Seattle is a bit out of my way, but I will make the extra journey to have my maintenance as well as future purchases at this location. Thanks Staci and Rachel!

Even after a less than ideal experience at a sister location, I was still interested in a specific vehicle and decided to call BMW Seattle to arrange a test drive, discuss options, etc. Staci was easy to work with and always respectful of the limited time of this working mom with two small children had to engage in the car search and buying process. He spent a lot of time educating my mom and me about different options and what would fit her best. This is by far the best dealership experience I have had and I have shopped for a lot of cars prior to this. Kalvin, most specifically was of such help. I was initially in the market for a Tesla, found a particular spec I was interested in at BMW of Seattle, Kalvin helped me get an initial test drive, which was small and warranted a real highway drive given that I wasn't fully sold on the car. He scheduled a lone test drive quite away from the dealership to allow me to properly gauge my interest and was very understanding when I ended up not wanting the car as much as I initially thought. I don't know about yall but most dealerships are more about pushing a sale on you rather than ensuring your satisfaction and in my book, this is a dealership that deserves a sale from me and my peers and family!

Lithia's BMW Seattle is, in my experience, THE place to buy a BMW or get it serviced. It's worth the drive if you're an Eastside resident, rather than the awful BMW Bellevue.
The entire staff is gracious, low-key and professional. The sales team, in particular, is outstanding. Their goal is clearly to prioritize customer satisfaction over sales volume (after all, if customers are satisfied they'll refer others and come back again).
I bought a new 2018 BMW here, which I had custom-configured on the web, and then I was contacted by Michael Brown, the Internet sales specialist. He's outstanding - a long-time BMW owner/driver himself, he's super-knowledgeable on the product lines over the years, including how things have changed, and he made placing my build-to-order a breeze to buy. The nail-biter was waiting about 5 months for BMW to make it and ship it here from Germany, before the Federal SALT deduction ended in 2017. Michael kept track of the progress, an amazingly, the car arrived on New Year's eve, just in time. Assistant GM London Agrawal also kept tabs on the progress and he was great to deal with.
Subsequently, I took a friend to buy a relatively recent, used BMW. Michael was very patient about explaining model year changes, took us on a test drive, and even suggested waiting, as some very recent vehicles were coming off lease soon. My friend now has a 2016 X3 that she's thrilled to own.
I've only needed one routine service so far, and it was done while I waited, so no need for a loaner or other transportation.
If only all car dealerships were like this!

I recently bought an X3 from the BMW Seattle. When I went to the showroom, I wasn't decided between X3 and X5. My customer representative Benson was kind enough to show me their car inventory, go over various trim options, do the test drives and answer questions I had about financing. I spent the entire day at the showroom, and never did I feel any pressure to make a buy decision. I ended up buying the new X3 because of excellent build quality and great customer service at the BMW Seattle.

What an absolutely awesome place to take your car to. Their communication and care for every detail is night and day vs others. I recommend this one vs the other one on the East side. First of all, they treat my 2013 BMW 3 series like it’s a Rolls, they are courteous, accommodating, and communicative. They send texts with videos of the repairs, they text and call me with updates, they let me know what needs attention and they show proof. What a wild concept(!) BMW of Bellevue customers, take your car here. The Seattle Branch is owned by a different entity. They are just better. They showed me what was broken, they shot me a text with a link to a web portal of the detailed breakdown. Instead of putting me into a beat 320i, they put me into a 440i M-Sport because it was available and I inquired about the new B58 engine.

I have only had an excellent experience with BMW Seattle. I went in for a test drive with Kalvin for an M2, even stating up front that I was looking at a car from an internet dealer but wanted to get a driving experience from a car they had in stock. Kalvin was very understanding of my needs and very personable, and also helped me understand up front what I could expect from pricing.
From the service side, everything has been excellent so far too. I brought my used car in for a PPI to verify everything looked good. I used the dealership's Lyft program, and this worked super smoothly and was totally free for me. This beats a shuttle for sure, and sometimes even a loaner since I don't need to worry about driving or parking.
My service advisors so far have also been amazing - Alex, Alvaro, Nik. Everyone has been very communicative and updated me during the process. In one inspection, I also got a text with a video showing me the issue the car had as well as the condition of the tires/brakes. I've owned other luxury cars but for me, the complete experience at BMW Seattle has been unmatched.

I met with Cameron Powell. Even with the Pandemic, and the shortage of staff and cars, he made sure my needs were met. Enter Calvin. Calvin worked with Cameron to make sure I had the perfect car. I have owned just about every Honda since 1989. This would be my first non-Honda car. I drove the 330i in my favorite blue home. But I was able to text Calvin the next day and tell him I wasn't sold on the car. He and Cameron let me come back and test the 530i. I found my car! It is so amazing. I purchased my first BMW (2014 X1) from BMW Seattle in June 2013. Throughout the process Knight Chang was very helpful. I spent a few weeks researching the vehicle online and Knight was prompt with my Internet inquiries. He is very knowledgeable about the various options and made navigating the different packages less confusing. During the test drive appointment Knight was courteous, answered our questions directly, and did not pressure us at all. The BMW Seattle facility is very nice. There are snacks and beverages available. Most of the vehicles are inside their climate controlled building which makes browsing around comfortable. I have not reached 15K miles yet so I do not have a review of the service department. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase experience. It did not really feel like a car dealership. It is more like shopping in a mall full of cars. Thank you BMW Seattle and thank you Knight Chang. I had a great experience.

I moved to Seattle with no US credit history (as a Canadian) and had the idea that getting a lease on a BMW would be a big challenge. Fortunately, I was met by Karl. He made the experience so easy and memorable. I didn't know what I wanted exactly but Karl was patient and never applied any pressure. Honestly, I got the feeling that he just wanted me to get a car that I would be happy with. He gave me honest feedback and he was a good guy to talk to - he clearly loves his BMWs. In the end, I got my first BMW (328i Xdrive) and got an amazing deal as well.
I initially went to BMW Seattle because I lived downtown but now I moved out to Issaquah. Still, I went back to BMW Seattle when we were looking for our second car because I enjoyed working with Karl that much. I know that if I ever wanted to get into another BMW, it would be through Karl. This sounds like a sales pitch because... well, I was that impressed by his customer service.
Additionally, the experience that I have had in the service department has been better than I have had in any other dealership (Audi or Honda). They really treat you well and try to go out of their way to make the servicing as simple and easy a process as it can be.
If you want great customer service in addition to amazing cars, I would highly recommend BMW Seattle and Karl. This dealership has really emphasized the service component of the sales process and I think it goes a long way to making a great customer experience.

I've been coming to BMW Seattle for over 6 years now and I've been very happy with both their sales and service departments. Prior to this, I was a customer at BMW of Bellevue and I was very unhappy with their pushy sales staff (Alvin) and unfriendly service department.
The experience at BMW Seattle is a one that is reflects the BMW brand. I've been buying BMW vehicles from many different dealers and used to just chase the cheapest price I could find. But nothing can match the service and attention that you get from the folks at BMW Seattle.
I highly recommend Karl Enemark if you're in the market for a new BMW. He's a low pressure sales guy who lets the product sell itself. When purchasing my M5 from him a few years ago, he wasn't afraid to discuss all the pros and cons of this model versus its competitors.
Lastly, their service department is top notch! I own other brands of vehicles, but the service department I actually enjoy coming to is this one. Alex Long has actual track experience with BMW vehicles and its great discussing with him how to get the maximum performance out of your car. The loaner program is fantastic and I've always gotten a clean, low mileage BMW for a loaner car.
Bottom line, if you're in the market for a BMW or looking to service your current BMW, this is the best dealer not only in the Puget Sound area, but in the United States!

I have not had the pleasure of buying form the dealership side, yet, but I am looking forward to it. The service is the very best. I have been to several other BMW service centers and domestic as well. I have never been treated so professionally. It started with Jeff P when they were up on Capital Hill and now Karl and Wyatt. They go above and beyond every time I call in. I live almost 4 hours away and they find a way to get me in, have a loaner available and years ago, I have had my car in a couple time for the same problem, when they finally located and fixed to issue, they called, apologized for not catching it the first time and then drove the car to Lake Chelan where my wife works, dropped it off and picked up their loaner. Talk about red carpet treatment!
As for the few people that have had a bad experience, maybe it’s your personality or you were having a bad day.
We own 3 BMW’s, an X5, a Z4 Roadster and a 530xi. The 5 series is an 07 Euro deliver, it has 298,000 miles on it, the only major work was a new transmission about 70,000 miles ago and Seattle BMW is our goto for all things BMW! Keep up the good work. Just walking through the doors is like walking into a family members house. They are AMAZING. These cars are not cheap, they know this and they appreciate their customers, know we have a choice and thank us for choosing them every time we go there.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new X3 from Benson Yim. Our car buying process lasted about a month. As our current Lexus lease was ending, we looked at all of the options out there. On our first visit, Benson patiently explained all of the features of the X3, especially the technology features. We really appreciated that, since that was one aspect of our Lexus that really bothered us. In the end, we were deciding between the X3 M4 and the Audi SQ5. I liked the fact Benson never said anything negative about the Audi and simply offered to clarify any questions we had with the BMW. He left the decision in our hands and was never pushy. Without question the best car buying experience we have had and we are a couple of 60+ year olds who have bought many cars before, including a 5 series in the past. I had previously leased a 2012 328i and Karl contacted me as the lease deadline came near to see if they could get me into another BMW. I had considered going with Audi or Mercedes but Karl's awesome customer service won my wife and I over again with the way they treated us. I ended up ordering a new 2015 BMW 335i M-Sport and love the car and got an awesome deal on it as well. I visited several other dealers in the area but they ignored me or didn't even treat me as a serious buyer but Karl and BMW Seattle made me feel like they valued my business and went the extra mile. The whole process from spec'ing and ordering the new vehicle to delivery was easy as could be. Usually buying a car is painful and you feel like it's a war between you and the dealership trying to scam you but this experience was as enjoyable as buying a car can get. The car arrived exactly as I expected with no surprises and the paperwork and delivery process was seamless and easy. Karl made the process easy, answered all my 500 questions during the whole ordering process and 2.5 month wait in a timely manner and even on his off days. I never hesitate to recommend Karl and BMW Seattle to any of my friends interested in purchasing a BMW. I also personally know many friends that have bought BMWs from Karl and had great experiences. I just bought a BMW down in Portland and wanted to get it inspected and get a wheel lock key for my tires. I called to see if they had those in stock and spoke to Cory in the parts department, he was extremely helpful knowing I was driving from far away and that that key is something they have to fit in person had me send photos over of my tires to see if he could match the key before I drove all that way and was able to be sure they had the one i needed. So i drove out there to pick that up and see if they could inspect my car with no appointment, they got me in no problem & To say that I am amazed by the service there is an understatement. I was nervous going Inside because of Covid-19 i had been staying isolated and I am just amazed about how much effort was put into keeping that environment safe and clean. Overall i was there for a few hours, they had all the seating spaced out, completely cleaned&wiped down the whole seating area about 6 times, had hand sanitizer, wipes, gloves available. Plastic shields at the service counter. They had me on my way home in about half the time i was expecting. Everyone was super helpful. I will definitely be choosing them to service my car period. They are about 2 hours each way for me and there is a closer option but its worth the drive.

It's only a life time oil change but I'm treated with professional care each time. My biggest regret is that they cannot service my car since its not a BMW. They did make an exception and service my brakes. For 15 years and 175000 miles I tried to fix the shimmy when I braked. I tried numerous dealers. But the BMW dealer is an expert. They replaced parts and 100000 miles later the brakes are still working perfectly with no shimmy. They are expert in the service they perform. Thank you.

I've been going to BMW Seattle since I picked up my new 320Xi from them in January 2015 for all my service needs. Someone is always there to greet you and check you in when you pull into the service drive way, all the service advisors have been awesome and I always get clear communication on what to expect--via text, calls, emails etc. whatever I prefer. Service here is top notch--professional, courteous, and friendly. My favorite parts of my visits were Ed- the courtesy shuttle driver. He was a safe driver, professional, knew the city well, and fun to chat with!
I recently took my car to BMW Bellevue (they operate completely separately) because the location was a little bit more convenient due to a job change, but the experience was nothing like BMW Seattle. It was a big mistake and I will never go back there for service.

Completely blown away by the service I received here! I walked into BMW Seattle knowing exactly what I wanted, and knew I'd need to special order. Not once did Ashraf try to sway me towards a car on the lot, or convince me to change up my design. He was enthusiastic and completely on board with my wants. We definitely weren’t expecting to take anything home, however our salesman Stan Ng made our experience so special and helped guide us to buy my dad’s new-to-him 2011 BMW X5 35i. As someone who works for BMW in Canada I know a lot about the brand and how a dealership works, not once did we feel pressured, misconstrued, or like the dealership just cared about making a sale. The staff stayed over an hour after close just so we could complete our deal. Stan and everyone involved in the purchase made the experience great and after 7 tiring hours we still came home with the car my dad loved and wanted. Benson Yim helped me huge to get my X5 PHEV on time! He is sincere, knowledgeable, and customer obsessed. I was really worried if X5 could fit the narrow passage lead to my garage, Benson, without any hesitation, managed a X5 for me to just drive to home to test my driveway. He also taught me how to use backup assistant to let the vehicle automatically backup out of a narrow place (Btw, BMW backup assistant is hands down an underrated feature, especially if you live in a very dense neighborhood). Reviewing for service experience: in my 5 or so years, I've had two service managers, both of whom I really liked working with. It's certainly not inexpensive, but you probably knew that when you bought a BMW in the first place. I feel that I've always had very honest advice and not been taken advantage of. Everything has always been fixed correctly the first time and the car has come back driving as if it were new. I will keep coming here for the peace of mind that my car is getting the best parts and being serviced by experts, even if it costs a little extra. You do get discounts for loyalty here, so keep that in mind.

I was there yesterday due to warranty claim on my 2014 640I gran coupe, Front brakes /disks needed replacement but they just resurface disks and rear disks are in same shape as front but they never touch them, Service advisor Josh told me "as long as they perform they are fine" im sure they brake but do they perform like they should I doubt that, anyway I was expecting full on replacement of really bad parts not some half off fix on 100k + car. I asked for check on other things that may come up soon since my warranty expiring with in 2k miles and I never got any answers, Dealership looks great and location is perfect, all clean and very nice, but like old saying goes "company is good as people who work for" its true.

I was invited by Rebecca B to come back for second look , I did, and shop foreman offered to rework front brakes again , but I decided not to till I need all 4 wheels done. I up my stars from 2 to 4 due to willingness to improve /service /communication. They ensured me brakes perform way they should. Thank you!

I live over 12 hours from Seattle, but because I have relatives in Seattle that I wanted to visit, after finding that in my home state BMW Dealers did not have the car with the features I especially wanted, found online that BMW Seattle has a certified pre-owned 2019 X5 that fit my desires. I called and was helped by Stanley Ng, and I want to say he did a terrific and professional job in dealing with me from start to finish. I was somewhat anxious about putting down a $5,000 deposit, with a company that was out of state and that I wasn't familiar with, planning on flying on a Saturday morning to Seattle with a plan to leave Sunday afternoon after seeing family and leave the next day to start the drive back to my home state. But Stanley was great both at putting me at ease about the process and getting everything done that needed to be done so that I could drive the car back. And when we arrived to pick up the car over a month ago in Seattle, it was exactly as Stanley assured me it would be. He patiently helped us finish the process of purchasing the car, and even personally mounted the ski rack I had bought from the parts department. We didn't have much time at the dealership, but he made sure we knew the essentials of the operating systems, including the adaptive cruise control which was a terrific feature to have for the long drive home. And if you have researched the 2019 X5 like I did, you will probably have come across at least one review that said that the new "gesture control" feature (it is an ingenious way to control the volume of the sound system, among others) is "gimmicky". But Stanley explained succinctly and demonstrated easily how it works, and we love it--haven't used the volume control knob yet! Thanks again Stanley!!

I would like to strongly recommend BMW Seattle dealership. Mostly because of their general sales manager London Agrawal who goes thousand of extra miles to make their current or future clients happy.
London personally spent 2 months helping me to clean up my Carfax report on my old BMW. Carfax mistakenly set a “total loss” flag on my pre-own certified car. London was able to find all information about this car, investigated what happened with it with Autogroup and proved that it was an operator mistake who set a “total loss” disposition instead of “damage”. By that London saved me about 13,000 dollars on my old car, offered me a good deal on leasing a brand new X5. I can say that London is the most approachable, helpful, carrying general manager I ever worked with.
When I had a little local incident of the parking lot and came in stress to the dealership he personally took me to all service crew members to see how big the damage is. How often you get treated with such attention?
In addition, I would like to highlight a dignity of the BMW Seattle client advisor Mark Harrington. When I came in 2013 to lease X6, he recommended me to check out a brand new X5. He explained that X6 is way more expensive with old technologies. And X5 just released with a lot of packages and features that I became addicted to :) Mark could easily sell me an old car for higher price but instead he sold me a car that I loved and for way better price.
I loved BMW Seattle way more than I loved the one in Bellevue mostly because they did all they could to help me with my old car and because they were honestly offering the best option for me. I was coming to service my car to Seattle for 3 years though I am living in Bellevue.

He explained the difference between leasing and buying, and was able to get me a fantastic deal on a 3 series lease because it was the last 2014 on the lot. I have nothing but good things to say about BMW Seattle Service department. Unlike the BMW Tacoma they actually answer and return phone calls. They use a great system which allows you to text or call your service advisor at any time that makes it easy and efficient to get quotes and schedule appointments! Complimentary coffee & espresso machines and baked goods.
They have a shuttle to take you to and from locations around Seattle, as well as brand new courtesy vehicles to use while they work on your vehicle.
The customer service is some of the best I have ever had! Especially my service advisor Nik, who has been nothing but helpful, pleasant, and exceptional!

BMW of Seattle did an oil change for me on my 330i xDrive. Arrived about 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and was greeted by an attendant as soon as I pulled into the facility. They directed me into a beautiful waiting area which had ample and very comfortable seating, coffee and pastries. A service advisor checked me in and quoted me a time period for the work to be done. If I wanted to go downtown Seattle a complimentary shuttle service was available to and from. They took my cell number and said they would send a text message when my car was ready for me. They were very busy but it appeared customers were reunited with their vehicles continously while I was waiting. I took a book to read so the wait didn't seem very long but it was just a little over an hour. I highly recommend BMW of Seattle for your maintenance of your car. They wash your car before they return it to you.

First, I would give 5 star for their service dept. But their sales department get 0 star from me. I made an appointment for the routine service and sales for 7/13/2020. Nik who was my SA was fantastic, and helpful. After checking in my car at the service dept, I walked over to their showroom. I told the receptionist about my appointment, but she couldn't find it on their system. I showed her the confirmation that I received on my phone, but they were still unable to find it on their system. I saw several sales people roaming around, so I asked the receptionist to check with their manager to see if there's someone who can help me, but basically told me no appointment, no service. So I walked out and called the Mercedes dealership to see if they have someone who can show me a car if I head over, and they said yes. So I walked over to Mercedes dealer and ended up buying a brand new SUV from them.

For a dealer service center I'm surprised by the lack of care, my car is older and they treat me like it. They consistently pass me around between advisors, don't return calls, can't keep track of what they're supposed to be doing. I picked up my car and there are gouges in my bench seat and they didn't even reset the mileage with my oil change, not sure they even did it. They sent a shuttle, which was nice, but called me on the way to say my car was "still taken apart".

Picked up my first BMW after test driving about 20 cars over 4 weeks (bought from a different dealer). Picking up a 435i x-drive pretty much got me the same performance as an s4, but liked it's feel much better. Had I purchased said s4 or an M, insurance would have been higher, so these F3x 35i models are a best bet. The dealer I purchased it from is a no warranty joint, but was kind enough to give me their purchase inspection paperwork, indicating this was suffering from the common oil filter housing gasket leak that is common to N55 engines, and that it would be covered under factory warranty (I still have 4mo or so). Nice!
First off, BMW Bellevue never answered and never called me back, but I'm glad. I didn't realize I can literally walk to this place from my office. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere in Pioneer Square or ID or even SODO. Bellevue would have been way more of a hassle for me.
I initially made an appointment, and they had availability within 36 hours (was a day job), phone staff was courteous when I had to reschedule out a few more days, which they had many time slots for. No loaners, but they offer a quick shuttle service as a courtesy if you don't want/need to wait a few weeks before a loaner can be scheduled.
Driving in, you pull up in a lane, someone comes over to you and asks the appointment name, you give him the keys and walk in. You're already in queue so enjoy their fancy coffee, fruit, and baked good while you wait for your name in the nice waiting room with couches, tables and even work booths with outlets.
Name called, and Josh L took me into one of many private offices to discuss the details. Gave him the rundown and few other minor issues and asked if he could look at it. Also, wanted a quote for an MPPK. No hesitation, real friendly, listened carefully, impressive mustache. Plus, asked about my contact method, and sent me a text so I could communicate back and forth easily.
I had no issues coming in as a second owner, and having purchased from a different dealer. I was OFFERED MAINTENANCE as a courtesy. It is clear that BMW does not transfer their maintenance service to a second owner, so this was very unexpected. Nice!!
When I came in to pick up the vehicle, everything was done. Replaced more than one gasket, checked the tensioner and belt (was listening to me), checked and filled all my tires (listening again), adjusted my seatbelt extender, did a courtesy vehicle inspection, changed the oil, washed the car, vacuumed the interior, was willing to replace my wipers for free if needed, and quoted an MPPK (again, listening). Fantastic.
Now, I've never purchased a vehicle under factory warranty but I've had an aftermarket warranty, worked at a shop years ago in my youth, and have turned my own wrenches for about 20+ years, so I've dealt with many dealers in some way. This was exceptional. A premium experience worthy of a lengthy review. Looking forward to working with them in the future and I'll for sure be keeping this review up to date with edits.
tl;dr: bought a used BMW under factory warranty from different dealer, brought in here for gasket fix, service queing was very well organized, waiting area was premium, many transport and communication options, extended maintenance and inspection services as a courtesy, friendly and attentive, work done in a day, car was cleaned, no cost out the door, very impressed.

Karl Enemark was our sales representative. I've bought a few cars in my life and I have to honestly say this was the best car buying experience ever. Karl is not one of those typical sales guys. He was honest and he whole heartedly wanted to make us happy. He went out of his way to give us the best deal possible and quite frankly he may have gotten in trouble from his managers for doing so. "Sorry Karl if you're reading this." Aside from getting an amazing deal from Karl he made the purchase so easy. He coordinated everything over the phone and email. It was so simple. Having a three year old this made life easy. We were able to simply walk into the dealership and met with Karl while sipping on a hot latte he made for us. He had all the paperwork ready, the car detailed and waiting for us in the bay for inspection. He spent a good hour with my wife going over the entire car and adjusting everything to her needs. At no point did we ever feel pressured and/or obligated. He simply made the whole entire experience relaxing and fun.
Some of you may think well duh you bought a BMW. He should make you feel like royalty. Well I also bought a Porsche and currently own two Mercedes. Lemme tell you my experience buying from Karl was unmatched.

I went in last Saturday and was beyond pleased with the dealership but specifically their salesman Ashraf Aried. I’ve purchased and sold a few cars, in a few different places but the interaction and buying process with Ashraf was top notch. Would definitely encourage anyone who is interesting in purchasing a new car to go see Ashraf and bmw Seattle, he will put the customer first and go to battle for you for the most fair deal. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Bought a new X5 from them in May of 2012. Karl was my sales rep, and was absolutely fantastic. I showed up for a test drive, we then worked out a final deal over a few days via phone/email. When i went back down to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready, finance was a breeze and Karl gave me a top notch walkthru of all the features/knobs/buttons etc before sending me on my way.

I don't even own a BMW and needed service for a Hyundai (purchased from another Lithia dealership) but they went out of their way to help me without hesitation. Few months ago, bought used 2015 BMW from a friend. It needed some diagnosing of starting issue and noises fixed. Also had interior detailing done. Honestly first visit was not the best experience/service, but then I emailed the manager about it. They refunded the money, not only that, they went above and beyond to fix everything. Foreman Trent even found the noice from differential (that I thought was just road noice), and fixed it (expensive but luckily Warrenty covered it). I have to give credit to their public relation manager, Rebecca Bridgman for taking care of everything. I am glade that I just didnt go to other BMW dealer and gave them a chance to correct things. They certainly went above and beyond fixing things. Thank you.

After starting our day at MB of Seattle, my fiance and I drove a C300 we were 'encouraged' to borrow for the afternoon to BMW to have a look at the competition...no competition here.
The service level and professionalism was outstanding (not to mention the product). Nick (our salesperson) was excellent at answering our many detailed questions, taking us to view multiple models and on several test drives.
The only pressure to purchase, we put on ourselves to take advantage of the great deal they made us in the end. The catch was they wanted to return the Mercedes themselves that evening and we obliged!
I leased a 335i xDrive and my fiance ended up trading her X5 on a new one. We left very happy and although we have been back in for a couple minor gremlins (all under warranty of course), Nick and the whole team has been apologetic and on point with the level of service we would expect.
Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for service and future purchases.

So I don't know whether this goes to the service of the BMW service center or The mission statement of Lithia dealerships, either way I wasn't impressed. When I purchased my Prius 10 years ago, I bought a lifetime oil change package. This was at the Lithia Toyota dealership in Redding CA. I will say the service there was awesome. They have a separate oil change desk and we're very convenient. Two and a half years ago we moved to Ocean Shores Washington, andunfortunately the nearest Lithia dealers to me are either in Portland, Oregon or Seattle BMW. since I was going to be in Seattle anyway for a concert I booked an oil change appointment about three months in advance. On the day of the appointment, I arrived about 0 25 minutes early and checked in at the service desk thinking I might be able to get in early. My car was parked in the front of one of the two lines going into the service center and sat there for 45 min before it was taken into the service department. One hour later still had not received my car back. Went back to the service desk to ask him to check on my car which he didn't do. Instead he told me it should be done anytime now and he would call me when it was ready. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally see my car being parked out front and then another 10 minutes goes by. Finally I ask again at the desk to check out- can't find my paperwork and keys. That took another 5 minutes before somebody walked in and handed him the paperwork and keys. in Redding I always received a sheet that told me how my car was doing tire pressure fill ups and all that. All I received was my receipt. Upon speaking to another service representative and telling them I received very different services in Redding. He informed me that they were a BMW dealership and didn't work on Priuses that much. I replied that's fine for your BMW customers but that's not very good for your Lithia oil change customers. It didn't give me a lot of confidence in having them do my oil change. So wind-up was, it took much longer than I thought it should have for my oil change appointment. Thankfully I scheduled early enough to still make my other engagement. There was no feedback on the condition of my car and when I asked him to check with the tech to see if he had reset the oil light he told me we don't work on Priuses that often he probably didn't but you can go online to like YouTube and they have video showing you how to do it. Well I told them I thought the Lithia side of their dealership was lacking and told them to have a good day. If you're going to sell a lifetime oil change package and honor it at all of your Lithia dealerships then you should have somebody who is knowledgeable enough to work on whatever cars are brought to them for said oil change. Well that's my thoughts on this anyway, I'll probably be taking my car somewhere else in the future.

Worked with Ashraf today purchasing an M5. This dealership is accomodating, quick and gave my boyfriend and I great advice about how to get the most out of our trade-ins even though it meant taking one of the cars elsewhere. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and easoly avaolable. Car is a work of art.
