As an out of state buyer, I was completely relying on Chris Warner, and the team at Prestman Auto to make this experience work for me. I only had 2 days to fly to SLC and then drive back to Portland, Oregon. I was not let down in the slightest. The car was in tip top shape when I picked it up, including a full tank of fuel to help me in my journey back to Oregon. I’ve only had the car for a couple of days now, but there is nothing wrong whatsoever. No weird noises, or vibrations. The paint is all perfect and consistent throughout the whole vehicle. There is no way you’d be able to tell this was a rebuilt vehicle. That said, do your research before buying. Know what you’re getting into and the questions to ask. No doubt that Chris and the team will be able to put your mind at ease. The team here has earned my business, and while I plan on keeping the 4Runner for 10+ years, if I ever need another vehicle I will not hesitate to make Prestman Auto the first place I look. This place is probably the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Max literally tossed is the keys and told us to take out as many cars as we wanted. He had no issues when I told him we had no intentions buying that day. He still let us test drive 4 or 5 vehicles. He did the same thing a couple weeks later. Super down to earth, ZERO pressure, and just an all around good dude! I'd highly recommend this place, and especially Max!!

I am a repeat customer of Prestman Auto. Counting my wife’s new car, my recent purchase of a 2020 Ford Ranger is my third time buying a vehicle from them in the last 5 years. I had a fantastic experience working with Chris Warner at Prestman Auto. I was coming from out of state so Chris personally took the truck out on a video test drive for me so I could see and hear it running down the highway. He also promptly sent any photos or docs I asked for regarding the rig we were interested in. Had the whole deal set up before I drove down from McCall, ID and only spent about 30 minutes in the dealership signing docs and taking ownership of our new truck. Chris also had the truck out ready for me to take it on a test drive right when I arrived, there were no surprises and the previous damage had been repaired professionally. Seamless operation. Would do business with these guys again if the need arises. Top Notch.

As a first time car buyer, let me just be honest with you in saying that I was quite stressed and nervous when looking around due to all the stories from friends and family telling me that, “Dealerships milk you for all you’re worth. Avoid them.” That however wasn’t the case with Prestman Auto. I contacted them about the different Subaru Crosstreks they had available and in the end went with the silver 2015 model as you can see in my photo. My sells representative Reggie Davis was great and he worked very hard to make sure my car was mechanically sound and looked good driving off the lot. I was very skeptical going to a smaller dealership that dealt with salvage titles. Man was I wrong, Prestman auto was great to work with. I had the honor to work with the salesman DJ and man was he professional and sharp! He was very assisting and really didn't pressure us into anything, super honest and was concerned about us the whole time while he juggled multiple customer's. We test drove a couple vehicles and DJ found the vehicle that suited my family and wife perfectly, it was a 2018 Sante Fe Sport, it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned, honestly. I will be going back for sure after we pay my wife's new car off. We are so happy. I cant speak for experience with other salesman so I would just ask for DJ. Also the finance manager, Andy I believe his name was, great person to work with. Super friendly, organized and patient that mattered most since it was right when they closed and we had been there for over 5 hours. They were all so great to work with. I replaced about 20 cars in my car buying experience, including cars for my family members, and I am still getting nervous when visit car dealerships as I know how aggressive most of them are when trying to sell you a vehicle. Buying my next car from Prestman Auto was probably my best car buying experience of all times. All personnel that I met with were very friendly, never pushy, and Chris Warner went above and beyond to address all my concerns and answer all questions even after the sale. Majority of the cars on the lot have a branded title, but they are well taken care of. Stop by Prestman Auto for a test drive and ask for Chris, or any other sales associate if he is not available. You will be pleased by them being open and honest with you. At least that’s how I felt. Thanks Prestman Auto, I will be back one day.

Had a great experience purchasing my new Mazda! It was exactly what I had been looking for, but was a little nervous about it being a salvage title rebuild. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle out-of-state, the first time I’ve ever purchased a salvage-restored vehicle, and the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle sight-unseen. I was nervous, to say the least. Christian’s responsiveness to all my nervous-Nelly texts was excellent, and gave me confidence I wasn’t making a big mistake. I had to fly to Salt Lake City to pick up the car, and the purchase was contingent on test-drive acceptance. Christian sent me a walk around video of the car that showed the condition very well and made me confident I wasn’t wasting my money on the airline ticket. When I got there I was still concerned because if the test drive didn’t go well, I wasn’t quite sure how I’d get home. But it went great. The condition was as good as Christian said, and actually probably even a little better. I drove the car home for ten hours and it was like a brand new car the whole way. Also, I had told him before I got there that I’d want to get through the process as quickly as possible, and he said, “ Fair enough. We’ll move quickly.” Well, that was the understatement of the year. I wasn’t financing - just paying by cashier’s check. By the time I got back from my test drive they were already done. The whole process took maybe five minutes before the test drive and two minutes after it. Never, in the history of the world, has anybody ever walked out of a dealership having purchased a car in seven minutes plus test drive. I was blown away. Great job, Christian and Preston Auto!

We found a vehicle we liked online and because we live out of state we called first. The team at Prestman Auto were wonderful. Our salesman was DJ, but when he was busy he would ask a team member to help us. Wyatt sent us a YouTube video and even took the van for a test drive for us (which he included on the YouTube video). The dealership was super busy on the day we picked up the van, but DJ was still very attentive while we waited for the vehicle to finish being detailed - he even brought our 5 year old a snack when we first arrived and gave us lunch before we left. I imagine we’ll be repeat customers and we’ll definitely ask to work with DJ again.

I have really good credit and went into the process pre-approved for a loan with a good rate. The salesman said he might be able to beat the rate and I’m glad I let him try. I've been to Prestman quite a few times. I had never bought from them and for no particular reason. However, I went to help a friend buy a car for the family. I was even more impressed by the team at Prestman than previous visits. Max was great. Friendly happy and willing to answer whatever questions. I was amazed at the responsiveness and efficiency of DJ and Prestman Auto. I buy rebuilt vehicles only and I’ve never seen one restored so perfectly and in such great condition, not to mention the price tag was easily $15 grand cheaper than it could’ve been. They got me in, never pressured me, made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before proceeding and then furiously went to work to ensure we didn’t have to wait for hours and hours at the dealership. Prestman Auto exceeded my expectations. Beyond offering vehicles at competitive prices, the service was remarkable. The vehicle we purchased got a check engine light shortly after leaving the dealership and Prestman got it fixed for us. So grateful for the integrity of management. The salesman, Wyatt, was honest and sent custom pictures for us. The only negatives were that the car wasn't detailed when we arrived at pickup, and the Finance Manager was as gruff and inconsiderate as you would expect him to be when we didn't buy all on his add-ons.

As an out-of-state buyer on a time crunch buying a branded-title vehicle from Prestman for the first time, I was truly at the mercy of their quality and care. To say that Max has exceeded my expectations from the first call through the post-sale care doesn’t do justice. It has been nothing but honesty, attentiveness and quality before, during and after the entire process. While extremely impressed with Max’s and Prestman’s ethos, the vehicle itself is borderline shocking with its condition. It’s in better condition that any other used vehicle I’ve ever purchased. Max and Prestman have, and continue to, outdo themselves, but the after-sale care and hospitality genuinely create a lasting relationship. I don’t yet know what kind of car my wife wants next, but I guarantee she’s going to be picking from what Prestman has to offer and calling Max.

I recently bought a Subaru Impreza at Prestman Auto Sales with the assist of Aaron Vandivere. I am so impressed with Aaron's upfront approach and his flexibility with my search parameters (which seemed to change minute-by-minute). I feel Aaron was genuinely interested in finding the best vehicle to fit my needs and not pushing his own agenda. Aaron made sure to show me the Carfax without me asking and went over all the damage that occurred. Then he showed me exactly how that car was repaired and the testing involved. Like I said, I was impressed! I came away with an exceptional deal and the best car for my situation. Even after the sale was final, Aaron continued to help with the transportation of my car to Alaska. When a state-to-state sales tax problem arose, Aaron knew who to contact and the issue was resolved. I would defiinitely travel to Utah to get my next vehicle from Prestman Auto!

4.5 star experience. Ask for DJ, he is a straight shooter, fun to talk to, and will make sure you are satisfied and not rushed as you search. Excellent inventory, very clear communication and honest assistance with pros and cons for vehicles. I had an issue with one of my visits, to which management took responsibility and made improvement to further enhance the experience. Will purchase here again. Great warranty for branded title, didn’t know that kind of guarantee was available!

They did an estimate on a trade in pretty quick and had me in and out with a new car in about an hour and a half. I was super lucky to work with Ale! She was very kind, patient, and understanding. My wife and I were car shopping after I got off work the other day. We visited a few dealerships but didn't find what we were looking for. We found a car online at Prestman Auto and rushed over as quickly as we could. We arrived at Prestman Auto after their posted hours and only hoped to look in the window of the car she wanted. However, we were greeting by the receptionist and introduced to DJ immediately. DJ didn't hesitate and immediately grabbed the keys to the car and told us to take it for a test drive. In a few minutes we were back and ready to make our purchase. They didn't even mention the time and helped us through the financing portion while DJ zipped back and forth between us and another pair that were buying. The whole process was so much quicker and less stressful than any other dealership we have been to. They washed the car and even took the time to help us get the stickers off the windshield since their detailers had left for the day. I was very impressed and will be using Prestman Auto for future purchases.

They have a LOT of cars. Do yourself a favor and look up the cars you were interested in online and be very disciplined. We quickly got overwhelmed by looking at everything that caught our eye. I felt bad for poor Max as he was like a car valet. He was very professional and helpful despite not having any hope of making a sale with us. He kept bringing us cars and we couldn't decide on anything. We finally left. After disappointing experiences at other dealerships after that, We called Max back around 6 PM and told him we wanted to buy one of the cars he showed us after all. He had already left for the day but he turned around and met us there. He was fast and efficient and very professional, and I drove away in one of my dream cars. Thanks CJ Prestman. Side note: The majority of their cars have branded titles. That's not an issue for me. I prefer to drive a rebuilt/restored vehicle to save money on the purchase price. But it's worth googling the vin when you find a car you're interested in because you can usually see the salvage auction they bought it from and often shows photos of the damage that was repaired. Then you can decide if you're comfortable with that. I feel like Prestman is one of the more professional and high quality Rebuilt dealerships in this area. EDIT: I forgot to mention, while we were waiting for completion of the sale, my daughters LOVED the array of massage chairs in the waiting room.

Found Prestman and was amazed at their prices. Then needed to figure out what a "branded" title was. Seems they specialize in this and therefore have built their business and reputation on doing it right. Prior to this ii had hit two deers and drove the cars many miles after they were repaired with no problems. One car the insurance company wanted to total. So I felt I was already driving a car that could have been "branded' if the insurance company had had their way. Prestman is very transparent about what they do and what the history of the car is. They have the Carfax reports. When you find a vehicle you want, ask for it and read the whole report. That way you'll know the whole story on the car and you can make an informed decision. You will also then know if you want to buy the extended warranty that will be offered. I d suggest getting that price for an extended warranty and add it in to the total price when making your buying decision. I'm very pleased with the sales process. I will get my car in a few days ( a friend going to the SLC VA hospital for a checkup is going to bring it back to Montana for me.) I will then see the vehicle for the first time. I am optimistic it will be everything I want and I will have saved enough money to feel really good about my decision.

Yes over the years, we have shopped at other dealerships and they just do not stack up to the quality of service that you will get a Prestman Auto. At this point, I do not think I will ever suggest or shop at another dealership. This is not some big box dealership that only cares about numbers. This is a small, competitive, family style business and they are highly successful because they have an incredible staff and sweet rides. One more thing to mention is how impressive their service department is. They are friendly, quick an honest. There is no messing around they will get your car in and taken care of for the small service needs to the big ones and everything in between. They make me want to buy more cars – and trucks. And at the end of your incredible car buying experience you have Tracy in finance. Every time I walk away with complete peace of mind thanks to his straightforward approach at getting things done right with all cost upfront. He sure saved me money at the end of it all. Thank you!!! My salesman, Matt Zollinger was great! He was very patient as I looked and test drove multiple vehicles. He was not at all pushy or obnoxious. He was the consummate professional, and we enjoyed working with him. He gets five stars! The reason I didn’t give Prestman Auto five stars is because of my experience with the financing department when we were finalizing the paperwork. When Matt was going over the numbers with me, I was quoted a 3.99% finance rate for 72 months.. When the financial guy was going over my final paperwork, I asked him what rate he had me at and the rate was now 4.27%. Ummm…no. First of all, that was not the rate I was quoted, and second of all I have very good credit and know I could get a lower rate elsewhere. When I brought up my objections, the guy then went to a book he had on hand, found another bank and now mysteriously found a lower rate that was within the range I knew I was approved for, and was lower than the 4.27% he initially had me at. It really bothered me and seemed very shady. I asked the guy, “Why not simply give me the best rate to begin with? Why all this dancing around, quoting me one rate, giving a higher rate than quoted, then when I question it, quickly finding a much better rate?” He played dumb, acting as if he didn’t know why, as if it was all beyond his control. It was very irritating, and seemed very disingenuous and dishonest. I couldn’t help but wonder if perhaps the guy was getting a kickback from the bank for sticking me with a higher interest loan. When I got the car home, I discovered it didn’t have any window washer fluid. I should have checked that during the test drive, and I take partial responsibility for that, but the dealer should have caught that when they were prepping the vehicle. Overall, I endedup with a car that fits my needs, works terrific, and was a great price. I’m very happy with it. Would I buy from Prestman Auto again? Perhaps. My only hesitation would be the shenanigans I experienced with the finance guy.

Great sales lady, terrible finance manager. Chelsey was so helpful! We had been shopping for a vehicle for weeks, and dealt with many car salesmen and women who were just so difficult to work with. Finally, feeling defeated and that we had wasted another weekend and drove 11 hours round trip for nothing. We knew Prestman had a vehicle we were interested in, but they were closing. As we are sitting there, mind you holding our youngest child, he cursed on three separate occasions, and was so salesman-y about buying a warranty that when we asked him to go over the three warranty options he refused until we repeatedly asked 3 to 4 times. He sounded like a broken record repeating the same speech to us as he’s done I’m sure 1000’s of times considering his longevity with the company. There was other elements of our business interaction with him that were not ones i would care to repeat as well. I just don’t understand- like this is your job, and you clearly are paid well to do it. Stop being so impatient with us- we weren’t doing anything to hold up the process, and we were tired after car shopping all day going over vehicle after vehicle, all with 3 kids in tow. They were willing to sell us the vehicle even though it was late, so just do your part. Part of the reason we wanted to do business at Prestman was because it’s family oriented, but between the finance guy and the gross vulgar wrestling on the tv I was just ready to go. He was also rude to Chelsey. We overheard him as we finished up speaking unkindly because she forgot we were from out of state and didn’t need plates and had asked him about plates for us. It’s just unprofessional. My husband has been in the car industry for almost a decade now, and no matter what the day throws at him he is never unpredictable or unprofessional. He respects the business, the customers and his coworkers. I wish I could say the same for Tracy. As far as the vehicle goes, I do believe they sold us a solid vehicle, and I am grateful each time I put my family in it knowing it is safe and functional for our family. Thank you again, Chelsey! The title had to be mailed and it didn’t come for several months, but it did show up eventually and everything was good. Maybe we were just lucky but 40,000 miles later we have had no issues with our BMW. It’s a great little car!

For wrecked cars, the prices are decent. Good looking cars, fixed well, and a big selection. The reason for the 3 stars is the trade in they offered on my almost brand new vehicle. They were almost $5000-$6000 under other offers. Rough trade in according to NADA was about $43000, they offered $39,000. Car was immaculate with only 24,000 miles on it. Needless to say I won’t be back.

We were looking for a used late model pickup truck. Our research led us to Prestman Auto. We called with our specifications and spoke with Matt about what they were looking for. Matt told us he had a truck coming to the dealership in a week or so that was exactly what we were looking for. When it arrived, Matt called to say that he couldn’t recommend this truck to us due to high mileage. However, he said that Prestman had an identical truck coming in that had only 18,000 miles on it. When it arrived, we were somewhat hesitant because this truck had a branded title. Matt went over the history of the truck with pictures of the damage, the CarFax report and the results of his own examination of the truck to ensure it was in 100% working order. He gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. We were allowed an extensive, escort-free test drive and later were given the opportunity to get a third-party inspection. Matt then sat down with us and worked out a fair price, which took all of 5 minutes! Finally, we worked with Tracy on financing and discussed the pros and cons of a warranty. We ended up buying a 10-yr 125,000-mile, bumper-to-bumper, nationwide warranty. All in all, it was a very painless and positive car-buying experience. Kudos to Matt and Tracy for their patience and thorough attention to detail from start to finish.

I even bought a round trip ticket so I was ready to walk if I needed to. Without getting into granular detail, it’s tough to quantify how great Prestman has been. The original vehicle I purchased had manufacturer problems, specifically, Ford and some transmission complications. There was conflict with warranty, supply chain, service agreements, and the whole nine yards. Prestman people stayed on it. They honored the warranty. They provided exceptional service. And - when problems became so significant that the vehicle continued to be a problem - they swapped us out for a new vehicle. No questions asked. They just did the right thing. And worked out all figures, rates, agreements - and treated us like their most important customer. If there were 6 stars I’d give it. But - In an industry where a consumer is preconditioned to not like their experience, Prestman went above and beyond and stands out from the crowd. Still shaking my head in bewilderment at how good they were to us. Thank you!!!

After looking for the right truck for a couple weeks and hundreds of miles back and forth at every dealership between Ogden and Provo and 30-40 test drives nobody was like Christian honestly I HATE salesmen and dealt with way to many aggressive salesmen. Christian was very nice allowed me to do everything on my time and schedule. We love the truck we bought but the no pressure way we where treated made the sale. If your looking and want to be treated good without someone grabbing your car before you even get past the side walk (had this happen at a Big named dealership that loved basketball when he was alive) then just stop by it’s the only dealership that I didn’t leave with a headache worse than when I arrived.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I don’t think anyone should be shy about buying a car from these guys. Me, my dad and brothers rebuild subarus and Prestman did an awesome repair job. I would recommend taking a longer test drive and taking to a mechanic friend or shop to do a shake down of the car if you don’t know much about cars. And if you find anything wrong, they will put it in the notes before you buy it so you don’t have to pay for it. Highly recommend these guys and chances are I’ll be back. These guys changed my view on what the experience of buying a car looks and feels like, especially with rebuilt title dealers.

I walked in Thursday and worked with Jose, he was friendly and provided his personal phone number and over the corse of two days he was very responsive, on top of things, and put in the work to get me to a position to sign for a car. I bought a car from Prestman a few months ago for a good price and have had next to no issues with since. I say next to no because of regular issues that have to do with the manufacturer more than Prestman. The salesman was very nice and the buying process was simple and easy and they even let me split my purchase because of purchasing limits imposed by my card company. I also recently took the car in for an oil change and inspection and had a similar experience. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that in both instances of going into the dealership and service the employees were not wearing masks until customers came in. I know it can be annoying to have to wear masks all day but if we want to get to a place where we won't need them anymore, we have to remain vigilant and keep wearing them until that time comes.

Colin was our salesman and we have never had someone advocate for us like we were family. He was very honest and straightforward, he also helped us get our stuff out of our car we traded in, which he helped get a good price for, and helped us put our stuff in the new car. He was a great example of a salesman who cares. The real issue behind our experience was the manager and the financing team. The financing team sold us over $3000 in fees for the car and unnecessary payments for inspection charges and other charges. The manager should‘ve of paid more for the car we traded in. Also since we were first time buyers they were not forthcoming with the details on the documents. We do really enjoy our car and it is pretty good quality. We don’t regret buying it as it is a really good family car, we just wish we were a bit wiser in negotiating everything

UPDATED: They have made good with us but it was a bit of drama because things said by the sales guy weren't written down. We feel we still got a decent deal and a good vehicle (other than the glitches that are now being fixed). I would still recommend buying here so long as you are a very smart buyer that knows all the right questions to ask, is very thorough in your review and comparison of the vehicle, and gets every little thing in writing. Their sales team is salesy and vague. Original post: The fact they sent me off the lot in a new car with a completely empty tank is a great metaphor for the overall experience. Be slow and cautious with these guys. For example, when the salesperson sends you into the room with the Finance guy, be fully aware that the Finance guy's job is to inflate cost at every chance and breeze through it quickly trying to avoid any important questions you should be asking. Also, ask for paperwork on every repair done to the vehicle. Not just the carFax, but the exact repairs done. Demand it. If they can't produce that, don't buy it! Ask about every fine detail - I'm sure there is a good checklist you can find online for smart car-buying. Ask even the little things like if there are two car fobs (mine was supposed to come with two but did not. My minivan was also supposed to come with an entertainment remote, and did not). They are professional in many ways, but in the end they are car salesman trying to get every penny out of you. Good luck!

I bought a 2018 GMC sierra from Prestman and it was a great experience. Chris Warner my salesman was helpful and never pushy. I was able to take care of everything online and simply had to pick up the vehicle and sign a few papers. less than 20 min. chris had the truck detailed twice because he wasn't satisfied with how it was cleaned. Prestman deal with a lot of branded titles which can be scary for some people. I noticed that they have high quality vehicles at great prices. They offer fantastic extended warranties and are very sure that their vehicles will give great results. My truck was $8000 less than other comparable vehicles at other dealers. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend taking a look at their offerings.

I was concerned with the Salvaged Title and why the truck was marked almost $12K under Nada Value, but after some research and understanding of the specific reason the truck was totaled (mostly the picture from the auction showing that the truck needed cosmetic repairs NOT STRUCTURAL) I became more comfortable. Being an out of state buyer and first time flying to buy a vehicle I had a ton of questions. Alex was our main contact and we were having some issues nailing down the details that would settle what little doubt I was having at the time, but once we bought the tickets to fly out (they also offer a nonrefundable deposit for 3days or a week that allow you to be the only one to purchase that vehicle and if you do the $$ is rolled into the down payment) and then where picked up from the airport I was overwhelmed with excitement. The dealership was clean and efficient, we quickly realized that the reason the questions weren't getting answered in a timely fashion was only because they were busy selling vehicles. Just in the time we test drove the truck and decided to start running numbers for the vehicle purchase Alex alone had sold 2-3 vehicles. I mention this because you need to understand that they are a fast paced, down to business dealership which I greatly appreciated. Once we started talking numbers I noticed several issues with the truck that needed addressed but they were quick to fix, research, and if they could not fix the issue they wrote it into the deal that I can have it repaired when I return home. They matched my financing for the truck and offered a 48K mile/4-year full coverage warranty that if nothing else provided much needed peace of mind for the SALVAGED tittle. At the end of the deal I was ecstatic, I bought the truck I could not have afforded if it were not salvaged, with 19K miles on it, plus the peace of mind of the warranty to cover any issues that might come up in the next 4 years (insurance is not increased either). Our 7-hour trip home was filled with shock and excitement at what just happened. Honestly, as long as the vehicle did not receive any structural damage (just my opinion) I would strongly recommend Prestman Auto. We loved working with them, but know up front, the price is the price. They are willing to work with you on some aspects but the cost on the tag is the cost you pay (at least in my experience). **They offer several options for delivery of your vehicle as well. Feel free to email me if you have questions but I would recommend them for your next vehicle.

This by far has been my best car purchase experience. My girlfriend and I entered the lot on Monday and we were given time to look around freely for a little until we really showed interest In getting in a car. Matt (Mathew Zollinger) came to help us immediately with a no pressure attitude, he was really helpful and put no pressure on us to leave with a car that day. We came back Saturday and got things going. Tyler Warner did a fantastic job of breaking everything down and explaining everything. I wanted to finance through my credit union and was not successful they could not match the rates that Prestman offered and were making it a hassle to get things done. Went into Prestman applied for financing, had the rate I wanted and got everything done within the hour. They read through everything with me and really explained any questions I had. My wife and I purchased our first rebuilt titled car with Prestman for a decent discount off of what a normal titled vehicle would sell for. The dealership is very nice with lots of inventory. Parking is difficult within the lot and I'm still not sure where guests are to park. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy who was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was very nice and was not pushy at all about us purchasing something. He gladly allowed us to test drive a few cars and they even wash them first and if need be allowed us to take the car home for a decent amount of time. I would give a 5 star review, but I only have one compliant. We purchased a $12k car, but when we went to close the contact price of the car was over $17k. I expected around $13k out the door, with tax, title, plates, etc., but I noticed a $3000 service contract on the purchase price. I asked the finance person (whom I will not name) about this and he informed me about the details of the contact after which, I politely declined. This individual proceeded to debate with me around the purchase of the service contract and acted as though I was stupid for not wanting to purchase it. My first thought was that this guy must be getting some kind of serious commission for this service contract sale, but it began to feel kind of heated after about 15 minutes of me declining the contract and him continuing to push. I won't let this one individual speak for my whole experience with our purchase but please we ware of this before closing on a car and if possible make sure not to provide a deposit on a vehicle until reviewing the sale contract.

I had the best experience at Prestman Auto. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy. The front desk lady addressed me quickly and was very nice. She directed Mat Z the salesman over to me. He was really friendly and very laid back. I thought it was awesome that they let you test drive the vehicle alone. I instantly fell in love with my new 2015 Nissan Frontier pro 4x. I returned on Monday to complete the financing process. While I waited I got to know the staff. Mat showed me and my friend the lobby. They have massage chairs and fountain drinks and coffee. Me and my friend got massages while we waited. Signing the paperwork with their financial was great, he was very thorough and answered all my questions. Mat had them change my oil, fill up my gas tank and detailed my truck, it looked amazing!
