We just purchased a used vehicle here and had a great experience! We were so impressed with their inspection process and desire to make sure the vehicle was looked over carefully and they went above and beyond in how they handled things. They were extremely fair in their pricing and no hidden costs or add ons. Our 11 year old vehicle looked brand new when we picked it up. Thanks to our salesman Steve for taking such good care of us and all the staff we dealt with were great! Definitely would recommend this dealership and would come here again!

We were able to get in and out with a new vehicle the same day. The staff was super nice with no pressure to buy, but they did everything they could to help us and to educate us in order to make an informed decision to purchase with all of the necessary warranties. We had an immediate need for a lower-mileage, newerish-mini van after our poor 2006 Kia Sedona's engine exploded on a family trip to Los Angeles.
We were feeling beleaguered and frankly desperate, but Kyle Rasmussen and sales associate, Ken Shaw, were able to help us find the best vehicle to meet the needs of our family. The finance officer, Matt (I think was his name), was quick and efficient in explaining our options and secured financing at the best price when I wasn't sure we were even going to qualify given some past financial struggles a few years back.
We replaced our 2006 Kia Sedona EX (left in California) with over 184,000 miles with a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with under 54,000 miles. The Carfax Report was reassuring, and the purchase comes with a full year registration with passing grades on Safety AND Emissions because safety is important for anyone on the road while emissions is required by the state and is helpful to the environment.
The young men, who offered us drinks when we came in (the Powerade my 3-year-old son enjoyed and helped to calm him down) as well as the nice young lady at the cafe, who prepared a cheese & beef burrito for my son, I felt was an added touch of hospitality that would likely go unnoticed in a place like this, and while seemingly small, actually helped us all feel more welcomed and at a place that honestly felt like home--like we were visiting family.
We would recommend anyone in the market for a new or a very reliable used vehicle to consider the good people at Mark Miller Toyota on West Temple Street in Salt Lake City.

I have a manual transmission 2019 Tacoma, kind of a unicorn. Toyota only sold 12,000 manual Tacomas nationwide in 2019, so dealerships probably don't work on issues related to the manual very often. There was a TSB for the clutch pedal "creaking". It turned out to be a significant amount of work and a lot of parts replaced. I had 35,800 miles on the truck and it was all covered under warranty. That isn't the point of the review.
They had all the parts in stock and fixed the truck in 7 hours real time. I was extremely impressed how it drove leaving the dealership, but was still nervous, cause the repair is not very common.
They also fixed the rear center taillight weather stripping under a recall. If you have a 3rd gen and haven't had that fixed you need to.
I have pulled 4k lbs trailers and driven 4k since. Running like brand new.

It's great when I pull-up at the express lube garage and someone immediately greats me and checks me in. I also had my 2010 Tundra polished for the first time. They did a wonderful job and also detailed my wheels and tires. My truck looks great again. The price of $69 was a great value. I'll be back again next year for another polish.

Mark Miller Toyota has been my GO TO for all car purchases and service. I have bought now 4 cars from them and I will never buy my Toyotas anywhere else. The service center is efficient and reasonably priced, they never try to gouge you. They’re extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Stopped at the Express shop for an oil change and tire rotation on my '13 Tacoma TRD. I was checked in quick and efficiently, was provided with an estimate, and about an hour later I was driving back to where I was staying. I live in the Midwest where I have my Tacoma serviced at my local Toyota dealer (Smart Motors). Mark Miller Toyota has my full trust in their quality and professionalism. I have no qualms about the work they do, and every service representative I have worked with has been wonderful and helpful. I feel fortunate to have two dealers who offer top-notch service!

Dealer was charging way less for same service (30k mile service). They were honest about how long it would take (not super fast), but paid for a Lyft to take me anywhere reasonable and back. Derek was my outstanding service rep and took excellent care of me and my vehicle. He was communicative and would frequently update me with any changes which are musts when I have my car at a shop. He ensured that I understood the issues and saved me several hundred dollars for what would have been a high bill. My car could not have broken down at the worst possible time. It was late in the afternoon I knew that there was very little possibility they would be able to fix the car and get me on my way. There was a very nice young man who set up my service appointment for a week down the road. I asked him if it would be possible for me to rent a car. He asked me some questions, said he had to talk to somebody and said will find a way to make this work. And they did. Couldn’t have been nicer. Couldn’t of been more helpful. My first visit at Mark Miller Toyota was awesome! Everyone there was super on it and very friendly. The mechanic team was the most efficient I've ever seen. I had been going to a different Toyota service center and it was always a pain and I hated doing it. They were not as nice and always took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I have had all our last 3 cars bought here and all services also. This time the car said it wanted to see you again. I wanted to have the hood adjusted about 1 cm. lower and was told it would be about a week to get an appointment. “Never mind I’ll do it myself. Just set it up for Express Service.” The service writer said,”OK, that will be 2 weeks.” Why is it Express Service if it takes longer than regular care? That’s why 4 stars rather than my usual 5 stars.

I dealt with Charles in Parts Department. He was so easy to talk with. I needed a tire and wheel combo that matched my vehicle. So Charles told me of another Toyota dealer that had the wheel in stock but when I talked with them and tried to have them research the tire, they were difficult to deal with. So I called Charles back and he ordered the items, He made sure I knew cost and gave me a time/date that it would be ready. He communicates well and has a good attitude. As part of customer service, I would rate Charles top notch!

This place is awesome! My 4 Runner’s check engine and a few other lights randomly started flashing. Was able to get an appointment the next morning. This location is only a stone’s throw from the TRAX station, so I was able to take the TRAX/walk to work downtown that morning. They sent me an invoice pending approval on what services I wanted done to my car. They then called me later that day and told me that I could come pick up my car at my convenience. I walked there from the downtown area after work and picked my car up. This was the smoothest possible process and couldn’t recommend them more! I have continually been pleased with the care given my car which is why it is still going strong at 170000 miles. Really impressed with the customer service and the quality! My car went in with 4 different check engine lights that boiled down to a single bad ignition coil. Instead of trying to upsell me on 4 different fixes, they were upfront about the suspicion it was just a bad ignition coil, and they wanted to fix that first. The overall repair ended up costing me much less $ and time than I expected. I will definitely continue to take my car back for any maintenance needs. Thanks again!

While I did have a bad initial experience, they have done everything they could to fix it and work with me to try to make it right. I'm still pretty hesitant about going to dealerships to get work done, but they have some respectable management and I'm satisfied that they have tried to make the situation better.
Original Review
They offered me $100 for my car saying that the entire engine should be replaced when it was as simple as fixing the spark plugs and coils. They also didn’t put my engine cover back and wouldn’t call me back after I asked for it back. Charged $160 for diagnostics and stated it would be put towards the work that I had done but just added to the charges. I really thought they were helping me out and they made it seem like that’s what they were doing but ultimately they were just ripping me off and trying to get me into something new without being honest about fixing my car.

While running errands for work yesterday I ran into a new situation. My drivers side seatbelt was jammed and I was unable to use it. It turned out that Mark Miller Toyota was only a 10 minute drive away. The Service Team was amazing! They had to dismantle to interior of my car to get to the source of the retraction problem and fixed it. I surely would not have been able to do this myself. I was so happy that they were able to do this quickly and I was back to work (and driving in a safe vehicle). Thank you Mark Miller Toyota Service Team!

He was so simple and easy to work with and I hadn’t planned on trading in our 2nd vehicle but Chris made an excellent deal with me. I wasn’t expecting things to be so easy either but he took very good care of my wife and I! Of course it was a long day and a lot of time at the dealership, but often times that is how it goes buying a car, especially when unexpected things come up. We did take a lot of time thinking things over on the purchase, but everything Chris and the sales team did for us was great! Nothing bad I can think of!

I was dreading having to go to a dealership for this repair, but after calling 3 area Toyota dealerships, Mark Miller Toyota clearly stood out on the phone, and thankfully that proved to be true in person too, from beginning to end. Customer service was excellent, the service advisors were actually consistent in what they told me in person vs previously on the phone, they provided a ride both to and from the shop, I really liked the method of the invoice/extra work approval/decline which eliminated pressure, payment & pickup was quick & easy, it was done 30 mins before the time they estimated it to be done by, my car came back much cleaner than when I dropped it off thanks to their free car wash, and employees all seemed to know how to do their job & do it well. It was a surprisingly pleasant & pressure-free experience! Thanks!

Have been a long time Mark Miller Toyota customer and have been very pleased with their service department, even though they aren't cheap. A year or so ago I needed a new tire for my truck and I purchased it while at Mark Miller Service department. Along with the tire, I purchased a lifetime tire service where they cover all the rotations and service for any tire related issues. A day or so after the service department put on my new tire I walked outside and looked at the tire and realized that they put the wrong tire on my truck. It was the same brand, but a different model tire! They were prompt to get the right tire on there, but ever since then I have had issues with the tire sensor. I went in and explained my frustration and Russ in the express service department stepped up and helped make things right. He could tell I was frustrated and did everything he could to get my tires back in good shape and get me on my way.

I always go to the Mark Miller service center to get my oil changed because I feel more secure and confident that I won't be screwed over because I'm a woman. Well, there was a problem discovered after my last oil change that left my vehicle with a dangerously low level of oil. The guys at Mark Miller checked everything out, found and fixed the problem, refilled my oil and didn't charge me a dime for it. Thats exactly why I go there!! As a woman, I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of where my car is concerned. Mark Miller keeps my mind at ease.

We lost our Highlander keys, a different Toyota dealership quoted us $2000 because the ECU computer needed changed. But Mark Miller Toyota figured out a way to program the keys without replacing the ECU. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and they are running a really nice professional organization there. You know all the stories about dealerships? And everything you read about learn about to avoid at crook dealerships, well, you DON'T need any of that here, it was so freaking easy and they mean it when they say no hidden fees, this is the second car I bought from Jason Jones (salesperson), he said when I put my 6 month wait order "it would be MSRP, Taxes and around $500 in Doc ans Tittle fees, so I planned on that.
The reality is that the car actually showed up in about 6 weeks, not 6 months, and on my way to the dealer the amount I estimated IT WAS REAL, no hassle either when I said I was paying cash for the car, I didn't wanted my credit to be ran so I brought a cashiers check.
The second thing you read and know its going to happend is the finance department and the accessories, same thing, I wasn't interested in buying anything extra, so the accesories guy just said well "enjoy your car", this led me to the last step in the journey, Finance, where you actually pay for the car and they try to make you add stuff like extended warranties, after he explained everything I told the guy I didn't wamt anything and he didn't push it, he just made me sing the paperwork and said the same "enjoy your car".

I called an asked the if I could come and get a screw removed from my front left tire. The person on the phone said to come in. I asked if I needed an appointment she said just come in, so I did. When I arrived at your facility I got the run around because they said they were not taking drive in. They ended up helping me out and working me in. I had to come back the next day and everything was taken care of.

Pulled in to have an oil change and was given a price of $82.95. Agreed and when it came time to check out, it jumped to $94 after taxes and shop supplies. Asked if they had any specials or promotions and cashier said only if you have a coupon or a competitors website. Showed them Walmart had full synthetic oil changes listed at $54.88 on my phone and attendant said he had to show his manager. When he came back, he said manager told him Walmart was not their competitor. Guess we'll find out on the next oil change.

I gave them a second shot and they worked with me a lot better. I reserved a car in my name and will be getting one shortly. It took another sales person to explain to me that their reserve money is 100 percent refundable if I don't get car before incentives expire. They did have a car I wanted but a sales person never got back with me or send the promised text. I called again and found a 3rd sales person and reserved the car with him. Good dealership but some of the sales can be a little challenging.

First 5000 mile service done. I bought the car with Mark Miller because they had the best price and more professional to deal with than other dealers.
I tried to have my car serviced at a closer location to my home and they said it would be 4 days out and over an hour.
I called Mark Miller and they said less time and can do it today. I pulled up to a first come first serve express bay. I was checked in, told it will be 30 minutes. Impressive turn around! I’m looking at the website and this typically is their peak busy time.
I’m impressed with the workers and their speed. I like being able to see my car being worked on from waiting room.
I think they are done, it was under 30 minutes.

What a refreshing, unusual car buying experience. We decided we wanted to get a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and while downtown one day, we parked and walked around the lot at Mark Miller Toyota for a few minutes and looked at the Tacomas on the lot. After looking at two other local dealerships and online, we narrowed our search to a white SR5 4X4 Double Cab Short Bed Tacoma and saw that Mark Miller had one on the lot. We went down to look at it and met our sales person Lyle. He was very informative and answered all of our questions and let us test drive the Tacoma we were interested in. We loved the truck so we began a very short negotiation period. In minutes, Lyle, the sales manager and my wife and I agreed upon a very fair price. Then Lyle told us they had another white SR5 Tacoma on it's way to the dealership and asked if we wanted that one fresh off the truck. We said sure, we'll take the newest one. The next morning, we went back to check out our new Tacoma and take it for a drive. After finding everything in order, Lyle took us to the finance area and in a few minutes we were through with the deal. We really like how Mark Miller explains everything they offer and that the fact they are not pushy when it comes to trying to sell you accessories and other stuff like extended warranties etc. The entire experience from working with Lyle, the finance office and everyone else at Mark Miller left us feeling excited about purchasing a new Tacoma. They have been fantastic with follow up calls to make sure we are happy and that everything is working with our Tacoma.
We would highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota if you are in the market for a new Toyota vehicle. Ask for Lyle if you have questions or want to take a test drive.

I went to Mark Miller after scouring other dealers through the valley looking for a 2022 Tacoma. Every dealer was either trying to charge a market adjustment or add extra fluff to the car that they refused to take off. The worst offender was Brent Brown Toyota (stay as far away from them as possible.)
To my surprise, Mark Miller Toyota was very fair in their pricing, especially with today's market. They were friendly from the start and I was fortunate to have Kris as my salesperson. He was very polite and went out of his way to help me out. I was able to reserve a 2022 Tacoma TRD Off-Road and it arrived within 2 weeks of ordering it (I won't tell you that you will have the same luck getting your car that quick, but it worked out for me).
After it arrived, we sat down and, despite a very minor road bump, struck a deal that still greatly benefited me. The rest of the process went smoothly, even if it did take a little long.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Mark Miller Toyota. As of it currently stands, they are the best Toyota dealership to purchase a vehicle from in the valley. Obviously things could change in the future, but they have made a lifelong customer out of me so long as they continue conducting their business as it is.

These guys go above and beyond when it comes to service. They are straightforward and honest and I don't feel like I've ever been overcharged there. I made the mistake of switching to a competitor dealer for my service after I moved north of Salt Lake. The service doesn't even compare and so I'm back to taking my car to them from here on out.
Even with an unexpected flat tire, they were able to help me quickly, deal with my warranty claim, and give me a ride to and from the dealership so I didn't have to take work calls in their lobby (though I usually wait there because it's comfortable and they have a cafe). As a cherry on top, they washed and cleaned my car. Shout out to Ocean for his helpful and knowledgeable service!

I applaud any company that goes out of their way to make things right when a customer feels peeved about their service! This is the reason why I will continue to go here for my car services instead of somewhere else.
Had an appointment today at 2:20pm for vehicle inspection and oil change. I was asked if I planned on waiting in the waiting area or leave and come back. I said I was waiting in the waiting area. I didn’t really know how long this would take because I wasn’t given a time estimate. But at 4:30pm I ended up asking if things were done yet because it had been over 2 hours. It was done and I hadn’t been informed, I presume. I paid and someone noticed me and said “wow you’ve been here a long time. I’m sorry it took so long” which was nice.
But then I went to my car to leave and I honestly think the service was done at 2:50pm because that was the time that was written on my vehicle inspection paper. Either way, I was extremely peeved about this. If an oil change and inspection takes 2 hrs and 20 minutes…that’s way too long and if I just was sitting there for nothing, that’s almost worse. I appreciate the apology but feel like more should’ve been done. I also was told that my car would be hand washed (the car wash station was down). And it does not appear that that happened and I was not going to wait longer for it.

I purchased a brand new 4Runner from a competitor (who I worked for). They did a shoddy job at installing an aftermarket anti-theft system. They left the wires dangling by the parking brake. My foot accidentally caught it and ripped out the wire. I contacted Mark Miller's service department and Brian (Service Manager) took it upon himself to help me reconnect the wire by removing a panel on the floor and zip-tied the other hanging wires. **Updated to 4 stars as the sales manager did call and we had a good discussion that should mediate the issues I had for others. It looks like they are working on fixing issues. Not updating the original review below for reference. Will be going to them first when I look to buy the 4runner replacement in a few years to replace the Camry I bought from them.
For pricing and transparency in the buying of the car it is a 4 or 5 star place and worth looking at for getting a straight price. I would have given them a 4 star of the pre-purchasing process ($500 deposit to reserve that is refundable) as it was good other than short notice of car arrival. If you have a car with an odd car fax history then they will low-ball you on the trade and it is best to go other places (got double at another location). Recommend getting your car appraised a few days early so you can get other quotes. Had to get an Uber back to dealership due to selling car at other location, but that was just an issue with another dealership as well. No one does curtesy shuttles anymore. Came with my own financing and only need the purchase agreement to get my pre-approval finalized and sent to dealership. Kept asking for purchase agreement and they said they will send using another method and to sign here and here after repeating I already had financing. Signed paperwork that said no credit pull and another credit pull was still performed. Learned that dealership put in a new loan application for me after talking with my financial institution and did not use my pre-approved one. As the detour with selling car at another location took time and was short on time to get the technology run through of the vehicle as I had to leave soon after finalizing paperwork. Read the manual at home and got all setup without any issues. Nothing special given for buying a car here which is below par on the cars I have bought new (usually they give you something even if it is small). Will see how the service department is and still one of the better places with price transparency, but be careful if you come pre-approved with financing and you have a car with odd car fax.

Mark Miller Toyota is the only dealership I have ever bought two cars from. I have never had a good enough experience with any other dealership to be willing to go back a second time but my experience in buying a car from Mark Miller was quite different. I was hit with no pressure and the salesperson did not play any games with me. I told him what I was after he showed me what met my requests and then we worked through the trade-in and financing details. No bringing his sales manager to me, no pressure.
Recently I had a challenge with my second car that was not performing as expected. I will not say that I walked in and they immediately corrected the issue but I will say that as I carefully explained my experience with the car and they reviewed the details and requirements from Toyota they made the decision that having me be satisfied was more important than whether or not Toyota would pay for it and they completed the repairs. The experience confirmed what I have believed about Mark Miller, that they do care about being honest in their dealings with their customers. I would not hesitate to go back a third time.
Their service is easy to schedule, timely and efficient. After multiple bad experiences with car dealerships I have found one I feel like I can trust.

I brought my truck in after hearing/feeling something while driving that was concerning. The Service Department, from phone call to finish, was completely invested in figuring out what was wrong. They went above and beyond to solve the "problem" which ended up being related to my tires. I was informed that my new car had arrived leading me to sell my current car when in fact the car hadn't arrived. It took four weeks longer than expected and I was without a car. No rental was offered even when asked and a negligible $500 discount from an already inflated MSRP was offered because they know, due to the current market conditions and depleted inventory, that they could have sold it to someone else the next day for full MSRP or more. This left me feeling like there wasn't much care/concern for customer service, the customer experience or taking responsibility for the situation.

I will walk away from the high-pressure sales tactics and the salesperson who overuses the customer psychology that everything that comes out of the customers mouth is to be fortified and made a positive. I found a good balance in salesmanship with Wayne Roberson and enjoyed my conversations with him. The overall experience of buying a car from Mark Miller Toyota was particularly good and I will go back, when the time arrives, to buy a new Toyota again. Long story short, I first went to Brent Brown Toyota in Orem looking for a new Tacoma. The most dishonest people I've ever interacted with. They told me every dealer everywhere charges a shortage fee of $6k-8k on new vehicles because so few are produced. They said ignore all the prices on Toyota.com MSRP and they required a $3000 non refundable deposit to secure a new vehicle "hopefully close to the specs you want." I left there and went to Mark Miller. Totally different experience. I worked with Jayden Montoya and he let me know that they only take pre-orders for new vehicles. The exact price and specs you see on Toyota's website, is exactly what Mark Miller charges. They ask only for a $500 refundable deposit and will either apply it toward your vehicle or refund you when it comes in. They didn't try and upsell and actually pointed out accessories (like navigation) that aren't worth paying for since the vehicle came with CarPlay and Android Auto. They printed out a quote and told me exactly what I'd pay (something Brent Brown would not do after repeated asking). I can't recommend these guys enough for just being honest and upfront.

Update 2021: It's been a few years and we found ourselves back at MM Toyota after our truck was totaled in a crash. 2021 is not a great year to have to buy a new vehicle due to supply chain issues, but this team exceeded expectations. Robin in Sales was very realistic in helping us understand how the process works and how long we might have to wait. We were prepared to wait for a long time (up to six months), but then he truly surprised and delighted us by calling us (less than two months later) the moment a truck similar to what we ordered became available and offered us the option to purchase that one instead. Randy in Finance is so great to work with. He's efficient, tells us exactly what we need to know, offers opinions when we ask, and makes the purchase easy. Overall, this is a great team and we'll keep coming back (hopefully not too often) as long as they keep doing what they're doing.
Update 2018: We visited again a couple times this year and bought two more vehicles. Their service is unwavering and continues to be high-touch and high-quality. We'll keep going back.

This was the best experience I've had with any Toyota dealership in the 6+ years I've had my Prius. Quick to help me troubleshoot over the phone, and then able to get me in same day. They tried to reprogram my key fob so that I wouldn't have to buy an entire new one if I didn't have to. Ultimately I needed it replaced, they had the part shipped over night and they were super efficient when I came in for the service. Cost was a little less than I was originally quoted, which is always a pleasant surprise. Ocean was particularly helpful and kind.

We have purchased 5 cars from Mark Miller in the last 15 years, and have generally had good experiences, both with sales and service. I realized about a year ago that I had mistakenly been bringing my Prius in for an oil change way too often, since I didnt realize the mileage/ date on the sticker was for tire rotations some of the times I came in, not for oil changes. Every time I came in, I got an oil change, whether I needed it or not. Not one of the technicians bothered to explain this, so I ended up paying hundreds more for oil changes than needed. The last person I spoke to about it did the research and confirmed this, but never called me back with the promised adjustment. I never had a tire rotation since I got them free at Discount tires, and had explained that more than once. I've lost confidence in Mark Miller service. I now need a 12 volt battery for my Prius, but an afraid to come in, fearful I'll be overcharged. Follow up: I got a call after posting this review from John Miller. He was so gracious in explaining the situation with my oil changes, and went over the schedule with me. Fortunately it wasnt as bad as I'd perceived. My confidence in my favorite dealership is restored.

I had the ideal service experience there yesterday and can't recommend this place enough. I am a travel nurse who just had gotten into town on Friday and the 12V battery in my Prius appeared to be failing. I called to get an estimate on Saturday morning and told I could come in as a walk in. The price was very fair given that they carry TruStart 12V which are the best on the market with a great warranty. As soon as I arrived I was greeted immediately and asked to pull my car into the service area. I was not there more than 10 minutes until a few people had interacted with me, letting me know they would be with me shortly. Within that 10 minutes Brian Lawrence came up to me and asked what was wrong. I was quickly taken back to watch him perform a test on the battery. He gave me tips too to keep my Prius running longer since I drive a lot of highway miles. It was determined it was the 12V and I was quickly sent to the front to get the price etc. About 15 minutes later my 12V was installed, I paid and I was good to go...It was the best dealership service experience I have ever had. The place was clean and the people attentive and friendly. My adviser Xochitl was so great giving me the estimate and teaching me some more tips about my Prius. Brian Lawrence's service center here at Mark Miller Toyota are wonderful...I would not hesitate to go back to get any work I need done there. Top notch experience!

I had been looking for a Tacoma for a couple weeks watching new and used inventory at several dealerships. During this time I did not look at Mark Miller Toyota. Several years ago I had a bad experience at a dealer with a similar last name and swore to never darken their doorstep again (yes I hold grudges, it’s an issue). Once I realized that Mark Miller Toyota was not the “Other” M dealer I included them in my search.
Mark Miller Toyota’s website was easy to use. They had good photos of their cars. They had upfront pricing and instant realistic price/payment estimates.
I walked into the dealer to look at a used Tacoma. Everybody there seemed professional and helpful in finding the vehicle, talking about it, and finding a salesman. The pickup was a reasonable price.
The salesman, Rafael, was knowledgeable, professional, and very low pressure. He was very patient with me through my decision making process.
I ended up going home with a new Tacoma instead of the used one. I like the pickup and feel pretty good about the deal.
Nothing about my experience stands out as negative but I feel obligated to come up with some criticism: After we agreed on a deal it seemed like it took forever to finalize it through the finance guy. Realistically they were prepping the truck etc at the same time but it still felt like a long wait followed by a long process. I bought my pickup on a Monday, I’d hate to see the process on a busy weekend. Finally, as we were finishing up they offered me a soda which I was happy to have. This was my first, and hopefully last, experience with a paper straw. Yuck. I still have the awful taste in my mouth two weeks later.
Overall I’m very happy. Mark Miller Toyota will be the first place I look next time instead of the last.

If I've had a better service experience, i certainly can't recall. I recently purchased a 2012 Camry and needed a routine service. I set up a mid-day appointment, but stopped in much earlier to see if they could accommodate me. They got me right in and were very efficient, friendly, and helpful. After the service started, when I checked in to see how much longer it would take to complete everything, the service advisor didn't seem put out. Instead, he was so helpful and found out that the car was ready and quickly brought it up front for me. It was my first time here, but I was really impressed!

Since purchasing my Rav4 at Mark Miller Toyota, I have had their service department compete my regular maintenance 95% of the time. The few times I went to another dealer because it was closer, but they tried to "sell me up" with other services that sounded "impending" at that moment which really was not so. At Mark Miller Toyota, I have never felt that way. In fact, when I was in the other day for my routine oil change and tire rotation, the nice young man pointed out I could have my tires rotated for free at the merchant I purchased them from, rather than pay to have them rotated with my oil change, but I appreciate the convenience of having them take care of all my vehicle needs at once, saving me time to not have to go to another appointment at the merchant I purchased my tires. Great service and convenience is worth a few extra dollars to save me time. And they always get my service done quickly in their speedy Express Maintenance where I need no set appointment which works great with my ever changing schedule. I highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota and their great service department.

I loved my experience with Mark Miller Toyota. This was my first car buying experience. I experienced no pressure. The salesman I worked with, Kyle Rasmussen, was so patient, kind, and helpful. He answered all my questions and truly only wanted me to come away happy. I wasn't pressured into adding on extras that I didn't need. They even went out of their way to find ways to save me money on my payments. Today I had a chance to stop by the store with a minor issue with my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. It was a rattle in my sun roof.
The shop manager was available and I explain to him I worked out of my vehicle daily and I just wanted someone to look at the issue and let me know how long they would need the vehicle so I could plan the shop time and my work. He told me wait a minute he would have someone look at it.
Here comes Bryan. We took a drive and he took over back at the store. In about 1 hour I am driving away with no rattle. Yes Bryan had me fix in a hour.

I took my 2007 4-runner (137,000 miles) here a few weeks ago because I had to drive to N.C. and back to Utah and wanted to make sure everything was in good order so I wouldn’t break down. Although I spent a good amount of money I didn’t feel ripped off because I knew they were things that needed to be done. In addition, I was practically begging for a new timing belt and they just kept saying it wasn’t needed. I was very pleased with everything ... and the car wash is amazing!!! I’ve since been to the N.C. coast and got back last night with not one single problem - now I need to go back for an oil change and hopefully another car wash. I love my 4-runner and never plan to drive anything else except a 4-runner for the rest of my life.

I've been to Mark Miller 3 times now and have always experienced excellent customer service. They allow you to contact your service agent via text, which is great for getting status updates. My service agent has always been upfront in communicating costs of labor and parts before proceeding with any fixes, which I VERY much appreciate. My car always comes back to me extra clean and shiny, and pick up is easy. Last, but not least, they provide transportation to wherever you need to go immediately after dropping your car off at the service station. So convenient!

Just as we were preparing for vacation, the latch on our Camry glove box failed. It would not stay closed. We took it to Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City this morning without an appointment. It was a unique problem, but they solved it right then while we waited. It wasn’t an easy problem to solve. This is typical of the service we have always received at their dealership. Everyone was great, the guy who greeted me outside helped me out, the service tech made sure I didn’t waste money when I approved the wrong thing, and the manager got me a loaner car so I could get all my service done in one day. Great service, the sales representative James was incredibly nice and helpful, he helped me test drive a Toyota Tundra (boy oh boy is it nice!!), The service there was amazing we took our Toyota Camry in for service and the people there were fast and efficient, they where able to tell is what they where doing and why they where doing it in a way that we (my dad and I) could understand. They even had a mini restaurant thing. All in all it was a very good experience. I will absolutely go back.

Since then I've had great experiences buying tires from Mark Singleton at Mark Miller Toyota (he priced matched the tires and I am confident I got a really good price); as well as working with Bruce Belliston in the Service department. He made a minor warranty item really easy to take care of and hooked me up with a free rental vehicle while the repair was being made. We were treated really well at Mark Miller. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Our salesman spent plenty of time researching options of 4Runners with us and showing us around. He didn't try to push us to the most expensive option but gave us info and pros and cons on the different trims.
Obviously we were treated well since they wanted us to buy a car, but the no rush attitude and genuine help of everyone really was better than other dealerships I've been to. The staff coordinates really well. We've called with questions and concerns since buying the car and they have still been attentive.

I just purchased another Toyota Corolla 2020 and I cannot be happier with the service provided at Mark Miller! Kyle was my sales rep and he went back and forth with financing for me, to get exactly what I asked for, he was diligent and kind. I walked out with a brand new vehicle 9 miles and no down payment, all thanks to Kyle and I got a great deal. I got water and a snack even while I waited, which all in all was around 3hrs total since I walked in. I took my car to a closer location for services two times and was not happy. So I tried the shop at Mark Miller. Driving downtown to have my car serviced was worth it and saved me time. Someone greeted me, they updated me, and helped me get in my car. The WiFi was good, free snacks and drinks, quick service exactly what was promised. Customer service was awesome.

I needed to fill up on my way to work & my gas cover was not releasing… I was stressed I wasn’t going to be able to make it to work & need it to be opened. Im leasing a RAV4 & stopped by the dealership, i explained what was happening & they were able to help me right away. They had me pull my vehicle in & the gentlemen was able to release the cover & fixed the broken spring all in 20 minutes from when I arrived!

I worked with sales rep Kris Faulkner, and couldn’t have been happier. All current safety precautions (due to COVID-19) were handled delicately, and I was able to handle most paperwork online, making the entire experience swift and comfortable. From start to finish, I was able to drive off the lot in a new Tacoma in around 3 days. That took 2 days longer than expected due to my vehicle not being delivered from the factory yet - however, if the car or truck you want is already on the lot, and you’re concerned about safety, I’m betting you could handle everything (mostly remotely) in one business day, and have peace of mind knowing everyone involved at Mark Miller Toyota is working toward the safety of their customers first. (I had to sign maybe 8 things in person, all behind plexiglass, with a recently sterilized pen, and minimal employees wearing masks. That process took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
