Love My New Cadillac - I have wanted this car for so long. I was happy to find it here, even with an odd entrance to the dealership. Steven Rahl was our sales guys. He was awesome during the test drive and the whole sales process. After the sale he took a good long time making sure both my husband and I knew how all the bells and whistles work. It was beautifully detailed for delivery.

Tyler was quick when it came to getting us approved and only ran our credit where it needed to be ran (most dealerships run your credit however many times and really messes up your credit) Grant was awesome when we were signing and getting everything settled. He has the gift of making you feel as though you’re the only customer he may have and yet he is the Sales Manager overseeing more than we could understand. Wow!!! Talk about 5 star service! I knew something was going on with my car, but another dealership (Young Auto Group) would not take the time to help me and tried charging me $200. I went to Jerry Seiner Cadillac and they went above and beyond! Not only did they find a solution to my car woes, but made sure I was happy. The Service Manager, Brandon, gave me several updates while I was waiting, making sure I understood the problem with my car and made a type of service plan to help me until I can afford a newer car. I met the GM and he asked if my car needs were being met. A Customer Service Specialist (Holly) sat with me the couple of hours I was there. She helped me ask the correct questions and like Brandon, made sure I understood my car’s issue. The outcome was not the one I wanted, but I now understand the function of a faulty tow link. Young Auto Group (from the top down) could take a lesson from the service at Jerry Seiner. I can’t say enough about Brandon and Holly and how great they are! Thank you!

This was a very good experience. I have found a vehicle online that I was interested in. After looking at literally hundreds of cars, this vehicle seemed to check all the boxes. However once I arrived I found that it just was not going to work. Parker, the sales professional, asked for some very specific requirements for the vehicle. Parker then spent the next few hours finding the absolute perfect vehicle I was after. He matched price, type and trim packages I was after. This was not a big sale, that did not matter to Parker. Not one time during the transaction did I feel pressured. Every item we agreed upon was carried out perfectly. Hands down the best car buying experience ever. Danny Mendoza is literally the sweetest person I’ve had the pleasure of working with! He’s honest and transparent and made me feel comfortable with what I liked and what I wanted as far as cars go. Parker Schmidt was so amazing. My son first truck and he's so excited. Financing man Grant is very knowledgeable. The manager is another story please if you buy a used truck or car go through everything before you leave there lot. My son never tried the heater just the air conditioner. The heater does not work and the manager said you bought it as is so take it to Ford. No more use cars for me.

I took my Cadillac SRX into Steiner Cadillac this morning because the tire pressure alert had appeared on the dash. I was greeted by a young man (wish I had his name) and he showed me how to “dismiss” this alert and took the car to check air pressure in all tires. He returned my car in just a few minutes and he had washed the car besides taking care of the tire pressure! I have never been treated so well by a service representative. Parker was our salesman and i can’t explain enough on how great he was! We asked to drive the Cadillac XT4 and he also knew i was looking at the XT5 so they were both sitting right next to each other in the front when we got there. He was great about explaining the differences and also very forward with one of them being in a fender bender when asked. He also said if we wanted to pull up the report to see it exactly what happened he would, when we didn’t even ask. Parker was amazing getting us the lowest price for the XT4 and even going lower then another XT5 from another dealership that was even a rebuild. He was up front, kind, smart, and even funny. Steven worked with me from the start and was personable, honest, responsive to any and all questions I had, and up front the whole time. I have taken my CT6 to 3 different Cadillac dealerships (including your dealership) for various services. Other dealerships miss the details (such as resetting oil change indicator, covering seats and floors with coverings, etc.). Service attendants have always been courteous and communicate fully about the service performed. As far as I'm concerned, Jerry Seiner Cadillac sets the standard for all other dealerships to attain. It has been several months since the last review and I took my car in for a 60,000 mile maintenance check. They did a fantastic job once again. The work and service coordinator do excellent work which is why I'll continue to have them do work on my vehicle.

My best moment there was when I was shopping for a particular car, I had a budjet but wanted a particular model. The staff there took my information and about 2 weeks later, I received a call letting me know they had found a car that just came in on trade. The paperwork had all ready been drawn up an was ready for my signature as soon as I arrived. Only took me about 20 minutes to buy a car! By far that has been the rasiest purchase I have ever made!

I am completely satisfied with the work done on my car but extremely dissatisfied with the phone operator communication competency when trying to make contact with the Cadillac service department. I spent most of the day trying to make an appointment on Saturday April 6th. Your advertised phone number placed me with and operator who then handed me over to another position that, when I asked for a Service department agent, transferred me to an agents message box. I left a message describing my issue. Even though the initial agents canned reply promised a return call, none was ever received. I attempted 4 more times asking to be connected to a live person, until 5 pm closing time, with handoffs to different service agents with the same result! Are all of your service agents completely occupied all day to prevent a return call? As a result, I ended up having to wait until Monday to finally be connected to a live person to determine if I could have my car towed in to fix my cars undriveable issue. My only suggestion is that your operator, when asked to talk to a real person, wait to see if a real person actually answers the phone, before dumping you off line every time. How can I recommend the dealership if you can't easily make an appointment without wasting personal time on the phone?

After the second scheduled appointment the service was excellent. Cadillac replaced both oxidizing head light assemblies under warranty. This required the disassembly of the entire front grill and bumper. I was skeptical at the thought of this procedure and was certain to receive the car back with scratches on the bumper and a misaligned grill. The Seiner Service Department proved me wrong. i have purchased a new Cadillac Escalade ESV on Dec 1, 2019. I have to say that my experience at the dealership was exceptional. Mr Gustavo Cuevas was my salesperson. First we were interested a preowned vehicle and Gustavo took the time to show us all the available cars. Very polite. helpful, no pressure . Certainly made us feel very comfortable. Then for completeness sake he showed us a 2019 model which was used as a demo. Since it had all the options we were interested , especially when we were able to negotiate a favorable price. make long story short that was the car we picked. After a brief test drive Gustavo demonstrated all the features on the car. Reviewed the owners manual, answered all our questions and with Mr Thomas they assisted us with the trade in and finances. At that point the only thing was left , to make sure that our two large New -foundland dogs would enter the car without help. And they did So this sealed the deal. Gustavo and the staff were so efficient that we ended up driving home the new car. All in all after our experience with Jerry Seiner dealership, that if anybody is in market for a Cadillac, look no further ; call Gustavo Cuevas and you can expect the red carpet treatment just as we did He will remain available to keep in touch, answer questions and help with service issues.
