The state of MA makes it a tremendous pain to buy a vehicle from out of state, but the people at Tasca Kia worked hard to make my first car-buying experience as easy and transparent as possible. Christina, who I initially spoke to got my foot in the door and introduced me to the process. Sarkis got my financing squared away with no hidden fees and clear explanations. Marcy was super friendly and professional and got me connected to an insurance agent who got me a way better price than I could have gotten online. No one took issue with the thorough inspection of the vehicle my friend performed. Very happy to have gone through the process with them, and super excited to pick up my Stinger!

Fantastic experience. Tasca Kia offered the hottest car on the market (Kia Telluride) at MSRP and didn’t price gouge, which is rare these days. Even though it took a bit to get delivered, it was WORTH THE WAIT! Our car showed up in pristine condition and the purchase process was a breeze. All of this was thanks to Carissa Shangraw! I can’t say enough good things about how supportive Carissa was throughout our purchase process. She answered every question in record time, was always kind and helpful, and she made pickup day extra special with a sign and walk through experience unique for our family. She also checked in a few days later to make sure everything was going well once we brought the car home. Carissa is a gem and provided 5-star service from our first meeting to now. BEYOND IMPRESSED!!!, With todays market and wait times on orders our old lease was ending in December so we started looking around this past January to be pro active and have the new vehicle here in time. Our old dealer was now 5000+ over msrp even on orders as most are on the tellurides. I was refereed to Carrisa at Tasca for a great easy experience and order at msrp. What did we get ? well not a dealership expected experience. From the time I walked in and asked for Carrisa to delivery was an amazing experience! Friendly staff all around, Carrisa took the time to introduce herself, LISTEN to what we WANTED, pleasant and always with a smile, took our deposit for our order at MSRP and quoted 6-8 months , Perfect right? Fast forward a few weeks and we get a call order was accepted and due mid April!! As soon as it hit the lot Carrisa contacted us to let us know. She Also REMEMBERED our request of no recon, no stickers, no washing w/o even asking her! Attention to details is at 150%. Set up an time to go inspect and get paperwork and trade appraised. Trade came back EXACTLY where it should have FIRST PENCIL!!!! I mean cmon a FAIR dealer? Im in heaven. Agreed on the deal and rates which again were right where my research showed they should be.( I always check and research what the actual rates are for that month) . Finance manager was fun, easy to talk to and yes they OFFER warranties, protection, ect BUT and a BIG but, ZERO pressure just information for you to decide yes or now and no obligation or issues weather you say yes or no to them. Delivery? Again Carrisa was amazing, friendly, went over everything, and made sure we had no other questions. If your looking for a kia go to tasca , find Carrisa and you will NEVER feel anxious about car dealers again. It was actually FUN AND EXCITING!! You should be able to enjoy buying your dream cars! At tasca with Carrisa IT IS!!!!! Thank you again for everything!

I immediately liked her professional demeanor and patience while I asked questions. We returned another day after many texts were exchanged helping me make my decision on a 2023 Telluride. I took my car else where closer to work just be quoted $5K and received vague answers regarding my engine. I was left with nothing but stress until I arrived at Tasca Kia. I was acknowledged right away by Courtney in the service department. She took care of me right away and constantly reassured me with my 700 questions because I was so worried and had a stressful day. She was also quick to respond to my emails or calls when I had even more questions/ status of my vehicle. Courtney made me super happy and relieved within a half hour once she me what was wrong (engine recall). I was also given a sweet rental which was sad to return, however, I'm glad to have my car back and it drives much smoother than before!! I have never had a five star experience at a dealership until I went to Tasca. I had been in a vehicle I did not like and got a buyout offer for it from Carmax. I decided to take the buyout offer and look for a sedan, I was tired of being in an suv and didn’t want to be locked into a six year finance payment. When I went to Tasca I originally went to look and compare prices to the Honda Accord. I had been doing tons of research on the new K5 and it compared in some cases the same or better to the accord. Just purchased a car from Tasca Kia and I've got to say the entire Tasca staff is top shelf! I started messaging Alyssa regarding the car and she was great! When I arrived at the dealership she greeted me and introduced me to Carissa who was my primary contact moving forward. Let me tell you about this lady, she was incredible! She obviously knows the business but she has a way about her that made me instantly feel like I was home talking with old friends rather than dealing with car sales folks! Throughout the test drive she answered my questions regarding purchase options (not a pushy sales person but she simply stayed relaxed and answered my questions … and what a memory!!!!! She brought up things I'd mentioned early in the conversation that, well, where can I buy a memory like that!?????) The key was she didn't go into pushy car sales mode - she LISTENED and RESPONDED to my questions. OMG. Way to go Carissa! Before making a decision I once again touched base with Alyssa on the finance side of the transaction - again she was completely outstanding. I chose to think about it overnight (I always do that on large purchases, there was nothing they could have (or would have) done to move me to purchase sooner (that was for the management! LOL.)) I dictated the entire speed of the transaction - she was just there to help me (wow!). The next day Carissa dug a bit deeper working with Malaica (another great member of Tasca's staff) to get me information on extending the warranty on the car. When I was finally ready all three ladies were "on my side" helping me achieve this goal and they could not have done a more impressive job! My plans include purchasing another car this coming Fall - and I have every intention of getting that car from Tasca as well (I'll call Carissa when it's time). Here's the bottom line … the staff was outstanding. The pricing on the car was great. My comfort level was (and is) the best its been at any car dealership. And I will (God willing) buy another car from Tasca in the future.

Let me start off by saying I had no intention of purchasing a new car. My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2017 Kia Sportage for a newer pre-owned Sportage. Third time buying a car from the Tasca group and I must say, they never let me down.. This last experience was no exception. I worked with Carissa at KIA in Johnston, RI. First off, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Very down to earth. Though they sold the model I was looking for, she est me up with the same everything but better (higher) model. She's gone out of her way to bring my plates to my work and everything. Kept my in the loop about every detail. Then there was Maliaka, who did the financing part. Again, friendly, down to earth and very thorough. Everyone put my best interest first and helped get what i wanted with all posable saving available. This location has a great team. First, I'd like to say that my process for buying a car tends to be lengthy and tedious. I do my homework and look at all the cars in my price range. When I finally made it into Tasca Kia I had already spent over three weeks looking at cars, test driving and haggling over price. No dealer I had been in touch with was willing to sell me the car I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay! Not even the very boastful Tarbox Hyundai. I mention this because Tarbox not only was outbid by two other dealers for the same car but seemed more interested in boasting about being the largest Hyundai dealer in New England than actually delivering on price. Another disappointment was Bald Hill Kia but both these dealerships are subjects for other reviews. On a Friday I walked into Tasca Kia and met Anthony Barbato. He was a gentleman, very professional and got me all the answers I needed. When I told him and his sales manager, Joune, who was as much a gentleman and professional as Anthony, where I wanted to be on price there was no countering, no questions, no haggling back and forth. They simply made it happen and put it in writing! The next day I was the happy owner of a new Kia Optima. The dealership was busy but people made time to take care of my purchase. It was a nice experience to see this team work together so well. In my homework on the models I was interested in I was surprised to learn that not only is the Kia Optima a car with more standard safety features than a Hyundai Sonata, but it is also rated more reliable. This is a little odd since the two cars are made on the same platforms by two sister companies, none the less it is fact! The end result was I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay... No debates, no counter offers, no lectures about any book values! Simply a safer, more dependable car that was obtained with less stress and less aggravation. Special thank you to salesperson Carissa Shangraw who seeing Anthony was busy with a client volunteered to help speed up my delivery process. I'm in my fifties and bought my first new car at the age of 18. I honestly can not recall any car purchase this easy and stress-free! These folks do their jobs and keep their promises, what more could I ask!

Nice friendly place,nice waiting area if having your car worked on, I went here approximately 1 week ago for oil change before long road trip,had everything checked for trip, ended up low on oil, when I returned in town called for appointment, explained what happened, service department(Keri) was very helpful but when I arrived for appointment someone else took over (management)and next thing I know is that I suddenly my warranty expired, pay out of pocket if my car needs work, they added oil and charged me for it, asked why, he replied that the warranty expired, this place turned into a NIGHTMARE ! And I have to go back to Tasca Kia to be checked again, HOPEFULLY I'll get taken care of by reps Keri or Emma, still not looking forward to this follow up appointment

Chris in particular deserves special mention for going above and beyond and providing remarkable service. After my KIA broke down in Providence, I returned to Ontario Canada in a rental car while my KIA was left at Grieco to be repaired. Chris personally took his lunch hour one day to drive to Providence College with some of them things I had left in the car so that my daughter who attends Providence could fly home home with them for Xmas! A definite 5 star experience!:)

This review is about the service department. We helped my daughter purchase a 2011 Kia Forte from the Ma. location. After the purchase we were told it couldn't be inspected by them seeing we lived in R.I. Being in Cranston we decided to take it to Johnston to have the inspection done. Not expecting much after we had dealt with negative customer service in Ma. we were pleasantly surprised. Our first contact in the service department was Carl Evans. He went out of his way to make sure our visit to his location was perfect. He even called the Ma. location and got permission for them to pay for the inspection so my daughter would not have to. I have been in sales for over 30 years and know what customer service is about. Even though this was our first visit I am sure with Carl behind the counter that we will have many more pleasant experiences.
