The woman who greeted me for my oil change was courteous, friendly and professional. She got me out of there within 45 min with all work completed. The staff works well together and makes you feel right at home. The waiting area was very clean and the wifi was working great. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I was dreading waiting for the oil change to be done but again the woman who greeted me made the experience bearable with her upbeat and friendly attitude. I wish I could remember her name. I was looking for a new car and after lots of research I decided I wanted to buy a Honda Civic. I saw one I was interested in at Stateline Nissan. Stateline Nissan was the 4th dealership I had been to and it was by far the best experience. All of the staff there were friendly and professional. I test drove the Civic with Elvis Reyes. I was interested in purchasing the Civic and Elvis was knowledgeable, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured in any way and it was as pleasant of an experience as buying a used car could be. If you’re in the market for a new or used car, I’d save a lot of time and go to Stateline Nissan and ask for Elvis. (If Elvis isn’t available, I would think you would have a great experience with anyone…everyone seemed to work as a team and you could tell from the atmosphere in the dealership that people enjoyed working there.)

Janelle Benjamin was so friendly and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, not one, but two recalls taken care of and she even had my tire patched after finding a screw in it. She went above and beyond to ensure I got my car back as quickly as possible (less than 4 hours!). Looking forward to doing business with her and Stateline Nissan in the future!

An experience which redefined what my friends thought a dealership should be like it was just that good. There was a mishap when picking up the car and to make up for it they put me in a brand new car with better financing(Through Nissan zero extra credit check instead of Ally bank which was going to be for the previous car with 40k miles on it) within one day and for $400 dollars less total! Walked in the door signed some documents and drove away. Andrew Correia and Curtis in financing really went above and beyond to make us feel like family and got me back on the road after my 2014 Nissan Rogue had a head gasket problem that took it out after 7 years reliable service. Even upgraded it to midnight edition for my troubles for no extra charge, can't recommend enough!!!!!!

Each answered any and all of my questions because they are good listeners. They all were genuinely concerned that I left satisfied with their service. Wendy especially over two days was a quick problem solver by checking with the technicians as we decided what to do and her explanation of my bill was thoroughly detailed. So I went in for a oil change which both Janelle and Cody helped me and I have to say that I am very happy with not only the service performed on the vehicle but, also the customer experience! they did go above and beyond and I do want to mention the technician that worked on the car Zanielle They did a phenomenal job! I had a squeaky noise on the side of the car because of a rock and at first Nissan was unable to get rid of the squeaking noise and I was informed that it would cost $250 well praise the Lord!!!! Nissan fix the squeaking noise!!! When I informed Cody first about the squeaking noise he said that he will take a look at it to see what they can do not only does the car run smoothly because of the oil change it also does not squeak so I am beyond satisfied as a customer!!! On added note everyone is super friendly whenever I go!!!

So I have been in search for a new nissan platinum murano for months (began my search in may and just purchased my car on date posted) . I bought my 2020 Nissan Rogue at Stateline Nissan in April 2021. I love the car! The salesman, Ryan Demers, was knowledgeable and helpful to me with my purchase. I drove the car off the lot, and on the first rainy day, used the windshield wipers. Apparently something gritty was on the wipers and scratched the windshield. When I reported this to Stateline, I was told that although it may take a little while for a replacement windshield, they would do this with no charge to me. I had my windshield replaced (in one day!) and I am completely satisfied. I am very happy with my decision to buy a Nissan from Stateline. I just brought home my new Nissan Rogue today from Stateline Nissan and I have to say that it was the nicest dealership my husband and I have ever done business with. (And we've been buying cars for over 40 years!) Our salesman was Elvis Reyes and he was extremely informative and very helpful. He was such a nice guy to do business with and he never used the pushy, high-powered sales approach that so many other places have done with us in the past. Yet he got the job done!! Elvis knew everything about the car and he treated us like you would treat a friend. He was kind, patient and understanding when answering all our questions and he even called me the day after we first went there just to wish me a happy birthday! We also ended up speaking with Ian who was, I believe, the Sales Manager and he was also an extremely nice, down-to-earth gentlemen who went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied! He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. EDIT - Someone totaled my brand new car, two years later... So I bought a second car at Stateline the other day. I made a slight upgrade to a Rogue Sport. (THANK God used car prices are so high now, because I got a good insurance check. Sorry people trying to buy a used car now, i KNOW, but I usually have the bad luck and this was my turn to get a little good luck.) This time I had to QUICKLY get a new car. And at the same time I had to attend two surgeries in the same week... Attend as in, I had surgery, not like I ate popcorn while watching someone get operated on, or was a doctor operating on someone. Elvis and Stateline were super understanding and helpful and accommodating. (And the finance and warranty guy was also super helpful and accommodating, but he needs to get a more memorable name like Elvis, because it's cold and I'm not running out to my car to get his name off his card in my glove box for this review. They know who he is even if I am bad with names. I just had two surgeries for Pete's sake, and it really is cold outside.) And this is a real review from a real customer. It just sounds like one of those goofy reviews that are so glowing you scoff and think the manager of the place is writing them and going to the public library to upload them.

He answered all of my questions and presented various financing options to me although I had planned to secure outside financing. However, after talking with David and feeling comfortable with their financing process, I submitted a credit application and was approved for a great rate with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. I recently co-leased a 2019 Nissan Sentra for my stepson. The sales person, Elvis, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we discussed options to lease or own a new vehicle...ultimately choosing the former. Elvis worked to get the best deal he could for us, and we obtained a lease agreement that was within my stepson's budget. There was no high pressure or deceptive tactics during the entire process. The management, though young, were courteous and professional. The finance manager was more "seasoned," but equally courteous and professional. My only complaint is that the process lasted five hours, but I took into consideration that the dealership had just reopened and in recovery mode with existing and new customers following the six week state shutdown. Go to State line and ask for Cannon! I feel the need to add to this review. While my salesman Cannon was great, Sam the finance manager was an arrogant pr#*k. As soon as he found out we would not require financing (apparently the almighty dollar isn't good enough any more) we were treated like we were luck he was allowing us to buy a car from them. When signing the purchase and sales agreement he was condescending and just wanted us out of his office. He handed us a flash drive and said you can go. We had no physical paper work. If I got pulled over I had no proof I bought the car and my new car would have been towed. Could you imagine a police officer asking for license and registration and handing them a flash drive? My husband and I took our in-laws to Stateline Nissan to buy a new car and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We decided to try Stateline as they seemed to have a good inventory of both new and used cars. Due to our work schedules, we got there a little later in the evening one day, hoping to just take a quick look, knowing that they would be closing soon. We were promptly greeted by CC Coleman who took excellent care of us from beginning to end. Although it was getting late, he took his time showing us all of the options. He was a fantastic listener and really paid attention to all the details that we were providing to make sure that the cars he showed were a great fit. Because of some specific features we were looking for, it took a couple of days for us to find the best car for us. CC kept us updated on new inventory, although never hounded us like other dealerships have in the past. He was not pushy at all, but rather understanding and genuine in all of his recommendations. When we finally found the PERFECT car for my in-laws, CC made sure that we got a great value. He was patient and upfront as we worked through the numbers and never made us feel uncomfortable asking questions about the cost. My in-laws are THRILLED with their new car and CC took the otherwise stressful situation of impromptu car-shopping and made it very pleasant for all of us. Stateline Nissan was the first dealership we entered, With the expectation of viewing many different dealerships and other options. Our agent was Guy, and truly a standup Guy! He understood our budget and did all in his power to get me a 2018 used car below $15,000. Thank goodness my father was there to help me with the finance part….but honestly, I could have done it on my own. (Because Guy was so truthful and not playing me). The agents are honest, the Sales Manager allowed me to take the car home to show my family and get their opinions (it’s a Very very bright red!). Even the final finance guy came over with his charm and introduced himself. At NO TIME did I ever feel pressured. I put a below asking price hold on the car to think it over. There were no pressure calls until 3 days later. Ironically, I was about to sign on another car at a different dealership (literally pen in hand) and Angel from Stateline Nilsson called. I explained my dilemma …. He was able to match the price of the other car. My father and I thanked the other dealer and headed to Stateline Nissan. We signed and all was done. I have a beautiful bright red Nissan Sentra with very low mileage. Best of all and what completely SOLD me on Stateline Nissan dealership is the warranty. Don’t trust the other dealers that give you 90 days. I have 100,000 miles on top of the current 34,000 miles. I have bumper to bumper coverage for 5 years. All service can be done there with $0 cost!!! Worth it!!!! Lastly, I would like to that Guy, Elvis, Angel, Carlos and the stuffie guy! If you want to make a good deal bring the finance guy some Stuffies from the clam shack!!!

I went here on Friday 11/27/20 with my boyfriend and daughter and even though I wasn’t able to purchase the car I wanted due to my own circumstances with the car I have now. Kenny was super helpful and tried helping me as much as he could. Usually when you go to other dealerships they would try to get you to buy a different car that you originally wanted just to get you to buy, so they can make a sales profit but that was not the case here. We also spoke with the staff before going and told them which vehicles we were interested in and they were sure to have them close by when we got there. Paula Gauthier truly made our experience superior. We have been to many dealerships for just the right vehicle and Paula is the one who made the difference that we decided to come back. Not only did she take her time to answer any questions we had, she took us to refer with other departments when answering questions regarding the differences in the engine specifics, and the mechanics were very pleasant and thorough when addressing our questions. He made the process of buying my lease easy -- allowing me to start the process over e-mail because of my busy schedule was so appreciated. He also made it enjoyable; he's extremely personable and makes things simple, he is extremely easy to talk to! I will definitely be returning to him for future car purchases! The wonderful man in their finance department is also thoughtful and very good at what he does -- as a grad student constantly struggling to make ends meet and with a less-than-favorable credit score at this point in time, he was able to find a financing situation that worked for me and I couldn't be happier.
