Now I know that part is not why I went there, but warm and friendly feelings aside, when it comes to taking care of providing only the very best, most thorough automotive service one can expect. I have always bought private sale previously and had some bad experiences with misrepresentation of vehicles. I had a friend refer stamos I just bought a beautiful 09 f150 for a reasonable price. Any concerns I had about the vehicle were immediately addressed and taken care of WITHOUT CHARGE. Mauricio had excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. Oudom the finance specialist was also outstanding. The overall customer service was second to none. Mauricio is your guy if you're looking to buy. Came in looking for a test drive on a truck and happend to see a nice GMC sitting to the side and took that for ride. Needless to say I was signing papers that day. Quick and easy and unbelievable customer service. Everyone is lively and upbeat. After buying my truck here I will be recommending everyone shop here and if needed in the future buying again myself. Pricing was fair given the current market. Nowhere in the area can beat the prices here. Take a trip and tell Mauricio that Mike sent you! edit: The truck was found to have some issues when I got it inspected. However, everyone here at Stamas has been on top of it and fixed every issue (and more) without any hesitation. Though the issues posed an inconvenience at times, everyone at Stamas made sure everything was good to go in the end. Strongly recommend buying your next used truck here.

Things were a little bumpy in the beginning but I gave NELSON, my salesman a second chance. I am now please with how they took care of me on the second car. From the very first phone call this dealership is above and beyond top notch! We were driving from another state and wouldn't make it to the dealership until 15 minutes before they closed so we called. Mauricio answered the phone and told us it would be no problem at all so we kept going. Mauricio took his time explaining each truck to us, the differences in options, and all the pros and cons depending on what we were looking for and what we wanted. We had been to other dealerships and they had the best deals, and customer service around! Uodom in the finance department was amazing too! I’ve been looking for a nice and decent pickup truck for quite some time. I came across STAMAS website checked it out and boom. I couldn’t believe not only a beautiful Chevy 3500 duly but the price. It almost looked to good to be true. I emailed and I got a prompt response. I went to the dealership and came across Mauricio and Oudom. Very courteous and professional. Didn’t feel any pressure. Took the pickup for a test drive and Oudom was helpful in guiding me with billing process. All the staff were nice and treated me good. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a pick up truck to come here first and check this place out Update. Salesman were great. Not even a month went by ( to be exact needed one more day for a month of the date that I brought the truck home and already had a check engine light. I called and spoke with Oudum since now it seems almost impossible to reach Mauricio and notified him about the check engine light. He said that he was going to call me back and I’m still waiting…. NOTE GREAT SALESMAN. Good luck on getting a hold of them afterwards if you need work on your vehicle, tuck services.

I got a good deal on 2007 Explorer Sport Trac. I didn't have any issue with taking the vehicle to my shop to have them check it out before I bought it. Bob, my sales rep, was professional and handled the transaction well. I picked up the vehicle when they said it would be ready. The only issue I had was a bad drivers side door unlock switch and they are working to correct that as I type this review. I'm certain they will resolve the problem. I have recommended them to others for the purchase of a good used car at a fair market price. The switch issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction! Thanys guys! I read some reviews here and while most were good some were bad. I bought a vehicle there recently and my experience was nothing but excellent. I've never purchased a used vehicle so I was skeptical because the TV stigma of a used car salesman being ripped artists was stuck my mind.. But Stama auto was a very good experience and very professional. Rafael was the guy I worked with and he went above and beyond my expectations and made my experi nice somenjoyable that I'm posting a review here. Here are a couple of things that made my experience excellent. 1- Durng my test drive I swung by my mechanics garage for him to look it over. Turns out my mechanic was very familiar with Stamas auto sales and said they were a top notch dealership. He said I won't have any issues with them as their vehicles were usually good but their service was very good. Said they stand by their customers. So...this was important to me because I trust my mechanic who's worked on my cars for over 20 years. Also, everything the Stamas mechanic had listed as needing be fixed did line up with what my mechanic saw. 2- the night I was supposed to pick up the truck they were having issues getting the inspection complete. Rafael stayed until 7 with the inspection dude but there just wasn't enough time to drive the truck around for up to an hour to have the system clear the codes. At this point we had already done the paperwork to trade in my old truck and my registration was transferred to the new truck. But i was to go on vacation that night and really didn't want to take my old rusty truck with my kids in it. James, Rafael and Lee let me use another vehicle on the lot to take the kids down to the beach. A very nice thing to do and the kids loved the loaner truck because it had an entertainment screen and they got to watch a movie on the way down. 3- After I picked up the truck but a strut busted a few days later. Even though it wasn't listed as things to fix they replaced the strut at no cost to me. The truck is in great condition and well worth it. So I give a thumbs up to the dealership and especially Rafael. He is a stand up honest guy who really made the experience exclellent.
