I did some research and knew that I wanted to buy a 2023 Chevy Bolt (with the amazing discount incentive) back in June 2022. I spoke with GM and was advised to work with a local Chevy dealer to ask if I could place an order. The sales rep I then met with at Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, RI, Shawn Josephs, said sure, no problem, and he went online and in 15 minutes we placed my customized order. He kept me informed of the time frame and build, and two months later a car was born and delivered! Shaun then took care of registration and the EV portal install request. Easiest, no hassle car purchase I have ever made.

She promised me it would not be a waste of time and assured me that David would be able to make a deal I was comfortable in and that I loved, she kept her promise and I could not be happier with my purchase. Always transparent and delivers on his promises. Not every customer is looking to be upsold. Some understand the process at this point and would love to avoid the games. A month in, my Traverse LT 2023 is making a ticking noise. No issue the first two weeks. According to Service it's the purge valve. There is nothing they can do. Be aware if you are looking to purchase a 2023 Traverse..the noise is such a nuisance. Not acceptable for a new vehicle.

So glad we went for a test drive in an Equinox to come back and find the Trail Blazer in the showroom before we signed...not sure if the sales group was happy about moving the Trail Blazer twice in 30 minutes...lol. Bring back the sandwiches from Panera, snacks are good but, it was a long day.

I was at the dealership for 6 hours to complete my vehicle purchase. (There were signs up stating they would take an hour or so). Before my vehicle was delivered, I told my sale person that I wanted floor liners. They told me they would deal with it when I picked up my vehicle. Then, when I picked it up, I was informed it was something that needed ordering and I had to do it on my own later. I told them I wanted to lease my vehicle, but I wasn't told the monthly cost until filling out the financing forms. The lease calculator on your website wasn't accurate with what cost I actually had to pay. I still don't understand what a financed vehicle costs $7000 less than the leased vehicle. I feel a little cheated. Forms weren't completed properly, so I have had to sign forms and send them back (only to hear they were still incorrect, and had do it yet again). With regards to my charger install, I was told someone would call me to schedule an install. But, in reality, I had to fill out a form (which didn't work right away), and I'm still waiting to get my charger installed. I get that some things are out of your control, but this hasn't been the greatest experience.

I had an 8 o’clock appointment, my car was supposed to be ready by 12 o’clock. I showed up at 12 o’clock and waited until 115. Why bother making an 8 o’clock appointment? I know they weren’t working on it for five hours. It’s frustrating. With that being said, the man I dealt with was very nice and apologetic.

The place was good and the best part is they have coffee and munchies while you wait, my service adviser Nicholas explained everything to me very clearly and give me clear advice on the needs of my truck with out any pressure to doit. My husband and I talk all the time about how this was out best dealership experience ever. We worked with Josh, who was amazing! Josh was super helpful and nice. He didn't make us feel rushed, and we left feeling like we got a great deal, unlike any other dealership experience. A few months after we had some minor issues with the truck we purchased. We called Josh and he was able to help us out. Everything was fixed in a matter of days. We did have some dealings with the Wakefield dealership and they were not so great. They kept telling us that we did not have a warranty on the truck, despite showing them our warranty. They even told us, no, you didn't buy a truck from Paul Masse. They then tried charging us $800.00 for a job that was free under our warranty. Luckily, the East Providence dealership called them and cleared it up for us. Highly recommend!

My father had purchased 2021 Trailblazer from a Chevrolet dealership located approx. 35 miles from where we live. Vehicle only has 4300 miles on it and engine light had come on. No bull assessment of a fantastic dealer experience. Vehicle arrived ahead of schedule (nothing to do with the dealership, really) was clean and ready for us to drive it home before we got to the dealership. No funny business in the finance office, price was as advertised with no "market adjustments" included (purchase was a 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV with the 6300 customer cash discount offered by GM). Everything was super easy, straight forward and no pressure. Our sales rep Chris Mills was in constant contact with us through the entire purchase and walked us through the basics (and then some) of the operations of our new vehicle. My husband and I had a terrible experience at a dealership when purchasing our previous vehicles, so I was a bit skeptical about going to another dealership. I don't like being pressured and I don't like being financially screwed, so I was against going. My husband works on Middletown Fire and we both volunteer on Bristol Rescue and Fire and we were repeatedly told that the sales people at Paul Masse would take good care of us. Due to our schedules and finances, we have to do one vehicle at a time and because my vehicle trade in went first, I thought for sure they would take the opportunity to take advantage of us. However, I was in tears when signing our documents with my husband. They made it so easy! The customer service was STELLAR! Gino was very up front about costs, details about the vehicle and we felt that he knew the vehicles inside out. He was professional and quick to answer any questions we had. Any question I asked, he had the answer to immediately and was very confident and flexible in making things work for our family. We had to bring our children with us to the dealership to sign and pick up the paperwork and they were so sweet to them. They gave each of them a toy car and let them sit outside on the benches while Gino sat in the vehicle with me and setup my BlueTooth, CarPlay, paired my phone, customized settings and stations, XM, called OnStar and provided me with everything I needed to drive off the lot completely understanding things. I cannot say enough good things about him or the level of customer service he provides to his clients. I don't know that we will ever go anywhere else. I was completely taken back by the amount of support and help we had in this transaction and will continue to recommend Paul Masse Chevrolet to EVERYONE I know. They're the best of the best!

Wayne was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. I knew my former lease was going to expire in approx 7 months so I was starting to look for a replacement lease. I spoke with Wayne for the first time a few weeks ago to discuss options I had and I told him what I was looking for. In the past, I've always seemed to be pressured by salesman towards making a purchase. Being rushed into making a decision and not caring about what my particular needs were common place for the interactions I had with those individuals. It was the fastest I had ever bought a vehicle. I was thrilled and satisfied. Fast forward a month of bliss. I get a check engine light. Great, I take it into a local GM dealer. It sat for a week before they found the issue. I needed a new NOx sensor for the DEF system. The local place being being no help, I reached out to Dave. Dave pointed me to Nick in service. What a relief it was, once I started to talk to Nick, Nick was very polite and respectful of me. I was so used to being pushed around, I was befuddled that it was going to be taken care of no problem. Which is unusual when you are an 18 year old in this world. He told me he'd fix it and fix it right all while keeping it under warranty. Nick did what he promised. He kept me updated every step of the way. I was very happy with what was accomplished. I may live an hour + away, but hell I'd come here in a heartbeat.

The best way to describe our experience would be that we hired our own personal dealer/sales person "similar to what we stride for as realtors" to find and fit us in the right Vehicle. Also the Price was right with out having to try and negociant the deal any further. Weather Shaun was trained by someone or if he had the natural sense to do what he does that is something the dealership should always stride for. Not the monetary gain but the personal gain of repeat business with a true price that we all know is easy to obtain in this generation of technology. Note that other sales rep had been friendly to assist us when I had to return to pick up additional documentation for vehicle.

Went in shortly before closing. At no time did I feel rushed. Working with Josh was a great car buying experience. He was able to give us what we wanted for our trade. I put a deposit on the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 before it had been inspected by the service department. A dishonest dealership might have pushed it through without fixing things that they found. Paul Masse did not, they fixed a number of things that you would not normally notice during a test drive. The previous owner provided only one key. Paul Masse booked the appointment with the Dodge dealer down the road and paid for the second key. My wife and I visited more than 10 dealers and by far the experience with Josh and Paul Masse Chevrolet was the best. Would highly recommend giving them a shot at your business.

I was coming from Connecticut to purchase a Chevy Silverado 1500 I found the truck I wanted online I was trading in my car. I got close to what I wanted in trade with ease & a fair price on the truck with no pressure or haggling. Everybody I spoke to and everybody I met when I went to go pick up the truck was very kind it made me feel very comfortable with a big purchase. I’ve purchased three other cars in the past From various other dealers in Connecticut and traded in once I was extremely anxious in those transactions and definitely did not get a good deal on my trade or new cars. There was a lot of pressure from the sales managers and the salesman. I must say that Paul Masse is much different. Communication is very straightforward and even buying from out of state I felt more comfortable at their dealership than any other one I’ve been at. They said they don’t sell to out-of-state customers unless you have a trade which makes me sad because I would love to use them in the future if needed. I hands-down recommend them to anybody purchasing a vehicle. And hey they even have Starbucks in their lounge!! Kudos to Vinny my salesman, erich my sales manager & Blake my financial guy! Good morning Mr. Masse. I wanted to bring to your attention my complete satisfaction with my recent 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST purchase at your East Providence dealership. I had been interested in a new vehicle for some time. My Ford F150 was a great vehicle but it was a 2008 model and it's time had come. However, they said I didn’t need temporary plates so I was illegally driving my car without knowing. I eventually asked the DMV in my state and then had a huge issue. However, they were willing to email me temporary plates that I could print out. That was certainly very helpful. So at the end of the day, I would definitely recommend them. Only 3 stars because the risk of losing my license if I was pulled over is an issue I can’t look past, but everything about the sales process was an amazing experience. They definitely know the ins and outs of the products. Aaron took the time to show me all the features and help me fully understand how it all works. I’m also in my early twenties and wasn’t at all treated like it. I was given a better price than I went in expecting.

I made the mistake of taking my lovely reliable Chevy to a mechanic down the street for simple maintenance. The only reason for doing so, is because it was convenient. Bought a nice clean well maintained 2016 Chevy Trax. They had trouble registering the vehicle for us because our insurance company was so hard to deal with. The sales team jumped through hoops for us to get it registered for us. We had the vehicle for 10 days when it suddenly would not start. The Chevy roadside assistant picked up and towed the car back to the dealer. No charge. This was on a Monday. Service said they could look at it Wednesday. We were pleasantly surprised when service called us a few hours later that day and said the car was ready. It was a defective battery that they replaced for no charge even though the battery is considered a wear item and is not covered under the warranty. The sales dept., the service dept., were polite professional and exeeded our expectations. So far, I am very pleased with Paul Masse Chevrolet.

Dave Wellington Jr made my new Stingray purchase a dream! I tend to be a very conservative individual. I was searching online for a new stingray and came across Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence, Rhode Island. I saw that they were discounting the vehicles by $2,000 and figured is was some sort of a scam,but I figured that I would check it out. I responded to the website ad and first thing the next morning I got a call from Dave Wellington Jr. He confirmed the deal and seemed straight up and honest with me on the phone. Within minutes, I found myself giving him my credit card number for a deposit on the vehicle. (This was a pretty radical move for me and initially I was a bit nervous). However, Dave's personality, patiences and honesty made it feel "OK". In fact as the deal evolved the experience just got better and better thanks to Dave. I never felt at all pressured like I have with every other vehicle that I ever purchased. The paper work was handled online and on the phone. The financing was simple and very very advantageous. I live 300 miles from East Providence and should note that the local Chevy Dealers were marking up the price of the car by as much as $4,000. I ended up renting a car and driving to a Holiday Inn Express to stay overnight and Dave picked me up first thing the next morning to deliver my car. We arrived at the dealership and my car was prepped and covered in the Corvette Showroom. It was dramatically uncovered while I stood in front of the vehicle. It was spectacular. Dave spent at least an hour and a half going over the vehicle and its operation. He never rushed me and in fact he had splash guards installed for me that morning which I had bought online. I called him, texted him and emailed before, during and even after the sale with questions and he promptly responded to my requests. I have been buying cars for 45 years and never had such and seamless, hassle free and frankly outstanding car buying experience. So it ended up that the deal was Not A Scam. It was an awesome deal in every way including the price!! It was the best car buying experience of my life and I can only say the the honesty and integrity of Dave Wellington Jr made it possible. Again, I live 300 miles from East Providence but my next GM vehicle and every GM vehicle I purchase from now on will be thru Dave Wellington Jr at Paul Masse Chevrolet. I bought a car out of state and Paul made the transaction very simple and was always available to answer my questions. Also, Paul Masse was able to store the car at Paul Masse for about two weeks before my transport company could grab the car. They kept it inside out of the elements.
