Yesterday I bought my 4th car from Grieco Toyota. For all of my car purchases I have always dealt with Bruce Coppola. To say he is amazing is an understatement. Bruce is old school and a straight shooter. If it doesn’t work he will say it doesn’t work but if he can make it work he absolutely does! I was underwater in my lease and he did the impossible and put me in a brand new hybrid Corolla!!!! What a fantastic experience I had with Grieco Toyota. I was having a problem with my lift-gate and decided to visit this dealership. I spoke with sales manager Brian Moore who was very helpful and directed my attention to a service representative named Mike. Mike took my vehicle in right away, without an appointment. Within 2 hours they diagnosed the problem, Mike was able to order the part that day which arrived in 2 days and I was able to make a follow up appointment. Mike also advised that they provide shuttle service from the dealership to my house and back if needed. On the day of my appointment no issues getting in right at 730 am, Mike assured my that my vehicle would be ready by 2. I then met with Dave who provided a ride back to my house and later picked me up for a ride back to the dealership. It was a pleasure speaking with Dave who provided a safe ride. My vehicle was ready for pick up at 1 and Dave picked me up in a timely manner. Back at the dealership Mike explained exactly what the issue was and how it was repaired. I then met with the Service Manager named Jack who asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Because I was so satisfied, I asked to speak with his manager, I was then directed to Bruce Coppola who was advised of my great experience. To sum it all up, I was greeted by fast, friendly and professional staff. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, 1 hour than expected, shuttle service, not to mention my vehicle was also washed. Please visit Grieco Toyota for all of your needs it will be a pleasant experience.

Also, Sandy in the finance department, she was amazing! When I went to pick up the car a few days later they informed me they found a $500 rebate. Sandy redid the paperwork to reflect the additional $500 as a down payment. They didn’t have to do this, but it was the right thing to do. And that’s how I feel about the dealership in general, I feel like they’ll continually do the right thing when I service my vehicle, when I purchase my next Toyota, and when they take care of all my friends and family I’m going to refer over. He was great as well but was not involved in my further problems after the purchase. I had some major issues occur that I thought were not going to get resolved. I can't recommend the sales team however, they seem a bit stuck into old school sales tactics that are definetely not costumer-friendly. This review is more of a special recognition for one of who I believe best employee Toyota has at this location. A+ five star customer service, there are salesman who sells vehicles in favor of just profits, closing the deal and what benefits their employer and than there is Bruce Coppola. He went above and beyond to help us and meet our needs in price, history of the vehicle making sure what we were buying would be 100% best deal for us. We ended up getting the 2020 Toyota Camry SE. He also helped my brother in law save in his car insurance about 200$ cheaper, he personally called and got the best price, If this is not excellent customer service i don’t know what it is. I came to the dealership today after finding a car via their online inventory. I was helped by Bruce Coppola, who happened to be outside when we drove up. He was very friendly, clear and honest. This was my first car purchase and Bruce walked us through our potential options with the car I had found online. We had the option to trade in a car for equity, but ultimately, with Bruce’s help in running the numbers and his knowledge of the system, we decided to forgo trading in and just purchased the used Matrix at a great price. While going through the process, Bruce was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. He set me up with an insurance agent that he works with and I was given an incredibly competitive policy, well-below what I had initially budgeted for and expected. Bruce spoke very highly of Toyota vehicles and his knowledge base was very helpful in making a decision to go with a used Toyota. The car itself was very sturdy with great mileage and a fair price for its condition. It does have some minor cosmetic needs—some scratched on the passenger’s side. But Bruce gave us a name of an auto body shop that he has a strong relationship. With their name and info, he suggested I call and give them his name for a great deal to help fix the minor cosmetic damage. I am very glad that I came here this weekend and I was able to work with Bruce directly. It was a great first experience in purchasing a car. Thank you, Bruce, for all of the help today!!

They tried to sell me a replacement for the current cabin air filter...and i guess when I didn't buy one, they didn't like that. The cover for my Cabin air filter box was found on the passenger side floor. I used to be a mechanic at a Toyota dealer in Boston MANY years ago...so I know after a customer says no, SOME technicians can get kind of testy...wrap up the car and put it outside quick. I was there for a pre-paid service and don't have a lot of spare money right now (Holiday season / winter heating costs etc.) so if I say no, I don't expect someone to be upset that they don't care to take the time to put things back where they belong. Now I'll have to figure out how to get this cover back in place.

Eh, not a bad dealership, but they lost a sale over $100.00 then called 4 days later to sell me the car and had bought a nicer, newer corolla for $500.00 less and got free oil changes and so on. Other problem I had was getting a simple kit for my bumper and the parts service person came out looked after I showed him what I needed. Picked it up for $25 or so, get home on open it see its the wrong kit, bring it back and was refused a refund. Had to purchase new kit and they sent it to Taunton, Ma and had to drive 30 min to pick up 30 min back and pay another $20 something bucks. They have room to improve!

It was my first time buying a used car that I had to finance (up until now I had always bought really cheap used cars and paid the full price immediately) and I couldn't have had better service/guidance in financing my first used car. My fiancé and I were looking for a used SUV That offered reliability. After testing a dozen vehicles that provided lackluster experiences we decided to check out a 19 year old 2004 Lexus Rx330. The asking price was high for what it was but our salesman Kyle was able to work with us and take the price down. After 8000 plus miles a new set of tires and a complementary oil change from greico the car runs like a charm and is quieter and smoother than any other car we test drove with half the mileage this beauty has. We purchased it with 183,100 miles and you would not even know it without looking at the odometer. After having a negative five star experience with Bald hill Chrysler dodge jeep ram and Kia we were refreshed to find a dealership that does their best to sell a reliable vehicle. I would give 5 stars to greico but there were a few minor issues (cd player doesn’t function, the tires weren’t as fresh as we would have liked; down to the tread indicator after 8000 miles, the jack provided bender under the weight of the vehicle and was almost unable to swap the spare out) all in all it cost 7k to get this vehicle on the road with taxes and registration. Considering they were asking $8888 for it at first and 7,488 when we first looked at it that was a great deal for this ultra reliable crossover suv

Crazy series of events!! I had seen the brand new Rav4 Hybrid on my Facebook news feed; and instantly fell in love. I bought my previous car from Balise so I figured I'd visit Balise Toyota (what a terrible experience/visit) What they offered me in person was laughable compared to what their websites trade in value was estimated at amongst other bad things I could report. I then heard a commercial for Grieco Toyota on my car radio. Went in met with a salesman, Diamantino, we did the old back and forth, "I want this for my car" vs "we can only give you this" hassle, but he kept going back and trying to get me what I wanted for my trade in. AND He got it!!!! I got what I wanted for my trade (which was generous), I got the exact vehicle I wanted, I was communicated with, I was immediately given a interest rate lower than 3% without having to fight for it, and I even got a personal Happy Birthday call/text a week after I drove off the lot with my car, by my salesman Diamantino. I've gone through two different dealerships in my life, and this far exceeded my experience. Would definitely recommend/ go here again. Would also recommend the new Rav 4 Hybrid, it's a head turner and I haven't shown one person yet who wasn't impressed.

Leo was very nice as a salesperson, but I didn’t feel valued as a customer after I bought the car and called the dealership to let them know about an issue. I got cut off in the middle of talking (in a calm tone) telling 3 different people why I was calling and getting transferred to other people. Well who likes car dealers nobody because we don't know that they are excellent at what they do and that is getting you to buy a car at the highest price or low balling you on your trade in but all in all this is a good dealership I'll say I bought a car here I love it but the service department needs to pay more attention to their customers and less to making that sale because after the sale is done you need to service your customers I've had trouble getting in touch with my salesperson after I bought a car I did get a great deal on the car and I love it it's a 2021 Tesla model 3 but I've had some issues getting my second key and also with the registration and also I've been told the previous owner would come by and drop off some accessories that were supposed to come with the car and that has not happened so I am disappointed at the ability to help the customer but I am satisfied with the vehicle so if you visit this place and buy a car just be aware after the sale you may not get treated like a king here or queen I'm not sure maybe this is the way all dealerships are now because of the current chip shortage and covid-19 limitations on buying cars but I will return to this dealership because I love Toyota even though I bought Tesla thank you for looking at my review

Finally, we found a best price within 500 mile radius from Grieco Toyota at East Providence, RI. We end up buying a higher model at the end but she never put any pressure on us rather she was courteous with lots of patience. Bill was coming back from what seemed a lunch break with his lunchbox, when he saw me (my friends) having trouble finding a car in our price range. We went to buy a new car that towed our small camper on Saturday and spent the better 1/2 of a day going back and forth between the Highlander and Tocoma. We chose Grieco since they were the only dealership within 25 miles of my house that earned more than 2 stars on yelp. I really am glad I listened to the reviews and drove the extra 20 minutes to Grieco. Our salesman Saul was awesome! He was laid back and patient as we worked towards the car that was best for us. He gave us the space we needed and made sure all of our questions were answered. Even Dana, the sales manager, jumped in to provide us with valuable information we needed to make an informed decision. Even Ryan, the person who took care of all the paperwork, was down to earth and very knowledgeable. He was the "icing on the cake" in terms of a positive car buying experience. I must say it was intimidating to drive up and see 11 sales people waiting at the door for the next customer BUT everyone was friendly and willing to help. Thank you Saul and Grieco Toyota. Had a good experience buying a new 2018 Tacoma here. It's a smaller Toyota dealership, the staff are friendly and there really is little to no pressure. My salesman Tex is such a nice guy and understood what I was looking for. The sales manager Ray wasn't the pushy manager you might come to expect from dealerships and he was genuinely interested in making it a smooth experience getting into the truck I wanted. Also, Sandy in financial saved me so much in interest and worked hard to get the deal through. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be recommending you to friends and family. I hope service ends up as good as your floor staff! EDIT 3/16/18: Just went in for my first service on the truck which ended up with an oil change as well as tire rotation. The staff was excellent, friendly, and fast. I was gone in an hour or so. Very pleased with everything here thus far. EDIT 11/1/18: I've dealt with Mike in service consistently and never mind bringing my truck in to grieco. They're always respectful and not a bad experience with quite a few service visits for maintenance and one sensor issue which they immediately offered me a loaner for so I didn't have to beg for a rental to not miss a day of work or pay like I've had to in past experience (Boch Chevy). Overall still happy to come here and if I'm in the market for a new Toyota I know where to go first.
