Edison was my Sales Person He was fantastic from point of contact to closing he was very patient even though he had a bunch of clients he reassured me a guided me through the process. I recently purchased a vehicle at Grieco Honda and had a great experience. After calling Grieco Honda to hear about their inventory, I was quickly set up with Dante for an appointment. When I arrived at Grieco, Dante asked some preliminary questions and then showed me the vehicle that matched my interests. In explaining the details and features of the vehicle, Dante was very knowledgeable and straightforward. After going for a test drive, we had a meeting to discuss other details. I’ve been able to experience a few dealers in RI and MA, Grieco by a far has been the best! Why? Your salesman Dante. He’s a very respectful and assertive young man. I would like to share my recent great experience at Grieco Honda of Johnston. From walking in to start my search to leaving with my vehicle purchase that very same day, the team at Grieco were very knowledgeable, very pleasant and most eager to make my purchase as easy as possible. My sales expert was Dante Lewis and he was above the standards of great customer service!! Can’t say enough about Dante, but said simply, he makes a vehicle purchase a pleasure!! The Service Department went out of their way to assist me in plugging my tire when it went flat nearby. Even though they were technically closed, they took the tire off, plugged it and got me back on my way. They have a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, too.

Honestly it was the easiest car buying experience I've had to date. No hassle, no haggle. Just test drive, short talk about how much I could afford and sign the papers and pick up the car tomorrow. Staff are extremely friendly even those that aren't directly working with you. I dropped one star for a lack of response after the purchase as there are a couple of minor things I want taken care of since I noticed them prior to the sale. Other than that I've been extremely satisfied with Grieco and their team. I will definitely do business here again the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Of all the times I needed a new car, it was now, right at the height of "chip shortages" and lack of inventory. Seeking out a good, USED, one-owner Honda Accord became problematic. Honda manufactures solid, dependable vehicles. Each of the four we’ve owned exceeded 200,000 miles. Honda’s engines and transmissions are excellent. The two dealerships I went to before Greico Honda, that were known to me, their lots were empty, because of covid-induced, supply-chain issues. That's when I tried Grieco Honda. As soon as my wife and I walked in - we're in our 70s - we were treated with courtesy and respect. We were introduced to Javier Torres, our salesman. Javier brought us the few used Accords they had. After test-driving two, and spending some hours there, I was ready to give up and leave. Javier mentioned one brand-new, 2021 Accord, which had just been dropped off from the carrier. He persuaded me to see it. It had 7 miles on it. I drove it and bought it. I returned that night, after Greico “prepped” the vehicle, and I drove it home. But for Javier’s hard work and diligent attention, the Accord would be in someone else’s garage. Grieco Honda was willing to negotiate, through Javier and his manager, a price for the purchase and sale of this new vehicle we could all live with. Thank you, Javier. And, many thanks to Greico personnel, including John (Manager), and especially Jessica (Finance), who remained late that night to expedite the paperwork. All three are a credit to their company.

So I drove 2 and a half hours from Brewster, NY to look at a used car that I had been searching for a while now. Walked into Grieco Honda and was immediately greeted by Ray Santilli, one of the salesman. Now, I wasn’t there to buy a Honda. It was a hard to find Shelby Mustang that came in on a trade so I didn’t expect Ray to know every detail on the car. However, what pleased me about Ray was his eagerness and diligence on finding out answers to all my questions. In my opinion, that is what a good salesman does. Ray was humble, attentive, efficient, and simply put he just cares about his job and customers. Never felt pressured, pushed or rushed. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I had the best experience at Greico Honda. I went in completely HOPELESS. For a long time my dream car (besides a g wagon lol) has been a Honda Accord 2018 or newer. I worked with Dante Lewis to buy a used 2018 Honda HRV EX - he was informed and professional, and I highly recommend asking for him if you are interested in purchasing a car! One quick note about the dealership generally: the floor manager told me he was 100% certain he could eliminate the cigarette smoke from my car. After several shampoos, an ozone bomb, and hours in the ionizer the smell was still there. I ended up shampooing it myself, using a professional grade odor eliminator, and taking it to a car detailer and paying for an ozone treatment which mostly took care of the car smell. This is absolutely not Dante's fault as he was just relaying the info of the floor manager, but be VERY CAREFUL about buying a car that smells like cigarettes because I do not think their maintenance team has the ability to fix it. You will have to pay to do it yourself.

This is one dealership I am actually grateful for. You usually hear dealership and want to run because of all the sales traps etc. I dealt with overall good ppl at this location. I purchased an older car because my car gave out on me so I needed to get something else fast- shortly after I purchased it (and I had no warranty) I started hearing something was wrong with it. I panicked because I have a special needs child and have a lot on my plate and need a car. I had just spent money on the vehicle and couldn't afford to fix any big job on it. Purchased an accord from this location. The sales associate was absolutely great (can't remember his name) but once we sat with the finance manager who was a bit arrogant but tolerable up until he used the language to describe the interest rate on the loan as "about 4 percent". Throughout the entire process I thought "about 4 percent" meant under 4 percent or maybe even 4.1 4.2. It wasn't until they offer the "packages" that my wife asked what is the exact interest rate and the finance individual scrambles and says "4.84" or something in that ballpark. The overall experience was pleasant up until this individual and his deceiving way of trying to pitch the interest rate which was my biggest concern. I made it very clear the interest rate was my biggest concern and I had a pre-approved offer letter from a third party outside the dealership before I even walked in. I wouldn't necessarily bend over backwards to recommend this dealership, but also wouldn't trash it negatively. A very neutral position, with words of advice being to confirm the interest rates the second you sit down with the finance manager.

Where do I begin. Mariana is by far the greatest car “sales women” of our time. She sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Want to know a secret that car is not even out yet. I’m not sure how she was able to work her magic but she did. The shiny pink metallic coat is the ideal vehicle for me and I couldn’t have gotten it without Mariana. Sales team can be a bit pushy. When shopping around for a car deal I received 4 phone calls in one day from this dealership. Service is efficient and easy to plan. Shuttle service will take you anywhere and will pick you up when car is ready. Upsell on maintenance is a bit frustrating. Overall I continue to be a customer because I get what I want out of the car experience and am overall happy with their vehicles and servicing. 4/5 for this experience

I stopped at Greico Honda on my way home one day. I did not intend on buying a new vehicle. I met with Kiplin. He showed me the new Honda Accord and let me take the car for a test drive. Kip was great. We joked and talked about football. I never felt any pressure. After the test drive, we discussed some possible prices for a new Accord. At first, we were “way off” on how much the monthly payment should be. I thanked him and tried to leave. He asked if I could wait five minutes, so he could speak with his manager. I knew what I wanted so I called them to do a test drive on two vehicles. The sales person Kipp was friendly and they took us right away. He asked me a few questions and asked if I was interested in buying a car that day (I wasn't). I feel they did pressure me a little bit in that sense. He showed me the two cars, was very knowledgeable and let me do a test drive. Came back and I told him that I would just like his card and I would get back to him. Then the manager came over and wanted to make sure Kipp was ok. He was great, i just knew what I wanted and again I was not interested in buying that day. The sales manager was a little more pushy. After that Kipp did not call me but texted me which I appreciated. I ended up finding a better deal at another dealership, but Grieco was decent. Not bad, not outstanding. I would recommend them in the future, but just make sure you know what you want as a consumer so that you can compare.

Great experience today, only brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation so I can’t comment on other things. They really improved on the last time I was there, when I gave feedback about nobody being there to welcome me as I pulled in to the service bay. Welcomed immediately, saw the service rep Jared, who was awesome. Got everything signed and waited in the cafe area while they did the work. 90 minutes later and I was on my way. Jose Martinez was very welcoming, and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. There was a misunderstanding that the exact car we wanted was not on their lot, but a manager assured us they could get the car we wanted within a couple days. He came through on his promise, and we later found out Jose drove all the way to Hyannis to get the car for us. When we picked it up, Jose again made us feel welcomed and was willing to take as much time as we needed to explain every little detail we wanted to know. He even stayed past the time the dealership was closing. Love the car and very happy with our experience with Grieco Honda.

My only concern was the length of time it took to process the title and registration papers. I do live in another state and understand that increased the time, but it still took a month. Setting up an appointment and dropping the car off was nothing short of outstanding. In the end it was a problem with a windshield installation from three years ago. They offered to allow the glass company to replace the windshield there out of the cold. In the end that was not necessary but making the offer was appreciated. Drove an hour looking for a specific color (black exterior & interior) Honda Pilot in my price range that they had listed online. While I was initially taken aback by the fact that the pictures online did not match the specific pilot they had, Hamlet stayed way after closing time to show me multiple cars, and assured me that he would be able to work with me to make me happy with what they did have. I had to go back a couple times to seal the deal (as I was still looking for the colors I really wanted), but ended up choosing Grieco over the other 3 dealerships I visited. l'm extremely happy with the price I was offered, the car itself, and the willingness of Hamlet and the finance manager to make sure I got what I wanted. I bought a Honda Accord with about 35k miles on it now 60k no problems. Thanks Greico Honda. Had for 3 years now over 100k miles and still no problems. Experience 2 was also great. I was looking for a vehicle for my husband and even though we didn't end up buying from Greico Honda, their sales service was outstanding! They didn't have the inventory we were looking for (he wanted a specific non Honda make/model), but the sales staff was very helpful to let us know what inventory they did have and followed up in a complimentary way that was not aggressive.
