Jason was awesome! Helped me get the financing monthly payments that I could afford with my low credit score and walked me through what I needed to do to boost it up. I love the SUV! I made a comment about it needing tires and he ordered them up right in front of me and will also be detailing it when I bring it back to have them installed. Went in late on a Sunday evening near closing to take a peek at a nice Ford truck. Jason helped me out and was able to sneak in a test drive and I wasn't rushed at all. Didn't expect I was able to work out financing or anything until another day, but by the time I got back from my test drive he's got something hooked up, which made my night! 5 Stars to Jason, he's informative, has endless answers to all my obscure questions being new to trucks, and was very friendly (even while multitasking a ton since it was busy). On to the truck.. loving it so far, although after purchasing I discovered two ~1" unpatched holes in the cab roof from a CB antennae most likely. Since this wasn't a disclosed issue in CarSpot, or in the description I texted Jason in the evening and he got back to me quickly, and said he an his manager would work out a solution the same week. I'm still awaiting getting this resolved as of 8/5/21, and will update my review accordingly as it's a big issue not just a paint chip. I don't doubt they'll take care of me so Rev Motors deserves a fair shot to make it right. Update #1: Jason called right when he said he would, and got my truck in that same weekend for the roof fix. The communication is already 10x better than any big dealership I've bought from, and I feel like the "service after sale" promise some dealers talk about is actually real at Rev Motors. Looking forward to getting it back! Thanks Jason, and Rev Motors!

Great service, drove over 3 hours after working a graveyard shift, to look at a truck I seen on line, it was a little rougher then what I wanted, looked at a few others, finally found one that I liked a 2002 Ford F-350 with a 7.3, yes it was a little rough but it is a 20 year old truck, what do you expect,,, I will return to get another rig, soon hopefully Ethan can find a Honda Fit, I did forget to ask him too. My wife and I recently took our daughter to a stretch of dealerships on Canyon Road. Since this was going to be her first vehicle purchase (no co-signing), we were expecting her to get a lousy interest rate, and an extra dose of high pressure sales tactics that dealerships happily ram down everyones throat. However, from the moment we arrived at Rev Motors, the entire experience was fantastic. From tire kicking, to test drive, to driving it home, Ethan made the process truly pleasant. She ended up getting a great deal on her new 2018 Subaru, a genuine no pressure environment through every stage of the process, and best of all- an incredibly low interest rate under 3% (another dealership down the street offered her 19%). For us, Rev Motors was well worth the 2 hour drive. Thank you, Ethan, for making our daughters first vehicle purchase an amazing experience, and for welcoming us to the Rev Motors family.

I love my new truck from REV motors! Customer service absolutely top notch. Ethan is incredibly knowledgeable. The buying process was seamless and completed within a few minutes. I wasn't able to come in to finalize the purchase and Ethan walked my wife through every step - which was no small task with a fully loaded RAM 4X4.. First off, I noticed a common theme regarding complaints about the condition of the car following purchase. Ethan made it very clear to us that the car was sold as is as it is at every used car dealership. Therefore, we took it upon ourselves as buyers to get the vehicle completely inspected. It is within the buyers obligation to ensure the vehicle is in desirable condition. The vehicle passed with flying colors and the purchase transaction was very smooth. I went in to the office to look at a vehicle. They did not try to pressure me into buying anything. I found a 2011 Tahoe priced VERY competitively. So I decided to buy it. Being a Sunday, I figured it would take until the next day to get a decision. But Jason narrowed the credit unions down for my credit and I was approved in 15 minutes. Everyone there was very polite and respectful with no pressuring. David, their new salesman was amazing as well. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up and instead of bugging me, he simply told me to let him know if I had any questions. No pressuring. Nothing. A few weeks ago my mother and I set out for the day just to take a look at what options we had for a new car. We pulled into REV unknowing what we would be getting into. We were greeted promptly by the sales manager Jason. He started by saying, "I hope you don't plan on driving out of here in that." My mother and I looked at one another, ready to run, thinking it was some kind of sales strategy. Seeing our confusion he quickly showed us why he was concerned. We had pulled into the lot with a flat tire. Reassured that we were in good hands we told Jason what we were looking for and he showed us a car that was perfect for our family of 5, but only as it was at the time. I have 3 growing children and a 60lbs dog, in no time we would need more room. Not to mention our family is big on hiking, camping and all things outdoors. He showed us the GMC Acadia and I fell in love with it. I don't have the greatest credit, and it took some time to get approved, but Jason talked to nearly 10 lenders (I have all the rejections to prove it) and pulled every string possible to keep me in the truck I was sure my family needed. I couldn't be happier with the service I received or with the vehicle I know I can't live without.

There is a Gentleman that works at this dealership that you won't see if you're buying a car here but you should seek him out. He won't give you a sales pitch, try and put you into the wrong car or wheel and deal on a purchase. His name is Brandon and he works behind the scenes cleaning up the cars that are getting ready to be offered. Brandon took what was not the most pleasant experience and turned it into something very memorable. He gave me a ride home after I bought a car here and after asking him some questions I found honesty, integrity and the willingness to make things right. Not only that, he offered his detailing services to make the car look as good as it possibly can. I was skeptical since I was used to doing all detail / repair work myself. I have extereamly high standards when it comes to these kind of details on all me vehicles. Brandon did a phenomenal job on my car. Purchased a used Nissan Armada through Jason. There was an issue with the A/C...Jason wrote in ....if ac won't run with refill, dealer will repair. Of course this is on a "we owe you" form....which has a 30 day notice on it. With all the crazy stuff going on in our society...Larry in service is working with me, since I have made attempts to get in....but schedules haven't matched. Having a company that will work with a client for a $1200 repair AFTER they drive off the lot is a big statement! Thank you for honoring your word....a breath of fresh air in a crazy world.

When I went to the lot that day I had no idea that I would be buying a new vehicle. The staff is very kind and the selection of vehicles is impressive for the size of lot that it is. Overall mostly positive experience, Jason was kind and helped us move through quickly. My only gripe is with their claim of a "128 point" inspection - I'm a bit suspicious of it. After purchasing the vehicle, I changed the oil and found that there was 7.5L of oil when 5.5L was max capacity. Checking the dipstick showed this, as the oil line was quite a bit higher than the full marker. Basically, regardless of what any dealer says, *do a full inspection yourself or have your own mechanic do it*. Don't rely on them to ensure it's within correct operating conditions. Unrelated to RevMotors, but when purchasing a vehicle make sure you price in a full servicing - replace all filters, fluids, etc. as dealers will almost never do it themselves.

My wife and I set out on a hunt from a pre owned BMW 328I x drive turismo and we found one at a BMW store, It was beautiful and drove very nice. great dealership but we walked away without the car. We felt the price was too high and wanted to see what else was out there. "love the internet shopping" Found our second one in SE Portland, same thing. Nice guys clean lot but the car had a odd smell inside and the navigation and information center did not work correctly. Back to the web.. I found one at REV Motorsports and it was just what we were looking for so I called them up and Jason told me all about it. Let me start by saying that if you are going to buy a vehicle you should SERIOUSLY consider buying at REV motors. I would and already have recommended this place to both my family and friends. Something I have NEVER previously done. Excellent prices and even more AMAZING service. I have purchased many vehicles and been to even more dealerships. One thing I can tell you is that absolutely NONE of them was a pleasant experience, whether I was dealing with a shady and pushy salesman or an even shadier and down right aggressive manager or owner. Dishonesty and harassment abounds in the car dealership world. So much that I came to the point where I didn't even want to test drive a vehicle because I hate being subjected to that treatment and the nice guy in me hates having to eventually be an A-hole just to be able to leave most of the car lots. Enter REV Motors. At first I expected the same treatment and was prepared with my best Fu*k off face. Instead I was greeted by Tyler, who came out in the poring rain to see if he could help, I asked if I could test drive one of their vehicles, it happened to be a Lexus. I fully expected that he would try and fish out what my price range was or at the very least ride along with us. Instead he took a copy of my drivers license and handed me the keys. This was to be the first of many pleasant surprises. After test driving several different vehicles we took some time to figure out which one would be the best fit. Instead of harassing us or bothering us in any fashion we were just politely told to come get them if we need anything. Once we decided on the car that we wanted, an Audi Q7, we went in to do some paper work. From the time we entered Andrew's, the owner, office, to walking out with the keys to our new vehicle was right under and hour!!! Anyone who has purchased a vehicle at a dealership knows that is next to impossible. Andrew is incredibly friendly and what's more important, at least to me, is that he AND his entire office, are genuine. You can tell that is the type of environment and attitude that he fosters. Anyways back to the purchase, he was extremely knowledgeable in my particular bank's financing and processes. This was important to me seeing as I have had issues with other places in the past. His knowledge of the process was critical in the smooth and timely completion of the transaction. Another thing I'd like to point out about REV is that all their sales come with a no cost 30 day warranty, something I haven't seen with any other dealership. While they do offer you additional coverage at an extra cost they are very upfront and make no underhanded attempts at adding it unknowingly to your contract through fast talk or "fine print". Let REV Motors change your perspective on the car dealership stereotype!!! Get a GREAT deal in the process!

I have bought 3 used cars in the last year, and 5 total. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a used car dealership. They gave me a fair price without me needing to negotiate, I had a price I wanted to pay after research that I wanted to pay for my car and they immediately went below it. The original price was already below KBB. I came in prepared with a pre-approved loan from my credit union @ 2.99%. They offered me a loan for 2.49%, I said that I preferred to go through my credit union and then I left to run an errand while I was gone they prepared all my paperwork and then they went above and beyond and contacted my credit union and lowered my rate to 2.74%. It wasn't much but that was pretty cool. But most importantly I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. I don't know how the car will hold up or how reliable it will be, but I go in knowing a used car dealership just sells cars and isn't to provide repairs.

I recently bought a Volvo station wagon from Rider. Despite a few problems with the car, they did everything they needed to to correct the issues. I would highly recommend this dealership. The sale went smooth, and lacked the "creepy used car salesman" vibe. They had the car I really wanted, as well as a few other wagons available to test drive and compare. I was sold the car with no warranty, which really could have backfired, as the car overheated the first time I sat in traffic. The fan fuse was missing and easily replaced. When I called to complain, they asked me to bring my car back to further investigate the issues. Their mechanic discovered the coolant was leaking on top of the radiator, so Rider replaced the radiator and fixed the coolant leak. They also replaced the existing squeaky break pads. The pads were not proper Volvo pads, and too small for the car. Rider ordered and used proper Volvo parts in all these replacements. After almost $600 in repairs, Rider charged me nothing and Andrew (the salesman) was glad to see me go home happy with my car. I would definitely buy another used car from Rider.

I recently purchased a 2001 BMW 540i, sedan, 6 speed manual and was very impressed with the car. It was a locally owned vehicle that had been taken in on trade, so most of the service records were available, and had been tastefully modified Upon pick up, some issues arose with the car, giving me a common problem with my vehicle & year referred to as the "Trifecta" or "Christmas lights". I brought it back and explained the issue - Andrew took the car straight to Portland BMW (used to be Rasmussen) and had it put on the G1 scanner. Turns out there were two modules that needed to be replaced. Andrew did not hesitate to cut any corners, and paid for all labor, and parts that were needed to get the car running properly and got it back to me as soon as possible. I was very pleased with the selection of vehicles at R.E.V, and especially Andrews laid back sales approach. It's too often you go to a dealership and get bombarded with sales pitch's and shady deals. Andrew and the guys over at REV know cars, and they know customer service. I would definitely refer people here, as it seems to be a little hidden gem of Portland - and in fact, already have, my friend bought a new RX-8 and couldn't be happier with it. Overall, would definitely recommend, and will most likely be back to purchase another vehicle once i'm through with this one.

REV worked with me and SELCO credit union to get me a loan for my dream car, a 2005 XC70. It did take awhile for me to get my plates and for the loan to go through; I had to go back there a few times to get things settled. I have never purchased a car from a dealer before, so perhaps this is normal. The car is great, and my mechanics say overall it seems to be a solid vehicle. The main bummer is that there was an oil leak that happened shortly after I got it, (a couple months later), and it would have been a $700 repair if I hadn't gotten a comprehensive after market warranty. The warranty covered most of the repair, although I wasn't aware that the warranty had a $200 deductible. I read the fine print but I dont remember seeing that. Anyhow, I'd rather pay $200 than $700, but the warranty is still rather pricey. I bought a car from REV August 2013. Six months later, I am overall satisfied and would recommend this dealer to a friend.

I couldn't write another review from my other page but I REALLY wanted to give REV's service department the recognition I feel that they deserve. Since I wrote a book for my other review I'll keep this one a bit shorter. I've dealt with Nick both times I've gone in, I believe that sales is Andrew's part and service is Nick's part(not quite sure on that one). REV's service department runs just as tight a ship as the sales with the same friendly and genuine feel. Nick goes out of his way every time to ensure that my needs are met, he has a VERY knowledgeable and skilled staff. The thing that most impressed me with the service department is not only the fact that they literally provide legendary customer service but their prices, when they do actually charge, are MORE than reasonable, and come on, we ALL know that price is the real bottom line most of the time when it comes to the decision making process.
