I’ve purchased a few cars and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I went into IRA with a pretty clear vision of what I wanted and while it did take a while to find what I was looking for they went above and beyond for me. Mike Horowitz the sales manager & Gwen Wilcox my sales person we’re exceptional. Mike kept me in the loop the entire time, getting back to me even while on vacation. Gwen was so pleasant to work with as well. She has reached out to check on me and my new car and was so sweet to my husband and I. There was no pressure and they went out of their way to make this experience the best they could. I am a proud owner of a new 2023 4Runner & I couldn’t have done it without these guys. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a breezy experience.

Ira Toyota Saco - they were right on time for my scheduled service. I was check in right away and the car moved onto the service bay area. Waiting room and small Cafe area were a very nice addition and the food was very reasonably priced and very good. The only 2 things that bothered me was they did not wash your car after service when today just about all dealers do that and Dave the service person working with me had a very poor customer approach. When the car was completed he called my name and I raised my hand as I was by myself sitting at a small table near by. He acknowledged me but did not make any attempt to meet me at the table as other CS reps were doing with their customers. I meet him at the front desk he told me your oil change and tire rotation are done, sign here, here's your copy go through that door ND straight out for your car. No pleasantries, no thank you for your business, not even a happy welcoming look on his face.
Service was fine.....Customer Service person could use some personality classes to be more welcoming and inviting to his customers.

My son and I went out one afternoon to look around for a vehicle for him. We went to a few dealerships with no luck. We arrived at Ira Toyota in Saco and was looking around when a young lady walked out from the building. She clearly worked there and was clearly very busy. Nonetheless, she paused when we asked her a question, did not ignore us and told us she'd be right with us as soon as she finished up what she was doing. We took a car for a test drive, but my son was not sold on it. She didn't just say ok and walk away, she suggested we come in and look at all the inventory on her computer that was in the Saco area to save us some footwork. We found a truck, more like what my son wanted and at the right price. Gwen gave us a new view on car dealerships with her professionalism and follow through. This girl is busy. She was running around in every direction helping multiple people but never made us feel like we were forgotten. I highly recommend Ira Toyota to anyone seeking a vehicle but more importantly, I highly recommend Gwen and Brandon who handled the financing as well. Great job guys!! Like many people, I dreaded going into the dealership to trade in my car, but from the moment I walked into this dealership and was greeted by Denise and Gwen, I felt right at home. These two women are AMAZING, they made sure I didn't leave until I was 110% comfortable and IN LOVE w the vehicle I chose. VERY knowledgeable of the products they are selling!!! Update: 3/18/22
On 3/15, I was offered to trade my vehicle for a new truck as they can't fix the paint on mine. The "negotiations" could have been better/easier than they were. I felt I was "low-balled" but they came up to a number I was happy with. I also made it clear before negotiations started that if I traded, the items I bought for the truck are not part of the trade-in. I was told my running boards I bought after I purchased the truck HAD to be on the truck as part of the deal or I could go back to the service department and work with them to fix my paint. I felt that was the worst of the options for me so I agreed to let the running boards go. I still had this gut wrenching feeling tho that taking my running boards is just not right for a dealership to do. This paint issue was a Toyota factory issue. It wasn't the dealers fault nor was it mine. Regardless, I expect the dealer to make things right.
Twice, I reached out to the general manager, Dennis Steeves. In both instances, he made things happen for me positively when I was feeling mistreated. He understands customer service. After talking with him the second time, I get to keep my running boards and he said they will install them on my new truck when it arrives! I'm very excited for my new truck.
I had 2 Toyotas with rusted frames and both times I was treated incredibly well by Toyota. So well, I remained a customer. I bought the white Tacoma pictured in 6/21 and something went wrong with the paint. I felt like I was fighting to be taken care of by Toyota and that's not what I wanted. Mr. Steeves has renewed my faith in Toyota and I will be extremely happy when I'm driving my new truck with the running boards I researched and had special ordered for me on it. Obviously, I'm hoping all goes well with the arrival of the new truck at the end of April. In 20 years, I've bought 3 Tacomas from IRA Toyota. I'm sad to see the white one go, but I'm ready to put the paint issue behind me. It has been stressful. Thanks to Mr. Steeves, I'm going from 1-star to 4-stars on this review. I will update after my trade is completed at the end of April.
Update: This went south fast on 3/11/2022--see below.
Brand new Tacoma, won't come clean even after several car washes. Have appt to clean, but I'll need a permanent solution to be happy. So far, they are treating me the way I expect. I'll update with photos after they address the issue. Stuck with brown dirt lines on both sides.

Mar 11, 2022 -- No rep, vacation day lost at over $200, drove over 45 minutes to get lied to by the service tech who made the appt with me and lied to by the service manager--this guy tells me this happens to all toyotas. No one would buy a toyota if this happened to them all. I have seen many white toyotas, cars and trucks, without these brown/stains on the protective paint. Bought truck in June 2021--service manager asked me how much I'd be willing to pay to have it fixed. Really? Brand new truck--less than 8 months old. I did not do this to the paint.
I would rate less than 1 star at this point if I could. Situation could still be fixed/resolved to my satisfaction, but they are going to have to do better than they currently are doing now.

I've made three purchases through Ira (formerly Prime). The third time was probably the last, unfortunately. The vehicle I purchased has required extensive parts replacements and service in the 14 months since I took it off the lot. While I understand that it is not the responsibility of the dealership to provide a full bill of health, I would have appreciated the ability to make a more informed decision regarding its purchase. I was provided with the Carfax report, but without any information regarding the fact that I would soon need to replace the brakes, bushings, etc. Since I bought the vehicle during the rush on used cars in 2021, it was fairly clear that the salesperson and sales manager I worked with was unconcerned about closing the sale, and I was acutely aware that it was a "rush job." Again, I know it's largely down to the circumstances of the market and that the house always wins in a dealership, but I would have appreciated a bit more care and thoroughness in the process. That said, Ira is also always incredibly flexible with financing options and their inventory is usually comparably very affordable and competitively priced.

I went to Ira Toyota spent some time with Gwen Wilcox and explained to her what I was looking to get into. She was very patient with me, as I explained there were feature I wanted and a price range I wanted to stay in. I don't give glowing reviews, and I entered the process with Ira Toyota Saco on a bit of a sour note. That initial visit was to drop off a check to place a deposit for a theoretical future vehicle...assuming chips are located and other pieces of the supply chain hold up. Regardless, from then the process unfolded in the absolutely ideal manner for me.
No doubt it's a uniquely bizarre automotive market for multiple reasons. I wasn't going to be dickering for a price below sticker, because they could simply sell my car to the long waiting list behind me. So things were going to be different.
What I experienced was a respectful cadence of communications from one sales manager (Michael Horowitz), copying my designated sales person (Matt Fecteau), keeping me up-to-date on the progress of our bid for a particular trim level of Hybrid Rav 4.
Communication continued, including virtually-instant replies from Michael to any questions asked, throughout the process of getting a vehicle allocated, accepting that vehicle, then following its journey from manufacture, to ready for transit, to shipped, and finally arrived.
When it came to closing the deal, Matt and the finance manager (the extraordinary David Tanger) offered products as expected, but gracefully accepted a firm "no thank you" with good humor. Between Matt and David, they were able to get us through the process in one day, and as very happy customers.
Additional mention needs to go out to a couple more exceptional people in our experience at Ira. First is Sales Manager Denise Freitas, who took special interest in us as we waited at the dealership for certain tasks to be completed. The vehicle had just arrived the afternoon before, and the staff were working as hard as possible to get people taken care of as quickly as possible. Denise seemed concerned that my wife and I had been waiting, though we were still early based on the timeline we had been given. We decided to go out to lunch while the Rav was being finished up in prep, and when we got back, found out that Denise had authorized David to take $50 off the car because we had gone to Amato's for lunch. The second is Sales Manager (Eric Godin?!), who crosses the sales floor in a discernable pattern, clicking his pen with his left hand while he apparently makes things happen with his right. What he did for us was continue to make sure that we were continually all set in a polite, genuine and unobtrusive manner. He has a gift for it. And the time he takes to sit down and tell a quick story helps make a good connection.
I feel like this dealership is all rowing in the same direction. This is not at all what I expected. Next, we'll get to see if the service department is as impressive as the sales, finance and delivery personnel.

Everyone has a pleasant attitude greeting me and talking to me at Toyota but the my car purchasing experience was not the best. Waited 3 months for the title, and when I finally got the car none of the paperwork I signed was given back to me despite my request. I came back and asked for the paper to be able to get my license plate, and even then they would not send me all of the terms and agreement that I signed. It is just really confusing and unprofessional!

Based on feedback that service levels had suffered dramatically, I was wary of going back to "Prime" after Ira took over. I am here to say that from the first phone call (Michelle) to the last (the car is fine) my experience was stellar. Michelle was SO informed about the possibilities for my car, gave me several options for getting the car to the shop without my having to ask a million questions and she arranged for the use of a rental. My service advisor, Amy is the most reliable service person in the business. She was thorough, communicative and personable. When there were more questions, "my" tech came out to discuss. That was Zach. He reviewed everything he had done, listened to my feedback and realized more investigation was needed. I left with the rental and got the call later that all unknowns had been addressed and the car was ready to go. The next day I received a phone call that I had left our handicap placard on the mirror of the rental and they would mail it to me if I didn't want to trek back. Thank you to everyone. My mind is now free of concern for my car.

While away on vacation at Old Orchard Beach, our vehicle’s engine wiring was damaged by mice. Assistant Service Manager, Michelle Matthau graciously assisted us and helped get us back on the road. The repair took a couple days while waiting for the correct parts to arrive. Michelle was great at keeping us informed. Everyone we encountered there were very nice and professional.

I had an issue with my Rav4. I was 600 miles feom home and they took me right away, offered a free scanner because it might just be a minor thing. They discovered that there was a couple of possibilities while I had a nice little breakfast at their café with a couple of coffee.
They drove me to the hotel in a shuttle until they fixed the issues. They picked me up at the hotel and offered me hot dogs and hamburgers while they were finishing. They are the best service dealers I have never dealt with.

I have a low mileage used Tacoma that is new to me. The Assistant Service Manager greeted me, was very personable and accommodating. He explained the services recommended and looked at two warranty repair considerations. Before I could inquire, he had repaired one issue and ordered the warranty parts for the second. AND, the oil change/rotate was done. Just a great experience. The vehicle was finished on time, with email updates and downloadable repair orders - no more paper. Great experience thus far…

The vehicle I bought was over book, but any low mileage babied luxury car is these days. I was able to get them to come down on the price a bit. Had the car a week, see no reason to believe I was hornswoggled yet.

I went a got a used 2020 Corolla, Brooklyn was a great sales consultant and answered every question I had. The Corolla I purchased had some very serious scratches on the top of the hood, and Ira buffed them out and made it look almost perfect for me! Also, James in the finance department was very helpful and patient when we ran into a few bumps in the road. The staff was so kind and I left with a great car! Extremely happy with our experience at Prime, mainly because of our salesman Eric. He was outstanding, never made us feel rushed (despite it being one of the only vehicles of its kind available anywhere) and was extremely great to work with. He’s the opposite of what you expect from your average car salesman who in my experience are just looking for a commission. I'm pleased to say that they have turned themselves around since rebranding as Ira, presumably with the Rosenberg family back at the helm. Bought my 2019 Toyota C-HR LE from Prime Toyota - Saco. Excellent sales customer services. Kelly is the most passion person I have ever find in this car dealership. She helped me through everything in the car setting. The team are also very patient and very pleasant to help to get a car I was looking for. Thursday, September 1st went to get a state inspection at Ira Toyota Saco. Service Advisor is David Tingley. He is polite and kind, BUT disrespectful to their customer. My experience today service for a state inspection is AWFUL. Without asking the owner of the car, the server actually sprayed some fragrance inside my car. That fragrance is really a sensitive scent for me to inhale because it's always gives me bad awful and a painful headache. I was planning to go to the grocery store after the services, but was end it up drove home with fourth windows opened up because the bad awful painful headache from the fragrance from Ira Toyota Saco server. I would definitely NOT recommend to my families and friends comes to this place again for their auto services in the near future. Rated 0 star

After having my car totaled in the middle of a pandemic when you can't get a new vehicle I instantly got worried about finding a car.
After deciding that I wanted a new RAV4 Prime trying to find one proved to be elusive. At one point I had called around 20 different Toyota dealerships with zero luck. I had about given up when Prime Toyota Saco Maine called me stating they had a RAV4 Prime inbound if that would be available and around a month to month and a half. After a long conversation with this dealership I felt completely comfortable and was willing to do a down payment with them. They worked with me extremely well over the phone especially with being out of state and over a hundred miles away.
During the time that my car was slated to arrive the sales person I was working with left Prime Toyota. The transition to the new salesperson was extremely smooth with zero issues. The car arrived almost to the day that I was told up front when it would be available.
Being out of state on the day of the closing everything went extremely smoothly with no issues. Between the sales and finance team I couldn't have asked for better.
My only hope is that next time I am back at the Prime Toyota Saco dealership the pandemic is done in the popcorn machine can be running.
Thank you for a great experience and an easy car buying process during a time that is not easy.

I have always felt that at car dealerships I may be taken advantage of to get my car serviced and pressure me to get more work done than had to actually be done. Today, David let me know all recommendations that they had for my car when I got my inspection sticker but did not pressure me to get work done today. I ended up getting one of two recommendations done today but he was honest enough to let me know the car could wait another month for the second recommendation and also let me know that there would be a sale on the service next month! I did not leave feeling I could have been taken advantage of! Il be back next month!

I had an emergency sort of issue with my car and no garage could help me. I decided I had to go to the dealer. I assumed that they’d have me make an appointment but to my surprise when I explained my situation they said I could get my repair done right then!! I had a flat tire on my vehicle and David in service was able to get me the right tires at an affordable price. So affordable I ended up replacing all my tires not just the flat. They were able to fit me into the schedule and get my needs handled in a timely fashion on short notice. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone.

John Harmon is the man! Went to John at Prime because my brothers have been going to him for years. Called John and told him what we wanted. He got us into 2 brand new 2021 vehicles at a price point I liked. Very accessible by phone and text. He is funny and friendly. Then went to the finance guy, Dave, for all the paperwork. He was a riot!!! Really enjoyed working with him. I’ve been buying from a dealership closer to home for the last 12 years. Drove an hour to visit Prime Toyota in Saco. I've been taking my 4Runners for service to Prime for 6 years. Had a couple of bad service experiences in the past but stuck with them and things improved.
Today my service rep was Christina and she was amazing. Very professional, courteous and her follow up was impressive.

Employees are courteous, attentive and patient. They explain everything that needs attention and provide estimated charges up front. They keep the customer apprised along the way. First, tried to schedule the appointment on line. The rep took my information and told me I would be contacted. I waited two days with no call. Called directly and spoke to a live rep. Nothing was in the system. Next, dropped the vehicle off early as I was told I had an 8:30 time slot. Got a call at 9:30 asking what I needed. All that info had been provided when the appointment was scheduled and on the drop off envelope. At 4:00 I got to the shop and the service manager was just sending me the info on the diagnosis…they had indeed confirmed there was something wrong with the vehicle. It took them all day to confirm what I had told them and they didn’t even work on the repair portion as they had not contacted me yet. Now have to make another trip for the repair. If I had been contacted earlier, I would have authorized the repair to start immediately but instead, they waited and now I have to go back on Tuesday and leave the vehicle. Communication could have been better.

Today on 4-8-22 he had to go back to get more paperwork that had to be copied and they never gave him that two days prior. I had a 1:30 appointment for my 10K service of my Camry. When I arrived I was told that they were at least 45 minutes behind. I was not happy. Michelle Matthau explained that 2 tech had to leave mid day. The problem with finding adequate staffing that has affected so many businesses had also affected them. Michelle was very calm, kind and helpful. Once I understood the situation I felt reassured.She did her best to try to expedite the process in a difficult situation. I appreciated her help and the way she handled it.

I bought a used car through Ira (then Prime) Toyota way back in fall of 2020, and when I bought it I noticed that the back hatch handle wasn't working right and was sticky. They took it back and a tech looked at it, said there was some gunk in there and that some WD-40 had fixed it. A week later, obviously, it starts acting up again. At the time I figured, well, used car sales is used car sales and I get what I get, but I also felt vaguely cheated.
So why is this a five star review? Well, I went a year and half dealing with this problem because I never wanted to pay the couple hundred bucks or whatever to fix it, me being pretty broke through most of the pandemic, until last week when it was frustrating me so badly I thought "screw it, why don't I call the dealership and tell them I think I was cheated and that they should fix it".
Much to my astonishment, the used car manager Jeff had no problem acknowledging that if the tech made an oversight and didn't notice a problem with the latch, that was on them, and they should fix it. This morning they took the latch assembly apart and noticed that there was some bad rust up in there that must have been there the whole time, and they replaced it for free in only a couple of hours.
I'd never have expected that level of integrity from a car dealership, and I can say happily that I would buy from Ira Toyota again.

From the moment I reached out about purchasing a 2022 RAV4 Prime SE to the driving the vehicle off the lot back to my home in North Carolina, the people at IRA Toyota in Saco Maine could not have been more helpful. Starting with jennifer taking my phone call, then Anthony finding the vehicle and Eric literally picked me up at the airport and drove me to teh dealership. No trying to up sell me on extended warranties, but making me aware of a great deal on exterior/interior coverage. My only problem with this dealership is that it is 868 miles away from my home in Greensboro. But if I need a new car that is hard to find, Ira Toyota in Saco will be my first call.

Had the honor of buying from Alexis and Prime Toyota. In these times of shortages and supply demand, Alexis and Prime Toyota worked with me through the whole ordeal. I have to go back to July 2021 when I first worked with Alexis. Walked in chatted for a bit and put a refundable deposit down on a 2021 4runner. Prime did not mark up the vehicle like most dealers in the Portsmouth NH area. I say this because I am currently serving in the USCG in Kittery. So I drove an hour away to purchase the 4runner. The communication and customer service provided by Alexis and Prime is nothing short of impressive. Alexis told me when the vehicle was being built, shipped, and of course delayed at the port. When the 4runner was set to arrive at the dealership at the end September, our Ship was getting underway for Patrol. I was devastated and told Alexis to sell it to someone else and put my deposit on a 2022. Alexis, went out of her way to have the Dealership hold the 4runner for 4 extra weeks. I cannot be more thankful for the wonderful experience I had working with them. If I ever need another vehicle I will definitely be buying from Alexis again. We ordered a Rav4 Hybrid in early May and finally picked it up yesterday. These are strange times to buy a car or sell a used one and long delays like this seem to be the new normal. Given that, Prime Toyota was always honest with me about what to expect, the limitations on option choices and the probable length of time the whole process would take. When the big day came yesterday and our car arrived, our charming salesperson Brooklynn Burns couldn't have been more helpful and patient in explaining the ins and outs of our new car. Fantastic experience. Gwen and the whole team were wonderful to us. I called to schedule a test drive for a Rav4 Prime. They did not have one that day but let us test drive a hub due to it having similar features. We did not get pressured to buy a vehicle we did not want. Instead the Rav4 Prime was held for us so we could test drive it and buy.
The whole process was so seamless that I didn't even realize we were going to be able to take it home the day we bought it. We scheduled the test drive for 6pm and had the vehicle by 8pm. I even got set up with new insurance that was much cheaper than my current insurance. O would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a vehicle.

Overall I might give this used auto buying an experience a 4* there were some little things which makes this a 3*
The sales person only tried to mess with me two times, one was my fault. I said my limit was 20k, and was shown vehicles greater than, my bad. The one which irked me was, only after signing a non-binding agreement was I shown the carfax and "dealer page" I could have asked for these before... my bad, but it felt "bad".
One other was the contract I signed was for a Honda E-XL, but turns out the car is only an LX, the previous owner added some mods, my bad again; but I would expect a dealer to know their cars.
Final, in the finance, I was trying to figure out what the four columns and various rows meant. Turns out they were all related to gap insurance on a used car. I said I did not want gap insurance and that whole spreadsheet went away. I have no idea what the other columns/rows were for.

This place is the most organized and efficient service place I have ever been to. The past maintenance records were there when I got there and the recommended service was fully explained and executed within a reasonable time, as promised, and a written report was created, with pictures, of the new parts being provided. Recalls were researched and scheduled for a convenient time in the future with a loaner provided.
David was great, answering all my questions in detail and making recommendations. There was no push to include add-ons.
I would recommend to others to use Prime to “keep their Toyota a Toyota”.

If you need a vehicle, Prime Toyota Saco is the dealership to go to! The staff were warm and welcoming especially Matt F in the sales dept. Matt was very helpful, friendly and respectful, and negotiated a great price for my SUV. If any of my friends or family need a vehicle, they're definitely coming here first! I stopped by Prime Honda Saco a couple weeks before, and had an awful experience. The salesperson there needs to learn from those at Prime Toyota on how to treat their customers, especially their female customers.

They are more concerned with you being happy than "just making a sale". I drove away with a brand new vehicle instead of used because they were able to make it work for me with no hassle. I continue to go here as I never feel "cheated" after I leave unlike most other dealers.

I emailed them and they got right back to me and the deal blew away 5 other Toyota dealers in Maine buy a minimum of $1500 dollars. Other dealers said they can’t do that deal. I was told the recall process would be about 90 minutes. I arrived two minutes late then waited 5-10 minutes for the service rep to come to my car. He politely explained that the air bag wiring would be replaced and it would take about 90 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes went by I asked him how much longer. He checked with the mechanic who said there was a delay in getting the car into the service area and it would be at least another 30 minutes . Prime washed my Toyota Corolla. Total time about two hours and twenty minutes.

They didn't waste any of my time and when the general manager bought his whole team lunch, he walked over to me and introduced himself, I think his name was Bob Ramos, and asked me if I had lunch yet and if I would like some food . Ever one I met couldn't do enough to ask if I had any questions or needed any help.
I stopped in after I had a meeting with a few clients in Saco . I'm glad I did. I actually received a call from the general manager a few hours later on my way back to my office in Massachusetts, to thank me for stopping by and sorry he had to leave our conversation to help another customer on the phone. I dealt primarily with Jan, Shawn and JP. Overall excellent experience. They did not have the model I wanted and suggested a different one. Price was reasonable though a little bit higher than I had hoped. I feel JP pushed the extended warranty. I had very mixed thoughts about that to begin with. I have never had any benefit of an extended warranty for a car (including with my previous higher-tech Prius). Not the end of the world but a very small irritation.
I was able to drive car home the same day so it was a long day for this old lady!
I would buy from them again and would recommend them.

Had a great experience working with Sam. We were driving around Saco looking for a truck everyone was closing for the night so we didnt have the opportunity to talk to anyone about what they had, when we pulled into Prime Toyota we drove around looking at what they had, we stopped and looked at a Tacoma and Sam was driving by and stopped to talk with us and gave us some info on the truck we were looking at. He wasnt looking to sell us a truck at that time, he was just letting us know of the options. Even after they were closed he was still helpful. That is what made us come back the very next morning. We appreciated the fact that Sam was not pushy with the sale, he knew what we were in the market for and worked with us to get the price that we wanted. Went well, bought the car I wanted for a good price. Only problem was the insurance salesman they had me sit down with. Initially they forgot to program my back up key, so if you live far away, make sure to check that. However when I went to get it taken care of, the salesman filled my gas tank which negated the problem of driving back there anyway.

I recently bought my first new car from Prime Toyota in Saco. I got quotes for a couple of different vehicles. Every time Prime gave me the best sale price. Not only did they give me the best price, but also went above and beyond other dealers as far as incentives to buy from them. For instance I got 2 years of free Toyota care, which is basically free car maintence. No other dealer offered that. I also feel like I got a great deal on an extended warranty. I won't be seeing a mechanic for the next 7 years. I only talked to a handful of employees there, but all of them were kind, and helpful. On top of all of that, I was approved for a special .9% interest rate with no consigner.... I had ZERO credit whatsoever. That blew my mind. This is my 3rd Toyota I’ve had from Prime in Saco. The service has been top notch until my last visit for a 20k oil change and inspection. I had requested, in advance, the fog light to be repaired but the intake service manager was caught unaware and the part wasn’t available. Clearly my request was not entered into the system and now I have to return when the part arrives. The tech did replace the bulb so it works but the damaged housing still needs replacement. Thumbs up for the quick fix but....
When I left I noticed a new buzzing and rattling sound coming from the interior fan. I’m thinking something got into the system when they checked the cabin air filter. It would have been nice if they noticed this before giving my Tacoma back to me.
I have reached out via text but have yet to hear a reply about this. For now I guess cranking the radio will have to do. It’s loud enough that it can be heard OUTSIDE the passenger side! Hard to miss.
I need to add that in 9 years having Prime service my vehicle, this is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the outcome. Hoping my next trip in will be back to the usual excellence I’ve grown to expect from the Toyota team

I have bought 5 cars through Prime in Saco Maine. I had some problems with my current car Toyota Carolla, they took my car for a ride ,felt what it was doing, gave me a loaner no cost, fixed my car and off I went. It now drives like a new car. Prime Service is the best and they take their time and are experts at what they do. I will always buy and be serviced by Prime the only way to go.
1/28/19 i went for my maintenance check. They went all through my car and even replaced the airbag, told me exactly what my car needed in the future. They are professional, fast, and cheaper than small shops. I love the service i get at Prime.❤
