Amazing overall experience! The whole team at Freeman is like a really cool family. I had reached out about a car I wanted to view a few days ago. When I walked in yesterday, 3 people greeted me by name. I set my backpack down on the showroom floor like it was my own living-room. Such a comfortable atmosphere. I had an excellent buying experience with Freeman. I drove up to Portland from southern Oregon a little late in the day on a Friday, about a 4 hour drive. They had a very fair deal on a Porsche Macan S and I was trading in a car so I expected to be there a while. When I arrived they had the Macan pulled up and ready to go in the showroom. Got a fair trade-in amount, the car was in great condition, and all the paperwork was done in a very timely fashion. My salesman Alex was great, the whole thing couldn't have gone better. My wife is very happy with her early Christmas present 🎁

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had a great experience at Freeman Motor Showroom with Ross. I had just been to another dealership that had me schedule to look at a vehicle, I drove 45 minutes and when I got there they said the vehicle had sold the day before. That other place was not apologetic at all and said I should have double checked even though I had an appointment for a specific car. I then went to another dealership based on what they had on-line. I got there and “oh sorry it just sold.” Funny it is several days later and it is still online for a great price. It seems a lot of other companies do a bait and switch online. I was frustrated and checked Freeman Motor’s website and the car I was looking at was still online so I called. Ross answered and said yes it was available and he scheduled me to see it. To my delight when I arrived I was warmly greeted and promptly taken to their beautiful showroom. Ross then walked me through the car and everything it had to offer. I sat in the car as he hung out talking about it like we were old friends. He ended up spending 40 minutes going over everything not knowing if I was going to purchase it or not. It was causal, straight forward and no pressure. After my last two experiences with other dealer I thought it was too good to be true. The car was priced fairly for the market we are in. Ross was great, they worked easily with my bank and everything went smooth. There was no pressure for extended warranties or add on just straight forward information. Best car buying experience I’ve had so far! I highly recommend Freeman and am thankful for the great customer service.

Bought a car here and had the best experience. Bought a Mercedes C 300 for my sister. We walked in not knowing anyone but we’re immediately greeted by Austin Jensen. Nice guy who went above and beyond. Car sales men are usually shady but Austin made us feel like he was helping instead of selling. Listed to what we wanted, stayed in budget, and the whole transaction took about 2 hours. Usually you’re at a dealership for like 4-5 hours but was impressed at his professionalism and speed. Will definitely buy a car from him again.

Gage was extremely nice, responsive, and accommodating. He found a way to make the deal work even though I had unexpected change in cashflow. He was certain that this car (a model I had been looking at buying for many years) and I were meant for each other. There were other buyers in the queue and it's clear that they could sell it in the near term to someone else. Any other sales person would have moved on, but he knew this was important to me. I had been through a lot, I had to give up the same model years ago; so getting this car was token that I came through bad times with flying colors. It's more than a car, it's an accomplishment of survival and fortitude. I have purchased two cars from Freeman, and referred a friend. My first purchase about 4 years ago, and my friends was 3, and both were a pleasant experience. However, my purchase a month ago was not without hiccups. Though it all eventually worked out, I think it's still appropriate the share the experience with the caveat that Freeman did ultimately come through for me. The car-buying experience was pretty straight forward. Negotiation on my trade was harder than I anticipated, but I also had a somewhat unique vehicle, so it's understandable. The financing and paperwork process was fairly quick and pleasant. They recorded the payee for my old car incorrectly, I caught it, and corrected them. They hand-wrote the correction, but did not reprint paperwork saying it wouldn't be a problem. This comes back in later. When I arrived home I found that the car's locks wouldn't operate, and as a result the gas tank wouldn't open. When I was at the dealer they brought the car around and had it running and/or opened, both for the test drive, and when I left, so of all the things I checked, functioning locks wasn't part of it. I also discovered on the drive home the shifting was inconsistent and the car definitely had transmission issues on harder acceleration. This was difficult to test on the test drive as there aren't great roads on Macadam Ave to go more than 30-40mph. I contacted Freeman about the locking issue the next day when they opened. I wasn't overly concerned with the transmission because after all, it was a used vehicle out of warranty, so it was a little bit of a gamble on my end. However, I felt strongly that the car shouldn't have been sold without working locks, which also control the gas door, which wouldn't open. I can't say that it was some conspiracy on Freeman's part, but I do believe the individual salesperson knew there was an issue and attributed it to a keyfob battery problem. A manager contacted me back and said they'd get the issue diagnosed to figure out what was going on. However it seems like there was communication break down with service, as the service dept. never followed up with me. After a week I ended up downloading the BMW tech software (ISTA) and diagnosing/fixing it myself. The transmission also ended up needing new Mechatronic seals and solenoids which I did as well. And again, I'm not assuming Freeman knew of the transmission issue, as I believe they would have fixed it had they known, but it's possible a more extensive car test, either on my part or theirs, would have revealed the issue. Fast forward two weeks, I see my old car is for sale at another dealer. I check my credit union to see my old car had not yet been paid off. After a bit of digging we found out that the paperwork was not updated with the handwritten correction, so the department that cuts checks sent it to the wrong address. It took some time working with them, but eventually the car did get paid off, although it was a month late and I ended up making an additional payment, interest and all. I have updated my original review and score because Freeman ultimately stepped up to make things right. I can't give this transaction a 5-star, primarily because of the issues surrounding my old car getting paid off, but I do appreciate their attempts to keep happy customers. My advice in the future for anyone, no matter the dealer, is that when you have to make a correction don't settle for a handwritten note, and ask them to reprint the paperwork then and there. It will ensure people downstream of them have the right info. Finally, a shout out to Jason in Freeman's Salem store who quickly got me in touch with the right people to figure out the check issue. He wasn't my salesman, but was great to work with 3 years back on my first car, and really came through quickly when I was having troubles this go around.

For years I've been waiting to purchase the car of my dreams. I worked hard and finally was able to make it happen. My search landed me with Brandon Cadieux at Freeman motors where the car was there waiting for me to look at. First impressions are everything. When you walk in to Freeman motors, you are in for a treat. Every car is a highly polished, high-end automobile that was meticulously chosen to be in the showroom. There is no parking lot here. All of the cars are stored indoors and each are stunning in their own way. It's incredibly impressive and that is by design. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life but this has to be the easiest, most relaxed experience I've ever had outside of a private party sale. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car and he took pride in what he does and with his work at Freeman Motors. The negotiation experience was fairly painless. There is some wiggle room but don't go in thinking you are going to get the deal of the century because the cars are already priced at or below market value. We had very little "back and forth" so the process was quick. Besides, it was a lot of fun waiting around..I would walk around the showroom and look at the inventory of the other cars, some of which almost made me re-consider my choice! Regardless, I'm grateful for Brandons help and for the smooth process over at Freeman Motors. I can't recommend them enough!

Where to start...first of all, I received an email from their sales associate Theresa Ferguson after inquiring about the 2021 Tesla in their inventory. She was kind, informative and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had a trade in on a 2021 Toyota Tacoma and wanted to get a fair trade in for the truck. Working with Theresa, she was able to get me a fair price for the truck and get me into a gently used 2021 Tesla Model Y! DREAM CAR!!! Once the online and text correspondence was completed during the work week, I went into the dealership on Saturday 5/7/22 . Let me just say one thing, CLASSY AF!!! Immaculately kept facility, beautifully maintained "gently used" luxury cars, SUVs and EVs. Working with Theresa and the finance team, sorry don't remember her name but she too was brilliant, we worked on a deal that would allow the dealership to make some money and not break my budget! The one issue we have is the “detail “ work on the car was unimpressive for a car co. representing quality automobiles. The exterior was given a quick buffing and sloppy polish, buffing compound residue on rear bumper and surrounding paint, as well as door edges. The interior appeared to have been vacuumed but the seats dash and trim were not clean. Routine detail work includes the engine bay. This engine bay was untouched. 37,000 miles of road dirt. These are basic detail services provided by any reputable auto dealer. Even after we committed to purchasing the car, they spent extra time and I believe even sent the car for some outsourced work to make sure a small scratch was PERFECT before we picked it up. I have never seen a more beautiful car than one that comes out of their shop. I also learned that Freeman Motors is locally owned and extremely generous to the community. Freeman really seems to take in quality cars. I went to the Salem lot looking for a used BMW 3 series and I wound up getting a great deal on a 5 series instead. I'm typically a rather frugal person, and this was my first car buying experience on my own. I started getting cold feet, and they were very understanding of my apprehension and let me take time to think the decision over. I've hardly had the car for a day, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. My uncle (who's bought a few cars from them over the years) originally recommended them to me, and I was not disappointed. Terri and Jason were the ones who helped me out, and I'd recommend them! PS: they gave me a reasonable deal on a trade in which had some rough engine troubles.

Excellent service! I took my recently purchased Mercedes (from Freeman) to their Service and AutoSpa to complete the A Service, and they were able to perform all of the required maintenance quickly and cleanly at about 1/3 off the cost of the dealership price. They were also able to reset the on-board computer indicating that service is up-to-date, which I previously found that Jiffy Lube was unable to do for late model Mercedes -- important if you don't want to void your vehicle's warranty, as there's no way the dealership will know that you satisfied your maintenance requirements. Freeman had topped it off with a car wash when I picked my car up. They have a clean, comfortable and upscale waiting area, with complimentary snacks and drinks, although I ended up walking to a nearby deli for breakfast. I'll be back.

Jason helped us purchase a beautiful new Audi Q5 to replace my car. Michelle made the financing smooth and the paperwork easy. Freeman has nothing but cool, generally very low mileage cars. It's worth the trip just to look at a warehouse full of unusually beautiful cars. In 45 years of buying cars, this was the easiest by far. The price on the Q5 was reasonable when compared to similar Q5s. When we saw the car in person, it had additional options we didn't expect. We were offered more for our trade-in than I expected. The financing was at half the rate that I expected. We were in and out in less than two hours. We won't hesitate to come back to Jason and Freeman to replace my husband's car!

Even though it was a hectic day we were in and out fairly quickly. The only issue was that we were told there was only one set of keys to the vehicle as we were about to pull out. We love Freeman Motor Company! We love the staff, the service and now since there's a dealership in Salem its so convenient. The courtesy and high level of accommodation from everyone including the entire service team, the wonderful gal in the credit office to the sales staff has been the best we've ever experienced. Thank you! I love the fact that the service team washes and vacuums the car as part of the total maintenance service package. But I would like to suggest that after the car is washed, the inside of the door frames and under the trunk lid be dried off as well. I don't think it would take that much more time, but it just finishes off the car wash. It would also be really terrific if the trunk was vacuumed as well and if the inside of all the windows were washed, too. For some of us older folks, it can be very difficult to do a good cleaning of the windows inside the car, especially the back window. That little added service would be ideal. Just sayin.'

My wife and I made a 3 hour trip to Portland to look at an Audi Q3. Upon our arrival we were met by Brad, our friendly sales consultant. He explained we were able to drive any vehicle on the lot, no issues. My wife and I drove a total of 5 vehicles over several hours. The entire time Brad remained friendly and attentive. There was absolutely zero pressure for purchase, no pushing us towards a certain vehicle, and no matter the brand or trim Brad knew everything about the car. After deciding on a 2018 Stelvio TI AWD, we got paperwork going. Again, no pressure. Negotiations were not an issue at all, we asked for a price lower than listed and ended up very happy with were we landed. The manager Adam was easy to work with and provided no issues. He too, was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Once we got to finance, Michele was quick and efficient on completing the purchase with us. The usual upsale options were of course offered, but we received no pushback when we declined them. The entire process was the easiest, friendliest, most enjoyable purchase experience I have ever had. The vehicle selection was top notch, and the staff were superb. Since Ashlee took care of a lot of the paperwork, my wife and I signed all the documents and finalized the sale. BTW my wife still has not seen the car. About an hour later, we got the keys and my wife finally got to see her new car! Jason was there to show us all the tech and how things worked. My wife is enjoying her new Jaguar F-Type coupe! To summarize, Kudos to Ashlee, Jason, and Michelle who did an amazing job. We were given a fair trade-in for our Mercedes, the price for the new car was fair, the car was in great working order, and it looked great. Most importantly the experience we had was fantastic. Overall, a good car buying experience, and I would buy here again in the future. My husband and I stopped in (with notice) to see a very specific 5 series BMW. We were greeted after about 10 minutes of arrival (already found the car and started looking it over). Shortly later, we were offered the keys to test drive the car, wonderful. After we test drive and get back to the dealer, we check the car over a bit more outside in natural lighting, and gather a little bit more background on the vehicle from the sales rep. My husband lets them know that we want to purchase the car, so we head inside for all the paperwork. At this point, everything seemed to drag out for quite a while. Normally, id have not minded, but we had our 3 month old son with us and all of us were a little restless. We were very happy with our sales rep, the showroom floor, the detail job done on the vehicle, and how quickly we got our plates & registration to us. What i felt could use some improvement was test drive the car alone (without sales rep, who drove part of the time and then sort of dictated where we drove), not being sold the car on 1/4 tank of gas, and the entire exchange having to take 4.5 hours when we were expected and walked in knowing exactly which car we were buying.

We came into the showroom deflated and with something I call "dealer fatigue", this dissipated almost instantly at Freeman. We were able focus on what was important... matching us with the vehicle we wanted in our own time and having a good time doing it. Even our young daughter had a good time with the play area. I am so thankful for Freeman's friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge, time and most important transparency. Thank you Ashlee, Jason and Michelle we are beyond blown away by this experience, I am recommending you to everybody we know. Wow, I have enjoyed 11 cars so far in my short life and this was by FAR the nicest buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking for a few months at BMW's, Cadillac's, and a few other high end cars. My husband spotted a 2013 Mercedes E350 with less than 7K miles, and every option available on their website. I called Brandon on a Wednesday and made an appointment to see the car on Saturday at 11:00 a.m., we were a bit late, but when we arrived our gorgeous car was clean and waiting INSIDE for our inspection. We went for a test drive in which he explained every bell and whistle. We knew we wanted it before we ever got there, so we negotiated a deal I was happy with and they were able to get me out of my Mazda 3 lease with very little pain. While we were doing the financial paperwork they brought the car around to the front entrance and detailed it one more time. We got the keys and off we went. We were thrilled with Brandon's service and helpful attitude and the efficiency of the whole process. He is an all around neat guy and a good person. I want to adopt him! It was a total bonus to have all the cars inside on a rainy day. They specialize in high end imports, so we were able to drool over a few Jags, Range Rovers, Porsche's and other cars way out of our reach. I am sure I will be seeing these folks again, although I do LOVE my new Mercedes. Stop by and see Brandon, you won't be pressured or feel like you are dealing with your usual used car Salesman. Originally, I stopped in to inquire about a car Freeman motors had that was coming available. The vehicle was having its inspection but Maegan was able to make an appointment with me for a later dat when the car was ready. The experience was phenomenal, she was able answer all my questions and there was no pressure whatsoever. They were all very upfront with me about the vehicle and what to expect. It was a red carpet style experience. The test drive was incredible and overall Maegan’s and Adam put me at ease in making the purchase of the vehicle, everything went flawlessly. Working with Matthew & Michele was easy and a pleasure. Matthew was especially courteous and professional making the car buying experience a joy. My only complaint was that the sidewalls on the two rear tires showed damage, obviously from being backed up into a curb or other hard surface. Was shopping around for a reputable place to do some minor repairs to my vehicle from a hit and run. Not to my surprise, most body shops we’re charging nearly 1/3 of the car’s value to do what appeared to be a rather simple repair. Of course, they give me the whole explanation as to why they have to charge that much and that I should just submit a claim with my insurance company. I then visited Freeman and the experience was unlike any of the other places I visited. I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and did feel a little bad about walking in but just wanted to get a rough idea of the cost for the repairs and was hoping that Freeman would be the exception to the rule. Well, they were. At the desk was Sean Sexton, who without even a sigh immediately helped me out and assessed my situation. He presented me with my options which I really did appreciate as other places gave me one option for the repair. I decided to go with Freeman and was blown away by the job they did—The car looked BRAND NEW! This could be an incredibly long review but in summary, what was a couple dents with some chipped paint looked like nothing happened after Freeman worked on it. Will definitely be coming back to them for any future repairs...but I hope that’s a while from now!

I've purchased and had serviced multiple vehicles by Freeman over the years, and they have taken great care of me each and every time. This review however is about the Auto Spa. I brought in a 20 year old black 911 to be detailed inside and out. My hope was to get swirl marks out of the paint and get the leather touched up in the interior. They not only did that, they took the time to get each and every scratch and imperfection out of the paint and restored it to a mirror finish (first time since I've owned the car). The interior was beautifully detailed and the seats reconditioned front and rear. Even more, they asked to keep the car overnight so they didn't rush the final details, and provided a Lyft for me. I'm beyond thrilled with the result. These guys are top notch in customer service and taking care of every last detail. I'm a customer for life as a result.

I want to let you know about the great experience I had recently at Freeman Motors. Jason showed me several different Mercedes and we test drove two. I settled on very nice E55 AMG that had been well cared for. What impressed me most is that I never felt pushed to buy or "If you don't buy it today, it probably won't be here when you come back." There was no pressure. Like most used cars, there were several small issues that came up within several days of purchase and these were taken care of promptly. Price was great, the car is awesome, but if it weren't for Shelli and co's efforts for foster a genuine relationship with us, I doubt we would have made the decision to purchase. My experience with Freeman motors was mixed which i will categorize into two categories; pre-sales and post sales experience. My pre-sales experience with FMC was amazing; Michael Dutt our sales representative was great. He patiently answered all of my questions, i test drove four vehicles with him, he was not too pushy and i totally believe helped me get to the vehicle i wanted. I have been to other dealerships, where my experience was so-so and i was very impressed with the support Michael provided. Once i bought the car, the post-sales support has been less than optimal. I was given only one key for the car and nobody informed me about that and i had to text three different people at FMC to verify that fact and see if they will help me with another key and no response from them. The person who went through the post-sales checklist had some actions to close with me and I am still waiting for that to happen. Lastly, when you buy an expensive car, i thought the courtesy was to give a full tank of gas and i got a car with 1/4 tank full. I gave them a 3 rating as i gave the pre-sales support a 5 and the post sales support a 1. I know my FMC sales experience could have been better, if they paid more attention to detail and not forget about their customer who run into issues immediately after buying the car.

Just purchased a 2016 Mercedes GL450 from them. First off, it was the lowest price, lowest mile, and best condition GL I could find after 2 months of searching the western united states. Secondly, they accommodated many of my buying needs that had nothing to do with the car itself. Also, the entire staff I dealt with was honest, friendly, patient, and hard working. Lastly, due to my work schedule I was unable to pick the car up. I just had no time. My salesman Matthew volunteered to drive it 6 hours to Spokane and deliver it to me on his day off! Now, this cost a few hundred bucks, but that's what gas and meals would have cost me! Plus, my time is worth something! All things considered, this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and I appreciate the Freeman team greatly!

Brandon worked with me to get pictures of specific areas that I had questions on and offered to Facetime or send videos if that would help. I visited a local Mercedes dealership and a Toyota dealership prior to our first visit to Freeman. They were both polar opposite experiences from Freeman. When I told them, their response was, "How do you mean?" As if they didn't know. We've never encountered any attitude from the folks at Freeman, just willing and helpful. Hi all, I want to share my experience with Freeman Motor. I recently purchase a Volvo from them after many weeks of negotiations, I was about to give up and drive up to Seattle to purchase a different car I had found. I honestly don't recall what prompted me to give them one last shot to keep my business local, but I email them and finally were able to come to terms. I went and drove the car, did a once over on the car and from what I could tell, the car was in great condition. Quick carfax check on my own, nothing major, recent Volvo dealership service records reporting and was satisfied. That really is where it should have ended, but unfortunately on my drive away from the dealership I noticed a bit of "clunk" in first as the car took off I had not noticed when I drove it. Second thing was a "low battery warning light" came on, I remember sales telling me he noticed as well and had it replaced brand new. Then at approx 59 MPH car was shaking, my fault I guess for not taking it out on freeway, I was more concerned with how it handled and accelerated up hills, so never drove it this speed before. So I took it to my Volvo mechanic (as I do anyway when I buy a used car because I want to know everything I am getting into; probably should have done this before I bought it) and yes, codes galore came up, wheels 3 of 4 out of balance, and a bunch of other items discovered were wrong. ouch.... Sales had called day before to check in, told him about the low battery warning, would let him know what came up and sure did with my long email and explaining my surprise Freeman would have let a car in this condition sell without correcting it. Fast forward, I got a VERY nice email from Freeman explaining they just got my email under review, understood everything I had spelled out in my email about the car. I explained I know I bought as is, took on the liability and was willing to sleep in the bed I made, I again was just more surprised at the cars condition considering how hard I had to fight for better price, etc.. In the end, I would have given a 5 star rating if all was good with car, but the email and corrective measures that Freeman Motor took to make things way better for me, certainly is worth a 4 star rating and I do appreciate very much what they did. First, just look at the facility. It's clean, bright, and organized (and cool looking). The cars are all showroom condition, and all of the staff are friendly and low pressure. We were able to shop in a 100% pressure-free environment, where everyone is totally into cars, and seem to want you to enjoy your own passion for cars. After looking at other sellers of high-end European cars, there was no comparison. In fact very few new car dealerships can compare. We left feeling confident in our purchase, and actually friendly with the staff, rather than the usual antagonistic environment that ensues in the typical car buying situation. Jason was very helpful and was constantly looking for ways to make us happy in the process.

Let me start by applauding Jason and the rest of the sales staff that I encountered during the purchase of my Volvo. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and attentive. Jason worked with my schedule and even had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived for the test drive. I was amazed at how easily the sales process went - no long waiting, I only worked with Jason as a sales person, and Michelle was efficient and prepared as we closed out the paperwork piece. From a sales perspective/philosophy, Freeman Motors has a winning formula! If that was where the experience ended I would sing Freeman Motors praises but unfortunately it isn't. I noticed while driving the car at highway speeds that there was a slight vibration - likely a wheel out of balance. I made a stop at my local tire shop (I live in SW WA) and, as suspected, their was a wheel out of balance which they fixed. Additionally, they showed me a large gash on the inside of the tire near the wheel rim. It was severe and extended into the cords of the tire. I remembered talking with Jason during the test drive where he told me that their service dept performs a 150-pt. check on the vehicles they sell and they replace tires and brakes, if needed, top off fluids and perform an oil change. With this in mind, I contacted Brianna at service. During the entire service experience she (and Molly) were shining stars. She acted as the conduit between myself and the customer relations manager. I realized that things get missed and I just wanted the tire replaced. Unfortunately, that wasn't what was offered. I was told I could purchase the tire at cost and they would mount for free. If you pitch to buyers that you sell cars with safe tires and brakes why would I have to pay for the tire? Making mistakes is acceptable but not making it right is bad business. Their cost of the tire was only slightly less than the local tire shop, so I am buying it and having it installed locally. The worst part is I thought I had found a great resource for future car purchases. As a person who rarely buys new, but changes cars generally every 3 years, I believed I had built a new relationship. Based on most of the glowing reviews I have to assume that I was an exception not the rule. Regardless, a $197 tire has likely negated a future sales experience from this shopper.

I have to admit that I've been wanting to buy a car from this guys for the last 10 years, mainly because I love seeing businesses evolve and thrive and I've always felt like this guys were doing it right, they're selection gets better and better. So finally the planets aligned and they had a car that I was very interested in. Brandon was Great, I had been looking for this particular car (color combination, engine size, AMG package) to surprise my wife for her 50th birthday for quite a while. This really should be a 5-star review because of the most pleasant experience from start to finish buying my 2018 Range Rover Sport HSE Dynamic. I flew from Atlanta alllll the way to Portland to pick up this car and drive it cross country. Jason was awesome. He and his wife picked me up and drove me through traffic back to the dealer. They overnighted me the paperwork before I flew out and made the process much quicker and smoother. Beautiful car. Beautiful dealership. Beautiful employees who love working there. I was surprisingly shocked to find out they are a faith-based company, which made sense as to why everyone was so happy and why they gave back and took trips to Africa to help less fortunate. The ONLY thing I was disappointed about was the empty tank of gas. I didn’t discover it until about 5 minutes after I left the dealer when the light came on. I didn’t even think to check since they are a luxury dealership, and I have never bought a car that wasn’t washed and full of gas. Everything else was awesome. Totally recommend them!

Just purchased and received my 2015 e250 Blue Tech with 6,000 miles on it! I live in California and wanted a diesel to replace my Audi TDI that was recalled. Such a great experience! We worked with Jason Copeland. We had our two small children in tow and there was a play area, moving kids car, and Jason got us snacks when blood sugar was low and the boys were hanging on by a thread. Matthew and Brad in sales were terrific. Michelle in finance was superb. The website was easy to use and listed installed standard equipment and options. The picture of the vehicle did not reflect the actual color. It looked silver on the website and I was startled to see a gold colored vehicle. (I like the gold better than silver.) I left the lot and pulled into a parking lot to check out and aquaint myself with the vehicle before a three hour trip home. First thing I noticed was the fuel quantity at about 1/8 full. Next the oil level was in the green but barely. I purchased and added a quart of oil when I fueled up. Finally the right front fog lamp was inop. I drove home and investigated the problem. To trouble shoot I swapped the fog lights from side to side and tested them. They both worked. Kind of annoying to have to work on a new purchase. Car looks and drives well.

Thirty days after buying a beautiful car from Freeman, the engine light came on...and the Mercedes dealer had bad news. It would be an extremely expensive repair, even though they said it wasn’t something any pre inspection of the car would have turned up; I just had bad luck. I just purchased a 2014 Mercedes E-class. Adam Stuempges was my sales consultant through the whole process. He was fantastic and very professional! Adam answered every question I had and sent all the documents (Carfax, etc) right away. I live in another state and had to do the deal over the phone, text, and email. Adam answered every text and call promptly even on his day off. My dad has been thinking of buying a car from Freeman as well and he stops by occasionally. Adam always makes sure my dad is taken care of and never pressures him into a sale. So if you want to build a good relationship and shop for a nice car be sure to ask for Adam. I came in on Saturday with my fiance so she could drive their different cars and to make sure "the boss" didn't have any concerns with their operation. After 30min of walking through their showroom and talking with the different salesmen, she was convinced this was the place we'd purchase our cars. From the auto detailers to their finance manager, the whole company's customer service was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and outgoing, while being experts in the European auto market. I bought my Mercedes GL from Jason Copeland at Freeman. I'll make it short. It was FANTASTIC! There's no BS involved. They don't bother marking up their vehicles and get you to try to haggle it down. Their prices beats CarMax and they move stock so fast that their online inventory has trouble keeping up with their sales team. If I stay in Portland, that's probably the only dealership I'll buy from.
