We had just about given up and were ready to go home but your patience, no pressure tactics, and genuine CARE and honesty paid off! He brought out the truck that turned out to be a good fit for us. My husband was so happy with that truck...then the negotiations began. Shawn gave us a great deal! Holding to Dream City's word on the sticker price as the starting price (which was lower than intended) he made it possible to get a break on the asking price to put the truck within our budget. Dream city was the 3rd dealership I had visited while looking for a new to me truck. It was by far the best when it came to selection and to the experience. I drove the truck I was interested in. I worked with Matt. He was not a high pressure guy at all. I do wish I got a little more for my trade in, but I realize they were very fair on the asking price of the truck I was interested in. After I agreed that I wanted the truck, I discovered the Tailgate would not open very easily at all. Matt had someone working on it immediately. I never like the whole car purchase experience but they made it very easy and I think the deal was fair. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Matt and crew at Dream City.

I have to say, I was worried about buying a MINI Cooper from , instead of a more specialized dealership. This was the first positive experience I have had with any dealer in 2 months. CODY could be my new best friend. He listened and was plain old KIND. He came in on his day off. You don’t see much of that anymore. He always checked up; even after the sale. This was my first non private sale car purchase. Cody made me feel like I was not being pressured. I am also happy to say that they were fine with my having it checked out by an independent MINI Cooper specialty shop. They even took it there for me, and brought it back to the dealership. That was a HUGE help. The major dealerships in Beaverton fought me on an independent check. I really don’t write a lot of reviews, but I read so many as I was looking for a replacement MINI Cooper that helped me. So I’m hoping this review will help you feel more comfortable buying a car. I recently purchased a truck from Dream City and was not disappointed! Shawn was really helpful in helping find the perfect vehicle for me and the whole team was friendly and patient while making my decision. I took the truck on several test drive on different days and they even agreed on having me take it to a mechanic of my choice for a complete checkup. They have their own diesel mecanic, Junior, who was very honest with the condition of the truck and told me a few things that needed done for it to be perfect. We agreed that the clutch assembly needed to be replaced and Shawn agreed to cover the cost of the repair, as well as a few other things, before purchasing the truck. Junior did an incredible job replacing the clutch assembly on a timely manner and, again, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Matt was an amazing sales man, we had been to 4 or 3 other dealers in the past 3 days and out of everyone that we have seen Matt was the only one to shake all of our hands, gave us a breif history on Dream city which I thought was a beautiful touch... and had the vehicle ready for us to see and test drive when we pulled up. Today I bought a Ford Ranger at Dream City Auto Sales. I found their salespersons to be very helpful and personable unlike other Ford truck dealers I went to in the Portland area. Their prices are competitive and excellent and their second hand trucks are excellent too. They don't sell schlock trucks. I requested an inspection check/diagnostic on the truck before I bought it and they went and arranged one for me at a nearby inspection place the very same day. The report was excellent and I was able to buy the truck with peace of mind. They even delivered it to my house! I highly recommend them.

Drove up three hours to look at a suburban this weekend. Ended up buying a 2015 that was in great condition, I expect this to be the last vehicle that we have to purchase for a long time. We worked with Sean, he was super kind and helpful. Definitely didn’t feel any pressure to make any kind of deal. We came with our three kids, and as high energy as they are, we were met with understanding for them. Which is always helpful if you have young children. Everyone we said hi to were friendly, the vehicle is in great condition, and overall, we’re extremely happy with our experience.

I was looking for a Diesel truck for over a year. When I stopped in I told the sales man (Gary) exactly what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. Gary was very polite and showed me trucks that were around my price range without me ever feeling any pressure from him. He had shown me several trucks and when I was about to give up I finally saw the truck I had been looking for in the back of the lot. It hadn't been looked over yet and didn't even have a for sale sign yet but he said we could check it out and test drive it. After driving it I fell in love. Then we went to negotiations. This is where RAMI came into the picture. I can not say enough good things about this guy. He worked with my wife and I from the start of our negotiations, all the way down to fixing some of the unforeseen issues that occurred after the sale. RAMI made my wife and I feel as part of his family at Dream City Auto and every time I contacted him no matter what it was his response was always "we will take care of you"! And that is exactly what he did. RAMI is a great guy and man of his word. If I ever deicide to replace my Dodge Diesel I will definitely be going back to Dream City Auto and requesting RAMI. I suggest you do the same. I was so excited to finally find the truck I had been looking for that Rami took a min out of his busy day to even take a picture with me. I was searching for a Nissan Pathfinder and the one that had all the features I was looking for was at Dream City, an hour away from my home. When we arrived, we were greeted by a salesman named Joe. He was professional yet personable. The transaction went efficiently and smoothly. We even got to put off beginning the payments 2 months, until after Christmas, which was a bonus! Once I got the vehicle home, I noticed some of the features that I specifically wanted weren't working. I called Joe expecting an unpleasant response but he was SO great! He worked out a plan and I was so pleased, couldn't be happier with the final results of the sale! I was so impressed with the integrity and kindness of Joe and the work done by Junior, the shop manager. In my opinion, it speaks volumes about a company by the character of those it employs. My salesperson Sean was low pressure and agreeable. I was able to pick up a 2005 GMC 2500HD for probably a little too much (they have some of the highest prices out of all the listings and research I did), but I came to an agreement with them and worked out a fair deal on the truck. Sean was easy to work with and pleasant to chat with throughout the deal. I only put 20 miles or so in the truck and got a “service airbag” light. Sean promptly put me in touch with Junior (the service manager) who was forthcoming and immediately took care of the problem (working with me on my time schedule since I work swing shift), in a fantastic manner that left me feeling like I had certainly been taken care of. Overall I feel like it was a positive experience and would recommend them based on my experience there. I would buy from Sean again and Junior was fantastic!

These are great, they have a wide variety of very high end vehicles to choose from. No junkers here, the inventory is mostly 1 owner vehicles that are low mile. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle you always want to be able to get the best deal & thats what my family experience. We love our 2016 Ram 3500 would totally recommend you stop here first for you next big purchase.

Best dealerships I have ever been to. They was friendly and very honest. Gave the sellsman a list of options I was looking for and my budget. Took the sellsman maybe 30 minutes to text me a list of truck that are in my budget. I picked one and figured it would take a few days for him to work it all out. Took him an hour. Im still shocked. I live in Klamath falls about 5 hours away from the dealership. Figured I was wasting my time but had to take the chance. Their website had a lot of trucks on it so I figured I would find something. Well when I pulled into the dealership I felt like a little kid at Christmas time. They had more trucks than any other used car dealerships I have ever seen. I knew pulling up that I made the right choice. They had the truck sitting at the door waiting for me. All the paperwork was done. The truck was like new. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. All the trucks I seen there was in mint condition. They all looked like new trucks. I test drove the truck I was going to buy and had to rush the test drive because the truck was in way better condition than I was expecting and wanted to close the deal before they changed their mind. I will be going back to them for all my automobiles, truck, cars and boats for now on. I'm 54 years old and bought a lot from dealerships over the years and to be honest this is the best dealership I have ever been to. Buy here they care and they go way out of their way to make sure you get what you asking for and they check everything out. I didn't see 1 crappie vehicle on their lot. I would be proud to own anything they had there. I can keep going on and on about how pleased I'm with my purchase and the way the sellsman and everyone else was so friendly and helpful. All i have to say well worth the trip to buy here even if you have to drive 12 hours to get there. You won't find a better deal anywhere in Oregon. Its been a honor to meet them and looking forward to my next visit up there. Thanks again for all your help and under selling the truck and giving me way more then I was asking for.

About a month ago, my partner and I were in a bit of a pickle with his pickup truck. I'll spare all of the details, but we needed to find a new pickup that was priced well compared to its value allowing us to roll the remaining balance on his current loan in with the new one. We found a handful of pickups online that fit the bill. Each and every one was either non-existent on the dealers' lot or not accurately represented as far as the condition of the vehicle. I was annoyed, and we were both frustrated. On our way back home, we drove by Dream City and decided to pull-in giving our mission one last shot for the day. Shawn immediately began showing my husband around. He clearly knew his stuff and answered every question thrown at him. After some time, we found a Dodge Ram 3500 that fit my husband's bill (and the bank's). It was late and paperwork still needed to be done, but Shawn hung in there with us along with Gary. Even when there was a hiccup with the bank and one of the terms they communicated, Gary and Shawn kept a good attitude and remained helpful throughout. They were far more patient than I was being (thank goodness!).The deal got done, and we took the truck home! There were a few minor repairs needed that the team at Dream City agreed to take care of prior to us even leaving the lot. They did just that a week later, as promised. We've been so happy with the truck and are thankful we didn't let the frustrations with the previous dealerships keep us from stopping in. All in all a good experience besides the warranty I purchased was unable to cover me on the repair needed almost immediately after purchase. Cost me 1200$ out of pocket after 1 payment was made . Still wondering why I got a warranty if it's not going to cover things that were wrong with the truck before I even drive it off the lot. Seems to me if customer satisfaction was the top priority of this place they would work with me on these repairs that needed to be made just to continue driving. The company I work for will do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy because good word of mouth is more valuable then a bitter customer.. it may be a used vehicle you are buying but if you experience major problems weeks into having it kinda makes me feel they should stand by what they pride themselves on saying on the website. As of now I have a pretend warranty that seems to cover only alien abduction s ... Still waiting to hear back from someone on this matter but as of now just not impressed at all.i was told well you did buy a used truck...this is true but I also payed top dollar as well.. Update Turns out I had to replace the brakes for 1200$ that were said to be in great shape when I baught the truck... 4k miles and all were down to the metal. On another note the oil cooler just went out and is in the shop costing me another 2200$ out of pocket again cause wouldn't u know it... My warranty won't cover it again 😆. Currently in the process of canceling this absolutely rediculous waist of warranty that cost me thousands and covers absolutely nothing. After some research I learned the truck I purchased sat on the lot for a very very long time because these models have absolutely nothing but problems .. I know know I was charged about 7 to 8 thousand dollars more then this thing was worth. Also it's been about 8 months and still haven't received the plates...they gave me dmvs number and basically said good luck.. do your research before buying from this place

I recently purchased a new to me 2006 F350 Lariat here and I couldn’t rave more about the service I received. Donnie, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot. That really says something to me considering the 120 plus vehicles on that lot. I had my young child and mother with me, both of whom he treated like royalty. He treated me as more of a buddy than as a customer, which in turn made the selection process about as smooth as you could ask for. Rami, the sales manager, was a dream (no pun intended) to work with. Knowing I had but a pittance for a down payment, he bent over backward to help me get the vehicle I wanted, as opposed to just settling and getting something I would later regret. I truly feel he went above and beyond to get me the best deal he could. Massoud (I’m really sorry if I butchered that) the finance officer, also has truly gone above and beyond. Not satisfied with my initial rate, he was able to do some shopping on my behalf and ended up getting me something better than I could have hoped for. All three of these fine men did more than just their jobs. It’s evident that they are passionate about the work they do and that the sale isn’t the be all and end all for them. Having purchased a few vehicles from other dealers in the past, this is the first time I can say that definitively I felt like family, not a potential sale. There is no question in my mind I will be going back there for subsequent purchases and I will, and do HIGHLY recommend that this be your first and only stop when shopping in the used truck market. Going elsewhere would be foolhardy at best and at worst, cost you money you don’t need to spend.

Me and my wife just purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram mega cab from Dream City. From the moment we got there it was awesome. I test drove 3 different trucks from there huge selection. Our salesman was Dave Murphy. He was great playing with our two year old and didn’t complain once about test driving so many vehicles. There wasn’t any pressure sales or back and forth negotiations or some really high unrealistic numbers to show us. There sales team and Rami were great. We left with our new truck that day and went on a drive. Before I knew it I started noticing that the tranny had a hard time shifting from first to second. The next morning I drove into the dealership expecting the worst. Instead I got the exact opposite. Rami immediately wanted to drive it and insisted I go with. They didn’t argue or deny my claim and told me don’t worry. We will take care of it. They gave me a loaner and said they would keep me in the loop. Junior in the service department has been outstanding with updates and details. They are going to rebuild the transmission and uphold there promise. This repair wasn't needed or even occurring or could have even had been predicted at the time we bought this truck. Despite those facts the truck repair and rental were covered by the dealership. Oh...I forgot to mention we didn't get any warranty. But... THEY GAVE US THEIR WORD AND STOOD BY IT. how many dealerships you know who do that? If you are going to read a review read this one because its real and shows both sides! First I want to highlight Rami the sales manager at Dream City Auto. Rami has went above and beyond and I really mean above and beyond! I got my truck there about a month ago and he was clear concise on what he could do for me NO Games! This is where he separates himself from ANY other auto dealer. I got home and about a week later had some problems with the brakes, Power back window slider and alignment. Without even a rebuttal or hassle Rami came and picked my truck up got me a loaner and made sure the truck was perfect for me. I am sure the bill was high and he still took care of everything and really made sure my experience was the best. I have bought many trucks in my day and have always had some type of issue that never gets fixed and I am stuck with the repair bill, but not this time. My wife and I drove from Washington State to see some of the trucks at Dream City. We were met by friendly staff. We found a beautiful Ram 2500 that we liked. We noticed the power seat was not functional, a tail light was broken, and a license plate light was also not functioning. They promised to fix those items upon pick-up, and they wrote those items into the contract and fixed them as promised. We ran into a 4wd issue a few months after purchase. I figured we didn't buy their extended warranty, so it wasn't worth calling, but my wife convinced me. They asked if I had bought the warranty, and I said no. I also signed buying the truck in "as is" condition, so the dealership was not legally obligated to do anything. The dealer said I could bring the truck in to them to take a look at, but I told them I was not comfortable driving it with the 4WD in the condition it was. They asked me to send the receipt after repair, and they agreed to cover about half of the repair cost. Again, they didn't need to do this, but they did. They also covered an alignment at a Les Schwab here in WA State.

I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to Chuck, Rami and Greg at Dream City Auto Sales, who made my used car buying experience run so smooth. The week previous I had visited another local dealership and was paired with a person who knew nothing about the car I was interested in. At that particular dealership they made me feel rushed and I had the impression they were more interested in parting me with my money as soon as possible, so I just left. I was apprehensive to go through that experience again, but at Dream City I was fortunate enough to be paired with Chuck, who I found refreshingly polite, professional and super knowledgeable in the car I was considering. Their selection is pretty limited though and they definitely give off the vibe of the "used car dealership". Detailing on the cars was minimal, brake dust and such was still caked on the rims, they tried hard to push the vehicles that had been on the lot a while, way too hard.

I’m self employed and needed a truck for my business. My wife & I absolutely hate the used car buying experience. This was a straight cash in hand deal. The sales person was extreme nice on the couple of test drives we did. We had our kids with us and they were incredibly interactive with them as well, which was awesome. My wife and I finally settled on the truck we wanted, we agreed on the price and a couple of repairs that were needed. Now here’s why this company gets the five start review! #1, I was told I would have the title the next day, which is true! We bought the vehicle later in the evening and the title guy was out of the office. The manager called me the next day and told me it was available for pickup. (I previously bought another vehicle from a different company and it took them almost 30 days to furnish the title, after 20 phone calls and 6 visits from me.) #2, The vehicle needed the A/C and ABS module repaired, which was written into the contract when we purchased the vehicle. This is where I had some doubts about how this company was going to handle it. I was told to call the following week to get the vehicle in for service. I made an appointment and dropped the vehicle off. A few days later they got the AC system in complete working order and diagnosed the ABS light. An ABS module was needed to be ordered, however that was going to take about a week to receive. I picked up my vehicle until the part came in. I made another appointment and got the ABS module installed the same day. I have to say I’ve been extremely pleased with this company, everyone from sales to the manager and the service department left me worry-free.

I just bought a 2013 f350 from here being over 60 years old I've purchased several cars and trucks in my life. I can't count the number of dealers I've done business with. I have to say without a doubt this has been the best experience ever, not that everything went smoothly it didn't. However, not going smoothly is the best part about my experience. I started with BBQ Bob and we established a a connection right away. Then Jan and I met Romi discussion back and forth went jovially and a deal was struck. I didn't bring my trade in because I didn't expect to buy that day, my money wouldn't arrive for a few days yet. Yes, you guessed it I drove home with a newer truck. Part of the deal was getting the gooseneck hitch installed, here is where things went sideways. Dream city sent the truck out to have the work done, the shop quit the job. The problem was the bolts in the bed refused to come out. This is where Junior the Dream City shop man stepped up big he cut off the bolts and ordered new ones. The for mentioned shop now continues with the job again (I'm several days without a truck, and my 5th wheel needed to be moved) Dream City offered to pay for my trailer to be moved, but the story doesn't end here. I finally get the truck back but I have a problem the entertainment system and other things are not working, but they were before. I called Junior and asked if he could help figure things out. In the meantime I go to Ford to get a new key, I also asked them what the problem was with the entertainment system telling them that the hitch was just installed, they tell me it must have been something the hitch shop did. Junior called back and asked me to bring the truck back in. The problem turned out not associated with the hitch installation at all. I can't say enough good about Dream City Junior didn't charge me for the help solving the problem. These are great people to deal with.

I bought a 1998 dodge ram 24 valve from dream city. one week later it started giving me problems with not shifting correctly. took it in to them and they had to take it to the Chrysler dealership for some computer related stuff. they then fixed a couple of other things for me. this was all while I needed a vehicle for my Christmas vacation. Rami was very kind and gave me a very nice infinity as a temporary vehicle free of charge. I did not purchase a warranty from them however the helped me out and covered the cost for me. very great team they have here. Not a bad dealership but like all dealerships you have to do your homework and research the right car that suits your needs. I'm a Honda/Toyota guy and one of the salesman Barry Burks (salesman I recommend) directed me to 2005 Honda Accord. Had all the maintenance records and everything. If you have a budget on what you will finance on a car. They honor that and try and get it as low as possible. Again DO YOUR HOMEWORK. All in all I'd definitely would recommend this to anyone who's looking to finance a car.

We were looking for a particular make, model and color of car and found it in Portland, Oregon. We live in the Seattle area and were willing to drive a ways if we found just the right car. Since we were so far away we called first to get some information on the car. We did our research on the car and told our salesman, David Depassio that if everything was as they said it was we would be interested in buying the car. After many phone calls back and forth to answer questions, David called us back and said he and his manager thought we would be happy with the car. They looked forward to seeing us the next day. Even though I didn't get approved for the truck I initially went to look at with the assistance of Rami they explained that with my credit the way it is if I get something a little more in my price range for now make my payments for about eight months they should be able to get me approved. Went in looking for a one ton crecab dually left with a one ton extended cab. Great truck great guys would go there again any time.
