Not only did Charles reach out to his direct boss to give us additional support, he provided above and beyond service throughout the entire process. When a vehicle was found for us, Chris drove out 20 minutes each way to bring my wife and I to the store to finish the process instead of taking the bus or paying for a Lyft. There's a guy there name Blake and he promised me that no matter what he would get me in a car. I went and never got in the car. I never seen Blake the whole time I was there. When I first went to credityes Auto sales I was a bit skeptical and a little uneasy. With poor credit score and a limited amount of cash on hand I figured my chances of financing a vehicle were slim to none. Boy was I wrong. I got pre-approved online and got an appointment at the dealership for the same day. When I got there I was met by a young lady named Javele. She seemed too young to be very knowledgeable, but I was wrong again. She's not only bright, but answered my questions, took me for a test drive, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a couple of preferences that I wanted in my next vehicle and while I wasn't adamant about them, I was fairly firm. Javele and Avian work the magic and got me financing the price and the availability that I was looking for. Basically started the process and ended driving with a vehicle in 3 hours. So I spoke to Trevor after my call was transferred , who was pretty nice and all and gave him all the info needed to get the ball rolling for a vehicle. Qt the end of the call I asked specifically if I should bring anything with me for my apt next day.. was told no just ID and money for the deposite. Came in next day, and had to fill out everything again, and come to find out I needed quite a bit of stuff... so they ru. My info to just tell me what I'm qualified for. 2 vehicles on the lot, both right around 18000... but I didn't qualify for the little Chevy spark they had? Moral of it all, i felt like they just wanna sell me on whatever they are gonna gain from the most because I was a first time car buyer. However they all were pretty kind and nice. Really did like the main guy I spoke with upon arrival and dealt with for the most part. He made sure we were aware of where the restrooms were as well as offered free drinks and whatnot while we waited.
