Met with Todd Hilton and communicated with him many times while awaiting the delivery of our 2022 Nissan Rogue. Every time he was friendly and courteous. Very helpful in decision making without being overpowering. Steve in Financing was very accommodating to our needs and made our transaction smooth. Would recommend to friends and family.
All experiences with Bill Dodge have been phenomenal. Utilized their shuttle service on my last visit to get to work, the shuttle driver was very nice. Didn’t have one scheduled for when my car was done but ended up requesting a ride last minute and they were able to fulfill my needs.
Everyone was very efficient. The place was spotlessly clean. Our wait time was an hour as estimated. They did a very thorough job with synthetic oil change and multipoint safety inspection. We had a discount that was advertised in my email that we used to help pay the charges, so the price was very good.
The service manager Jonah was fantastic! She underpromised and overdelivered when everything would be done and was respectful of recommending but not doing the alignment until I gave the go ahead. I am so happy with Bill Dodge's service department regarding honesty and the quality of the work. I forgot to mention the communication with customer service has been taught notch. Not many organizations can say that anymore especially in the car business.
Very quick and painless car buying experience. I dealt with Todd, have to say he’s very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. After a 2 week battle with a different local car dealership I decided to see what bill Dodge could do and they blew me away with the professionalism and welcoming experience!!
They are awesome. My corporate car needed a lot of repairs and they fixed them all, quickly. On top of that, they dealt directly with the manufacturer to cover for the expenses. Very happy.

Fantastic purchase experience nearly across the board, with the five stars attributable to our client advisor, James Waring, for making it a seamless, painless, almost zero-stress experience. Bill Dodge is definitely not your stereotypical pressure-tactics auto dealer (except for the rep we dealt with in the finance department, which was a stark contrast to an otherwise exceptionally low-pressure environment).
Throughout our online and in-person dealings, James was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, with a much-appreciated dose of good humor, and zero pressure. His walk-around videos of vehicles on the website are thorough and cover all the basics, very useful for preliminary online shopping. He answered questions promptly, his follow-ups were friendly without being overbearing. He wasn't just trying to sell us a car, he made the effort to help us find the *right* car. He assisted us seamlessly from the initial narrowing-the-field process all the way to making the arrangements we needed with the service department after the purchase was complete.

Cary was my salesperson, and he was very pleasant to deal with. My truck needed the parking pawl recall performed on it before I could actually purchase it and bring it home. Cary kept me fully up to date on the status and promptly notified me when it was ready. I forget the name of the finance officer, but he was very pleasant to deal with, as well. I'm very happy with my new Frontier.
I showed up 10 minutes before closing with a check engine light. I knew they wouldn't have time to resolve anything, but at least they were able to read the codes, tell me what needed attention, and reassure me that I would be able to make the 1,200 mile trip home safely. I very much appreciate the helpful attitude and willingness to look after someone from whom they didn't expect to make any money.
I have an "11 Armada with the CVT transmission, and NO shop in my area fixes that type. They recommended Bill Dodge.I cannot recommend them enough. They really fix your vehicle and give details regarding what really needs to be fixed and what can wait. The service staff and service advisor were wonderful at communicating the progress. The automotive engineer who was assigned to my vehicle even stayed late to finish, who does that any more. If I ever buy a new Nissan then I am definitely going there to buy and have serviced.
Received a factory recall from Nissan about my car, and went to Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco since I do not care for, the dealer that sold me the car. Their service department is very well organized and took care of the recall questions and even washed the car. I will return to this** dealer if I have future needs. Clean waiting area with Wifi and clean bathrooms too, coffee or water right there.
I would highly recommend bill dodge of Saco, very friendly and helpful service. No sales pressure. They even came and picked me up when my car came in since I didn’t have transportation, that was above and beyond service.

I mentioned from when vehicle was new (2018) there has been a creaking noise when I backed out of my driveway with a slight incline going onto the level road with wheel turned slightly right. The noise started to occur going forward at slow speed up a slight incline with wheel turned right.
The service Tech spent time trying to duplicate the noise then finally heard it. The Service Dept. informed me the top strut mounts had worn out.
The repair work was performed in half the time and the repair was covered under warranty.
I find Bill Dodge Service Department to be very straight forward with no service repair surprises.
What I mean is every service you are informed of what is starting to wear and not surprised by someone coming out and saying you need this and that replaced and this is the cost causing stress to the customer.
I listen to Service staff speaking with customers about their vehicle and always here what the customer was there for has been repaired and if anything is starting to wear, the customer is made aware long before repair is needed. Taking into consideration Bill Dodge is you vehicle repair shop.
It would be out of their control if you bring a vehicle to them that was serviced elsewhere or not serviced prior.

Update. September 2022 I went in to have my car detailed. This is a service I paid for when I purchased the car it was a package with oil changes. I get my car back and it appears clean and smells very nice. I get home and look in back and find a bag of items I had in the car. A small bible, pens, a cup of coffee WITH COFFEE IN IT!, (side note it spilled on everything in the bag. Bible included) I should have known better than to keep ANYTHING in the car. A small amount of change was missing. Less than a dollar and a small Batman toy symbol is also missing. It was upsetting but I should have know better right? Well upon further inspection I find a clip holding the driver side floor mat broken. This car is less than 2 years old. Unacceptable! I was not even notified that this was broken. Again unacceptable. I called Bill Dodge Nissan Saco and was told that they would fix the problem. In the end the problem was fixed. It was fixed at Great inconvenience to me. I was asked what do I get out of this deal and I was told that I get a free carpet. Well I didn't want a free carpet I wanted my original carpet. That they destroyed. I wanted not to be inconvenienced. I wanted not to be called a liar when I brought to their attention that things were taken from my car. Again I asked what do I get out of this deal and I was told from the manager of the service department I give you an apology. Well to that I say unacceptable . I should get much more than an apology after I've paid $500 for a service that you've messed up on . Now I have to bring it to you to get service I get a hassle now all I get out of it is an apology. Anyone can sell a car proof is in the pudding when it comes to service. So far I'm not so sure. I guess we'll see I have 3 years to go. My father has been doing business with you for many years and I know for fact when he goes in there he does not get the kind of service that I got when I was there. I was treated disrespectfully. And I believe it is because I am a woman. And I do not appreciate it. And I am not going to tolerate it. And I am going to speak loudly. Every time I go in there. Just like I did the day that I went in there. Mark my words

I asked them to vacuum the car. They said It would take several more hours. Since I am retired and they have a computer hook up I thought I'd figure out why Zoom won't work on my computer. I had other things to look up. in 2 hours they came and said my car was ready?? They told me that the two front footwells had been vacuumed.
NOPE NO vacuum was taken to the car. They did hose it down. and the pollen swished over to the side was still on the windshield.
Why bother telling me they did something if they did not? Why bother hosing if they can't take the pollen off the side of the windshield.
Have they done other things only half heartedly or not at all?
They have never checked the fluid in my windshield washer.
Maybe they are okay, Maybe not. Can't recommend them. Can't say they are horrible. JUST DON"T KNOW

They have free wifi, coffee, water, snacks, and plenty of seating. Bathrooms are well kept and the service is fast. My car always comes back cleaned, along with whatever service it needed.
My salesman Todd Did a great job making the process quick an painless and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car and its options. Also a Great job by Stephen in finance it is great dealing with someone who knows their job and makes good rapport. 2 people who changed my previously bad experience with Bill dodge westbrook.

Mitchell was great. I've never been keen on the high pressure sale for extended warranties. If the car is so good, why do I need one? If I'm likely to spend, I think it was $7000, in the next few years on repairs why wouldn't I go to a different brand where I wouldn't have to spend that kind of money?.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Went with a 2019 Frontier Pro-4x and it’s exactly what I wanted. I was initially in contact with Mitchell by phone, and he answered all of my questions (and then some), since I was driving from several hours away to pick the vehicle up. I dealt with Cary the following week when I arrived, and he was a pleasure to work with. These guys make it a point to go over everything in detail...no surprises, no hidden fees and no pushy sales tactics. Straight forward, easy going buying experience. Cary (saleman) met me outside the dealership with a huge smile on and very welcoming attitude. We had pleasant conversation outside of cars which really made me feel comfortable as a buyer. His knowledge of nissans really helped also! The mood was comfortable and no pressure. We did not discuss any type money scenarios until we more or less had nothing else to discuss which was great. A different dealership that we visited asked us how we planned on paying before even asking us our names. I find that to be in very bad taste as a buyer. I apologise but I forget the gentleman's name who helped us with our paperwork but he was very polite up front and honest with us about the process. He discussed our options for upgrades after the buy but did not pressure us After we declined. We had a great experience at bill Dodge auto group and would highly recommend you visit them when looking for a used or new car.
Oil change and tire rotation-- they also found that the rear brakes were getting worn. Going back to have that done. I love the waiting room at BDAG Nissan-- clean and bright. I always get good work done there... although the service team is so fast that I never get as much done as I think I will! Ben was very friendly-- everyone was, actually. I feel very confident having service done with this company.

I bought by car at BilL Dodge in 2015. I love my Nissan Exterra.I’ve had every service there as well. I’ve ever had any signification problems with the car. The staff are all friendly, reasonable and respectful. If they make I cat I want within the next 1-2 years I would certainly try and buy it from them. Also their prices are standard .
I had a great experience at Bill Dodge with each of my last two vehicles. Both Todd and Shawn were informative, helpful, and straight forward. No pressure whatsoever and they did whatever they could do make the process simple. They worked with me to get me the price I could afford and gave me all the options that were available. My wife and I will both be back.
The overall experience was good . The price was fair, not great not bad. One thing I found very odd was in all my years of buying vehicles no one has ever charged me for an inspection sticker on a brand new vehicle that should come with one. The other was the length of time it took, I am accustomed to taking half hour from start to finish and this transaction took 3 hours. Cary was nice and tried to help pass the time and Shawn was also very nice.
The service woman behind the counter made my experience great. She was friendly but not fake. Knew her service products well and was willing to take a step out the door to ask a tech a question for me. Everything is overpriced at dealerships of course (would be a five star review if it wasn't) but my human experience was just great. Wish i could remember her name. Oh well, rock on lady. I recently moved to the Saco Maine area. Needing routine service for my vehicle I chose to try Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, when I arrived for the appointment I was seen immediately (the check-in took less than 5 minutes). I received a call to let me know about a couple of minor items (burned out bulbs and rear wiper blade). Picking up the vehicle took no time. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be going back.

The level of care and consideration that my car receives, surpasses my expectations. I first went to Bill Dodge a couple years ago when another shop damaged my engine. Bill Dodge fixed everything and also dealt with everything, even making the other shop pay for the extensive repairs. I trust Bill Dodge because of these experiences and will never take my car anywhere else.

I bought a used Nissan Titan and a used Ford Explorer from Bill Dodge in the last 4 months. The vehicles were both top notch. I shopped both vehicles extensively and found Bill Dodge offered me much better value for my money. They even put a set of goodyear wrangler kevlar tires on the Titan when I asked that they put new tires on it as part of the deal. Nice tires, Nice Truck. I would recommend Bill Dodge to anyone looking for good value in a used vehicle.
Bob was wonderful in his promptness with Nissan getting the rust fixed on my Rogue. I’m very happy with the efforts he made on my behalf. Bill Dodge in Saco Me does the best customer service I’ve ever had for routine maintenance. Always professional and courteous. Only comment is I always get my reduced rate oil change coupon when I can’t use it! It expires before I need the change. But the people who do the work are awesome!

My 2019 Titan PR called for oil change and tire rotation. Benjamin noticed I also needed an inspection sticker and performed that as well (free). Great service, people, and pricing.

I buy a lot of cars, as I'm a business owner and manage a small fleet. I've dealt with many dealerships, and have had the best experience so far with Bill Dodge and Zach Diehl. I was a little skeptical at first because he is young for a car salesperson, but he knows his stuff and together the the business manager worked out a great deal for me for a few purchases and leases now. No pressure, straightforward answers and very competitive pricing. At one point, there was a snafu with paperwork, but Zach was on it and we got it resolved quickly. Recommended.

Yes I was pleased with my first service today. My car was taken in as soon as I arrived.I waited 30-40 minutes for it to have an oil change (that was at no cost because it was my first) and tire rotation.
The women that greeted me was great! She was super friendly, understood exactly what I said and made me feel like we were friends! By far one of the vest customer service experience I have had in a while!
Went in to get a leak in my tire plugged. They tried to send me home without the issue resolved after they couldn't initially find the leak. They were friendly and did find and correct the issue after I asked them to give it more detailed inspection without worrying about how long I needed to wait, but the fact that they were originally going to send me on my way without having fix the issue didn't fill me with overwhelming confidence.
Nissan’s salesman, Cary Ribblet, thoroughly reviewed and demonstrated what the Rogue could do. We were especially interested in all the safety features which were outstanding in the Rogue. Also, Bill Dodge allowed us to drive on the turnpike and covered the Easy Pass fee. I wanted to check on the car’s pickup and passing ability. The other dealers did not allow that. Nissan also gave me the best trade in and final deal compared to the other dealers.
I booked my appointment just two days prior and also showed up 1/2 hour early. They were able to accommodate me and finished my service in less thank 1/2 hour!

My salesman was Todd Hilton and he was awesome. He did everything right. If I had anything negative to say it would be the signing process at the end. I had a monthly payment, but at signing I was bombarded with all the “extras” which had to be decided upon immediately. Purchasing a car is stressful and your emotions are high. I didn’t appreciate the last minute “push” to jack up the payment with all the added insurances. I wish I could have been afforded the information ahead of time so I could really make an informed decision instead of the fear factor of “what if”. Nothing against this dealership, they all do it, but you guys asked and here’s an honest input. Overall, yes I would recommend them and outside of what I wrote it was positive.

Purchased a 2014 Rogue Select from Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco in June 2014. The experience was great. My salesman, Eric Michelson, was not a pushy sterotypical salesman, he really cared about what I was looking for and did everything he could to take care of me during and after the sale. Their financing was great, even making calls around to ensure they could get me the best interest rate out there (even beating my credit unions rate!).

A year ago I got my first brand new car, a Nissan Juke, and I love it. It is so sporty and fuel efficient. Not only is the car great, but my sales person was too! My 2012 Nissan (which I bought new from another dealer) didn't start this morning. AAA came and ruled out the battery as being the problem, and suggested that the fuel pump might be the culprit. I called Bill Dodge Nissan to describe the problem and arranged for AAA to tow my vehicle there. Long story short, I was able to start the car before AAA got there, so I drove it to Bill Dodge for diagnosis. I was greeted promptly by Garth, who sympathetically listened to my story, and gave me his expert opinion. Bottom line: they won't sell you something you don't need. As a result of this experience, Bill Dodge has a new service customer!

We purchased a 2015 Rogue SL AWD in April 2015. Joshua Libby was our salesman. I must say that the car buying experience at Bill Doge Nissan in Saco was Great. On the day that we decided to purchase our new Rogue, Bill Dodge did not have the color and options that we were looking for in stock. Joshua and Bob went out of their way to locate a rogue in the color that we wanted. Fortunately, we did not need the new Rogue right away. Bob and Joshua kept us updated on their search for our new Rogue. If asked, I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman. Josh is still doing follow ups with us to make sure we are completely satisfied.

If you're going to wash my car and make sure it comes to me cleaner than when I brought it in and not covered with water spots. I keep it quite clean by washing it myself twice a week.
