INCREDIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!!! This dealership honestly cares about there customers! From the time we walked on the lot until we left you could see the dynamics of the operation. We first spoke with Dillon who is one of the salesman. He steps out on the lot and listens to exactly what we needed. He recommended a KIA Soul for us. We test drove it and we were in the office writing up a deal in minutes. He was very professional - he is a natural salesman. He had to tend to another customer so He introduced us to Cartier- He was so easy to work with- and really put us at ease, he was direct asked what we could afford and Cartier was able to relay the info to his Manager Alex- Alex was able to make a deal for us that didn't break the bank. They are not high pressure salesman. We we're also helped by a very outgoing Manager Jim who answered all of our questions. It was fun to watch another customer buying a car at the same time as us, and seeing how all of the Salesman, Managers really make sure the customer is getting the most excellent customer service. All in all- If you want or need a car . This is the place to go! All these men who work so well together and really do care about there customers and listens to want would work for you - The right car for you- The right car payment- Down payment - They work with good or bad credit. Had great experience with two vehicles purchased, then went to purchase Third car from them dealt with different staff who wanted to play games. We had payment parameters that we all agreed on.After three trips to the back room we didn't like the numbers that they kept coming back with. So I thanked them for their time and help and got up to leave only after they followed us out to our car did the numbers get to what we were asking for. We still left feeling slighted, believing that buying our third purchase in 4 years would at least have been treated better.

We highly recommend Atlas Motors and here is why. It was past time to replace our old Prius, and we had seen on the Internet that Atlas had the year and model of the next Prius we wanted. We were impressed that Atlas shows you the Car Fax online, so we went there to look at the car. When we arrived on the lot, a gentle and charming young man named Jose took us on a test drive. Even though we weren't sure yet if we would buy the car, he didn't do any high pressure sales. Amazingly, on our way home from the test drive, our car was rear-ended and totaled, so the next morning we called our mechanic and arranged for a pre-purchase inspection for the same day. We took the bus back to Atlas and arrived soon after they opened in the morning. Jose works evenings, so we worked with Jorge who is also personable and fun to be around. However, we didn't tell Jorge about the accident, but asked if we could take the car for an inspection that day. He didn't hesitate, and we appreciated that he was willing to work out a price and guarantee that price in advance of the inspection since we didn't want to pay for the inspection and then come back to a higher price. He was very kind about accommodating our fears. Once the car passed the inspection, Jorge honored that price. After the paperwork was signed, we told him about our totaled car and we all had a good laugh!! We have had the car a month now and we LOVE IT!! Thank you Jose, Jorge, and Atlas Motors!!!

I have never bought my own car in the past so I was extremely nervous and slightly dubious about going to a lot. However, as soon as I told Mike what I was looking for he walked me right to the car I wanted, side note the car he showed me was on my top list of 3 which I did not share! I was transferred to a manager who said he would see if there is something they could do to help and would call me back. It has now been two weeks and no one has called me back. I have a beautiful Suburban that's just sitting on a trailer at my house because it does not run. I do not recommend Atlas Motors to anyone, I would steer clear of this location, you may get a nice salesperson who can sell ice cubes to Eskimos, but you will be sold a lemon and not a single person from the dealership will help. I will tell as many people as I know, to steer clear of Atlas Motors. 3/22/21 was an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle from Luis at Atlas Motors. Honest, straight forward and willing to work with me on the important stuff. I highly recommend Luis and will be purchasing future vehicles from this company.

I visited Atlas Motors on 4/22/2021 looking for a car explaining that I needed it for work and as a family car. I advised I did not want my payment to be any more than $375.00 and I wanted a service repair warranty as I didn't want to be responsible for any vehicle repairs I could not afford as a single mother with two small children. I test drove 3 vehicles each vehicle test driven. I was advised that there would in fact be a service repair included in my deal. I expressed strongly I did not want to drive off the lot without a service repair contract. I was told I would get that. It went from 48 months on the first car driven to 24 months on 2010 Kia Soul 95,626 Miles payments $374.00 with $2,000. down. I accepted the deal because if anything went wrong within the 2 years I would be able to take to the dealership without issues. During the signing process I noticed the payments were lower and they asked me to sign the "As Is" contract and the paper showed that nothing was promised. I inquired about that and was told that I did not get financed for the service repair. I immediately advised I wanted my money back because I was not told that the service repairs were based on conditions I was advised by the sales rep I would get it. Then they bring their floor manager AC to tell me that he would at least try to get the 2 year service repair if not he would get at least 1 year of service repair with a car contract. Today I called and was advised I had been approved but did not get the service repair but my payments went lower. What pisses me off is the fact these men railroad us single mothers into these jacked up deals when it comes to buying a car. I was specific and detailed as to what I wanted for the safety of myself and children. I can not afford it especially with this pandemic and the kind of job I have to have a vehicle go out of service and I have to pay out of pocket. I felt I was tricked and lied to by these men. I understand commission but to the point where you are not listening to the customer at all and giving them what you want because a person needs a car.I requested for my money back and to return the car pending that of course because the manager isn't there but they want me to resign contract for lowered payments . I just wanted a reliable car with a service deal is that too much for a single hard working mother ask for ??? They totally played me and lied to me just to get a sale. If it was for my best interest they would have honored what they said and promised and gave me what I asked for if not allow me to go elsewhere. Do not go to them they are LIARS! Follow up Update- I was contacted by the Owner of Atlas.He expressed empathy and understanding to my situation and my experience with his staff. He gave clarification of how things should have went during my experience the first time and because it did not go the way his vision was set for the business he made sure he made it right for me. I was able to get my service plan (as advised )along with a lower car payment. I appreciate a business who can take accountability and give positive resolutions. Because of Andy I will continue to do business with Atlas Motors and grateful for the redemption. I still have my vehicle with the security of a service plan if needing to be serviced.

On Tuesday 7/12/16 I bought a ford focus 2009. I was skeptical that I could get a good deal because of my credit score. David the Sales Manager and my Sales rep Abel fought for me and kept calling different banks and credit unions until I could get a good deal that was affordable. The next day David calls me up and said after I left a credit union called them offering a better deal then what I signed for! My interest rate went from 12.99% to 6.99%. It's not everyday you hear of a honest dealership looking out for you and your money. Today I went in because I heard some rattling (couple days after I got the car) that was concerning. It turned out something was broken that might have been caused by me. I spoke with Mike the owner and even though I had no warranty they fixed it free of change! I am very thankful that they went out of there way to help me out. Give them a call and see what they can do for you. Even if you have bad credit, building credit... they fought for me until we found a bank/credit union that a reasonable interest rate. Thanks Atlas Motors!

Cool 😎 Place. I've spent the last 9 months pondering the idea of financing a car, and I know I made the right decision by going to Atlas. Brandon took the time, (when Atlas was near closing), to answer my questions and treated me like a person and not a commission. He saw my 2 year old in the car and told me up front how long the process would take. He offered to meet at a more convenient time for me since he was already helping someone else, and offered to meet on my time, which really made the difference with the 14 hour shifts I've been working. He came at the time we agreed on a Sunday morning, and I'm pretty sure it was his day off, he stuck with me through the entire process, he did his job well, but he also gave me support when I needed during the paperwork process, (which is very difficult for me since my brain injury). I really appreciated the extra effort on their side. When all was being finalized, I was exhausted and ready to go, but I was certain I had not wasted my time. I drove off the lot in a very nice car, perfect for my family's, (and work commute), needs. Nice, but not too much and not over my budget. It was not "too easy", but the deal was fair and I really appreciated being treated with respect even though I made it clear from the start that I am a single mother and had a real need for a reliable car, plus my credit is not quite established, they did not try to take advantage of my vulnerable situation and spoke to me with grown up words, I sincerely appreciated being spoken to like a person who understands basic math concepts, and without even a hint of sarcasm or irritation. Good job Atlas, and thank you Brandon; me and my family appreciate all that you have done to help us take this very important step.
