BEYOND SATISFACTION FROM BRUCE AND TYLER!!!!! Must come here FIRST and save your time and money!!!! AND STRESS. I went to 3 other different dealerships and got quoted 5-700 a month on payments plus interest rates above 25%. 🤦‍♀️ I gave up and stopped looking when my friend told me about trucks and imports AND THEIR OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!(: I decided to give it one more shot. And I’m happy I did!!! I was originally interested in the dodge journey since it was in my budget and I’m a first time buyer with NO co signer. I ENDED UP WALKING OUT WITH A CAMARO..!!! That’s right!!! Only paying 346$ a month!!!! No joke on this!!! Go get your sweet ride n don’t waste anymore time with the other guys that just want your money. Also after a few weeks my rotor was a lil bad and so they replaced it without hesitation and made sure I got what I pay for! Definitely take your time to stop here or at-least fill out your info on website!!! Not to mention EVERy CAR IS CARFAX clean or they won’t take it so definitely don’t have to worry about future problems, n if something does turn up they get u in right away as every car comes with warranty and they get you taken cared of no doubt. I took my car in to my own mechanic just to make sure it was good and I definitely got what I paid for(: I couldn’t be more satisfied!!!! Don’t hesitate to make this your fiiiirst stop!!!(:

Bruce is a one of a kind salesman. He is very sharp but absolutely does not push you to do anything you don't want to do. I gave him what I thought was a reasonable per month payment that my wife and I previously discussed before even walking through the door. Bruce not only met my desired payment, he crushed it by coming $10 per month under budget. I will tell you this, he has great connections with financing and they really trust him. I am trying to rebuild my credit because it is not the greatest and lets just say he pulled some strings! The warranty plan is the bomb and If you don't like that then there is a gap insurance that I would definitely look in to. Other than being bald, I am 43 years old and I have never had a salesman as cool calm and collected as Bruce. I am not one to leave reviews publicly but this guy deserves a fantastic review. By the way his service department is one of a kind! The cool thing is he did not pay me to say this! Cant say enough. Also, when you buy from there, they have an awesome referral plan.

My daughter totaled her Honda Pilot only weeks after buying it from Bruce. Came right back for another car with insurance money on the way. Although mechanically the car was sound, the tires were dry. Bruce was able to put brand new tires on there with no charge which provided wonderful peace of mind as my daughter was moving to Tucson. Just left with a Jetta and very confident that I can turn to Bruce if any issues arise, but not expecting any problems at all. You are safe at Trucks and Imports. Update: Had the car inspected a day later by my favorite mechanic. He said good job momma, this is a solid car. No problems. After a horrible experience at Camelback Toyota, I came to Trucks and Imports in a desperate attempt to find someone that would treat me like an actual person rather than just a credit score and dollar signs. My old car very suddenly and unexpectedly died on me and the cost of repairs was way beyond my budget. Unfortunately I was not prepared at all to take on a car payment either, I did not have much cash for a down payment and my credit is in the toilet, so I knew going in that it was going to be a struggle getting approved for any kind of loan. Thankfully I was completely wrong! The owner, Bruce, greeted us out in the lot. He was very friendly and treated me with great respect and kindness. He listened to my story and understood the stress I was under, needing a reliable vehicle to commute to work with the limited resources I had. I brought my brother-in-law with me because he’s a car guy and I didn’t want to be the “clueless woman” that gets taken advantage of (thanks Camelback). After test driving a few vehicles and deciding on a winner, Bruce handed me over to his son Tyler, who is the numbers guy. Tyler was very polite and also a great listener, understood the situation I was in with my finances and credit score and worked WITH me to pick a car that was in great condition and within my means for a down payment and monthly payments. I went in with very low expectations of walking out with a vehicle, but with Tyler’s help and understanding I left the lot with a great 2013 Toyota Corolla! These two men were extremely friendly and honest. Tyler made sure to explain everything very plainly to me and did not try to push unnecessary services on me, or catch me off guard with surprise charges. He was very up front with everything and so extremely helpful. I did not once feel like I was being talked down to or ignored (again, thanks Camelback). Even though I brought my brother-in-law with me, it was ME that was purchasing the vehicle and both Bruce and Tyler talked directly to me and gave their attention to me when going over numbers and paperwork. It felt very nice to be treated like a competent person in this transaction instead of just “the girl the man brought along”. Overall a fantastic and stress-free experience. Bought a 2011 Kia from here close to 2 years ago now. I promised Bruce I would write a review, then completely forgot about it. So here it is, with 2 years of hindsight on the car. The SUV has not given us any issues in the 2 years we have owned it. It came to us in great shape and it has remained that way. The only money we've had to spend on the vehicle was for general maintenance (oil changes, etc..). As far as I can tell, they sell high quality vehicles there. Bruce even put on roof rails for our cargo box at no extra charge. The service was very good. We live a few hours from Mesa, so most was done over the phone and through email. We were in the Phoenix area one day, dropped by for a test drive, and they held the vehicle for us until we could come back up and buy it the next week. Overall, they accommodated us and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. Buying a vehicle is a huge purchase, and they did a good job making sure we were happy with it. My experience with Bruce and company was positive in every way. Edit: (see below for response from the owner): I had even forgotten we were on our way to San Diego when we test drove the vehicle, and about the picture our daughter drew. Good memory.

It is always difficult to decide who to trust when you buy a used car. I can say this, Trucks and Imports is a family run business and the owner Bruce was absolutely amazing. They offer a very professional and friendly service. No pushing, no stress, no feeling of pressure. We picked a 2108 Toyota Yaris for our daughter and we can truly say that we drove off with a big smile after Bruce snapped a family picture to make this day memorable. They also told us to come back to them just in case something would happen to the car and gave us a 3 month warranty. We also compared the price with other dealerships and the price was more than fair. Every used car can have problems that even the dealer doesn’t know ahead of time but I feel safe knowing that I can turn to them if I need them. We had been looking for a truck for over a month and in no hurry to buy. After test driving about a dozen vehicles we saw one here we wanted to look at.
