Had the best “dealership” experience at Lifted Trucks. My husband and I have been searching Tucson and Phoenix for a great truck. Found three - five Rams we were interested in between private sales and dealers. We decided to take a last minute trip to Lifted and hope they would be able to show the truck without an appointment and within time to get back to get kids from school. From the time we walked onto the property we were greeted by the sales staff. The greeting were genuine, no one was following us around or hounding us. We walked the lot and then talked to Mark our sales rep about the Ram we wanted to check out. The truck was perfect, the company offered more for our trade than expected and when we highlighted some price variations, the team honored the lowest listed and didn’t change the trade in offer. They also offered the lowest APR in comparison to our pre-approval. From there it was a done deal- we had time to head to lunch and made it back to get kids before school was out. Hands down best car experience!

Lifted trucks was one of the best car buing process I've ever been through! They took all the necessary time we needed to make a choice. I just bought another truck from Lifted Trucks yesterday. I worked with Mike Scribner and his manager, Adrian. They were a super easy team to work with. Both of them professional, outgoing, respectful and fun to chat with. They seem to really enjoy their job! They made the process of trading in and buying my new truck very easy. Mike was super patient with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and it took us a little time to find it. He looked at every vehicle I wanted, offered his advice on each one and never pushed me into any decision. Then we found what I wanted, I needed some time to think about it so went home, he ended up finding another one and sent me the link for that one, that evening, I went back the next morning, he already had it at the lot for me to see. I ended up purchasing that one instead. I highly recommend working with him! Adrian was fantastic also, got me an approval and worked numbers very quickly, also offered me top dollar for my trade in. Do yourself a favor and go here for your next truck, I definitely recommend going to Phoenix LiftedTrucks, it was the perfect process for buying a vehicle with support and caring team members. I had pre-approved credit, Bill and Sophie found me a significantly lower rate, saving me $$$. I’m not a car or truck person. I chose my last car because it had the best trunk/folding seat experience for getting our cattle dogs to the park. And it was gray. But I am a Brand Marketer. Hands down, the best dealership experience! I had been struggling to locate the truck for me for about a year. I found Lifted Trucks online and was very impressed with the available stock. I had finally found the truck for me and reached out for further details. Jae (Sales Man) reached out to me within the hour of the dealership opening and was fantastic to work with. I am very thankful for a hassle free buy. I met Malcolm in October while shopping around. I knew what I wanted and he showed me only what I was looking for which started us on the right foot. I originally found this on line, and when I called, Malcolm was the perfect sales representative to help me throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Malcolm let me look at the vehicle at my own pace. No pressure, very informative and such a pleasure to work with. 1st off I have never posted a review on anything, I'm writing this one because the customer service I got after buying my 2016 Tundra in Nov. I had my truck less than a week and under 120 miles, 2 nights before Thanksgiving I had it loaded to go down south of Tucsin to see my mom a mechanical issue came up (it happens). I called them at 8am and they had a tow truck at my house by 9:15 and a loaner truck brought to my work by 11:30. I don't remember when I have been treated so great from a car dealer (NEVER). It started with Ashley up front and Sophie walking me through the paperwork. Joe Go was a great salesman and easy to work with. Adrian the manager took care of this situation without hesitation. My lifted truck was totaled in a wreck the week before Thanksgiving and I received the insurance money Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Later that day I found an ad for Lifted Trucks dealership. I had never set foot in a Lifted Trucks dealership when Carter Harper, a sales rep greeted me first at the lot and spent several hours looking at three different trucks from three different Lifted Trucks lots. Carter finally found one from the inventory that was PERFECT for me at the price range I told him to not exceed. Best experience ever at a dealership.. As we were closing the deal Bob and his team knew Thanksgiving weekend would create issues at the bank and Lifted Trucks treated my purchase Old School. Carter and Bob shook my hand and sent me home with my Truck without even getting fully paid. The only thing missing on my new truck was a bed liner and Bob didn’t let me go without including a bed liner. From start to finish, I was treated professionally and felt like my purchase experience was customized to ME. We’ll done Carter, you made a customer for life!

Phenomenal experience from sales to ownership. This is the place you come for your dream truck, and these guys will do whatever it takes to help get you there. Ryan was my salesman, I had a truck in mind before I went in, and neither one of us knew if my credit or finances could put me in it, but not one time did he try to talk me out of it or put me in something cheaper. He and the team pulled out every stop and got it done. I noticed the tire censor light was on, but didn’t say anything, because I just wanted to drive it home. I came back over 2 months later to ask about it, and where most dealerships would say “too bad, sales done and you should have said something at the time”, the sales manager, bill, told me to bring it in for my re-torque and he would get the sensors fixed, no problem. I brought the truck in the next day, re-torque done, all sensors fixed, and even threw in an oil change I tried to pay for. They said, “no” just enjoy your truck! I’d like to give a shout out to debbie in truck service department as well, she was awesome. Thank you lifted trucks!

After weeks of looking online and finding nothing, we decided to just go in person and look at trucks. We needed something big enough to pull our fifth wheel. We were quickly greeted by Maggie before we even made it into the store. She was friendly, funny, and actually listened. It’s so hard to find salespeople who listen to you and what you actually need. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped to steer us in the right direction. We got there at about 1300 and left around 2000 with a truck. It took us all day, but she was so patient and never seemed put out. Even after our MULTITUDE of questions. She took us to the lift shop to talk to the mechanics and ask our questions about suspensions. She covered every base. We laughed, learned, and walked away happier than we walked in. Car buying is such a tedious and intimidating process, but this chick has got it down. On top of her, the finance team was so laid back and just down to earth. No frills. No crazy confusing prices. Just black and white simple numbers on paper. Definitely made us feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend Maggie and this store every single day.

***Update to my bad review*** Recently purchased my first vehicle from here. When I got home I realized there were a few concerns that hadn’t been pointed out that I failed to notice myself. It was my fault for not inspecting it more thoroughly. When agreeing to a used vehicle “as is” there’s really nothing they are obligated to do once it leaves their lot all sales final and you’re out of luck. Rather than calling I voiced my concerns by leaving a negative review. I was immediately contacted by management who was very concerned. When they couldn’t reach me then the regional manager Lance called every single number he had for me to try and talk. Long story short, Lance was very patient and kind. Although I took my frustrations out on him he still made sure that I left there 100% happy. He went above and beyond making me feel that I did not get ripped off. He personally saw to it that everything was taken care of immediately. He showed that they truly do care about their customers. He went over every detail and answered every question you could possibly ask and he did so happily and honestly. UPDATE: These guys are good. I did leave a mediocre review originally, however it shows how much they care about their service that they called me back and explained their perspective, and are going to help me get the missing trim piece. Car sales has a reputation for a exhausting and trying process for a reason, but I do feel these guys are honestly about trying to retain people's business, and that is all you can ask for. Also Trevor is my dude!! Nice, not pushy, and was willing to help out wherever he could. OLD REVIEW: These guys did an ok job, we’re flexible with me on certain things, but they ran my credit twice!!! Really infuriating guys. I have to explain to my mortgage officer why I have two credit inquiries on the same day. From two different companies. Which when I researched, DP Corporation is the same as 700Credit/Lifted Truc. In addition, I find out that a piece of trim is missing from the bumper. I expect they would be willing to help on that (just found out today, bought truck two days ago), but the credit inquiry is just sloppy.

I had been looking for a new truck for a couple of weeks and kept hitting dead ends. I went in to Lifted Trucks just to roll through the parking lot and see what was available, but didn’t have any expectations of finding anything. While I was looking I ran into a young sales associate named Brody. After talking with him for a couple of minutes I saw that Brody wasn’t trying to just get me into a truck, he was working to help me find “MY TRUCK”. I wasn’t able to make a decision on the first night and wanted to keep shopping around. After contacting a couple of dealers I realized the only dealership that was interested in my needs was Lifted Trucks. I returned the following morning and Brody along with his sales manager Bill went to work to find me what I was looking for. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years, but never had a sales team work work with me, instead of just trying to close a deal. Once I had selected a truck the process was completely seamless. I was even approached by Dustin, one of the owners. I could tell he wasn’t just providing fake customers service, but wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before I pulled the trigger. You don’t see that ANYWHERE!!!! I buy a few trucks every couple years for my business. From here on out my trucks will be purchased here because of no other reason than Brody, Bill, and Dustin! We recently went into this dealership to trade in an older lifted truck to downsize to a smaller, more economical one. Honestly, the entire experience was excellent. Our salesman, Jae, was super friendly, easy to work with, and never came across as pushy like some do at other dealerships. Come to find out part of the negative experience was poor and miscommunication by both them AND ourselves. We were then contacted by the owner James to discuss our unhappiness. Let me say this, James deeply cares about his company and customers. This man went over and above to address our concerns and to make the repair. He personally showed up to meet my husband when he brought the jeep up to be worked on and introduced him to the service manager. They went thru this vehicle and took care of the issue and more.
