My lease was up so I had to make a choice. To buy it or turn it in. KT the salesman help me out as soon as I got to the dealership. He was at the door and greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Right away I felt confident that he was the right salesman to help me out. After going through my options he got me the best deal on keeping my truck. He did keep me updated with the progress of my buyout paperwork for my truck. I will definitely go back to get another vehicle.

Yolanda Ortiz is the one to go to! I met her back in August of 2021 and I had told her I wanted to get out of jeep, she had told me she would get me out of that car. I had always wanted to own a charger, it was my dream car. I thought she had forgotten and the following month she calls me and tells me she has a charger. She did everything in her power to get me a good rate. Yolanda meant it when she said she would get me out of my jeep and into my charger. She helped me when I got into an accident and made sure I was still taken care with a car. Yolanda is truly one of a kind and she is the reason I drive the car I have always wanted. Had to take my truck in for a safety recall. Knew the reason for the recall wasn’t an issue for my truck but always like the paper trail. Made an appointment and was greeted as soon as I got there. My service advisor, Robert, was across the street but would be back shortly. Which was perfect because I needed to run to the parts counter to ask a question anyway. By the time I got back,Robert was already there and starting the inspection. He was very friendly and efficient, and had me out of there within 5 minutes because there was no work to be done. In May 2020 I Traded in a 2018 1500 Ram and Leased a 2020 HD2500 Ram. During the paperwork process was offered an extended Warranty. A 60 month 60k mile Warranty for $1025.00. I am within 6 months of Ending Lease. Numerous phone calls about "Closing Lease or Buying." I was told many times by different Dealer Associates, that I have to go through the Dealer. Pay the End of Lease fee through them and I would require a Certified Vehicle Inspection. Only TRUE if You wish to Purchase a 7 yr 100k Mile Warranty! This Warranty was Quoted to be $1500 to $1800.00. I had already been sold a 6 yr/60k mile Extended Warranty when I leased the vehicle. So I asked about Residual on that Warranty. "No Can do, because it is a Leased Vehicle!" (Yes I know I can Terminate existing Warranty!) In closing, I contacted the Bank who Leased the vehicle to me. Got the payoff quote, got a Certified check, sent payoff Certified mail. Waiting 7 to 10 weeks for title. Associates at Dealership are not totally truthful or knowledgeable about leasing options. My mistake was purchasing an extended Warranty on a Leased Vehicle. 3yrs later, I have 3 yrs left on the 6 yr Extended Warranty. Looking back, I should have waited till purchase of vehicle and the bought the 7yr 100k mile Warranty. Otherwise, I would of closed lease through Dealership! JMO

I've been using LHM Dodge for about a year. My truck has had well over $3500.00 in repairs and service in that time. I took her in yesterday for a oil change, I waited for my truck. When it was finished, Robert, the service advisor, came in and mumbled something about the air filter. I guess he assumed I would decline having it done. He was wrong, had he waited for a response I would have asked them to do it. He gave me the keys, told me where it was located, walked out the door. When I got into my truck I read the paperwork, he stated I declined having it replaced. I was never asked, how could I decline. Other than this one time, I've always had a great experience there. Unfortunately, my service advisor from before is no longer there. I'll just make sure in the future I use a different service advisor.

So went in for my first oil change under the impression that it was free.. dude was rude, asked me if I was sure I bought the car there after several attempts to punch in the vin# so I automatically felt uneasy like i did something wrong..wasn’t very busy only spent a little over an hour and fifteen minutes there. So $90 later I got an oil change well three now next two are(free) I mentioned that the whole passenger side windows only work using my main controls on my driver side. Response you’re only here for an oil change!! No ok valued customer we’ll go ahead and at least look at it while you’re here for you’re $90 oil change!!! very disappointed, also was told and lead to believe i had a two year warranty turns out that’s not the case whatsoever..! Unless some kind of miracle happens i will not be returning and will not recommend anyone going to Larry h miller!!!

Prior to going to the LHM dealership in AVONDALE, I did some research regarding prices, available models, specs, etc. LHM AVONDALE, by far, has the best variety of colors, models and the most reasonable prices! I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the following people and departments for making this transaction a smooth one. 1) Salesman (Elvin Villa Hernandez) – Hands down you must see Elvin! He sent me a video of the specific car I was interested in before I had even arrived at the dealership and upon meeting him he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the car. Additionally, he did not try and give me a strong sales pitch. I inquired about Sirius XM and he suggested that I buy the Sirius XM Only Plus radio because my new car unfortunately did not have that feature, and he even gave me pricing information for the product. Thank you, Elvin! :-) 2) Sales Manager (Andrew Orr) – Prior to going to the dealership I had spoken with Andrew on the phone in order to secure financing, negotiate the bottom line, save time, etc. He was personable over the phone, a good listener and prompt in his responses regarding my main concerns. We scheduled an appointment soon thereafter to sign the contract. The prices were great and I was extremely satisfied with Andrew’s genuine friendliness and engaging, low-key Sales Manager style. But, wait…then I had to speak with the Finance Manager….And, believe it or not, things got even better! Thank you, Andrew! :-) 3) Finance Manager (Michael Radig) – Michael’s way of explaining the different types of warranties available in layman’s terms so that I fully understood the benefits, as well as his preparedness and professionalism was top-notch! On top of that, he even gave me step-by-step information on how to get a refund from the warranty on my previous vehicle, which was an added bonus! The financing went through immediately and I even received a payoff letter from my previous lending institution AND new Lender within one week, which meant I could now request the refund on my previous warranty – Another bonus! Thank you, Michael for your help! :-) 4) Service dept Manager (Donny Gonzales) and Service dept employee (Chris) – So far, my experience has been amazingly impressive, right? Well, it just keeps getting better! Donny agreed to install my new Sirius XM radio and my GPS system. Instead of waiting for the work to be done, Donny called me a Lyft and kept me updated once the car installation had been completed, just a few hours later. Chris did an EXCELLENT job on the installation and it looks nice and clean, without wires hanging around everywhere. Thank you so very much Donny and Chris!! :-) So, as you can see, this was, BY FAR, the most amazing experience I have ever had at a car dealership and it was all ‘Thanks!’ to the entire Team at LHM Dodge AVONDALE! Took truck in for oil change said needed air and cabin filters changed so authorized ($140) but inspections on invoice said they were good. Drove away and alignment all screwed up, went back said was uneven wear. If not clear up another $150 for an alignment. Left again less than mile away engine light came on so went back. Wanted to keep overnight to check issue. Got message that have to tear down fuel system to find problem and will have to keep week or longer. All this time service rep blaming me for both alignment and fuel system error. No issues when came in with either. Now I have to rent car for the time they have it and was told no reimbursement if not warranty repair. Today discussed issues that had with service technician and is taking care of situation and compensation will be taken care of.

My Air conditioning started to blow warm air. I took it to LHM dodge to have it serviced. Donny Gonzales was my service advisor. He handled everything great. I left the car overnight. The problem was fixed, and the air was cool again. Prompt and friendly service. The only issue I have is that I took my car in just after getting it washed. It seems like they left the windows down during a dust storm. There was dust everywhere. To be fair I did not bring this issue up to anyone, because I was in a hurry to get where I was going.

Though there were a few hiccups that were out of our hands but he does everything he can to get the job done. I was then approached by the service manager who assured me that I will be taken care of this time around. As far as the buying process, these guys did not pressure as much as I prepared for. This caught me off guard! Through the buying process, salesman Bob, Sales manager(?) Andrew and the paperwork guy (forgot name) were all attentive to what I wanted in this deal. Overall, great experience nothing negative to express other than it being a car dealership! I have been a Larry Miller customer since 2014. In that time I have seen then go through a couple of staff changes. But based on my most recent interactions with Sales and service, I believe the current Avondale team is the best that it's ever been. True customer service with what I believe to be my best interest in mind. Eddie and Charlie went above and beyond in sales to help one of my best friends into a brand new truck! Tim in the service department came out and introduced himself and asked if I was satisfied with my experience at my last service. The whole team really put a personal touch on the whole process.
