Gold standard customer support. Phenomenal experience. First time buyer with decent credit. It was over a month I'd been car hunting. From market adjustments to dealer accessories to bogus fees, I'd pretty much lost hope of finding a decent deal. I stumbled upon echopark and decided to give them a visit. I ended up making a purchase within 4 hours the same day, something I never do. The whole team is extremely competent, courteous and straightforward. Arnold did an excellent job in explaining the car to me and listened to all my needs. Jesus worked the numbers multiple times until it fit my expectations without even my asking. David helped me seal the deal by going the extra mile and hammering out any last doubts I had. The team kept checking up on me until I picked up the car next day and genuinely cared about every little issue I had. I'm ecstatic that I found them and hope you have the same experience too!

Good experience. I alway dread shopping for new car. But this place was really good. Total time there 90 mins. No high pressure, you gotta add paint coating or other high price add ons. No games No playing with your interest rate. Overall a very pleasant experience. My salesman, aka experience guide, was just that. He wasn’t selling me anything. The price is the price. Period. They show you the CarFax. They show you what the car you are buying is appraised at through Kelly Blue Book. And my price was 7k lower. Trade in value on my truck was reasonable. Go see Arnold Ochoa. Amazing experience at EchoPark. Special shout out to Tony and Elizabeth. Reached out to them originally for selling me vehicle (for which they gave me a fair and good value online). Liked the price and so I arrived at Echopark and upon a quick 5 min walk around the vehicle, they were ready to shake hands (matter of fact even added $250 bonus for an incentive they were running). Although we ran into a title issue on my end, even after 2 weeks when I took car in (after title was all good), they still honored the agreed upon price. This entire time, unlike many other dealer, not once did Tony or any other Rep. pressure me to look into their inventory or consider a trade-in. Seeing the very positive experience, I decided to consider Echopark inventory and found a SUV to my linking out of California. Tony got the vehicle shipped over for me within 2 days and even let me know all that was with regards to the vehicle. He's very friendly and upfront with you. So far, it's been a truly great experience and I will recommend Echopark to all.

Came in two days in a row for a Subaru Forester Premium and in the end I left with a 2020 Subaru Forester Premium with only 9k miles on it! Was under blue book value and everything. Honestly was shocked with the current market is like for used cars as it’s really inflated at the moment. D and Carlos helped us out! D was incredibly personable and basically felt like hanging out with a friend. Very casual and relaxing but also informative and professional. These two are quality employees and definitely can’t find anyone like D and Carlos in most places let alone dealerships. Also, if your trading in I highly recommend this location! I was offered 8k at Peoria Subaru for my car and when I came here they offered 13.5k! Was 500 over what caravans wanted to give me and more so than other sites too! If you’re trading try these guys out! Quality vehicles, quality employees, and the location is nice. I didn’t feel talked down to at all and they even got me a better loan offer than before. What else can I say? I’ll definitely come back if I need a second vehicle! I hope D and Carlos is still here by the time I do :)

Because they are salaried employees, there are no high pressure tactics! Another dealer wouldn't even let me test drive without a credit app!! I researched online, saw what I wanted, called to make sure they still had it and drove it home. Their service after the sale is Stellar! Friendly staff and good experience trading in and purchasing a Jeep. The wait was the usual length for purchasing a vehicle, but would be nice if they added a few kid friendly activities like coloring or something besides a movie playing due to the length of time usually spent there. Free water and hot cocoa was nice and one of the staff even bought our kids a treat from vending machine when the machine wasn't taking quarters. Restrooms and lobby clean, but chairs are a bit uncomfortable. A few additions or upgrades to lobby could make the buyer experience even better! Still highly recommend, disposition of staff all super friendly and kind, not pushy or rude at all. Laidback and professional.

Best car shopping experience ever!! Let me start by saying that I live over 400 miles from Phoenix and there are at least 4 big GM car dealerships in my town. I've owned "and traded" more vehicles than I care to say and have worked with many dealers over my 40+ years of buying vehicles and I can honestly say that EchoPark here in Phoenix is a great place to deal with. Their trade in values are higher than the competition, a lot higher than some "thinking of a couple on Bell Rd" and their used vehicle pricing is lower than book by a good bit. They don't use high pressure tactics and don't dicker around on pricing, "no need to" and I hate high pressure sales. Elizabeth whom helped find what I wanted, answered all my questions and finalized the transaction perfectly. Couldn't ask for more and we'll be back here for sure when we're ready to switch vehicles.

She followed up with a call and provided contact information for future reference so, should another issue or concern arise, I don't have the same experience. I appreciate the efforts put into redeeming themselves and rectifying the CS issues. THANK YOU! Worst customer service. Salesmen are nice enough to make a sale but you cannot get anyone on the phone once you've signed. They push their maintenance packages but you can't reach anyone in the service department to follow through. Even local numbers are rerouted out of state.

I initially found this dealership through TruCar. I was searching for a newer used car or SUV for my wife. I received a call from them and decided to go check the place out. I went in and met Angel which was very nice, personable, and down to earth. I told him that I was looking for a midsized SUV for my wife. He then went and pulled up a couple of cars for me so that I didn't have to go stand outside in the heat. One thing that I really liked is that it didn't seem like a typical car dealership. I never felt haggled or pressured to buy anything that I didn't really want. Another good thing is that all the cars are 4 years old or less. All the cars are fairly decently priced. There were also many different options as far as how much I wanted to pay each month. They have a great selection of cars and we ended up purchasing an Infiniti QX50. I will definitely be purchasing my cars from here in the future. Ask for Angel when you stop by and know that you'll be in good hands.

I know this is a bit long but it's worth the read because I'll tell you why this is seriously the best dealership probably ever. Showing up at EchoPark I was unsure if I would find what would fit my needs since I had been to 4 other dealerships before this and been searching online for months just to come up short.. but something I noticed is that every time I went on Auto Trader, Cars.com, etc. they (EchoPark) kept coming up consistently with the lowest prices so I thought why not go check out ONE MORE PLACE. Upon arrival I first noticed how this didn't feel like a dealership but more like a relaxed environment where I didn't feel rushed or pushed into making such a large purchase. My husband and I were promptly greeted by a man by the name of Arnold, he didn't hunt us down yelling, " Excuse me! Can I help you?! Excuse me!!" like most places do from across the lot, he kindly approached us and asked if we needed assistance and then listened to exactly what my needs were, NOT what he wanted to sell me on. Something that Arnold also did that surprised me was that he unintentionally sold me on the company before I was even sold on the car... why I say unintentionally is because he was just answering my questions about why they are consistently the lowest prices we see, like is there something wrong with all these cars, are they all buy back or salvage? But no they weren't, he explained that the whole idea is that it is a one person experience, I wouldn't have to haggle with a finance person, I didn't have to get the run around... it was simply this: prices there are lower than Blue Book on their vehicles, you get a relaxed environment, it's a one salesman purchase not a "now go over into that room and talk to so and so", no nonsense charges , etc... I mean it really is THE BEST dealership I have ever come across. I didn't pick a $18,000 vehicle and leave paying $30,000 because of hidden fee nonsense like tint etc, I left paying exactly what was expected. The worker Arnold couldn't have been a better fit for us, first and foremost he was very knowledgeable; but having that paired with great conversation and a kind attitude and someone that I could tell genuinely tell cared about my needs made me one happy camper. Here's the real kicker... I was speaking with another worker in passing about the pushing that other dealerships gave me and I wasn't feeling that here and he told me that's more than likely due to the fact that the sales team there aren't commission.. so to find that out it made me reflect even more on my salesman's kindness and that it wasn't fake but a genuine care for my needs. He wasn't just looking to sell me just to make a buck for himself and that alone is worth going here in my opinion. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle there is no doubt that I will be going here, great company, great selection, AMAZING price and the service was off the charts! * If Arnold ever sees this, I just want to say thank you again. I truly love this vehicle and I appreciate you making this the most painless process I could have ever dreamed of. Your kindness was such a welcomed feeling and your willingness to let me take my time was exactly what I needed. I feel like other dealerships forget that purchasing a vehicle is a HUGE decision and it shouldn't be taken lightly or rushed and I'm so grateful that you made my first vehicle purchase so wonderful.

Before we hit the road, EchoPark gave us all of the figures and information we wanted to know about the car ahead of time, which is something I asked for. I even had a couple specific questions about features inside, and they took the time to record some video footage and sent it to me over text, which was really nice. Their prices are great compared to other dealerships in the Phoenix area. They don't add "mystery/accessory" fees to the price tag, and don't charge you more money for paying cash (we ran into both of those scenarios at other car lots in town). They were upfront with us the whole time which was great considering our other recent negative experiences elsewhere. When we arrived at EchoPark, we noticed that they had the car we came to see parked right up by the front door, ready for us to look at. Our salesman was Carlos and he was very personable and able to answer any questions we had. He made the whole purchase a super smooth process, and was even in touch after we left for any lingering questions. The vehicle we bought was incredibly clean and well polished, it even has that 'new car' smell. Told the most friendliest and professional sales person that was assisting me by the name of James I wanted to buy it. I advised him we had a trade in and gave him the information he needed, took my trade in Tuesday evening and he made it happen! Sales associate Riki was awesome and even was a good sport during our carpool karaoke session during the test drive to test out the speakers. The only less than 5 star experience comes from corporate where they have some ridiculous policy about not allowing their associates to give more than half a tank of gas. A clean car and full tank for delivery of vehicle is all part of the experience!!

Overall excellent experience. They are up front on how their business model works, which appears to be pretty simple and straight forward. Do your homework before you get there. No haggling, but check pricing on vehicles similar to what you're looking at on Echo Park's lot and you'll see that you're paying substantially less for a vehicle thats in better condition and has lower miles than almost any other dealer. I ended up driving away with a 2020 Ford Explorer. So far so good, I would absolutely shop with Echo Park again.

I was extremely cautious though as I had had a horrible experience a year ago when selling my hubby's car at a place up in Scottsdale where they tried a bait and switch on me. I told Tony at Echo Park Automotive of my skepticism and he assured me it would not be the case . Turns out, he was right! I brought my car in, Tony saw me right away, ,quickly inspected my car and confirmed the original price quoted. The entire transaction took less than 1.5 hours. It would have been quicker, but I didn't have the proper paperwork. Echo Park Automotive was patient and came up with a way for me to send the paperwork needed that didn't require me to come back there. It was easy-peasy . Bought my 2019 Honda Fit here. 10k miles, 2k under Kelly blue book. You have to use their bank financing, but you can refinance through whoever you want after the purchase. It was such a great deal and Mario was real helpful in showing me the car and allowing me to focus on the car. So many sales people like to distract you by discussing other things about your family, job, interests. He answered all my questions about the car and helped me secure financing. Everyone there was really helpful and Mario set me up with the person from financing who set me up with monthly costs and also what my monthly would be with the interest rate would be upon refinancing with the approved loan I secured with my credit union. I did my blue book research beforehand so I knew I had no room to bargain as they had it listed at 2k less and that was with average yearly mileage. So don’t let the bank financing scare you. They know how to take care of you here.

Echo Park was the last stop with it being the furthest from where I live. Well my faith in car shopping was restored. After two very sketchy attempts to look at and purchase a car for our son, we met Adam. We had to walk in to meet him, no lurking as we entered the parking lot. We told him what we wanted to see and after taking our info, turned us lose to test drive. Upon return we were ready to purchase. The process was made longer by me having to unfreeze credit access and rifling through my wallet to find a valid insurance card. Through all of that we were in and out with a no BS deal in just over 2 hours. Adam was awesome and the selection of vehicles was amazing.. prices are REALLY good. Amazing! Ricky helped me out to get a 2019 VW Atlas 3.6 w/ technology. Here is the kicker. She told me that Echo does not negotiate pricing & I said even for cash! YES. Now it's due to very low pricing. I looked up on KBB to find that I was getting a great price. This left it open for a 5 yr warranty and a 5 yr interior warranty with a descent payment. Skip dishonest dealers and come in to Echo Park. Ask for Ricky. She is great, We shared some laughs over the closing and the entire process made me wish I didn't waist my time at another dealership the day prior. Fyi, they will get you financed with a lower rate then your bank possibly ( they did this for me today ), so compare and save some money!

This was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences we've had. The salesman brought out the vehicles we wanted to drive, respected our budget, and answered our questions. There were no high-pressure tactics, no "I have to talk to my manager" stalls, no financing trickery. We drove away with a very lightly used 2021 Hyundai Elantra at an eminently (for this market) reasonable price. It's now two months later and our opinion hasn't changed. The car and financing are exactly as advertised. We will absolutely go back there when we next find ourselves in the market for a vehicle.
