Karl greeted us with kindness immediately as we walked in. He listened to what we were looking for, gave us so much information on each vehicle that we looked at and went above and beyond to get us in the right direction. Dan in financing was super patient and compassionate! We are so excited and pleased with not only how wonderful they treated us but also with our new suv. Bought my vehicle here last year, and engine light recently came on, so I took it here cause they are familiar with the car. Brandy was excellent. Attempted to check for issues but car wouldn't start. A mechanic came out and there were multiple issues. Long story short they reset the engine light, added coolant, cleaned engine, checked for leaks, and a few other things. No charge. Money is tight right now but when I need work done I will definitely have it done here. They are honest, and genuinely seem to want to help people. Of course it's a business, but I recommend visiting here to sell, buy, or repair a vehicle. Thank you.

The entire process for purchasing a vehicle was very simple. Trevor Skoro was honest, and straightforward with me from the beginning. The Hyundai Kona that I purchased is in very limited supply but he was able to track one down very quickly. He was upfront with pricing, financing and pretty much everything. I just want to say that this was the best car buying experience for us! I had inquired about a vehicle through a link from my employer and Rocky was courteous and professional when he called me back. He called to acknowledge that they had received my inquiry and that it was the end of their business day but that he would be in contact the next day. He followed through on his word. He was my first point of contact and when we went to look at the inventory it was no pressure. My son was able to find a truck that worked for him and he was able to get financed on the spot through a local credit union. That was even better because the rate was great and the payments were affordable, plus the bank was local! Precision Fleet has been absolutely the easiest car buying experience I've had. I routinely purchase cars for my company and dread the process. I found a car online at Precision Fleet and called to confirm the car was still available. When I showed up, it was actually still there. (Not always the case with other dealers). My daughter and I first went to Precision Fleet to trade in my Mazda for a used car for her to drive. We worked with Helmand Anwary and he was great. He did not try to push us into anything and had great patience. We arrived just 45 minutes before closing. We did purchase a car however, for several reasons, it was decided that we would return it for something else. We talked with Helmand and he gave us our entire amount paid for the car as credit on another vehicle. While talking I told him that I was going to buy a new car and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him a 2018 Toyota Highlander, fully loaded. Helmand really came through. I gave him the info late Friday afternoon and he called the following Monday with details on the vehicle including the price. Since I had never purchased a new car from a Fleet Service I thought I would check around. I went in to look at a specific truck listed on the website. When I had arrived I found all their vehicles covered indoors with keys already on the windshield. I was met by Helmand who already had a license plate in hand for me. He put it on and said have fun, come back when your finished on your test drive. As anyone knows being at a dealership it is annoying having to wait for a sales agent to find keys get a plate and chaperone you on a quarter mile test drive. Not like that here! Initial impression was fantastic. Finished the drive picking my own route and noticed a small leak which he had fixed right away. After talking and Helmand giving me the deal I wanted I left with my new truck. I waited a week before my review to keep driving to see if there were actually any problems with the truck that wasn't brought forward when I purchased it. The process seemed too smooth and I was sure something wasn't right. I was wrong, this is a fantastic dealership with great customer service from all of their employees. They even brought to my attention a way to save on plate fees being military. Above and beyond service. My daughter had a low mileage 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT totaled out from under her. She really loved that car, and I told her the odds of replacing it with another were slim to none. I checked the usual sites and found an even lower mileage 2016 GT, same color at Precision Fleet in Peoria. I came down from Flagstaff to inspect the one owner car in PFS's warehouse. Helmand put me and my wife on the road for a test drive and the car was as good as it appeared on paper and in the photos. I still checked out two other cars I had lined up for inspection since I was traveling from Flagstaff, but the deal I made with Helmand and finalized with Scott was a good one for us, and they worked with my credit union to complete the transaction in an afternoon. The car has been on the road now for two weeks, highway and city driving and is great. We purchased our 2012 Nissan from PFS in 2016, and by the time we found Sean at PFS we were exhausted from typical car salesman, dealerships, and all of the ridiculous haggling that accompanies buying a car. Sean was totally the opposite! He was helpful, interested in our concerns, and was totally the opposite of what we were exhausted with at the other car dealers. We found Sean and PFS through the referal of our Credit union. They told us he would find and bring us any car, in any color, in any price range we were looking for, but luckily enough he had the exact car we were looking for right on his lot! Buying our car from PFS was the easy, pleasant, and even enjoyable. Sean would call us often and ask how are car was doing and how we were liking it. Great PR by Sean and PFS! In 2018 we had an issue with our car, and stupidly we took it to Nissan for a diagnosis. They lied, overcharged, took our car apart, then was not able to put it back together. Sean came to our rescue and sent a tow truck to Nissan to pick up our car (or what he could of it) and took it back to his full service garage at PFS. Tim, the service manager there immediately began working on our car staying in touch with us the whole time. He even dealt with the warranty company taking the stress off of us. Our car was finished within a week, and Tim had the warranty company pay for the bill when Nissan was telling us that they would not. Also FYI , PFS did the work for a third of what Nissan quoted us. Now we have our car back and it runs even better than before! If we ever have an issue with our car or decide to buy another car we will only go to PFS! My car was totaled on Monday, Wed I was notified that USAA would finance me and in searching the inventory on USAA I found the car I wanted. I called the Dealership and they arranged for me to see it on Thursday. Test Drove the car and went home to Apache Junction, Friday AM I turned in my rental. Scott Kramer had all the information and documents and could send the lender my new car information immediately. Scott was a great sales person who took care of me and handled everything right away. I drove away in the Avalon on Friday. Showroom was huge and cooled, Nothing fancy about the place but then I don't want to pay for all the glitz at some dealership.
