My son is in the Army, stationed in DC; he decided to trade in his car for a Dodge Charger. After checking multiple dealerships, a co-worker told me about Naryan. On faith, my son made the 2.5-hour drive down so we could check them out. Let me tell you that this was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership. The owner George is friendly, kind, and honest, and he made us feel like family; our salesman, Michael, and the Finance Guy were all top-notch; the car, excellent, and best price in the Tri-State/DMV area. I would recommend this dealership to any and everybody. If you need a vehicle, George and Naryan Auto is the place to go.

I was referred to Naryan Auto Group by a close friend of mine when a previous bad experience buying a car from another dealer left a bad taste in my mouth. I spoke to the owner personally and he assured me that they would take care of me. They were reasonable, friendly, respectful and professional from the moment I walked into Naryan. I bought my car from Julio, who was super helpful with everything from the test drives to working out a price that fit my budget. My wife really liked the second car we drove and so I bought it. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the service I experienced, the car I purchased and the professionalism of Julio and the other employees. No complaints whatsoever. Starting from scratch this place was awesome! Initial contact was made only a few minutes after clicking on the website I received a call and text from Deena. I got back to her at my convenience and she still answered. W right away! I showed up next day and met with a few of the salesmen who hooked me up with Julio which was on top of everything from the very minute. Unfortunately the car wasn't available at the time but was brought in the very next morning as promised. I stopped back up and an hour or so later my purchase was complete. Sandra in finance was amazing in helping get me where I wanted with rate and payments. Even met the owner George who was extremely nice and even offered to have the car delivered to me to help me out since I was by myself. I won't hesitate to come back here for my future vehicles personal and business and you shouldn't either!

I came across Naryan Auto Group online browsing for a specific car I wanted. They just so happened to have one relatively close to my price range. Being from Maryland I spoke heavily over the phone with their sales associate Paul, who was magnificent throughout the sales process! He always got back to me in a timely fashion despite his busy day and I never felt any less than throughout the buying process because I couldn’t physically be there. He worked with me as much as possible over the phone answering questions and negotiating the price before I decided to make the two and half hour trip to PA to test drive the car. Confident in all my research and information given to me by Paul, I made the trip and was even more pleased with the car after having driven it. Needless to say, I went through with the purchase at a price I was comfortable with. This being my first financed car, I was skeptical of the buying process, dealerships and their sales people but Paul definitely made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I feel as though I left with a car I love for a great deal! If you’re looking to purchase I highly recommend Paul. I never felt that overwhelming feeling that big purchases like this generally tend to come with nor did I feel as though I was being cheated in any way. He was fair, he was honest and he provided excellent service. I will most definitely be back to see Paul in the future! I waited a month before writing this review to ensure nothing major popped up needing work on my car since the purchase and I’m happy to report nothing has! I’ve already put 2,500 miles on it and all I’ve spent on my car aside from gas is $67 in Diesel Exhaust Fluid and a bulb for my right brake light. Not bad at all, and I’m still not due for an oil change for another 2,000 miles. I’m more than proud of this purchase! The loss of one star is solely for the fact that I specifically asked the woman who handles the registration if there was anything else that I needed to do when I was there purchasing my car and she word for word said “No, that’s it! Just wait to get your tags in the mail!” Come to find out she was terribly incorrect. Had she bothered to check my paperwork before I left she would’ve seen Im not from PA and would have notified me that I needed to do an inspection in my home state where I plan to register my car. Which I did not know, hence I made sure to do my part and ask her before I left her office. She just this week, a month after my purchase, left me a message about it. Slightly annoyed that this could’ve been handled a month ago had she instead simply responded “All I need you to do is send me a copy of your MD inspection” and i would’ve known to get it done. Mind you, I would have been better able to plan for the cost of the inspection had I known about it a month ago. Other than the minor annoyance I deducted one star for, I highly recommend this place! Pauls service and dedication to getting you in a car you’re happy with is worth making the trip!

I came to Naryan after looking on line for a vehicle for a week I had a choice of 2 dealerships & decided to go with Naryan because they had the best deal & price for the vehicle I wanted. My original representative was Tim & he was very patient with me although I was only interested in 1 car I was all over the place with my decision Tim was very patient with me even after I made a choice to come back a few times without making the purchase. After thinking it over during the weekend I decided it was the car I wanted & upon arriving I was sad to see Tim was off for the day I think he deserved the sale. Fortunately it was another representative that was there to help me (Angel) & Angel immediately remembered me from my previous visit he introduced hisself & told me Tim should be in in a few to help me before we found out Tim was actually off. I am really impressed with the service that Naryan offers. I made the 1.5 hour drive to their dealership just three weeks ago. They were very responsive to my online inquiry, answered all my questions before I made the drive up, and they had the car ready for a test drive when I got there. Unlike some other dealerships, pictures that were shown online accurately depicted the car that I saw when I arrived. That hasn't always been the case for me. One of the main selling points for an out of state buyer is the guarantee that the car will pass your state inspection. If it doesn't, they cover the costs for it to pass inspection. This ended up happening, and Naryan lived up to their end of the bargain, communicating with me to make sure that I had what I needed. I really appreciated their customer service, and would recommend them to others.

My experience with Naryan has been great since 2019 when I first came across them searching on Google of course I’m big on reviews and their reviews lead me to go to them for a car in 2019 I was going through some things and needed a car ASAP being a family of 5 you can only imagine why…went there with not so great credit but they worked with me allowing a co-signer to better help me get my first financed car a 2016 Buick Encore with $300 down which I loved by the way never had an issue with it..I just went back yesterday and a lot has changed in 2 years one of the major things is getting my credit up to where I was able to drive off the lot with my new car 2016 Ford Explorer XLT (which is perfect for my family size) with $300 down and no co-signer the guys are great there very very helpful I was helped by Mike Myers and he made it happen for me he knew just what I was looking for as soon as I stepped on the lot very smooth experience and I got to see George the owner before leaving he remembered me and my mother from 2 years ago and embraced us with love I trust this place when it comes to getting a car trust this review you won’t be disappointed

Was extremely interested in a vehicle they had for my wife. The price was awesome but after hearing the near $2000 dealership fee I was completely turned off. Will not recommend this place. No way they should be passing off these prices to the customers. Will not be shopping here ever. Update: After seeing their reply to call, i called in and was told someone would reach out to me. Its been 2 days and still nothing. That is not great customer service Update: Called back and spoke to George, he made me a great offer hard to refuse. Took the fees down to a nice price. Tim was responsive and explained everything thoroughly. The experience was pretty quick compared to my last dealer. The tire pressure in one tire was low(12 psi below, which is a pretty big deal with such a long drive ahead), and when they went to fill the car with gas they only filled it up half way. Being I had a 7 hour drive I had hoped to leave with a full tank (I would have paid for it to be filled just to save time). I think just a little more vehicle prep for customers making sure it's in tip top shape before they take the car home would make the dealership come across as more professional. I would say the car was mostly ready. Tim gets 5 stars, and even went out of his way to give me an extra phone charging cable for the return trip. He answered all of my questions and provided me with all of the resources/documents I requested. Thank you for the pleasant buying experience Tim! Overall I would buy from them again, and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle.

Too many things to list ! #3 I ended up buying it, then as soon as I got on the highway to 70mph+ speeds, it was shaking like crazy, as the wheels were bent and had to be repaired. I came across Naryan Auto Group online browsing for a specific car I wanted. They just so happened to have one relatively close to my price range. Being from Maryland I spoke heavily over the phone with their sales associate Paul, who was magnificent throughout the sales process! He always got back to me in a timely fashion despite his busy day and I never felt any less than throughout the buying process because I couldn’t physically be there. He worked with me as much as possible over the phone answering questions and negotiating the price before I decided to make the two and half hour trip to PA to test drive the car. Confident in all my research and information given to me by Paul, I made the trip and was even more pleased with the car after having driven it. Needless to say, I went through with the purchase at a price I was comfortable with. This being my first financed car, I was skeptical of the buying process, dealerships and their sales people but Paul definitely made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I feel as though I left with a car I love for a great deal! If you’re looking to purchase I highly recommend Paul. I never felt that overwhelming feeling that big purchases like this generally tend to come with nor did I feel as though I was being cheated in any way. He was fair, he was honest and he provided excellent service. I will most definitely be back to see Paul in the future! I waited a month before writing this review to ensure nothing major popped up needing work on my car since the purchase and I’m happy to report nothing has! I’ve already put 2,500 miles on it and all I’ve spent on my car aside from gas is $67 in Diesel Exhaust Fluid and a bulb for my right brake light. Not bad at all, and I’m still not due for an oil change for another 2,000 miles. I’m more than proud of this purchase! The loss of one star is solely for the fact that I specifically asked the woman who handles the registration if there was anything else that I needed to do when I was there purchasing my car and she word for word said “No, that’s it! Just wait to get your tags in the mail!” Come to find out she was terribly incorrect. Had she bothered to check my paperwork before I left she would’ve seen Im not from PA and would have notified me that I needed to do an inspection in my home state where I plan to register my car. Which I did not know, hence I made sure to do my part and ask her before I left her office. She just this week, a month after my purchase, left me a message about it. Slightly annoyed that this could’ve been handled a month ago had she instead simply responded “All I need you to do is send me a copy of your MD inspection” and i would’ve known to get it done. Mind you, I would have been better able to plan for the cost of the inspection had I known about it a month ago. Other than the minor annoyance I deducted one star for, I highly recommend this place! Pauls service and dedication to getting you in a car you’re happy with is worth making the trip!
