I was so impressed with the customer service levels when I arrived at Glanzmann Subaru showroom. From the receptionist that greeted us to the finance person. John Le was my sales representative and I can't say enough good things about him. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and got me exactly that. He's very friendly and personable. When I came to pick up my new car, John made sure that I understood all of the controls and safety features. Warren and Keith in the finance area are just as awesome as John. We ran into an unexpected situation regarding the title of my trade-in but Warren and Keith provided what I would call radical customer service. Today I drove my new car home. Thank you John, Warren and Keith for being true examples of putting the needs of the customer first. I highly recommend Glanzmann Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a care. 🤗❣️

I used to bring my 2015 Forester to their previous location for service, and they were always great at performing good service and communicating any issues.
After switching over to a 2022 Forester with Glanzmann, I can say these folks will have my business for any future cars! They made the purchasing process quick and efficient, but still friendly and polite, even though it was close to the holiday break. And now as I bring in my new car for service, I continue to see the same attention to quality in their customer service. Besides all of that, their new service center really makes it comfortable to wait.

While visiting Philadelphia, my Subaru had a mechanical problem, and Glanzmann Subaru was recommended to me. It turned out to involve two Subaru recalls, and when I arrived at Glanzmann, my service representative was Chris, who was just great, friendly, professional, excellent at getting the car in quickly and keeping in touch to let me know progress. He and his crew also gave the car a safety check, let me know what to keep an eye on, and washed it before I picked it up the following day. Glanzmann Subaru was great! My last car was ten years old so it’s been a bit since I’ve been shopping around and looking at cars. I had been to a couple places and talked to some sales people. When I went to Glanzmann the experience was great! John was great. I got a tour of the building and its a great space and so clean! I never felt pushed into buying a car with John or Ken, who was also so helpful and friendly. (The other dealership I was talking with was constantly on me about finalizing a sale. I hated that feeling of trying to be pushed into a car I wasn’t sure about.)I test drove my car Saturday. Ken went over some numbers with me so I had an idea of what I was looking at before making any decision on the car. He gave me a couple different options I asked to see. I took a day to think about it. Monday I went back and bought the car. Lauren who went over all the final numbers and all the information I needed to move forward was awesome! She made everything so easy. When we were in the car and ready to leave John did a great run through of the car again. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Even my seat and mirror adjustments. Their costumer service is truly fantastic! Thank you!

Fantastic experience. Wonderful facility, everyone I interacted with was friendly. Big shout out to John, my salesman, who couldn't have been more helpful, kind and knowledgeable. This is a very clean facility. The employees are amazing and Lori was very kind, polite and professional. She greeted you with a smile. This was my first oil change, although I did not schedule an appointment I was in and out within a reasonable time. There were lots of vehicles but there also was enough service attendants to service each vehicle. Oh the choice of snacks are also a plus if I must say. I'm glad I chose Glanzman from purchase to my first service appmt. I referred two other families who purchased as well.

Joe Falbo at Glanzmann is the best! My car was in for 30,000 mile service and Joe had everything organized and set before I arrived, including a loaner. Check in was quick and easy and I was on my way in minutes. Joe updated me throughout the day and promptly notified me when the car was finished. When I returned to pick up my car, it was ready and waiting. Everything was seamless and efficient. Joe is always personable and informative. Great customer service Joe!

Chris at Glanzmann Subaru did a great job taking care of me and my Forester for its 120k mile checkup. He noticed I’d just had my spark plugs changed. Rather than go ahead and charge me for the plugs and service, he checked in with me to explain that my bill would be revised downwards to reflect this.
I like Glanzmann. Their crew is prompt and courteous. I know people want to say that their guy is just as good as half the price. I say I’m paying for Glanzmann’s specific experience with vehicles like mine. They look my car over and if something seems out of alignment - dad joke; sorry, not sorry - I get a phone call about the recommended service. I get the price upfront. Seriously, I plan on another 120k miles from my Forester and I believe I can with Glanzmann.

John Le was so nice and informative in helping us choose and buy a car at Glanzmann Subaru. We decided on a car late Wednesday night and even though he was off the next day, he helped facilitate our paperwork and credit approval so we would be ready to pick it up on Friday as smoothly as possible. He then patiently went over every aspect of the car, inside and out, and helped set up our phones and remote Starlink app as well.
Lauren Lange helped us with the finance paperwork and patiently explained the process and extras that were available. She was helpful and informative, even when we came up with different possible warranty scenarios and when we were trying to figure adjustments for down and monthly payments.
This was our first new car that my husband and I were buying together, and the people at Glanzmann Subaru made the potentially stressful experience a great one!

My experience at Glanzmann Subaru had exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by Karen, who was accurate in capturing my complaint, and relayed to the tech(s) and the rest of the service department, in which I am myself, from experience, running a freightliner facility, no, it is critical to ensure that an accurate complaint is captured so it can be correctly assessed. She was personable, friendly, sympathetic, but still head a good sense of humor in which we shared, and made my experience there. Much more satisfying. It didn’t seem as if I had just gone to a facility where I was just another number. They were prompt, the communication was impeccable, detect diagnostics so far after I received, the vehicle has been accurate, they provided me with a loaner at no charge, and even wash the car when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend Glanzmann, Subaru, and Hatboro. I would return there for both sales and service. .

I can best describe my express oil change experience as routine. As my idiot light indicated a tire pressure issue I brought it to the attention of Sam the service writer who immediately looked into the matter. Unfortunately he informed me that my tire was compromised by a nail in the sidewall which was not repairable resulting in my purchase of a new replacement. Sam took immediate steps to resolve my tire problem in a timely fashion as I was required to be at another vital appointment
later in the morning. Sam handled the problem without my needling him given my need to be elsewhere. I was quite happy that my initial visit to Glantzman for service , for our third leased Subaru Outback, went rather well aside for my tire issue.I would certainly recommend Glantzman to others for service in their state of the art facility.

The manual transmission on my 2019 WRX had become very difficult to shift. I made a service appointment expecting Glanzmann’s service department would lubricate the shift linkage and I’d be on my way. Sam Simmons, the service manager, suspected a more substantial problem and provided a loaner.
Sam was right. I needed a new clutch, which is an expensive replacement. Happily I was covered under an extended warranty I purchased with the car so there was no cost to me. Sam kept me informed at every step and was a real pleasure to deal with. After the replacement was complete, Sam asked to keep the car for a few extra days to test out the new clutch. I readily agreed, enjoying my loaner Outback as a change of pace.
I have my car back and it’s performing better than ever.

So all the service personnel at glansman Subaru on my last visit we're all amazing Kyle, Karen, Michelle, Kate and I think there was one or two more people which I forgot their names but anybody who answered my phone calls about my car about my situation we're so helpful and really knocked it out of the park with the service experience for me this time. And the one time I showed up at 7:00 to pick up the loaner and drop off my car and Karen was still there and I felt so horrible I got there so late and she was just still still so nice and helpful. UPDATE: we unfortunately had an issue with the car we purchased. When I contacted Glanzmann about it, I didn't really know what to expect. But they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The level of service and care was exceptional. They have this section on their site about "Their promise to you" which I figured was a marketing gimmick, but it is very real. I wish they sold more than cars, that's how impressive everything there has been.

Just recently visited Glanzmann again and Sam Simkins was very helpful. My car was displaying multiple warning lights. Apparently my easy pass must have thrown everything off. Sam put it on my car where it wouldn’t cause any more problems.

Edit: (most recent service) I thought I mentioned multiple times that I heard the squealing sound coming from the front tires. I thought they might have been brake pads, that's why I mentioned the brakes, but I wasn't totally sure. When texting the serviceman he mentioned getting the pads replaced and resurfacing the rotors. What I didn't realize was that only the rear pads and rotors were worked on. So, when I was driving my car around yesterday, I noticed the problem I came in for - the squealing/skidding sound my front (left?) tire makes - has not been adequately addressed since it is still happening. I am not thrilled, either, since I spent a good amount of money on service, and what exactly did I spend all that money on when the problem I came in for has not been fixed. I feel like I wasted my money. Thanks

Even though we have a great local mechanic who would maybe cost a bit less, we most often find ourselves taking our "baby" ('22 OBW) to Glanzmann Subaru. The experience is all around very pleasant and somehow we always get lucky enough to have Joe Falbo as our service rep--he is patient, professional, and so pleasant to work with! Glanzmann's new service center is state of the art. You pull in the large bays and walk right up to a service desk (so ok in any weather) and they have a nice waiting area if you're hanging around--nothing like the old, oily-smelling, grungy waiting rooms of the past. I would definitely recommend Glanzmann!

Eric Wilson checked me in promptly. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told oil change was complimentary since I had purchased my Impreza within the last 6 months. Eric escorted me to the waiting area and after a bit, came over to inform me one of my taillights needed replacement and it was also suggested that the spark plugs be replaced since it was routine to do so every 5 years. No pressure to do so at this visit but I agreed for safety’s sake. Labor was a bit costly but worth every penny. Complimentary car wash and I was escorted to my vehicle in less time than I anticipated. I’m a Subaru fan now after years of driving Saturns. Couldn’t ask for friendlier and more competent service.
On September 21, 2022 I visited Glanzmann Subaru for annual inspection and an oil change. As I exited my car, I was greeted by Sam Simkins who took care of my intake forms, confirmed my appointment and escorted me to the waiting area. Sam sent me a text within minutes to offer any assistance or answer any questions while I was waiting as well as giving me an approximate wait time. Sam did come to where I was seated and suggested fuel injector cleaning and I agreed. He also alerted me in person to let me know that my car was almost finished. Friendly, professional and genuinely caring would describe my experience at Subaru with Sam. I left completely satisfied. Many thanks to Sam Simkins for his time and efforts!!
On 12/26/2022, I visited Glanzmann Subaru for an unscheduled multipoint inspection after using AAA to fill my two front tires the day before (my car still didn’t “feel right” the next day. David Valentine patiently listened, took my information and escorted me to the waiting area; I received a text from him requesting I contact him with any questions while I waited. David advised me after a short wait time that the tires had been dangerously overfilled and there were no leaks. He also advised me my battery had failed testing and asked if I wanted it replaced at that time. Of course the answer was yes! When my vehicle was ready, David came to the waiting area and escorted me to my car. He was at all times personable, courteous and professional. I was on my way in a little over an hour after arrival. I couldn’t ask for better service and David provided that with a smile. Thank you Glanzmann and thank you, David!!

I went to Glanzman Subaru simply to browse and test drive a car. This was the first time I've been to a car lot in quite a while. I was expecting it to be a very painful process but much to my surprise it was a super seamless and stress free process thanks to John Le. John was super friendly, informative, and easy to work with. I mentioned to John how I was simply looking at this point and had no intentions of walking out with a car that day as I was planning on browsing around a bit more.
After test driving a car on the lot that wasn't
quite what I wanted, John worked with me to build a custom car and priced everything out for me. I was then expecting a painful push from John and his team to try to pressure me into signing papers that day. Instead of pressure however, John 100% understood my position of just looking and simply made sure I had every resource possible if I wanted to proceed forward with the custom build. He made himself available for questions and said he would circle back with me in a few days to see if I thought about things further or had any other questions. Needless to say, I ended up ordering the car.
From start to finish John was a great, informative, down to earth salesman who made you feel like you were talking to a friend and not a salesman. Great guy!

Great experience. We got our Impreza off a lease and this is our first experience with the dealership. It was a great experience, one I would recommend. We were bringing the car in for our first service since getting it- inspection, oil change, etc. A pleasant surprise was they were also able to take care of a few recall actions on the spot as well.
We opted for a package to have some fluids changed and tires rotated, which was a good deal. We were pleasantly surprised to get a loaner vehicle- made getting the work done so much of a better experience and kept the interruption to life to a minimum.

We took our forester for not just regular servicing but also because the check engine light was illuminated. I am the primary driver and I was in a panic. When we arrived, we met Brad, our service agent for the day. I explained to him what was happening with the car. After preliminary inspection of the vehicle he did what I’m calling an engine check. He then took the car to the service area for them to start working.
Brad texted me so that if I had any questions I could contact him. This was not necessary as he visited with us personally in the waiting area. He showed us the cabin and air filters so we could make the final decision to change. He advised us that our battery needed to be changed, we suspected as much, and finally he told us that we had to schedule an appointment to check the engine.
Bard made the appointment for us and also scheduled a loaner, as the car may not be finished the same day. We left Glanzmann in awe of the service provided to us and would recommend them and Brad to anyone needing to have their car serviced. Yes, they service other make/model too - my husband serviced his Chevy impala that same day.

A necessary and costly repair ended up being painless (and much less expensive after calling Subaru Customer Care), and Bryan was there to work with me over the course of the week my car was with them. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and was incredibly responsive, whether by phone, email, or text. A repair and situation that had the potential to leave a bitter taste in my mouth has instead made me a loyal Subaru customer for life. Many thanks to Bryan and the rest of the Glanzmann team.

My partner Kelley White just bought a used car at Glanzmann, and so far we love the car. The facility was amazing. Our experience with the staff was mixed, from very good to problematic.
Our salesperson, John Le, was a new salesman. He was very friendly and helpful and courteous, H didn't know all the answers to all my questions, but he sought help from managers. I would definitely be happy to do business with him again. A manager named Henry promised to get answers to my question on how wireless connectivity is set up, and its price, but then he didn't get me the answers. Cy, who we talked with out on the lot, was very helpful. He walked back out to let us know there was one new Crosstrek available, which we appreciated. We talked with him for a while, and he let us know about the process of customers custom-ordering new cars. He was in charge of transport, and we asked whether we could be picked up from home for the day we were driving away with the new used car we wanted to buy, and he said yes. Keith, a sales manager, seemed annoyed with us. I got the impression he thought I had bullied Cy into picking us up, which was not true. Keith did his job, but it was somewhat unpleasant dealing with him.
Overall, we were very impressed with the facility. We would come back.
One area I think is creating problems for customers:
The Glanzmann website on which a customer searches for cars has links under each available car for the features available, like the Starlink stuff, which turns out to be complicated. One would think the staff, at least the managers, would be able to answer questions about these options, but they seemed to be unable to answer those questions very well.

Second time I got service provided by Subaru on my 2yr old WRX. Their process is very streamlined at both their original location in Jenkintown and even nicer facility in their new Hatboro location. Nice that Glanzmann Subaru offers lifetime PA inspections when you buy a vehicle through them. Scheduling service is easily done online. Kyle was my service rep and he was very polite. He helped get some questions answered for me. My only real complaint was that they didn't have a part to complete my PA inspection that would require another visit. But I understand that the supply chain is strained and that everyone is having issues. It will get me an opportunity to use their loaner car next time when I get everything re-inspected.

Glanzmann Subaru is my local dealer. It has a small town feel. The service department is low pressure and prices appear to be reasonable for a dealer. They do offer express oil changes and tire rotations without an appointment. Usually within an hour. My service rep this time was Karen. She was very professional and friendly. I went to Glanzmann to have my AC fixed in my 2005 Baja. They reminded me I had an open recall on my vehicle. Upon checking my Baja out they discovered a major problem with the bushings. I had been having trouble when I shifted into 1st gear. Brian Okubo couldn’t have been nicer. We discussed the cost and the pros and cons. He let me make the decision to fix or trade. I am so happy I had them fix it! She runs beautifully, icy cold air and runs like when I first got her new. It took over a month to get the right parts in but they let me keep my loaner the whole time. I will be going back to them for my next car. I took my car to Glanzmann a few days ago for an oil change. I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I just drove through their futuristic pre-shop area that feels like you’re driving your car onto the USS Enterprise. I was helped by Kyle and he was great. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Glanzman Subaru. My salesman, Andrew, was personable, communicative and honest. It's a plus that they do not make commission. I worked with Henry and Alex in financing as well. All three seemed very knowledgeable in their respective departments. The process was quick and smooth, and they were COVID safe, wearing masks. They were able to work with me to make sure I was leaving satisfied with my purchase and all kept asking me if I was excited, making sure I was happy along the way. Attention to detail for customer service was great. For example, they put my documents nicely in a folder and gave me a Subaru keychain. Andrew took the time to go over the car's features with me, connected my phone to Bluetooth and even offered assistance after purchase if needed later on. He called me to follow-up 2 days later. I'm one of the best customers to write a review of the service at Glanzmann Subaru. I have been a customer for over a decade and counting. Which is why I have continued to come in to Glanzmann from wherever I live for service, whether I still am under contract or not. Even for an oil change. So they can check my car. And that includes when I lived in Cape May, NJ and now in the Pocono Mountains. Why? Total excellence. I just came from the pocono mountains where I recently moved to transfer the registration and title. I needed a PA inspection. I only trusted Glanzmann. Eric was my service professional. he had worked with me on a major problem once before and it was a major success.
This time, as before, he listened to the details I asked for assistance with and was able to make sure I had no worries. When my car is with the service department I know they are checking to see what issues need attention. And this is worth the hours of driving. Because I trust the experience completely. Eric, of course, took care of the minor issues with no problem. There was something needing attention. I could have passed inspection but I needed work. He took the time to go over why, when, how and let me decide what to do. With the information I decided it was a good suggestion. He helped so much by letting me know the value of spark plugs! Well, driving home on mountain roads I realized the issues I had with my car hesitating up the mountain or accelerating may well have been the spark plugs which were well overdue. Who knew? The phrase "above and beyond" tends to be overused today, however in the case of Glanzmann Subaru's service department it is totally appropriate. From Bryan Okubo the service writer, to managers Dan & Stephanie and Josh and Nico, the techs who did the work, I remain totally impressed by the level of concern for me and my vehicle. They also do a great job of keeping in touch, so you're not in the dark about what's going on. (The same is true for the sales team at Glanzmann. Everything and everyone in that process was straightforward, communicative and enthusiastic.) My BRZ is my fourth Glanzmann Subaru. I admit to having flirted with other dealerships in the past but there is no comparison; it's not even close. Late last year Glanzmann relocated to an impressive new facility in Hatboro. The service area alone is mind blowing, but that's just part of the equation. It's also the way you're treated when you're there and the feeling you get. And it's good.

I recently patronized the beautiful, new Glanzmann Subaru center in Willow Grove/Hatboro where I was serviced by Brad who was absolutely wonderful! It was rainy/snowy that afternoon and my wiper blades were beat! I didn’t have an appointment, but that didn’t matter because I drive a Subaru, and Brad works for Subaru so “ground zero” starts at amazing! That said Brad went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He was sensitive to the fact that I’m a mother and my toddler was napping in his car seat, so he allowed me to stay in my car while he did a quick inspection of my vehicle and snapped on my new, super smooth wiper blades! They’re so smooth I don’t even hear them when my toddler turns them on when it’s not raining! I really appreciated Brad’s blend of professionalism and friendliness when he greeted me, and most importantly I appreciated the quality of the products he used on my car and his workmanship. I went to Glanzmann for the first time this week to get my Crosstrek inspected and emissions tested after moving here from California. I had a 20 year relationship with my Subaru dealer in California (two Foresters and my current Crosstrek) and wasn’t sure if Glanzmann would be able to match the highly positive experience I had with my California dealer. I was pleasantly surprised. The service tech, George, was courteous and informative, and the inspection and testing were done in the time frame he indicated. Integrity & honesty seem like an oxymoron in describing auto repair facilities except when it comes to Glanzmann Subaru. For years, people have been telling me, and I concurred, to never take a car to a dealership for repairs because they conjure up things to repair. However, Glanzmann Subaru was truthful and straightforward about the things that needed repairs now and the things that could wait till the car had so many more mileages. In addition, they repaired the front bumper that had a minor damage and didn't even charge me for it. The vehicle was given a thorough "shower." The service advisor, Joe, was always accessible and a delight to deal with. Glanzmann Subaru represents what America is all about.

I wish I could give this dealership more than 5 stars! In October 2020, I purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Glanzmann Subaru and it was one of (if not the best) buying experiences I've ever had. This is my first car so I was nervous about being taken advantage of. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The salesperson I worked with, Lisa, had all the information about each vehicle printed off and waiting for me. She provided the Car Fax for both cars without my asking and fully answered every single question I had. Lisa was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of interacting with multiple staff at Glanzmann and each one treated me with kindness and respect. This location was extremely clean and everyone was meticulously attentive to COVID restrictions. Once I was confident that I wanted to buy the car, Lisa explained the full break down of the pricing and there were no hidden or surprise charges. The financing manager was even able to get us a better loan rate than my credit union offered me! There were two minor fixes I asked for, and Glanzmann repaired them free of charge and detailed the car for me prior to pick-up. After 4 months, I still have nothing but good things to say about this car and my experience at Glanzmann.

Glanzmann is the best. I bought my car there and have had nothing but the best experiences with service. Recently I took my car in because of brake noise. Chris, my service rep, immediately noticed my car was overdue for inspection and offered that as a free service while the car was there that day. Even though I hadn’t reserved a loaner car, he offered me one because of the expected wait time. Once my brakes were examined, Chris called with a comprehensive overview of what they found, what they recommended and the associated cost. Recently I had my 2021 Subaru Forester in for its 12k mile checkup, state inspection and a minor trim issue on the passenger door corrected. Sam Simkins was my service advisor assigned to me that day. Sam went over everything that was going to be performed and then gave me a loaner vehicle. Within two hours, I received a call from Sam that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Prior to paying my bill, Sam explained in detail the charges for each item. Because the vehicle was purchased almost 1 year ago, the oil change was free. The state inspection was free and the minor trim on the passenger door was covered under warranty. The Forester also was looking great as it was just washed down. I have been buying cars for decades and have to say that my experience with my service advisor Sam Simkins and the service team at Glanzmann’s Subaru in Hatboro was top notch. The Glanzmann staff could not have been more accommodating in arranging a prompt evaluation. Communication was excellent -although replacing the clutch and an additional required repair took a couple of days to complete, George, my service advisor, provided clear explanations and regular status updates along the way. The process was very smooth and the car runs like new. George and Glanzmann both deserve this 5 star rating!!
