Let me start by saying if your in the market for a BMW this should be your first and will be your last stop. Bryan was awesome from start to finish. I originally was set to purchase my factory ordered x4 m40i from BMW of Mt. Laurel but after speaking to a salesman there I really did not like the service I was receiving. I pulled my application and reapplied through Ft. Washington with Bryan and was very pleased with my experience using this dealership. I did my build online and went over the build the next day with Bryan when I came in to put down the deposit. He was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I wanted to help me put together the best build. He was great with keeping me aware of what was going on throughout the process. He showed me how to set up an account online to track the cars progress while being built, which is so cool. Sidenote: I went to the factory in Spartanburg and it was awesome to see how the cars are built so as mine was being built I could really envision all the steps. Bryan called me as soon as the vehicle was delivered and we scheduled a pick up day. Pick up day! Super smooth and easy process. Bryan had everything ready and waiting for me when I got there which was a big plus because everyone knows how long you can spend at the dealer. The car was spotless the detail team here is awesome. That leads me to the next amazing team member that also contributed to such a great car buying experience Bill the finance manager. Everyone knows this is probably the most dreadful part of the process but with someone like Bill even this was fun. He’s so personable and truly cares about making sure you have coverage that is tailored to fit your needs. He’s also very knowledgeable, answering every question I threw his way and with that I was able to make an informed decision on how to best protect my new vehicle. I never felt bullied or forced into unnecessary things just to get an upcharge which has been a prior experience of mine. After this Bryan gave me a very thorough overall of the features, helped me set up my bmw app, and set all my personal setting linked to my key. I know this was pretty lengthy and there is a ton more I could say about the whole team here because they really are that great. I’ll close with this there was no better way for me to join the BMW Family then through this dealership and I look forward to a long lasting relationship.

This was the best experience at a dealership I ever had. I was greeted by my salesperson, Bryan, within a minute of walking through the door. I was specific on what I was looking for and the amount I was willing to spend. Bryan didn't try to deter me or sell me anything else. They only had one car that matched my criteria. It’s more than halfway through 2021 and I’ve been on the hunt for a M2 Competition for a few months now. Though currently working in Florida, while I was visiting home in PA, we inquired on an M2 at BMW of Fort Washington with JP. JP maintained close contact with me throughout my search and kept an eye out for us and was able to get me this 2021 M2 Competition with my desired 6 speed manual transmission at retail. This is especially incredible considering the current market pricing for these cars and for him to be able to get me a brand new one this late in the year with production having ended and at MSRP was essentially a miracle. The buying experience was great, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and professional, things went smoothly and we were in and out within the hour. Being my first BMW, JP was really helpful in getting me familiar with the car and all its modern tech, it’s truly been a pleasure leading up to this point. Highly recommend going to Fort Washington BMW if you’re in the market for a new or used car. This is my second buy from this dealership. Great selection of high quality vehicles and a pleasant experience all around. Jacob Headley was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make sure we left completely satisfied and also involved manager to make sure we get best out of what we are looking for. Most car salesmen are pushy and pressure you into buying but we never once felt that way working with Jacob. He also followed up after delivery of the vehicle to ensure we are having good experience with the car and know how to use all of the car’s features. He provided full disclosure on all aspects of the vehicle. What sold me on getting the car from him was when he offered to arrange for delivery (all other dealerships in the area balked at shipping the car to me). He set up a video call walk-through of the car and kept me informed on each step of the process - guiding me correctly the whole way. If you want an honest and reasonable person to work with when getting a car, I highly recommend requesting for Bryan. He's very responsive and fair. When sending paperwork for me to sign, he made sure to send the package next day air along with a return envelope and made certain to tag each spot where I was supposed to sign.

I previously reviewed how great the experience was with the sales team, now I can officially give an excellent review on the service team! Someone put a nice chip in the front wheel well by hitting it with their door in a parking lot. I brought my car in to BMW for them to look at it. I was very fortunate to have Ben Ammar assist me with this. Ben was extremely friendly and helpful! He was able to get my car in immediately and repaired the damage. After the repair and the detail, I got my car looking brand new like the day I bought it. Ben went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. I started off my experience here not so happy. I went in to buy a car to pick it up a few days later but, I got a call from the manager a day later that the car I was going to buy was accidentally sold, and was supposed to be taken off their inventory before I had even looked at it. I can spot a phony from a mile away. So in an effort to avoid engaging on this mission, I specifically asked to see the worst salesperson they had when I approached the reception desk. I'm sure this was unintentional, but I was introduced to the newest and perhaps least experienced of the sales team, Ms Joo Park. After all my jokes about her being the worst, she carefully and honestly engaged me with questions which ferreted out what I really needed in a vehicle and matched me to the one that was perfectly suited to my wife and me. She is serious when needed, yet able to engage with humor to make the process fun. Her thoughtful and caring approach to this business was both refreshing and rewarding. Although I had been looking at the vehicle I purchased for a few weeks on the dealership's website I had been pricing out options with another BMW dealership closer to my home due to Fort Washington's proximity to my house. During the entire process of shopping around for a new car, I knew deep down that I wanted to purchase the vehicle from BMW of Fort Washington and wasn't willing to settle for another vehicle that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Because of the General Manager and Jim's follow up on my inquiry (and after connecting with Jim and Bill last Thursday morning), I made the decision not to purchase another vehicle I had committed to with the BMW dealership closer to my home. BMW of Fort Washington was able to match the trade in deal for my 2017 BMW X3 that I had made at the other dealership but provide me with the car I truly wanted, which made this purchase a no brainer. I made a visit to the Fort Washington BMW on a Saturday after having my car totaled the week before. I walked in on the wrong side but I met the right person! Zac sat me down and we talked! we connected instantly! We talked about why I'm shopping for a car, how much I'm looking to spend, and the options I had! the options were unlimited. When people walk into most dealers they feel like they are under a lot of pressure! Zac took all of that pressure off my shoulder. We went on multiple test drives in different types of cars. The Fort Washington location has a variety of cars. I was able to test-drive three series and a Mercedes Benz. The test drives didn't feel like I was driving with a driving instructor. I was able to get comfortable so I can make the right decision. Zac was also very educated on all of the cars! He was able to explain the differences and the benefits of all the cars I was interested in. I made about 4 trips to this specif dealer because Zac made me feel like this is where I belonged with no pressure. I just absolutely love how available Zac made himself to me. When I called he answered, when I text he replied! While we built a relationship he was still very professional! When it was time to finance the car, I was skeptical because we all know the fears of letting dealerships run your credit, but Zac took all of those worries away! He persuaded me to believe in myself and to stop doubting myself! Before we knew it I was approved! Zac made this process so simple and sweet! the hard part was when I got back in Corey's office which is the finance office. This was my least favorite part of the experience but it had to happen. I just loved how Zac was willing to work for and with me! it was just amazing! and to top it off! my day of delivery Zac came in on his day off to make sure he was there when I received my first big purchase. He made my delivery super special. My car was delivered super clean with a big beautiful bow on top! He was with me every step of the way, and I needed that support! Zac, if you ever read this I truly appreciate you and everything you have done for me this far! This wouldn't have been possible without you. Bought a used 2013 Subaru STi from BMW of Ft Washington probably about a week ago. By far the most professional experience I’ve ever had buying a car. JP Dunphy and Bryan Gustie specifically were phenomenal. I had been looking for an STi hatch for quite some time and JP was very very knowledgeable about these cars. Bryan from the get go was very patient and quick with responding to calls and emails. Overall I would highly recommend BMW of Ft Washington and do business with them again. Only downside of the experience is getting them to call me back post purchase. I had an issue that had to be dealt with at a Subaru dealership after buying the car. No wrong doing on their end it’s just truly been a hassle getting important info from them. Going on 4 days now of emails and calls trying to get copies of my paperwork and third party warranty info. My car is ready for pickup from another dealership and this is what’s holding me up. Other than that these guys made the buying process extremely stress free and a breeze.

My BMW 335I had a issue with check engine light coming on, on my way back home from a trip. It was a Saturday and I unfortunately did not make the service department. West German was a clean, very nice place. Parking and door access was easy and the pull in bay for service was very professional. Overall - I called and they had a master bmw tech come out and speak with me, I had to call Monday to schedule. It was about a week and half wait to bring in car so I ended up fixing the issue myself. However I if not the long wait, I would most definitely have them service my vehicle!

My sales representative Mark Janke really went out of his way to get me the car I wanted and had no problem making accommodations to get me in and out of the dealership the same day with as little hassle as possible. While I wasn’t too thrilled with the trade-in price, the overall experience was enough to make up for it! I ended up calling into my sales representative (Mark Janke) for an “electrical issue”, which was really just a passenger accidentally activating a feature by mistake, and he made sure someone got back to me to walk me through fixing the issue so I could avoid the hassle of taking it to get serviced. The Finance Business Manager Josh Farrell made the ending of the experience just as painless as the rest of the process. Normally once you get to the “final boss” (the finance manager), the process can get extremely stressful and downright annoying with extra services either being sneaked into the car deal or forced down your throat. But I can honestly say I did not feel pressured or stressed and I didn’t even feel slightly uncomfortable. If I end up purchasing another BMW, I want Josh Farrell and Mark Janke helping me out for sure!

I am extremely grateful for my experience at this specific Bmw. I was on my way to a Wedding from Manhattan New York and hit a significant pothole and blew my tire. This was around 1:30 PM. Bmw dispatched a tow to my local Bmw which was 20 mins away. Under the circumstances they worked as fast as they could to get me back on the road so I can make this wedding!!! Bought the wife a new X2 and she couldn't be happier. By far this place does it different than any other dealer I've ever been to. Yes there's the classy bmw appeal but our young salesman Andrew and especially Zach the bmw genius where professional , on point , overly helpful and just amazing even AFTER the sale. No pressure no hassle and just a very pleasant experience until we got to the finance manager and he questioned me about why I didn't want any of his highly expensive extra warrantys. I'm pretty sure when your spending your money you don't need to be questioned about why you don't want something. Bought a certified pre-owned X1 today after visiting several BMW dealerships. The car was the cleanest, best priced (for the mileage), and Edward Salloum was very knowledgeable about the brand and this model in particular which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We appreciated the great service with Edward in particular! Edit: I feel like I have to expand on this review now that we’ve driven the car home and I’m even more in love - and had time to reflect. The amount of detail and attention Edward paid to our used car was stellar. He literally got a cloth out and cleaned up the little streaks left behind after detailing. We really felt like this dealership cared about our business (which was not the case at others we went to) including the manager bringing us a DD coffee while we were doing paperwork and one of the other salespeople stopping by to say hi because we spoke on the phone before coming to the dealership (to confirm the car was there). Over the past 6 years we have bought three BMW’s from BMW of Fort Washington. Each purchase was made with Edward Salloum. While buying a new automobile is always enjoyable, working with Edward made each of the occasions immeasurably more enjoyable. Edward embodies all of the things you want to see in a representative— a detailed knowledge about the automobile, a concern to get the buyer just what they want, candor with respect to expressed choices that buyer might not really be interested in, and others--. One thing that is especially important to me was his willingness to work at my pace. I contacted him Summer of 2020 when I was just beginning to look at the X3M’s.
