Today I went to Barbera Autoland with my family to look at Dodge’s. We where out the car & in no time Mr. Joe came out, greeted us & made us feel welcomed. He then introduced us to my sales person Kenny Nix. He was amazing. So patient as he answered every single question we asked (there was 3 of us) he was polite, insightful, & all around amazing sales associate. Mr. Kenny made me feel at ease as it was my 1st time financing a car from a dealer. After a full tour & break down of the vehicle we went inside to talk business. Still Kenny was personable & engaging while sharing stories & talking about music & the celebration of his 10 year anniversary there at Barbera (January 2022). After completing the paperwork the staff of BAL did the wildest thing. They call your name over the intercom announcing you are the proud owner of a new car & all the staff come over to congratulate you. It was so touching I shed a tear from the excitement. So when you are in the market for a new or certified pre owned vehicle stop in & ask for Kenny… like I said he’s amazing!

From the moment I walked in, this place makes you feel like you just arrived home after a long time away !!! Everyone greets you with a smile and a warm “hello” !! I met with Gregory Cajoux first and was introduced to Jose Rodriguez shortly there after. Jose couldn’t be more excited to try to make a sale happen. Understand I don’t mean that in a salesman kinda way…. He was very genuine, not pushy in any way! I asked questions and he answered every one of them….because let’s be honest, how often does your average Jane buy a brand new car !!? I recently took my Grand Cherokee in because it was leaking oil. Ivy was my service representative and she was really amazing. After the third trip, it was determined that my engine needed replacing. Even though it was under warranty, There was no questions asked, and nothing needed from my end and she set me up with a rental car right away. It can be extremely challenging and frustrating when you are told that you need a new engine. I have an extended warranty by Zurich. Barbera Autoland was the only Dodge dealer in the Philadelphia region that gladly accepted my warranty. The Zurich representative told me they could get me a 3rd party replacement engine in 5 business days that would only have a 5 month or 36,000 mile warranty. Along came my saving grace heroes Mr. Shawn Wagner and Ms. Ivy Watson. They took the time and dedication to ensure that my best interest was a major priority. Shawn and Ivy have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and motivated. They worked tirelessly and with great enthusiasm to ensure that I had a pleasant experience while dealing with this trying situation. I must truly confess that Shawn and Ivy were more than just a saving grace, they were more like my personal concierges. I ended up with a great replacement engine fully equipped with a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty. Mr. Wagner and Ms. Watson are everything positive that a customer can dream of. They kept me informed, updated and involved throughout the entire process. I also must make a special note that the initial timeframe to get a replacement engine was 6-8 weeks and Shawn Wagner and Ivy Watson made it happen in 3 days. The both of them have earned my respect and truly are a dynamic duo. They are worthy to be acknowledged and praised. I am blessed to have them both on my team. Job well done!

This is a review for the Service Center. Devon in the Service Center was able to help me through what many car owners dread: a transmission issue. I own a 2016 Dodge Dart, and the bushing on the transmission belt went bad when I was trying to park my car on Friday, July 8th. Luckily, I have a friend who is a mechanic who was able to help me get the car to the Barbera Service Center, which is the nearest dealership, after I researched and discovered I had a warranty issue. Devon called me and also text me almost immediately after the shop opened on Saturday morning. I was very impressed at their quick response time. I had my phone on silent and missed the call, and did not call back until later in the morning. I was unable to connect on Saturday because they have light staff and hours. I called on Monday to get an update, and one of women I spoke to relayed the message to Devon. The next thing I knew, my car was finished! It was a very quick turnaround and there was never a question about the warranty. They completed the service at no charge, and were very courteous. I went from worrying about having to replace a transmission and possibly having to wait for weeks for a part to problem solved almost over night. No one ever wants to have their transmission fail, and I am happy that when my belt had an issue that I ended up in the hands of Barbera. Devon was very professional and I would recommend this service center to anyone who needs it.
