Tonight, the Friday before Christmas 2022, when I got off work, my car wouldn't start. Low Battery.
I called Woodhouse from AutoZone parking lot and asked for service. They salesman Todd told me that he didn't think anyone was there as they closed in 10 minutes. He asked what I needed. I explained that I needed a new battery and I have no idea how to change it. With it being brutally cold, I knew AutoZOne wouldn't help. He told me to wait right there and he came and went in to order the battery I needed for my car. He then had me follow him back to Woodhouse, opened the garage door to allow me to drive on the showroom floor. When there he went to get tools and proceeded to change my battery. What a BLESSING he was! He could have very easily told me to wait until Tuesday when the service dept opened.
A few years ago I had backed out of a deal that I had made with this same salesman at Woodhouse. So me thinking he was upset with me, I would drive my car to Blair for any service that I needed.
After Todd doing this for me tonight, I have regained trust with him andWoodhouse, and from now on will be taking my business to them.
Todd, thank you so much for blessing me this night. You have showed me that GOOD people do still exist.

We were so happy to get the letter to set up an appointment to get the heated seats installed and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Little confusing at first finding where I needed to enter for service and thought it was odd coming in off the street. But absolutely no issues. 8am obviously is a busy time and some gentlemen (not a service advisor) greeted me and we talked why I was in. The Jeff took over once he was freed up. Boy it's a small world too as I know his father who lives in Ogallala and have some mutual friends. Jeff text me his number and then called when the work was completed. Explained everything and about the check engine light that was off. Arrived to check out and all went very smooth...In and out both times. It was kind of a test and was looking for a place I could trust. You passed the initial Test :-) Thank you!

I was visiting family in Omaha, from Northern Illinois. My Youkon Denali decided to completely freak out & break down unexpectedly. I called Woodhouse @ 7:02am the next morning & by 8:30am my car was being towed & looked at by Jeff. Over the next few hours, Jeff discovered multiple things that needed attention & was able to start working on our car almost immediately. Jeff was in constant contact with me over the next few days. I never felt like he was leading me down a path of unnecessary spending, shady business practices, or pulling a fast one on me because I was from out of town. Jeff was understanding of my situation & the slight sense of urgency to get back home. Jeff even took a payment over the phone because my "emergency credit card" was back in Illinois! My Malibu that I bought from Wood house Mazda was having a check engine light problem. A Chevrolet dealership could not figure out the problem after 3 weeks of working on it. Parts guys are awesome, Service has rubbed me a little wrong as they wouldn't help me with the information for me to fix my Cadillac, yet they had all the information I needed at their fingertips. I didn't bring it in to get fixed there because the last techs at a dealership didn't do the correct job the last time and was charged $5000.00+ for the job.

Whoever the tech was didn't want to drop the motor to do the oil pan gasket or block valley Gasket (it's called something different I'm sure but can't remember) they literally separated it enough to glob silicone in the gaps and then tightened her back up..... that's silicone in the oil pickup tube it was also caked on the screen as well. And the timing cover Gasket didn't need silicone as it's that kind of Gasket and they put silicone on it too. Needless to say. You got to watch out, who you trust to work on your stuff, so that's why I chose to do this myself. Bought a Chilton book to get the information I needed. Book didn't have the info.... thought the dealer would help me turned out I was wrong.
Woodhouse was not the last dealer to work on my Cadillac, they didn't do this. FYI
I just needed the help with the info on torque specs to get the motor put back in.

I had the pleasure of working with your salesman, Gus. My car had broke down, I was in need of a new vehicle with limited budget and specific amount I could pay. Gus went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me, without pressure and trying to sell me something I couldn't afford. Made calls, called back, offered excellent suggestions and was kind and did not seem to be bothered that this was a very old model vehicle. Brought in a 2015 Colorado fleet truck for an oil change, tire rotation and check engine light. Previous repair shops were unable to diagnose the check engine light problem. Woodhouse diagnosed the error as 'low voltage', and load tested the battery, which it failed. They replaced the battery at what seemed to be a reasonable price (for batteries now). I think they did a great job.

They recently updated the customer lounge. They now have a fancy coffee maker that makes custom coffee drinks, they offer snacks and soda/water while you wait. The lounge has comfy chairs, TVs and charging stations for your devices as well. I always have a pleasant experience when I need work done on my vehicle or need regular maintenance.

Much better than the last oil change service I had. I used the shuttle and it took an hour to get a ride home in the morning and a 3 hour shuttle in the afternoon to get back to pick my vehicle up. This time I waited and it was just an hour total .... in and out.

Since I was out of town and another dealer had a similar truck I wanted to go there as well to compare. To no fault of Woodhouse (the other truck was 2 years newer which dropped my interest rate considerably with MY bank) I went with the other truck. My husband and I went to Woodhouse Buick GMC to look at a used vehicle on Tuesday night. We fell in love with a particular truck and started to pursue financing through the dealer as well as our credit union. We have a tight budget and some very specific needs when it comes to the financing of the vehicle as our family is currently growing. Our salesman Arnold stayed late and made sure to help negotiate and answer any and all of our questions. He was patient, not pushy and understanding of our circumstances. The sales manager was more than willing to work with us on particular needs and go over each and every aspect of the truck. Seth in finance worked tirelessly to attempt to get us the financing we needed. At the end of the day, we found that the terms needed to close the sale were just not in our favor. Despite all of this, the team at Woodhouse was gracious, understanding and courteous. We have looked at several dealerships and never been given the respect and graciousness that was provided at Woodhouse. I really should've put in this review sooner, but I'm glad I didn't because I'm continuously surprised with the above and beyond customer service they have provided. Specifically, Gus (sales) and Doug (service). I got my Yukon in October and immediately there was something strange occurring. They took on the vehicle and provided BEYOND amazing service. I had a loaner, 100% communication and updates, and never felt like it was a hassle. Now you would think, ya well you just got the vehicle, however it wasn't like that at all. This was a very weird situation and they thought it was fixed. Turns out it wasn't and they once again jumped in to help. They even allowed me to use the loaner to drive 4 hours with their loaner to help my husband go get his vehicle. There was a quick item they needed to check out and instead of me needing to go in, they once again came to my house! With a FT job and FT motherhood, this was so helpful! Every time I've gone in Gus has been sure to come say hi. Doug has always been right there to help out or take a call. Today was the 1st oil change and Gus didn't forget, he had given a free oil change MONTH's ago! I can't tell you how amazing the entire staff it. They make you feel welcome and are always available. Made an appointment for a recall on the airbag. Upon arrival for my appointment, the service person said he'd check to see if they had the parts. Wasn't happy this wasn't done earlier. Turns out they had the parts so life was good. They supposedly did a multi point inspection while they had the car. I noticed a brake light was out when the service guy was checking the car. It wasn't mentioned when I picked the car up. I even asked if they had done the inspection and was assured they had. I guess they don't check lights. Glad I didn't get a ticket.

I took my new vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation that were included free. This was a brand new vehicle when I purchased it in March. I have had a problem with the back hatch not working sometimes since I got it. When I made my appointment I said I would like it looked into. After my free service was done and I was talking to the rep I asked him about the door. He told me that he was able to recreate the problem. But reminded me it was 4 pm on a Friday. I just thought that was a little irritating. Now I have to come back again to have this serviced. I have had problems with your ride service in the past, not picking me up when they said they would, so to remove that stress, I have started to schedule my oil changes when I can afford to wait for the work to be complete. I scheduled my oil change last week, and elected to wait. I then called back same day to see if they could also look at my seat heater that is no longer working. On that call back and slight change to the service, it was not communicated to me, that checking the seat heater could take an additional time to look at... so much to my surprise, when I went in that morning, the guy asked, so we can get you care back later today? I said no, per the email confirmations I've been getting and I confirmed on the phone, I am waiting and the service should only take an hour. He acted like that was surprising news; not sure if your techs see the actual appointment or if they just fly by the seat of their pants on each visit. Then he proceeded to say, well checking the seat heater could take up to TWO ADDITIONAL HOURS. If that service takes two hours, that is fine, however I would hope the Woodhouse staff would be knowledgable enough to inform their customer of this when setting and/or updating their appointment. Needless to say, I continue to be disappointed Woodhouse with their respect to their customers time.

Our car buying at Woodhouse was a mixed experience.
After thoroughly researching and shopping around town for nearly a week, we narrowed it down to two vehicles. Austin Pies, our sales associate, was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable, answering our questions/concerns without pressuring or pushing for us to move faster than we were comfortable. When we felt we needed a little time to think, he offered to buy our lunch and let us take the vehicle. His help was a big reason we decided to go with Woodhouse instead of other options.
Things went smoothly until we made it to the financing office, with Blake Snow. He started out very friendly and personable. However, tone changed when it came to selecting services and warranties. The conversation started with a 10+ minute monologue about the success of Woodhouse comes from how they do not pressure people or try to swindle them (turned out to be very hypocritical) and 10+ minutes explaining each option. We understood this is his job, and happily listened to his pitch. However, when we said we weren’t interested very plainly, he continued to try to pressure us using doomsday type scenarios as if they were destined with this vehicle with only 28k miles. Again we plainly declined. Rather than accepting this, he tried to man-splain fixed vs. variable expenses to my girlfriend who explained she understood (she has a math degree and currently teaches high level math) and was ignored. We finally had to say “stop, we aren’t getting the warranty” before he stopped his pitch. We then had to sit awkwardly for another 15 minutes while he passive aggressively threw paperwork around his office and had short-angry responses to reasonable questions.

They pointed me to a safe, reliable, and efficient car. I now continue to go to them for all the service on my vehicle. Each time they treat me well, take care of my car, and have it fixed in a very short amount of time. Overall the experience was positive with easy financing, great service by our sales representative and a good variety of cars to choose from. Only negative was there was a recall on the car we purchased and it took over 2 months to get the part and repair the vehicle. Woodhouse was good about getting a loaner vehicle during the delay but seems that getting a part should not take that long in today’s technological world. They did also repair some other small issues while they had the car and I am very appreciative of that. Would buy from this dealer again just check for recalls before not after a purchase. 🤔

I took my vehicle in for a camera problem and a door ding. I mentioned to the service manager I needed my truck back by end of day. So I left my truck and they shuttled me home. He called me and informed me they had to order a part but were able to get the door ding repaired. I brought my truck back once they got the camera part and they repaired it. Upon getting my truck back I noticed their were now 2 new door dings that were not there when I dropped the truck off for the camera repairs. The service manager immediately excepted responsibility for the damage and arrange to bring it back another day for repairs. A third door ding was found by the body shop manager and brought it to my attention. They fixed the, dealership at fault door dings, at no cost and were able to repair the 3rd door ding at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be going back for any future issues, as they did amazing work.

Great Service after the Sale!...I purchased a used vehicle from Plaza two years ago which I am very pleased with its performance and reliability. Recently I had my first mechanical issue with the vehicle a recurring issue with the front end that happens only occasionally. I had taken it to another service center and they were not able to diagnosis the problem. I typically try to avoid dealerships for service but this experience has changed my mind. They determined the root cause of the issue and fixed the problem at a less expensive cost than the two other service centers. Just a shout out to Plaza Buick/GMC service department. On our way to the airport last week, in Omaha, we had a horrible vibration in my wife's Chevy Suburban, if we drove it over 55, it felt like the wheels were falling off. We were cutting it close to missing our flight so I drove it to the airport that way(slowly). The next day, from out of state, I called around to see who could take a look at it Mon afternoon when we were back. After being told they were too busy at the local Chevy dealership, Steve, from Plaza Buick service dept, could tell we were in a bind and said to bring it by when we got back, as we had over a 2 hour drive home. After showing up an hour later than I told them, they worked us right in, determined it was an easy fix(concreted mud) on the wheels. Cleaned it off, washed the vehicle, drove it to make sure it was ready, and sent us out the door in an hour. With NO CHARGE. I realize they didn't do much as far as repairs, but their accessibility, honesty, and courtesy service is much appreciated. We were complete strangers to these folks, had never been in their shop, etc.... I'm impressed. They have a sweet show room as well. THANKS PLAZA

I have heard good things about Woodhouse and have had family purchase from Woodhouse. I spoke to Conner on the phone about a specific vehicle on the lot, as I live several hours from the dealership. After speaking with him for several minutes, I was excited to purchase the vehicle. Conner even offered to have the vehicle delivered to my home, free of charge.
During the negotiation I was happy with the price and requested a small tear in the door panel be repaired before delivery and I would happily purchase the vehicle. Conner agreed and I purchased the vehicle.
Upon delivery I noticed the tear had not been repaired. I called Conner to inquire about the situation. When Conner was unable to be contacted, the delivery driver stepped in and called the sales manager (Rich) to make sure my concerns were addressed promptly. I was very appreciative of the delivery driver for doing this. While on the phone with Rich he pulled Conner into his office to listen and be a part of the phone call. I addressed the unrepaired door panel. Rich and Conner assured me this concern would be rectified and they would do what is necessary to make sure I was pleased.
After I spoke with both Conner and Rich and had paperwork completed, Ed followed up to verify all promises were kept and I was happy with the service. Woodhouse went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
