When my car's engine unexpectedly exploded, I needed a vehicle quick but was not looking forward to dealing with car salesmen. Looked at a few vehicles before finding one here. Justin was extremely helpful and never pushy like a lot of dealerships are. The only urgency I felt was getting to my bank to get the money in Omaha rush hour traffic before they closed. And I love the certified used car warranty. They also filled up the gas before I left the lot, which they didn't HAVE to do. I will definitely be looking at their inventory first the next time I need a vehicle.

I walked in to look and test drive a used car, I sadly didn't get approved for it but Lauren Brey was amazing and talked over getting a brand new 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. It's safe, reliable, and I love being able to have a warranty on it incase anything ever goes wrong. She was very helpful and I could tell that she had my best interests in mind and wasn’t just trying to sell another car. Highly recommend O'Daniel Honda for your next purchase on a vehicle. The process from beginning to end was very pleasant and not rushed. I didn't feel pressured during the presentation of vehicle and warranty options. Peter Boll was my Sales Consultant and was very helpful in the initial interest in my purchasing of a 2022 Civic EX. I contacted him on what I was looking for via email. He updated me frequently and was precise with the info I was looking for. After we agreed on the vehicle I was looking for, I drove 2 1/2 hours to meet Peter and his team with my wife and 4 children. My family enjoyed their time while I took care of the paper work. Excellent car-buying experience, especially in this challenging market. This is the second Odyssey we've purchased from Lauren Brey (who is outstanding!), and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else. O'Daniel sold us a new Odyssey for MSRP--not with any extra surcharges, market adjustments, or mandatory "protection packages" like many dealers are doing right now. We were very specific with our trim, exterior color, and interior color. O'Daniel located exactly what we wanted and had it 9 weeks later, which is a rarity these days. Recently purchased a new 2022 Honda Accord from O'Daniel Honda and David Walker was my salesperson. This is the first car purchase I was a part of since I bought a 2006 Civic new at O'Daniel many years prior, so I didn't know what to expect. The whole process was about as easy as a car buying process can be. Started by going on to the website and identifying the vehicle and submitting a request for information on it, and I immediately received an email back with a fair price. David from O'Daniel then reached out to me on the phone to discuss the email further and answer any questions I had. In fact, over the next few days I reached out to him a few times for other things and I never felt like I was inconveniencing David. Later that week I went in for the test drive where David had the car ready to go for me, and we took a nice drive where I really felt like I got a good shakedown of the vehicle. David took time to show me all the features of the car and I felt like I had a great understanding of how everything felt and worked. After the drive was over, David took all the time in the world for me to honestly answer all questions, both the positives and negatives, and let me look at other options before I decided. Never once did I feel pressured or hurried into buying the vehicle. Once the paperwork was signed and the sale was completed, the O'Daniel team was there to make sure the car was set up exactly how I wanted it and I knew how to change everything before they sent me on my way. A few days later, I actually went back to the dealership for something with the paperwork (car's too much fun to use the mail) and I had a question or two and I walked in and the first thing I heard was a big "how's the Accord?" David, and the rest of the team that assisted me, all remembered me from a few days prior. In the crazy world that is 2023 where sometimes I feel like a number more than a name, the team remembering me made me feel a little important, which was nice. David has also made followup phone calls and text messages to make sure that everything is going well and I didn't have any additional questions. Overall though, buying a car from David Walker and his team was a 5-star, A+, 11/10 experience. No matter if my next car purchase is in a few years or in 15+ again, there's no doubt what dealer I'm going to first.

Bought a new 2022 CR-V from Vinny Braga with O’Daniel Honda. Our best car buying experience ever, quick and no pressure. Traded a leased 2019 we got from O’Daniel for the exact same 2022 model which we purchased. We felt fairly treated on the initial lease price and current trade in value of the 2019 as well as the purchase price of the 2022. Very impressed with Vinny Braga, polite and positive, he was respectful of our time and very knowledgeable on the car. I had a truly wonderful experience with her at O'Daniel Honda today! My husband's car was totalled in a hit and run and with two young kids (1 & 3) and both of us working full time, we needed a new vehicle ASAP!! I knew I wanted a Honda Odyssey EX-L but after calling around to MANY dealerships I kept coming up empty handed. O'Daniel Honda told me they had ONE coming in next week not yet spoken for, so off I went to test drive a different trim (the EX and an Elite) they had in stock to get a feel for how it handles. Got there cranky and nervous because who actually likes the 🚗 shopping experience, let alone during this crazy vehicle shortage? Not me! Well, when I arrived for my appointment with Nicolle it didn't take long at all for all of my anxieties to melt away. She was absolutely AMAZING! She helped me feel comfortable and never once pressured me. The day almost seemed lost when I discovered the EX-L I was wanting was now no longer available. BUT WAIT! Nicolle saved the day! She suggested I take a look at a newer (used) 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite, which DEFINITELY had everything I was looking for and more. I drove it and fell in love. I'm now the very proud, very happy owner of that minivan and ever so grateful for Nicolle taking such great care! She truly went above and beyond to help us today!!

WOW! What can I say? We leased a new HR-V thru O'Daniel and traveled 2+ hours from Central Iowa to do so. It's a crazy time in mid-2021 to buy a car but O'Daniel and salesperson Vinny Braga treated us fantastic and gave us an amazing price. We had a deal worked out in Iowa but our car kept being delayed in transit for a few weeks so we branched out to Northern Iowa, Iowa City, and Omaha. Vinny provided the fastest response and the best value by more than $3,000 compared to others we had contacted -- it was a no brainer to drive to Omaha. VERY fast and efficient once we arrived too. My wife had already driven the HR-V so Vinny pointed out the notable features while F&I got our paperwork together. We got a medium-hard sell on some add-ons from F&I which is to be expected (and we passed on), but after that it was a quick signing and 15 minute setup in the car and we were on our way back home!! If you're car shopping, make sure you make O'Daniel one of your destinations! Great service, pricing, overall environment that is totally different than your stereotypical car dealer. I am a repeat buyer from O'Daniel, 14 years ago I bought my last car there. It's been 14 years, because it's a Honda. My Civic Hybrid has had no issues whatsoever but I wanted the new tech. My brand new Accord Hybrid Touring is absolutely stunning in every way. Luxury at a cost of about 49 Mpg in town thus far. Marc was my sales guy, and quite frankly, the reason I bought again at O'Daniel. I was car shopping at different dealers but Marc made the difference. Easy going, no pressure. Finally, I was able to find my perfect dream combination of the 10th generation Accord at O'Daniel Honda. Since Honda announced to discontinue the 6MT option in the middle of 2020 model year, I was very devastated. I should have taken action earlier. Only option at that point was a pre-owned; however, most cars in the market were either high mileage or unfavorite colors. To me, it had be 2.0T, 6MT, and still night pearl. Fortunately for me, O'Daniel Honda carried this specific configuration with only approx. 5,800 miles on the clock. When I saw this car online, I just jumped up! They helped me from the beginning to the end of the transaction flawlessly. Normally, they do not take a deposit as a placeholder but they made an exception because I was a out of state buyer. Although I traveled from California, Mark picked me up timely at the Omaha airport without additional charges. The staffs over there were not only polite but also professional for everything. The car was detailed perfectly when I recieved it. Of course, this Accord did not give me any troubles or surprises on my way back. Overall, without doubts, I can recommend O'Daniel Honda for all potential Honda buyers. It was one of the best things happened in 2020!!

Justin Billiou was an awesome salesman and went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of. He was very thorough in explaining things to me throughout the whole searching and buying process. All of my questions, issues, concerns, etc were handled very professionally, quickly, and truthfully. He was especially upfront about the financial side of things. He was great with communicating with me, sometimes even after his work hours. I wouldn't have driven the 7.5hrs up to Nebraska to buy from him if all of this wasn't the case. I'm glad that he was the salesman that helped me. Also, the manager and finance person (I feel awful for not getting their names and shaking their hands before I left) that helped me were also extremely helpful and professional. They didn't throw any hidden fees or dealer markups on my Civic Type R (like a lot of other Honda dealers do), they gave me a more than fair amount for my trade-in, and were very methodical in explaining all of my finance paperwork with me. Like I said earlier, I drove 7.5hrs to buy my car from them and they also made sure to get my family and I in and out of the dealership as fast as possible for our drive back home. If I was permanently living in NE, I would buy from them every single time. Thank you to everyone at O'Danial Honda!!! I LOVE my car and I just hit 1,000 miles on it today! Well, 500 if you don't count the 545-mile trip back to SD. LOL!

Mark Johnson met us at the door and worked with my daughter and me to buy TWO 2019 Honda HRV Touring models. He and the dealer treated us well, getting to the deal we had in mind quickly. I thought we got better than fair value for our trades. The colors we wanted, Red and Black, were in short supply. O'Daniel had the only Red one in the state. There were no Black ones in Nebraska. We went through the Costco Auto program, and Mark Johnson was so great with us! He never made us feel pressured, or bullied, and even held the car for a couple hours while we test drove other vehicles. The Honda we bought was so high tech, I was a little intimidated, but he went through all the buttons and settings more than once to make sure we were entirely comfortable. He also told us if we ever want a walk-through again, we are welcome to come back in and he'll go over it all again. We got a fantastic deal, and were treated very well. I came in for a claim with Honda Corporate to fix some paint coming off the car’s fender and bumper and had recently noted my wheel weight that was balancing the tire had came off. The tech rebalanced the tire/ wheel free of charge and had everything done in a matter of 20 minutes. EXCELLENT! Far superior to the so-called ‘Superior Honda’ in Omaha.

I originally wanted a Honda as I’ve always had Honda’s and love them, but I was set on a 2016 Nissan Altima at Superior Honda. I was completely unsatisfied with my salesperson there but was going to buy the car anyways until my brother and I impulsively stopped at O’Daniel and talked to Aaron Hunt. He was the biggest help I’ve had since I started car shopping months ago; he knew what he was talking about and was also very friendly which was awesome since I’m not a car expert. I called first day and they took all the details and said the appointment got scheduled and the next day when I called them to confirm it they said that there is no appointment on that number . So the next day they reserved the appointment with all the details. I am not sure how good is the service and I will come to know in the future. There is no label regarding the next service date or based on the miles. I was about to ask few questions and they are pretty busy and the sales team member was trying to get a hold on the service team. In my past service appointments in the other places they used to come and explain all the things that need to be fixed or replaced. Even they used to explain what has been done what things need to be done for the vehicle. Here they did not discuss anything with me and performed the service and not sure if that is because I am with the sales team to upgrade my vehicle. I am not satisfied with the customer service.

He did an excellent job showing me the car and helping me through the process. I didn't feel any pressure to buy the car which was nice. When you purchase, they will go through a checklist with you and adjust the settings on your new car so it's ready to go off the lot. I'm terrible with names, but the young lady who came out to show me the features of the car before I left was awesome as well. They gave me a great market price for my trade-in. Peter helped me get the car I want at a good price. Joe helped me add on the accessories I wanted and it was a presentation - not a sales pitch. Then, a very nice gentleman (I feel bad because I don't remember his name) introduced me to the warranty options. The best part was - he didn't push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I struggled whether or not to write this review but I think it’s important for people to know what they are getting into before they make a huge purchase. First of all I just want to say Vinny was wonderful and I would work with him again to purchase a car. Cris the manager was great as well. Any time I sent him an email or needed something he was super responsive. However, the problem was with Chance in Finance. If you get Chance wait for someone else! Chance wouldn’t even get one star in my book. I’m a huge character person and that man lacked character. He lied right through his teeth from start to finish. He tried to tell me he made no money if I purchased an extended warranty and that’s absolutely a lie. He tried to pull wool over my eyes by adjusting my loan term to make it more “affordable” for me to buy the extended warranty. He got into it with my dad and told him to leave the office. When I went back in to sign papers, Chance bad mouthed my dad and I found that extremely tacky and absolutely inappropriate. Not only did he bad mouth my own father to me, he took another run at with me for the extended warranty without my dad there. Other than Chance the people I worked with were great and I would work with them again to purchase another vehicle.

Went into O Daniel on a Monday looking for a new Civic with a manual transmission, they were the only dealer with one in town, so easy choice. Anyway, I worked with Nicolle Moreno, she was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a woman for salesperson before but it was very refreshing. The service staff are second to none in providing customer service and taking care of their clients. I know them all personally now; like family. So often the only reviews that are written are negative and I think it means a lot when someone takes a minute to write something positive when a job is well done . This review is in particular about our sales person, Keith Morgan. Going back a few steps, I went in for a key fob malfunction on my 2017 Civic in July and was greeted by Keith. He not only offered to sure my key fob issue was resolved but he asked a few questions about my current vehicle. He offered to help me when I was ready for a new lease and kept in contact with me once a month to check in which I truly appreciated since I did express interest in switching out my vehicle early . I found Keith to be very professional, thorough and inviting. I took my car in for a routine oil change on October 26 and let Keith know that I would be coming in. He Head set time aside to meet with me as well as had the car prepared that I had expressed interest in and also one that he thought my husband may like from our previous conversation and discussion. Needless to say we ended up purchasing both vehicles and the service was beyond our expectations! Keith was very thorough and the buying process was seemless! Because of his professionalism it allowed us to be able to buy two cars in one afternoon and drive away more than happy! If you are looking for a dynamite sales person, I would highly recommend Keith Morgan! I will also mention that the management staff that was involved in the deal is also very professional from the finance gentleman named Chase to one of the managers named Erbano! They are all excellent and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers! I highly recommend this dealership for any new car purchase!

O'Daniel Honda service is great! I had an airbag light on and they got me in right away to diagnose the problem and were able to schedule to fix the problem the next day. They overnighted the air bag and were able to get everything done in less than 90 minutes. Everything was covered under warranty! A few weeks ago, I happened to notice a miniscule dot of what appeared to be surface rust on my drivers side car door. I pulled the weather stripping back to reveal rust which had penetrated through the frame of the door and yet small enough that it would not have been noticed without pulling the weather stripping back. I knew the door would have to be replaced, because it was a structural integrity issue. I went to O’Daniel Honda, where I had bought my car brand new in 2014. I asked Brad (General Manager) if the spot could be covered under Honda’s corrosion warranty. I was unaware of the available coverage at the time. The corrosion warranty is 5 years, unlimited; so my car was past the warranty point. Brad spoke with their Honda rep. Honda offered cover a portion of the replacement cost, and Brad/O’Daniel offered to cover a portion as well, for my vehicle which is no longer under the corrosion warranty. This is HUGE to me for several reasons: 1. Dedication to Customer Service, 2. Loyalty, 3. Brand, 4. Longevity I bought my car brand new at O'Daniel Honda in 2014, and have had it serviced there ever since. I can say that after this amazing experience, O'Daniel Honda has earned a LIFETIME customer! Thank you VERY much to Brad, and the ENTIRE O'Daniel Honda team!

We started our day looking for a new van at Superior Honda in Omaha. We were greeted in the parking lot with a "find a spot to park wherever you can". Once we got out of the car, the guy didn't introduce himself, ask us our names, but we still went inside and tried to get some information about a 2019 Odyssey. After a few minutes of discussion, he brought around the base model for us to look at and didn't seem excited about selling us a car at all. At this point, my husband was perturbed, so we said we would just leave and come back another time. We decided to drive over to O'Daniel Honda. From the minute we walked up to the building we were treated great! We were greeted by Ryan at the door and he asked us our names and shook our hands right away. Everyone was wearing a nice blue jacket with the company logo that made employees easily identifiable. We asked Ryan how long he had been working for the dealership and he said it had been 17 days. At first, this made me a little nervous but after talking for a while he really put us at ease and made us feel like we were special. He had the Odyssey Elite we wanted brought over from their storage facility, we test drove it and went over all of the features, and then went inside and made a deal. The experience went really smoothly and took approximately 2.5 hours. They were having a record setting day for car sales. Not only was Ryan great, but we were treated with kindness by all of the other staff members we encountered and had nice discussion with them. We are now proud owners of a 2019 Odyssey Elite and when it comes to buying a car, customer service is EVERYTHING. I truly believe O'Daniel Honda gave us the best experience in Omaha.

I leased a Civic 2 years ago. I was surprised to get a call to talk about a new lease. I had some issues with the layout of controls on the Civic, and never really got used to the controls. They were awkward. And the salesman said they were in mood to make deals. Right. I went in and found that the new Accords had much better controls and features. Better yet the cost was the same, until I added a couple of items. How important were the new controls? I already feel more comfortable in the Accord than I ever was in the Civic. Much more intuitive. And the safety controls for blind spots has proven very useful. I could never see anything in the blind spots in the Civic as the headrests and pillars were in the way, and looking down to see the camera display was worrisome at 60 mph! Visibility is better in the Accord and the blind spot sensors are very easy to see. Very happy with the upgrade. And the dealership treated me well.

I don't think we could have asked for a better experience than what we had at O'Daniel. Vinny was so great to work with - he was fun and genuinely wanted to help us find what we wanted (a manual transmission!), and not up-sell us on things we weren't interested in. We came to O'Daniel through the Costco New Car Pricing program, so if you have a Costco membership, I would highly recommend getting a quote from Costco if you are shopping for a new car. We were quickly quoted a price that was essentially the lowest price within the Kelly Blue Book's fair market range. It's great not having worry about getting hosed on a car during the car buying process. We will definitely be returning to Vinny for our future car buying needs!

We emailed O'Daniel Honda through their website as we drove down from Sioux Falls. We were interested in the 2017 Honda CR-Vs, but open to 2016 models as well. We received a quote within an hour, while we were still on the road. When we arrived, we were met by Ray Salinas, who was genuinely friendly and helpful, not at all the "hard sales" kind of guy we expected. Ray was diligent and extremely informative: when we left a few hours later with a 2016 Touring model, we knew more about the entire CR-V line than all my prior research! We're an eclectic couple and probably not all that easy to work with. From meeting with Ray, doing the test drive, and all the way through to the Business Office, everyone we worked with at O'Daniel Honda was pleasant, informative, patient, and understanding. It's not like I've purchased a ton of new cars in my lifetime, but this was by far the best experience yet. I heartily recommend that you consider giving O'Daniel Honda your business. Ask for Ray. I just purchased a 2019 Civic EX. Lauren is the most nurturing salesperson I've ever worked with. Yes, I said nurturing. She helped me figure out which vehicle was best for ME! She came to the dealership on her day off to do the paperwork. Once I decided I wanted the car, I wanted it TODAY. Before she handed me the key fob, she showed me the owner's guide - where she had thoughtfully highlighted the important parts and put a post it note/flag on the pages that shows all the symbols that might pop up on the dashboard, most of which didn't exist in my 16 year old Civic. She then took me to my new car and paired my phone, walked through setting the radio stations and did about another half hour of (what I refer to as) "New Car Orientation" I was warmly invited to stop back any time I have a question or can't figure out how to do something. I recommend O'Daniel to anybody who is looking for a new or nearly new car. Lauren knows her Honda product information, but what I appreciated more is her approachable, down to earth and NOT pushy personality. If I ever get another car, I will return to O'Daniel and look for Lauren!

After a recall service visit I was slightly annoyed to find the part wrapper (see image, if anyone out there needs the part number 😉) and temporary lining still in my van. A positive was the person checking me in helped me diagnose a remote control issue, so I liked that. But another slight annoyance was getting a ride taking an hour (and that was because they had someone else give me one, which I did appreciate greatly). An issue that makes me wonder if this is the best option for Honda service, though, was hearing an employee say things like "OK, but I am never doing this again!" just before seemingly starting to work on my vehicle.

We live in the Minneapolis, MN area and had been looking for a specific car with manual transmission which is difficult to find. I submitted a request to O'Daniel and they promptly emailed me a quote with all of the different models available. Their price also included the destination charge which every other dealer we contacted neglected to include. We live out of state in Minnesota. Alright, let me tell you about my experience at O'Daniels. I just moved to town, I do not know a single person and my Honda Civic was totaled during a hail storm. I needed a new vehicle and I needed one fast. I did my research and I knew I was interested in a Honda CR-V. I've always driven Hondas and I was looking for a vehicle that I can drive for ten years. The night prior, I created an excel file that had new/used CR-V's mapped out, different car dealerships, I calculated my car payments, I went in prepared. Let me just preface that I hate, and I mean absolutely hate car dealerships (sorry guys.. lol). I don't like wasting my time, I don't like men mansplaining things to me, I don't like salesmen/women blowing smoke..you know where. I was pleasantly surprised. My experience at O'Daniels was nothing short of stellar and I was completely wrong for assuming all car dealerships are the same. This is a family-owned dealership, with family-oriented customer service. If you are like me in any way, you need to go to O'Daniels and specifically ask for Justin Billiou. He spent hours, and I mean hours with me, going through my budget, test driving different years and models. I went to other dealerships and tried to get down to the price that O'Daniels offered me, and it was not even close. I did my homework and I went to different places, and like I said, I am a stranger to this area.. O'Daniels stood out far above any other dealership. Justin was honest, intelligent, and very, very, patient. I was making quite the upgrade and was nervous about buying a new car after I just paid off my Civic. Not only did he help me pick the perfect model, but he also let me come in and spent another hour showing me all the features on my new car. Here's a guy who makes commission off of his sales, (he could be selling another car to another customer with all the time he spent with me) but he's taking the time to make sure I optimize all the cool new features on my vehicle. Then you go to the finance department and sit down with Chance. Chance was amazing. He was meticulous, detail-oriented and even caught an error that I didn't catch and reprinted all the paper work. He explained things to me and went through things like I was his own daughter. He mentioned multiple times how much he loved his job, in passing, and I don't think he realizes how important that is to here. Reaffirming that this was the correct place to buy a car. I will continue to go back for my vehicle services, refer anyone and everyone including friends and family. TLDR; If you are a female looking to buy a vehicle and really hate the entire buying a car experience..go to O'Daniel's, trust me..they will change your opinion.

I admit, being a first-time new car buyer, I felt like I had to come equipped with my friend, Liz, who knows what car-buying is all about. I didn't want to get weaseled into anything I didn't want, and I certainly didn't want to pay more than I should when I am a single gal. Car dealerships, sadly, have bad reputations out there. I did my homework. I didn't care who my sales associate was because I brought Liz who wasn't going to let me get taken. Turns out, we got the best one on staff that day! Lauren Brey talked to both of us like we were real people, and I felt like I could relate to her. She wasn't someone who was trying to make a dollar, she really wanted me to get the best deal possible. After we got a printout of what they could do for me and my trade-in, Liz didn't think it was a good enough deal, and asked to speak to the manager in charge, Cris Sahner. We had an appointment at another dealership, Superior, and Liz and I wanted a little convincing why we shouldn't go to the appointment. Cris ended up giving me more of a deal than what was on paper. Before too long, Lauren made me feel like I WANTED to buy a car from her, and I didn't even want to go to Superior anymore. Liz was convinced they were really giving me a great deal on this new car, gave me great money on my trade-in. Before long, I was in the financial office with Kurt Hill. We connected right away because I taught in the school at which he went to night school. It was nice to be able to small talk. He made me feel like a million bucks about my credit score, too. He was very organized, and he showed me the paperwork, and extended warranty options available. Though I didn't get an extended warranty, I think he was extremely thorough. Today, I went back there, chit-chatted with Lauren, signed over my title to my Malibu to the dealership through Kurt, and got some all-weather mats for my new car, suggested to me by Lauren as well. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service I've received at O'Daniel Honda. For being my first time getting a new car, I can tell you they'll have my business again. I've already recommended Lauren to another friend looking. Not all car dealerships are the same. Honda's fabulous reputation extends to its staff at O'Daniel, too.

He was knowledgeable about the vehicle down to intricate details and tiny features. When we decided to buy the truck, we did so with a confidence born from his work and that great test drive. The buying process went very smoothly, and I feel like we got a very fair price for the vehicle and for my trade-in. I also want to commend Joe Brincks for a great experience picking out the accessories for the new vehicle. Being able to see real photographs of actual vehicles sporting these accessories really helped us choose what we wanted and erased any doubts about what we'd get. Absolutely a top tier experience.

Fantastic - after shopping around for a mid-size SUV, I decided on the CR-V Touring AWD. Vinny Braga provided the best customer experience - he wasn't pushy, made himself available (in person or via text) to answer my MANY questions, and he was able to work with the dealership to arrive at a fair price to meet my budget. I just purchased a new 2014 Silver Honda CRV EX AWD. I dealt with Janelle and Brad via email to get a fair price on my new vehicle. They were both friendly and answered emails quickly. After arriving at the dealership, I met Julia. She has extremely thorough knowledge of my vehicle. That was very impressive. We took a test drive and I really liked the car. She was very friendly and just pleasant and easy going. We had already agreed on a price, but she helped me with all of paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, I met with the Quenten in finance to finalize the deal. He was very friendly as well and although I think the entire purchase took about two hours, it seemed like 30 minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your Honda purchase. They are not pushy, just friendly people, overall they made my car purchase a very friendly experience. Can't thank everyone enough!

Bought a 2012 equinox 5 mos ago was told everything was great 115k miles so obviously a used car. After 2 months 2 tires were flat took it in $300 to replace not a big deal. Yesterday sensor tripped car went into limp mode set up appt to have inspected. Was called today and told they dont work on chevys and tough luck. Update: ultimately the issue was resolved with minimal hassle, was able to get into a different car. Updated review to reflect the aftercare. Would recommend to future customers as I believe I was dealt with honestly and fairly given the situation.

Purchased my 2018 Accord from here via the Costco Auto Program. Unlike when I tried to request a quote from a dealer in Indianapolis, this one came with the actual sheet showing the Costco price for all the trims of the vehicle I wanted. Vinny Braga set me up, filled out my paperwork, and was a very personable salesman who made us feel comfortable throughout the process, with it being our first purchase through Costco and first new car in 5 years. I will miss my 09 Corolla, was given less than KBB price for her, but I signed it so it is what it is. Would recommend buying from O'Daniel if you are in the market for a Honda.

I read pages and pages of reviews before writing this, and it's clear that the vast majority of customers really enjoyed their purchasing experience. Well, count me among them. If I could give this review a 6-star rating I would. Heck, if there was a 10-star rating available, I'd give it a 10. Ray Salinas did a great job explaining things as the morning moved along, and he was outstanding while tutoring me regarding the bells and whistles on my 2016 Accord (which I have fallen in love with). I hope Ray stays on for many more years. We've been O'Daniel customers since 2010, and I have never had a bad experience when it comes to servicing our Hondas. As a sales associate at Omaha's premier running store, Peak Performance (how's that for a shameless plug?), I can attest to the saying, "You can't please everybody." But I've been more than pleased since Day One! Keep up the good work, and know that I have in the past and will continue to refer friends to O'Daniel Honda.

They offered better finance options than I got at Sioux city with a better price. Though they dont have many color options but good in their offers. My experience with O'Daniel was non-typical. A salesman at another Honda dealership persuaded me -- and it wasn't hard -- of the value and versatility of the Ridgeline. However, O''Daniel provided a significantly better price! Hence, that is why I purchased my Ridgeline from O'Daniel. The sales process was very easy for Lauren. But, Lauren proved her worth after the sale by answering my questions and helping me learn to maximize the options available on my Ridgeline! My husband died unexpectedly and had been telling me I needed a new car. I wasn't ready at that time to even think about a new vehicle and didn't give it another thought. I had been browsing the Honda web site and built my own vehicle just to see what was out there that might appeal to me. After he died, I was much more serious about getting a new vehicle since I now had two. We had also just found out we were expecting our first grandchild so I knew I wanted something that would fit a car seat and passengers comfortably. I also drive a great deal for my job so decided I wanted 4w drive . I decided on the pilot and sent my request to O'daniel. Janelle Schuttler, my sales lady was in constant communication with me and within two days of ordering my vehicle since it wasn't on the lot, she had gotten my Pilot. She had my financing done when I walked in the door. I signed my papers and then was given a complete orientation to my Pilot since it had lots of new features I didn't have with my vehicle I traded in. She also told me to come back anytime if I had questions and she would be happy to go over whatever I was having issues with. I had to go to work on the day I picked up my car so it was decided I would come back in on my day off and we could review things at a slower pace. Most of the things I could pick up since I'm pretty good at technology, but I do appreciate her willingness to work with me. I have had nothing but wonderful people that have dealt with me. I have bought other cars before and wasn't always treated like I was an educated person. I've walked out of dealerships before just for that reason. I bought a car for my daughter from O'daniel and had very good service then too. I am recommending them to all my friends and family. I've only had one problem with the dealership and wrote their customer service to voice my complaint and within an hour of writing that, I had a personal call from the management telling me to have my family come in and give the parts dept. her name and the computer chip key I had wanted to get for my daughter-in-law as a gift was now on them. They were horribly embarrassed by the treatment I had received and wanted to make sure it was rectified. Because of all these prior experiences, I had no doubt what my next car was going to be. I have driven Toyotas since I was in my early 20's but was dissatisfied with some of the things another dealership had done. When I contacted Toyota to let them know, I got an email right away telling me what was going to happen in the next few days. I never received a call from the management at the dealership attempting to settle my dispute with them and I also never got any follow up from Toyota so I decided my next car wasn't going to be a Toyota. My husband had an Odyssey and we never had anything we had issues with. I liked the looks of the Honda and decided several years ago I wanted a Honda. I have not been disappointed yet. I'm glad I went there and would recommend my sales lady to everyone. She is super easy to work with and I would recommend her to everyone.
