Hands down Best Service around! I usually work with Nick, he has always been great! Very professional and resourceful. Great attitude. They all are great also. To be honest, if I were to buy a new car from somewhere else, I wouldn’t be as satisfied with getting serviced. As we own and take our other cars to get serviced elsewhere. Never had issues or headaches with Lexus Service like the other dealerships.

We totally enjoyed working with Adam on the purchase of our Lexus hybrid. He was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles on this vehicle. My husband was impressed with how patient he was as he explained things to me (it’s my car). I’ve always loved this Lexus dealership. So accommodating. The next day I went in and Zach, the technology guru, sat with me for 30-45 minutes going over all the technology and came to our home afterward to program our door opener. Super nice young man. The new only issue we had was when we found out that the car we test drove and subsequently was in the process of purchasing had already been sold and the salesman (not Adam) failed to put on a sold sticker. They had another hybrid with many of the same options as the sold car which is the one we purchased. A bit upset because the sold car had more options. Some of them were not all that important to us, but not having the memory seats was my biggest disappointment. I’m sure I’ll learn to adjust.

Our advisor Gerardo in the service dept was amazing! I was in and out out of Lexus at no time. He got my loaner ready and warm since it got super cold in Omaha earlier this a.m. When I got my car back, it was washed and the car technician found my daughter’s I-watch somewhere in the car that we thought had long gone. Love this place!!!

First time going to this Service Dept. Staff were nice and the waiting room was super clean & spacious! Jesse was very thorough on the inspection and quoted out prices for my next visit! The drive down isn’t bad, 2.5 hours from Sioux Falls makes this dealership still closer than Minneapolis, and I made a day trip out of it! 10/10 thanks guys!

First service on my 2022 Lexus. Excellent service. App service notification, called and got an appointment within two days of my call, with my desired time. Service representatives were courteous and professional. Enjoyed a provided hot cocoa and granola in waiting area while sitting by the “fire place”. My RX was done not only on time but early. Lexus is, in my opinion, the best service department of any manufacturer, with Lexus of Omaha at the top of the pyramid! Extremely satisfied!

Our salesperson Joel was great throughout the process. We ordered an RX and did everything over the phone. The dealership did not charge us additional fees like other dealerships in the Kansas City Area. We also received a beyond-fair trade-in for our car. They delivered the car to our home over two hours from the dealership. For those that are a couple of hours away, I would definitely recommend Lexus of Omaha.

It’s the best vehicle manufacturer on the planet. I had a huge issue with a used Lexus I had purchased 5 months earlier. Major repair I had to pay out of pocket. I was extremely unhappy. Lexus is the reliable brand. “The pursuit of Perfection” My confidence in Lexus was shattered. I wasn’t shy about reviewing them as such. I received a phone call from Lexus of Omaha today and was told that they were not happy that I was unhappy and reached out to Lexus Corporate and they were able to reach an agreement where I was given a service credit. This is service, this is how you keep customers coming back. Confidence restored. Lexus of Omaha absolutely earned my business and I can go back to loving my Lexus. Thank you! Nicholas was very helpful and accommodating! He stayed in contact throughout the service process. They transported our family and our luggage to the airport. Arrived at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday with a damaged tire that I removed earlier from my wife's Lexus. Was greeted immediately by Jesse. By 8:00 , the next morning, received an estimate from Nick per text for the tire replacement. Received a phone call mid morning, just as I was arriving with her car, that the new tire was mounted on the original, undamaged wheel. Waiting less than an hour, the new tire was installed on her car, the spare was put back in the trunk and the vehicle was washed. We always get exemplary service here.

From the beginning it was nothing short from wonderful! I had a tire blow out on the Dodge Expressway! They immediately made me feel comfortable walking into the dealership. They had a young guy take me back to my stranded car off the Expressway! Within minutes the gentleman arrived to put on my spare donut so I could drive back to the dealership. In less than an hour I was on my way home with a lender vehicle. They needed to diagnosis the blown tire. It happened that I was reaching the mileage point where all my tires were about ready to be replaced. Nick got us a great deal on new tires for my Lexus!!! I always have a great experience at Lexus of Omaha service. I was greeted at the door. They had someone there just as I drove in for my regular car service. Found my appointment and held the door for me to go into the lounge. They said it may be an hour. It was much quicker than that and they even washed my car for me. The barista Diane was so friendlygot me a cafe mocha and a fresh donut--and great conversation. (Truly I would have gladly waited longer for my car--the sense of community and kindness is so enjoyable). Gerardo came and got me from the lounge, explained in detailed all that they did as I sat at his desk. Again, he was kind, patient and thoughtful with me. Then, he actually walked me to my clean car and sent me off with a smile and kind word! What more could you ask for. Could this experience be why the lady waiting with me in the lounge said that her favorite sales agent moved to another luxury car brand dealerships, and lamented "I loved that guy, bought 6 cars with himbut I won't buy the cars he is selling now."

We had a low beam go out on our Lexus. We contacted Lexus of Omaha about having it serviced. Even though they were very busy they had us leave the vehicle and had it repaired in 3 hours. The service representative said since it was a safety concern the service would definitely be completed today. Great service as always from Lexus of Omaha. Having our vehicle serviced at Lexus of Omaha is so easy. The customer service is fantastic and the vehicle service is very professional. Plus a complimentary car wash and vacuum is nice touch.

I’d Give Taryn and Rian infinite stars if I could. Buying a car is always a stressful long process but this was not the case at all. I have a little bit of a complicated schedule and Taryn and Rian both made sure to accommodate me. They even drove to my work location since I wasn’t able to leave to sign paperwork. I’ve been shopping around for a hybrid vehicle in my price range which are very hard to come by now days. They provided me with two very great options and went over warranties with me. With adding on the warranty and with interest rates being so high my payment was a-little out of my budget so I was unsure of my decision. They were able adjust things accordingly and find me a better rate with still keeping the warranty on my vehicle and all within my budget. The pricing was more then fair and upfront. Truly a great experience from what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Keep in mind I had called multiple dealerships while shopping around and was lowballed multiple times on my vehicle from everywhere else. The vehicles they mentioned over the phone were no longer available and the follow up was just horrible. If you’re looking to receive a fair trade in and not waste your whole day going back and fourth with car sales men give these experts a call. Rian and Taryn will get you taken care of! My only comment would be that as I came in with a nail in my tire, they were too quick to just say that I needed a new tire without fully investigating the situation. When asked about the cost of the tire and what my road hazard insurance would cover, they did not know and did not immediately offer to look up that information. ( I had purchased that tires from them just 15 months ago). I agreed to have them replace the tire, however as they took the tire off and further investigated the issue, they told me that the nail had not actually punctured the tire and that no replacement was needed. I appreciated their honesty. They assured me that the tire was not leaking and that I was good to go.

Can't say enough about Cory and the service technicians at Lexus of Omaha. We experienced some electrical issues while traveling to the Midwest. Some friends suggested we contact Lexus of Omaha. I called and spoke with Cory in the service department. He suggested we have the car towed from Council Bluffs to Omaha and they would squeeze it into their busy schedule. The car was delivered and within 4 hours Cory called with the great news that the electrical issue had been found and repaired. He then offered to send a driver to pick us up in Council Bluffs and bring us back to the dealership. After the first shop resulted in multiple trips back because of a check engine they reported I had a blown head gasket. I took my vehicle to Lexus of Omaha who quickly inspected my entire vehicle and found that there was no blown head gasket but wrong spark plugs installed. Well I was there to get a screw out of my tire and was informed that it was too close to the sidewall and had to be replaced. $286.00 for one tire I was not jumping for joy on that news nor that cost of replacement. Then i had them explain why my remote start quit working- the year was up and no longer avail without charging me to run the APP for $16 a month. All the haggles, hang ups and headaches that come along with a buying a car were nonexistent at Lexus! Hector Done was our Top Notch sales guy, first he brought the Vehicle to our house (we have 3 boys 3 and under) to test drive it, very friendly, very informative and very straight forward. He drove the vehicle back, we exchanged some text messages for info he needed and got the process going. I never doubted for a second I didn’t want to move forward with the vehicle. We got our credit applications filled out, the next day he was out of town but handed everything off to Brandi Butcher flawlessly and she took care of the rest. She brought the vehicle to us, sign some papers (with our boys running everywhere), handed her the keys to our trade-in (which we got more for than we thought we would, they actually paid off the loan) and off we got to drive our Minivan that day. Brandi & Hector were amazing, efficient and gave my family and I a five star experience. I will not be buying another vehicle anywhere besides Lexus of Omaha. He stayed 3-4 hours late and drove my girlfriend to class because it took longer than we had expected. It was my first time financing a car and they made sure that I understood the process and made everything very easy for me. After a week or so there was a small issue with the car and I took it back and even though I had not purchased a warranty or anything they still fixed it without charging me a dime and gave me a loaner to drive while they fixed it. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership when searching for a car. I will definitely be back for my next car. I have put about 3,500 miles on the car and it hasn't had any other issues. Upon my arrival to the service department, I was met by Geraldo who informed me of the service process and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting room while my car was being serviced. The work done took less than an hour and my car was washed and vacuumed. On the morning of December 8 I had my Lexus 450h serviced by Geraldo of Lexus of Omaha. The service was for the fifteen thousand and twenty thousand service checks. Geraldo informed me that service would take about an hour. While my car was being serviced I waited in the service waiting room where I was offered fresh coffee. The service took less than an hour. Geraldo thoroughly explained the service findings and I was on my way.
