I was amazed at what these people could do. We didn't have much money to put down (nothing ANY OTHER car lot would take) and not the best credit. We left the same day in a car! They fought for us and had us driving. Not to mention an 18 month, 18,000 mile warranty, no full coverage insurance required, and a big plus - after your 1st month payment, you get deferred payments (no payments) for 3 weeks to pay your taxes! What a big help financially! I would highly recommend this place. I left telling them I loved them! Awesome service! Would definitely go back and buy from again! I'm updating my review, because we just traded our last car in for another vehicle. We needed a winter vehicle and for only $4 more a month and a lower interest rate we were put into another awesome vehicle! Thanks Carhop!

I had worked with Katie Cisneros and she was very helpful I have bad credit and I’m young with a repo on my record and she was able to help me get picked out for a car and something went wrong with the dmv so I wasn’t able to get that car and she was still able to have me walk out with a car that same day she is very helpful and energetic and she actually cares you won’t find that at any car places and like she says she a scrapper and she was able to get me a car with a low approval i would recommend her 10 out of 10 times

I came to Carhop because I had been to Sonny Gerber and Cars2Day and I did not have a good experience while test driving these cars. I was very disappointed and had almost given up, but I remembered driving past Carhop so much so I called and they were extremely helpful and had me come in. They were able to get me in a 05 Ford escape they just got in that day. The process was super easy, stress free and most importantly the payment fit my budget. My credit is poor and if they were able to help me, a single mom of 4 boys that all are in school then they can help you too! Excellent communication. Very transparent. I went in with some concerns after dealing with a previous dealership and Carl and the team worked with me. It took some time however they made it clear that you don't want to be rushed in a process such as purchasing a vehicle. Great experience. My experience at CarHop was one of the best I’ve had when it comes to buying a car. My consultant Natasha had such a bubbly and welcoming personality that it made the entire process a lot of fun. Udate: 2021 Spoke to Alma today. who helped me all through last year and even today. When money was right she made sure to call and say hey Adrian how can help you. Even when I was at my mental end she'd say nope we aren't going to give up. Make the payment you can and be on time the next 6 times. We'll get you back on track. My husband and I told Maurice, that we felt skeptical about 1. Doing business with him, 2. About if the business would be good, and 3. If it would be shady or if he would rip us off. He then asked why. We told him because of his name, being the same name as my husband's brother. My husband's brother is named Maurice and he is in jail, and in the past growing up he used to do my husband Marcus Clark wrong. Now Maurice laughed and then said that is funny you said that, then he said are you older than your brother or younger. Marcus told him he is the oldest of all his siblings. Then Maurice proceeded to tell us that he has an older brother named Marcus and he is in jail. So you can see the irony in this. Maurice proceeded to tell us that he didn't know whether we would have been able to pay or nothing based off my husband's name being his brother's name. So we all had a good laugh about the rolls being reversed. Then he told us based off our credit and our check stubs instead of the Ford Fusion we can get the best car they have on that lot that day. It's a 2004 Toyota Avalion and it still looks brand new to this day. It's fully loaded, has sun roof top and a complete navigation system, 6 changer CD player, and a new base stereo system, has cruise control, THE WORKS. We said thank you Jesus, what is the catch? Maurice told us our first payment isn't due until 11/01/2017. We have to pay 170.00 on that day or 350 on that day. We said what about the down payment, he said your is great no down payment needed. So, I said we are being PUNKD where is Ashton Kutcher at. Maurice and the Branch Manager came out and talked to us and said we aren't being PUNKD this is really happening. They told us we can walk out with that car and pay on 11/01/2017. Fully inspected 30 day tags and all. We went in that day not expecting to get anything, and left with a nice upgraded car. People we had a 2005 Hyundai Accent and it was 2 door Hatchback. I got the phone call the same day from our insurance agent telling us we had to total the car, and that the car was worth only 1100 dollars. We went into Carhop to get quoted and to not come out with nothing, but be out of pocket. People when I say God is good, All the time, I mean he is good. He had us go into that Carhop location with no money, cause we were still waiting on the official word back from the insurance about how much we would get and when we would receive the money. Instead walked out with the hugest luxury on the lot. We have since then gotten the car tagged, reinsured through another company, and made two months of on time payments.
