I had absolutely no issues at this dealership. Jesse is a pleasure to do business with, and everyone will absolutely work with you to get what you need, fast. After being told NO multiple times by other dealerships or absurd payments, The Key told me YES! I even had a $0 down payment, and got into a 2015 Ford Focus with decent miles. To top it off, they even filled it up, and I left with a full tank!

By far the easiest place to buy a new car. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and made it possible for us to get exactly what we wanted. The car had a light on and the next day they got it in the shop and got us a loaner so we are not without a car. I am sad our new car had an issue but grateful they acted quickly. Most places drag their feet and won’t offer a loaner car.

I couldn’t be happier. Went in to look at one car but ended up getting something better. I love my new car. Shay was very helpful and understanding. Will definitely use them again. Update- I had to make an emergency trip to Colorado and the car did amazing. Didn’t have any issues all the way there or back and the ride was very smooth. I’m so happy they showed me this car. The first car I wanted wasn’t going to work for me so they pulled this one around because they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and it even had extra features that I ended up needing to use on my road trip. Love the car and happy with the dealership.

Robert Ruiz was amazing. I let them know beforehand that I was pressed for time and he did all of the prep work prior to my arrival. The car I wanted was pulled around to the front for my test drive. He gave me a fair amount for my trade in. He got me in a car that is an absolute dream. If you're looking for an experience that feels like you've gone to visit a friend and just happen to leave in a much better car than you came in, go see Robert at the key. This is not a high pressure sales environment. This isn't the first time that I have purchased from this lot and it probably won't be the last. Go see Robert and mention that I sent you. We have received so many No responses from other dealerships and she was our first YES in years! She was very patient and super kind with our buying process! Let us test drive multiple cars, was very upfront and honest, didn’t lead us in a bad direction. She listened to our concerns and didn’t push us in any general direction to force us to make a choice we didn’t want to make. If you want a wonderful sales person, Marissa is your girl!! She turned our whole year of bad luck in 2022, to the best New Year we could possibly imagine. Very thankful for her hard work and dedication. The whole dealership had a friendly atmosphere as well! This place is great they have a 10 year warranty on all their cars, a 72 hour money back guarantee, and low down payments. Love my jeep had a minor issue pop up after purchase was not a warranty part but the fixed it anyways. They are really here to help people.

Amazing. I started at express credit auto on the Northside, applied and waited for 2 hours for them to say they forgot. Only to be told they could only do it for 1000 down. Called the next day to see if they had any wiggle room, got forgot about again. Didn't even get to look at cars. Decided to go to the key, and in the same amount of time, I was approved for less down, got to test drive 2 cars, and went home with my new car which was WAY nicer than anything they had at express credit auto. My sales person was amazing, she explained everything and made the whole process so easy.

They helped us get into the car my wife wanted,but didn’t tell her they didn’t offer gap insurance, so after our wreck we now owe like 7,000 on the remaining part of our loan. Thank you for creating more debt for us! RIP OFF!! So Gap insurance for people who don’t know what that is, is an insurance you buy through the dealership, so that in case you are ever in a car wreck, this helps you pay the remaining balance of the car off, once they tell you how much the cars worth after the insurance adjuster looks at it. They appraised us between four and five thousand and seven thousand is what would have paid it off, and that’s what’s covered by gap insurance. They didn’t tell us that they don’t offer gap insurance!

I went to their website not expecting much she being turned away at so many other places or given terms I couldn't meet. So I did the online application and received a phone call. Didn't catch it in time but the gentleman sent a text message. I responded and was told that I was approved. Now I've been told this before so I want immediately excited. Percy Day... the car buying experience was beyond stellar. Percy not only is a great salesman but he is consistent and strives to do the best job possible. I went in with a list of SUVs that I wanted but unfortunately they weren't available. However, Percy had a trick up his sleeve. After talking to me for a bit and learning my personality and lifestyle he introduced me to a car that I never would have considered. He didn't try to pressure me he simply said " take it on a test drive and see how it feels, come back and tell me about it". I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't go there with the intentions of getting a sedan. Per his request I took it for a 20 minute test drive and I felt like I was floating on air. I bought the car and I simply love it. As with anything in life, when you sit down with a person you actually learn them and therefore, are able to determine whats a good look for them. Decided to check out The Key because I have a nonexistent credit score and the car I was in was a rolling metal death trap. Percy contacted me and informed me he could get me into a car that day if I brought in my old car and my title, along with my most recent pay stubs and my license. I went in, and was in and out in 2 hours, including the time it took to test drive 3 cars and waiting 20 minutes on a friend that wanted to make sure I was getting a good car, AND me reading every single word of the contract before I signed. I have to say, I'm very pleased with the car I'm in now, and the monthly payment is right in the midrange of what I was expecting. If I had the chance to go back in time and do it all over again, you better believe I would do everything the same (except maybe just test drive the one car. I knew before I even pulled out of the lot that I would be getting it.) I really don't see any other way I would have got into such a nice car with no credit history.

The Key is great for people with not so great credit and need a car. They also do not just put you in anything, you are able to have a say in what car you get. I have had my car for little over 2 years now and I have had nothing but great service from all departments at The Key, especially the finance/billing department. There have been a couple times where things have happened and I wasn't able to make the full payment and they really helped me out. The only thing I wish was different is the trade in process, I would really like something bigger and to trade in it costs a lot of money and top of your monthly payment.

With my disability it makes it hard to spend hours sitting anywhere she took the time and effort to work with me over the phone I just had to come in to sign the papers. Fantastic experience! My salesmen was damonique and my process was alot since i was going through alot and never once did he give up i had a easy signing experience everyone there seemed to work like a huge family so the enviroment was relaxed ! But he also even drove and parked my other car for me while all the snow was out since i had my 2 month old son with me which was very thoughtful but overall im not one to do the buy here pay here but i highly recommend them to anyone

Well I have to admit that I was promised a car all week and had my hart set on, when I got to okc they I formed me they took it to another lot..and my power choices were not really what I wa Ted but had to have a car and drove 2hrs to okc from waurika Oklahoma, so had to settle for a car that was a year older and had about 15000 more miles on it ,to top it of the lowest payment I could get was about t 50dollars more than what I was quoted. So tried to look o. The bright side but the car started .making aloud the loudest ticking and it was embarrassing also noticed alot of has alot of hail damage, oh and head light out.
