Very happy with the team, Tiara was very helpful, I was able to get the soul I wanted with lower payments than expected. So far I've had nothing but great service. I recently had an issue a rare issue at that with my soul and they were able to help me. I am not here to diminish anybody else's experience. All I can talk about is my own. I never had any issues with my car other than the wheel bearing going bad after I drove the car across the country after the warranty had expired. As far as dealing with the staff, I never had any issues. In 2 years I can say that I wasn't always on time with my payment. But anytime I was going to be late, I always called and they always allowed me to pay when I was able. Keep in mind, I was only late by a few days here and there. They really can't let you go weeks upon weeks without paying. All in all, I had an overall great experience with Scott's. As long as you make your payments, communicate with them if you're going to be late, and take care of the car, you will have no issues.

It is a good place if you don't want your credit ran or cant get credit. Not to much to choose from and they are high mileage cars.. but when you need a vehicle it works. They only deal with cash so don't come with a card if it's 5 they close.

Great concept. I wish I could them 5 stars. This concept is needed at more dealerships. Good down payment. The problem is the monthly payment. Typical payment was $500 to $700 a month. 24 month loans. 0% interest. Yes you don't technically charge interest but I am buying the car worth $8500 for $14000 at the end of the 24 months.

I had an issue come up when they had already closed up and I left a message on the answering machine thinking someone would eventually get it sooner or later? But, who of all people should give me a call back? The man himself... Scott! So 7/11 purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The window paint on the car stated 300 DOWN 400 A MONTH...Got the car first 2 payments no problem 3rd payment they hit me over the head for an extra 50 dollars saying I been paying short. Aubrey is a liar. Jen sweet as pie knows the numbers are wrong but rode with what her co worker said. I live my life on a budget. All they can say is do you have proof. I was satisfied up until this point... Because I have had to get it to thier shop twice already. A/C still leaking. But they did replace the alternator. My point take a pic of the price on the window when dealing with Scotts because if not they gone find away to get you. To them its just 50 bucks but for me its a struggle because I live on a budget and that extra 50 aint in my budget just because they feel like it...

At first I thought Scott’s motors cars was going to stiff me on the deal I did with them. The reason I’m changing my rating and view’s because old man Scott allowed me to voluntarily surrender the vehicle with no additional fees. Scott’s motors is doing nothing we can’t do because dealing with so many people you are going to have customers that are unhappy! I’ll still recommend them…

My first time at Scott’s Motors ..before I went I was really not looking forward to another long drawn out day just to be sent home empty handed. My first assumption was, this is all too good to be true, especially for a person with less than perfect credit. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted as if we were millionaires. Everyone was very nice. Holly actually started our process, I handed her my required documents and that was it. Within just a few minutes she was back with us they did not have what we wanted exactly wanted but told me she would see that we loved her offer .. Once we saw what Scott’s could do for us we said YES! Yes and yes :) ... " she was in the process of getting things ready we felt great about our purchase they did not operate like any other “Buy here pay here lot” the professionalism was outstanding! They stayed open late just so we could finish everything the same day as it was later in the afternoon we were able to get in to the dealership... I want to thank everyone from the lady answering the phone to the service department this was a wonderful car buying experience! It all started with a phone call and Tiara was so inviting over the phone I just knew this was too good to be true ! Nope it wasn’t and I can’t thank everyone enough!

Financed a beautiful 2010 GMC and less than 24 HOURS LATER it cut off on me while I was in traffic so I had to sit there until they sent a tow truck. I still have absolutely no clue what is wrong with it as no one has contacted me or updated me at all. Less than 24 hours later... That's all I am going to say because I am in no way a spiteful or hateful person but this is so jacked up.. This is what happens to good people who try to live life the right way I guess.

Hello yes I do not mind leaving a Review this new set up for Scott motors is a headache but I can adjust I am posting this review because I have called several times to talk to someone about things that are going on with my car I would like to speak with Mr. Scott if possible I was told that Mr. Scott does not return customer calls or talk to customers we have to talk to the ladies in the office well at this time I’m having issues with trying to get someone to understand what’s going on with my car and what I would like to do cell can Mr. Scott reach out to me please so I can talk to someone about what’s going on with my vehicle I have tried to get into the mechanic three times and have not been able to get in contact with nobody Please someone call me an not th ladies in the office cause they can’t help me I have tried I was told that she had three other calls on hold and she would try to get in contact with Mr. Scott for me I am a loyal customer I pay my car payment on time please can someone reach out to me I owe $5400 on my car and I’m having issues with my car and I do not want to give you guys my car back so I need y’all to help me figure this out please thank y’all so much you’re the best

Cars only have a 30 day warranty down payments are 500$ on everything expect chargers and Chrysler 300 those down payments are a couple hundred more after 30 days anything goes wrong your responsible fully great and honest people who are staffed there though
